Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah memiliki kedudukan yang penting dalamperekonomian Indonesia . Demikian juga bagi perekonomian di Jawa Barat selama tahun 2012 UKM memberikan kontribusi terhadap pendapatan daerah sebesar 45,5%. Sejalan meningkatnya aktivitas dan peran UKM dalam perekonomian lokal, nasional maupun regional mempersoalkan “Corporate Citizenship” dari kelompok usaha kecildan menengah menjadi semakin menarik.Semua perusahaan besar atau kecil seyogyanya 1) bertanggungjawab untuk menghasilkan keuntungan (bagi pemilik) 2) bertanggungjawab melayani kebutuhan para pemangku kepentingan (konsumen, pekerja, tetangga, dsb) 3) bertanggungjawab menjaga kelestarian alam . Sejalan dengan konsep tanggungjawab yang mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi-sosial-alam “ Triple Bottom line” . Hukum/Peraturan Perusahaan memiliki fungsi mengatur yang dapat memaksa setiap perusahaan untuk mematuhinya. Kewajiban yang diatur oleh hukum merupakan tanggungjawab minimal perusahaan . Menurut filosofi moral motivasi perusahaan mematuhi hukum mungkin bersifat deskriptiv , instrumental atau normativ.Diawali studi pustaka terhadap Hukum Perusahaan (ada 5 yang dipilih) ,dilanjutkan diskusi dengan para praktisi hukum dan bisnis untuk memperoleh pandangan tentang permasalahan perusahaan menjalankan kewajibannya . Survey yang disusun merupakan survey pendapat umum (psikososial), diisi oleh 27 perusahaan kecil dan menengah bidang makanan di Bandung. Dengan menggunakan program Excel dilakukan perhitungan statistik deskriptiv . Analisisnya bersifat kualitatif untukmemaparkan wujud tanggungjawab dari ke 27 UKM di Bandung. Hukum Perusahaan di Indonesia yang meliputi Perijinan dan Daftar Perusahaan , UU.Perlindungan Konsumen, UU. Ketenagakerjaan , UU. Pangan , UU.Limbah Berbahaya memiliki “spirit hukum” kepastian hukum dan tertib administrasi , pro penyelenggaran usaha yang baik , dan pro keberlanjutan sosial-alam-profit.UKM industri makanan memahami perlunya mematuhi hukum untuk menjaga reputasi perusahaan dan menciptakan rasa tenang dalam menjalankan usahanya. Bahwa perusahaan menyadari mereka akan memperoleh keuntungan yang baik kalau berhasil memuaskan para pemangku kepentingan seperti konsumen, masyarakat lokal maupun pekerjanya. Bahkan perusahaan menjalankan kegiatan berderma sebagaisebagai dorongan hatinya.Kata kunci :Tanggungjawab Perusahaan , Keberlanjutan “Triple Bottom Line” , Hukum/PeraturanPerusahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung program pemerintah Indonesia umumnya dan membantu masyakat khususnya dalam meningkatkan kesadaran keuangan/Financial Literacy dan juga membantu masyarakat dalam membuat perencanaan keuangan untuk mempersiapkan masa pensiun.Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari karyawan sebuah institusi pendidikan swasta di Bandung.Sebanyak 52 responden. Dari hasil analisa diketahui bahwa tingkat kesadaran keuangan/financial literacy karyawan institusi pendidikan swasta X di Bandung ini cukup baik, yaitu sebanyak 73% responden membuat budget keuangan bulanan ,sebanyak 81% responden menabung setiap bulan, hanya sebesar 27% responden memiliki kartu kredit,serta hanya sebesar 31% responden yang mengikuti kegiatan arisan. Sedangkan untuk perencanaan dan pemahaman mengenai prinsip investasi , sebanyak 61% responden sudah mempunyai rencana keuangan jangka panjang, sebanyak 83% responden mengetahui adanya risiko dalam berinvestasi. Dari hasil simulasi yang dilakukan, dengan melakukan investasi secara teratur dan disiplin, ketika memasuki masa pensiun, responden dapat memiliki aset berupa emas atau tanah.

