Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influenceentrepreneurshiplearning and individual commitment to achievement motivation and business desire of thevocational high school students in Makassar city, South Sulawesi Province. The kind of research used is explanatory research. The total sample determined through purposive sampling method As many as 200 students.This study using the equipment analysis structural equation modeling. The research results explained that: 1) entrepreneurship Learning and individuals commitment have a direct influence which significant, in partial and simultaneously to achievement motivationof the vocational high school students, 2) entrepreneurship learning, individuals commitment and achievement motivation have a direct influence which significant,in partial and simultaneously tobusiness desireof the vocational high school students, 3) entrepreneurship learning and individuals commitment have a indirect influence to business desire through achievement motivation students, 4) achievement motivation have a influence which significant to business desire student.

Abstract

Abstrak.  Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah  persepsi guru terkait  perlindungan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja K3 bagi guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya. Pelaksanaan K3  bagi guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya di sekolah Tujuan penelitian  untuk mengetahui persepsi guru terkait  perlindungan  K3 bagi guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya. Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan K3 bagi guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya. Metode penelitian  adalah  deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi  di Kabupaten Maros.  Teknik pengumpulan data adalah angket kepada guru SMPN/SMP Swasta   dalam forum MGMP PPKn Kabupaten Maros. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan responden terkait dengan  aturan perlindungan K3 bagi guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya tergolong sedang.  Persepsi guru terkait dengan perlunya perlindungan K3 sangat baik dalam melaksanakan tugas profesinya, perlindungan K3 di sekolah masih sangat terbatas  masih sebatas UKS. Oleh karena itu di sekolah sangat diperlukan adanya perlindungan K3 (termasuk alat  dan  rambu-rambu terkait dengan tindakan penyelamatan bagi guru jika terjadi musibah di sekolah.Perlindungan K3 bagi guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya diperlukan kerjasama antara kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, dinas pendidikan, karena hal itu merupakan keharusan dan tanggungjawab  yang diamanhkan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005. Tentang Guru dan Dosen. Kata Kunci:  Perlindungan K3 Bagi  Guru.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to explain the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on users of online transportation services. This research is a verification study with that population, all online transportation users in Makassar city and a sample of 100 online transportation users. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The testing techniques carried out included a questionnaire test consisting of a validity and reliability test, a classic assumption test consisting of a multicollinearity test, a heteroscedasticity test, a normality test, a simple linear regression analysis, a hypothesis test consisting of a t test and a coefficient of determination. The results showed that the quality of service is categorized as "good" in terms of indicators of reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance and certainty), empathy (caring), and tangible (physical form). While customer satisfaction is classified in the category of "high" in terms of indicators of the suitability of expectations, interest in reusing and willingness to recommend. Hypothesis testing results indicate that there is a relatively high influence between service quality on customer satisfaction on users of online transportation services in the city of Makassar Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to determine the business model and development strategy that can be carried out by traditional grilled oyster culinary entrepreneurs in Lajari village so that their business can run well amidst the complex competition between culinary establishments. This research is a type of qualitative research with a Business Model Canvas approach which is described in 9 components combined with consumer desires obtained using empathy maps and SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques with observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of the research show a SWOT analysis diagram of the strategy direction in "Growth Oriented strategy" which supports aggressive strategies, then these results are used as input in determining what strategies need to be carried out and designed so that the business can run well.