Abstract

The development of the digital Financial Services Sector (SJK) is very likely to threaten people who have minimal financial and digital literacy because they can be trapped in a vortex of debt. One group that is vulnerable to this is the micro-business group. This Community Service Program supports the National Strategy for Indonesian Financial Literacy (SNLKI) which was stipulated in POJK No.76 of 2016 to carry out financial education activities to improve public financial literacy. The focus of this activity is the micro-business group in Bandung Regency. This community service activity aims to increase understanding of economic and digital literacy through educational programs. The activities method through online training for small and medium entrepreneurs in Bandung Regency. This activity divide into three training sessions covering the motivation for digital financial literacy, financial health diagnostics using digital platforms, financial planning, making the proper budget, preparing emergency funds, and getting to know digital financial products and services. Based on a survey conducted on training participants, it was found that this training provided new knowledge or skills that were important to them, namely digital financial platforms, the benefits of financial planning, and how to manage finances properly, and realizing that emergency funds needed to be prepared since the beginning. Based on the survey results after the training, it can conclude that this educational activity enhances awareness to be competent in managing finances is essential. This type of training recommends regularly carrying to improve public financial literacy. --- Perkembangan Sektor Jasa Keuangan (SJK) digital sangat mungkin menjadi ancaman bagi masyarakat yang minim literasi keuangan dan digital karena bisa terjebak dalam pusaran permasalahan keuangan. Salah satu kelompok yang rentan akan hal ini adalah kelompok usaha mikro. Tingkat literasi keuangan yang rendah dapat mengakibatkan pengambilan keputusan yang kurang tepat, terutama terkait pada pengelolaan keuangan usahanya. Kegiatan pelatihan ini untuk mendukung program Strategi Nasional Literasi Keuangan Indonesia (SNLKI)  yang ditetapkan pada POJK No.76 tahun 2016 untuk melakukan kegiatan edukasi keuangan guna meningkatkan literasi keuangan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman literasi keuangan dan digital yakni melalui program edukasi sesuai kebutuhan bagi para pelaku usaha. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui pelatihan kepada para pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten Bandung yang dilakukan secara daring. Kegiatan ini terbagi kedalam tiga sesi pelatihan yang mencakup motivasi akan pentingnya melek keuangan digital, diagnosa kesehatan keuangan menggunakan platform digital, pembuatan perencanaan keuangan, membuat anggaran yang tepat, menyiapkan dana darurat dan mengenali produk dan jasa keuangan digital. Berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan kepada peserta pelatihan diperoleh hasil bahwa pelatihan ini memberikan pengetahuan atau keterampilan penting yang baru bagi mereka yakni tentang platform keuangan digital, manfaat dari perencanaan keuangan dan mengetahui cara pengelolaan keuangan dengan baik serta menyadari bahwa dana darurat perlu dipersiapkan sejak dini. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan pasca pelatihan dapat ditarik sebuah kesimpulan bahwa kegiatan edukasi ini memberikan penyadaran penyadaran untuk menjadi cerdas dalam pengelolaan keuangan adalah penting. Pelatihan sejenis ini disarankan dalam dilakukan secara berkesinambungan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dunia usaha telah terdampak oleh krisis COVID-19, tidak terkecuali untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra terkait inovasi produk dan kemasan, kebersihan, pengendalian kualitas produk, tata letak, pemasaran digital, pencatatan keuangan dan peningkatan produksi 22 UKM di Kabupaten Bandung. Peserta pelatihan sebagian besar adalah perempuan. Fasilitator ditugaskan mendampingi mitra. Peningkatan usaha mitra didapat melalui penyelenggaraan pelatihan, diskusi, kunjungan lapangan, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi dengan pelatih. Di akhir program, sebuah pertemuan dirancang bagi para peserta mempresentasikan perubahan mereka dengan tujuan saling belajar satu sama lain dan memotivasi mereka untuk menggunakan pengetahuan yang telah didapat dengan berkelanjutan. Program ini juga dimonitor dan dievaluasi melalui kuesioner yang mengukur tingkat kepuasan para peserta, kegunaan dan kesesuaian program, serta evaluasi fasilitator. Hasil evaluasi dari peserta pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 81% peserta akan menerapkan dan 19% akan menerapkan sebagian dari materi yang diberikan. Perbaikan menonjol yang dilaporkan adalah perubahan perilaku kebersihan, kesehatan, dan keselamatan.Abstract: Businesses have been impacted by the COVID-19 crisis, and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMs) are no exception. The purpose of this community service is to provide training and assistance to partners related to product and packaging innovation, cleanliness, product quality control, layout, digital marketing, financial records and increased production of 22 Small and Medium Entrepreneurships in District Bandung. The participants most of whom are women. Coach was assigned to assist a micro business in the program. The improvements of partners were obtained through holding workshops, discussions as well as paying on-site visits, planning, implementations, and evaluations with the coach. At the end of the program, a meeting was organized for the participants to present their improvements to learn from each other and to motivate them to use the knowledge continuously. The program was also monitored and evaluated through a questionnaire that measures the degree of satisfaction of the participants, the usefulness and suitability of the program, as well as an evaluation of the facilitator. The results of the evaluation of the training participants showed that as many as 81% of participants would apply and 19% would apply some of the material provided. The prominent improvement reported was the change in cleanliness, health, and safety behavior.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk peningkatan pemahaman atas program bantuan dan insentif pemerintah untuk pelaku UMKM serta peran pemanfaatan digitalisasi untuk peningkatan usaha di masa pandemi COVID-19 dan sesudahnya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan berbentuk sosialisasi dan penyuluhan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh sebanyak 52 pelaku usaha. Berdasarkan analisis awal kebutuhan para peserta diperoleh informasi bahwa upaya yang paling banyak telah dilakukan oleh peserta untuk mempertahankan usaha adalah peningkatan promosi/pemasaran dan inovasi produk. Sementara upaya mengakses bantuan dari pemerintah memiliki persentase paling rendah. Hal ini menarik untuk digali lebih jauh apakah terdapat kendala yang dihadapi ketika mengakses, kurang tersosialisasikannya program bantuan ataukah para pelaku ini enggan untuk mengakses bantuan. Sebanyak 13.5% pelaku usaha pernah mengakses insentif pemerintah, yakni mengakses Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro (BPUM). Hasil dari kegiatan ini diketahui sebanyak 85% peserta mendapatkan peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai program insentif dan bantuan untuk jenis, cara mengakses dan pemanfataannya. Serta sebanyak 95% meningkat pemahamannya terkait pemanfaatan digitalisasi untuk usahanya. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan dilakuan melalui kegiatan interaktif tanya jawab selama kegiatan, game kuis serta umpan balik peserta melalui pengisian formulir online diakhir kegiatanAbstract: This community service program aims to improve SMEs’ knowledge on the COVID-19 government incentive programs for SMEs and on the importance of business digitalisation during and after the Pandemic. This community service program is conducted through a webinar. This activity was attended by 52 SMEs owners and operators. Based on the initial analysis of the needs of the participants, information was obtained that the most efforts made by the participants in maintaining their business were promotion/marketing improvement, product innovation. Meanwhile, efforts to access assistance from the government have the lowest percentage. It is interesting to explore further whether there are obstacles faced when accessing, lack of socialization of the aid program, or whether these actors are reluctant to access assistance. Of the 13.5% of business actors who access government incentives, most access the Micro Business Productive Assistance program (BPUM). The output of this activity is that 85% of the participants get an increase in understanding and knowledge about incentive and assistance programs for the types, ways to access and use them. And as much as 95% increased their understanding regarding the use of digitization for their business. The results of the activity evaluation were carried out through interactive question and answer activities during the webinar, quiz games and participant feedback through filling out online forms at the end of the webinar.