Abstract

This research was designed to determine the effect of COVID-19 on economic growth, inequality and poverty in Makassar. This research was conducted qualitatively before being described descriptively. Researchers use phenomenological methods in their investigations. The input pooling approach used in this research is interviews. The resource persons in this research were housewives affected by COVID-19 in the Makassar area. The technique for determining informants in this study uses the purposive sampling method. The validity test technique in this research uses a data triangulation validity test, namely method triangulation and source triangulation. After conducting qualitative exploration, it was found that (1) The impact of COVID-19 greatly affected the economy or small business income; (2) As for the decline in customers, layoffs have caused unemployment to rise drastically; (3) Uneven growth and poverty.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of risk perception, demographic factors on investment decisions by students as millennials through investment motivation as a mediating variable. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed online. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research with a population of 30 respondents as millennial generation students. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) risk perception has a positive and significant direct effect on investment decisions; (2) demographic factors have no direct or indirect positive and significant effect on investment decisions; (3) investment motivation has a positive and significant direct effect on investment decisions; (4) investment motivation is able to mediate the effect of risk perception on investment decisions; (5) investment motivation is able to mediate the influence of demographic factors on investment decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bentuk kegiatan literasi dan numerasi dalam pelaksanaan program kampus mengajar di UPTD SD Negeri 99 Barru. (2) Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi dan numerasi di UPTD SD Negeri 99 Barru. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui data dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out, (1) Theimplementation of the right to education of persons with disabilities in SLB Mainnong, Donri-Donri District, Soppeng Regency. (2) Factors affecting the fulfillment of the educational rights of persons with disabilities in SLB Mainnong, Donri-Donri District, Soppeng Regency. To achieve this goal, researchers use data collection techniques through documentation, observation, and interviews. The data obtained from the research results were obtained using qualitative analysis. The results of this study show that, (1) The fulfillment of the educational rights of persons with disabilities in SLB Mainnong, Donri-Donri District, Soppeng Regency has been fulfilled but has not been optimal. (2) Supporting factors in the fulfillment of the educational rights of persons with disabilities, namely the social environment conditions within the scope of the Mainnong Special School and also the physical environment conditions in the form of existing facilities and infrastructure. The inhibiting factor in the fulfillment of educational rights for persons with disabilities is the lack of awareness of the parents of students regarding the importance of education for students with disabilities. Then another obstacle is related to existing educators not meeting the academic qualifications of special education teachers as regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2008 concerning academic qualification standards and competencies of special education teachers.Keywords: Fulfillment, Right to Education, Persons with DisabilitieAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, (1) Pemenuhan hak pendidikan penyandang disabilitas di SLB Mainnong Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng. (2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi pemenuhan hak pendidikan penyandang disabilitas di SLB Mainnong Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui, dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dioleh dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Pemenuhan hak pendidikan penyandang disabilitas di SLB Mainnong Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng telah terpenuhi namun belum optimal. (2) Faktor pendukung dalam pemenuhan hak pendidikan penyandang disabilitas yakni kondisi lingkungan sosial di lingkup SLB Mainnong dan juga kondisi lingkungan fisik berupa sarana dan prasarana yang ada. Adapun faktor penghambat dalam pemenuhan hak pendidikan bagi penyandang disabilitas yaitu kurangnya kesadaran orang tua dari peserta didik terkait pentingnya pendidikan bagi peserta didik penyandang disabilitas. Kemudian yang menjadi kendala lain terkait dengan tenaga pendidik yang ada tidak memenuhi kualifikasi akademik guru pendidikan khusus yang diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomor 32 Tahun 2008 tentang standar kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi guru pendidikan khusus.Kata Kunci:Pemenuhan, Hak Pendidikan, Penyandang Disabilitas

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to investigate (1) How the Implementation of the moral reasoning model in Civic Education Learning for 9th-grade students at SMPN 1 Turikale. (2) Are there any challenges encountered in applying the moral reasoning method for 9th-grade students in Civic Education Learning at SMPN 1 Turikale. The research method employed is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The sources utilized include primary and secondary sources, and data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of this research conclude that (1) Teachers' readiness in implementing the Moral Reasoning learning model in PPKn learning at SMPN 1 Turikale is less prepared due to (a) Lack of teachers in compiling and planning Moral Reasoning Model learning (b) There are deficiencies in the application of learning syntax and in (c) learning evaluations have not been implemented optimally (2) Teachers' obstacles in implementing the Moral Reasoning Learning Model include difficulty designing suitable case scenarios, time constraints, complex assessments, and the need for further support and training. Students' obstacles include facing challenges in understanding the moral context, low critical thinking skills, and difficulty speaking in front of groups Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Kesiapan Guru Dalam Menerapkan Model Pembelajaran moral reasoning pada Pembelajaran PPKn Siswa Kelas IX SMPN 1 Turikale. (2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan Model Pembelajaran Moral Reasoning Siswa Pada Pembelajaran PPKn Kelas IX SMPN 1 Turikale. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah data  primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik dan prosedur pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Kesiapan guru dalam menerapkan  model pembelajaran Moral Reasoning Pembelajaran PPKn di SMPN 1 Turikale kurang siap disebabkan oleh (a) Kurangnya Guru dalam menyusun dan merencanakan pembelajaran Model Moral Reasoning (b) Terdapat kekurangan dalam penerapan sintaks pembelajaran dan dalam (c) evaluasi pembelajaran belum optimal dilaksanakan (2) Kendala guru dalam menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Moral Reasoning yaitu kesulitan merancang skenario kasus yang cocok, keterbatasan waktu, penilaian yang kompleks, serta kebutuhan dukungan dan pelatihan lebih lanjut. Kendala siswa yaitu menghadapi tantangan memahami konteks moral, kemampuan berpikir kritis yang rendah, dan kesulitan berbicara di depan kelompok.

Abstract

One of the activities that can add to the entrepreneurial spirit for the community is the home industry business or so-called home business in the manufacture of BIBIGOR (Biskuit Bihun Goreng). Bibigor is a new form of innovation in the field of food industry. The basic ingredient of Bibigor is biscuit. Biscuits are usually consumed unprocessed, but can now be innovated into a biscuit that is more interesting and with a new flavor. This innovation is done because in the community there are many different types of biscuits, but with the same variants and flavors and with less attractive shapes. Bibigor is a food based on Pyramid biscuits wrapped in sugar and vermicelli that has been fried. The methods used in this activity include lectures, question and answer or discussion, and training. The results obtained are (1) training on making BIBIGOR (Biskuit Bihun Goreng) responded well by the participants; (2) the high interest and motivation of the trainees greatly support the transfer of knowledge and skills from the service to the trainees, so that the training materials provided can be absorbed by all; and (3) the training products for making BIBIGOR (Biskuit Bihun Goreng) can be consumed daily and can be used as entrepreneurial products