Abstract

A payment system is a set of contractual arrangements, operating facilities and technical mechanism used for presentation, authentication, and acceptance of payment orders, and discharge of the resultant financial obligation through the exchange of value between individuals, banks and other entities domestically and cross - border. An efficient, fast, secure and reliable payment system is the most important factor in creating a healthy banking system, which in turn will support economic activities. The development of payment system is different in every country. It depends on the economic system and financial system in that particular country. In Indonesia, Bank Indonesia continually develops the national payment system in order to have a comprehensive and integrated payment system, which is effective, efficient, safe, reliable and bears low risk. Thus, Bank Indonesia is expected to fulfill public needs of transaction, whether small or large transaction, using different method of payments, such as electronic-based method, cards, papers, notes and others.

Abstract

This research was conducted to discover lifestyle patterns in family finances. This research was conducted in a private educational institution in Bandung. Data collection technique used in this research is survey technique with questionnaires and the data analysis technique that used in this study is descriptive analysis. It has been found that the lifestyle patterns of employees at one of private educational institution in Bandung generally still have a good patterns. This is proved by the monetary sequences of their revenues and expenses. Also, the priority selection of their needs and wants in fulfilling their life style is still in control.  From this research, it is known generally the respondents already have their own house, vehicles, and mobile communication devices like hand phone.  The purchasing frequency of hand phone in average is less than 2 times per year. Moreover, the respondents have already had a habit of saving/investing and buying insurance. To fill their spare time, respondents prefer to gather with their family, go to mall with frequency of 1-4 times per month and do exercise. But,  the problem  that needs  to be taken  care of is how  to handle  their credit  cards/loans  because  a lot of respondents have routine spending of  paying credit card installment/loans.  From this research, it is also found that there is still a lack of awareness for making simple bookkeeping of their revenues and expenses. Therefore to make  them  family  finances  literate,  they need  to follow a counseling and  training  on family  finances.  Even, they are suggested to follow  the counseling and training with their family members.

Abstract

Sukaregang Leather craftsmen Centre in Garut is known nationally, and is also a pride of Garutan people, but unfortunately its growth has not shown any outstanding outcomes.  The problem of capital-is mentioned as one of the issues. Meanwhile,  as we know that  the Ministry  of Economic, Small and Medium Enterprises (KEMENKOP) aims at building healthy and strong small, micro and medium enterprises because of its capability to collect its own capital or equity capital and to increase the benefits of credit utilizing as a couple of the reasons. Population of this research is small-scale craftsmen in Sukaregang Leather Craftsmen Centre in Garut taken by purposive sampling. Data collection methodology is focus group discussions and surveys. Purpose of this research is to explain capital structure in general. From the research  on micro- and small-scale entrepreneurs  in Sukaregang  Leather Craftsmen Centre in Garut, we know that: capital structure is not optimum yet, 1). Equity capital accumulation  is very limited; 2). Proportion  of a loan utilized for business  operational,  continuity  and expansion is too little; and 3) There are potencies of ineffective loan utilizing. Researchers  find some worrying facts: a). Both suppliers  and customers are 'still reluctant' to give capital aid; b). Koperasi, BPR, and public banks are known to be able to giant a loan for craftsmen, but high interest rate and other costs, required collateral are factors which inhibit them to get a credit; c). Due  to some middle-scale entrepreneurs who do not pay their credit appropriately,  these entrepreneurs in this center are "black  list”-ed by more than two banks in Garut, making even fewer chances for them (micro-small  entrepreneurs)  to get a loan in standard rate and  free  from demands for various credit requirements,  especially collateral. Researchers suggest  that  to help them to expand, a proper scheme  of capital aid  is needed, which then can be complemented with a scheme of credit-loan from various  financial  institutions  that have been adjusted with the conditions  of these small enterprises.

Abstract

Socially responsible investment (SRI) usually known as sustainable or ethical or green investment is a new type of investment movement in response to social expectations of investors. Social investors are people who want to improve conditions in society by investing their money in shares or mutual fund from companies that doing their practices in environmental, social and governance issues. Thus, SRI is investing that is mindful of the impact on environmental and society of that investment. It is often described to investors as allowing them "to doll by doing goods”. SRI that integrates environmental, social and governance factors into investment decisions, encourage corporations doing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a part of their strategic business. CSR is a commonly used term today.CSR is about a sustainable commitment by business to behave ethically and contribute to economic development while improving the quality of life of the community and society and doing environmental preservation. With the globalization of the economy, such issues as environmental degradation and violations of human rights are cause social investors to encourage SRI to grow rapidly. And today’s SRI trends in Global Market reveal how SRI is growing in revenue and making Corporate Social Responsibility happen. Therefore, SRI investors had an important role to encourage corporations to improve their practices environmental, social and governance issues as a continuing CSR.Key words: Socially Responsible Investment
