Kemampuan komunikasi matematis merupakan aspek krusial dalam belajar mengajar matematika, karena berperan dalam membantu siswa menyampaikan ide, menjelaskan proses berpikir, serta menghubungkan konsep matematika dengan konteks kehidupan nyata. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang modul pembelajaran berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) guna membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi matematis pada topik Sistem Persamaan Linear Tiga Variabel (SPLTV) dan memiliki tingkat kelayakan serta kepraktisan tinggi untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang diterapkan dalam studi ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 20 peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bone pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Studi ini memanfaatkan beberapa instrumen, yaitu lembar validasi, angket respons guru, dan angket respons siswa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa modul ajar tergolong sangat valid, dengan persentase 89,23% dari ahli materi dan pembelajaran serta 85,45% dari ahli desain. Sementara itu, uji kepraktisan melalui respons guru dan siswa juga menunjukkan kategori sangat praktis, masing-masing sebesar 90% dari guru dan 84,53% dari siswa. Dengan demikian pengembangan modul ajar berbasis PBL menghasilkan produk yang layak dan praktis dipergunakan dalam aktivitas pembelajaran, serta berpotensi dijadikan acuan untuk studi lanjutan yang berfokus pada pengujian efektivitasnya terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar matematika.

A child displaying symptoms of dyslexic learning disorders requires assistance in accurately identifying numbers, particularly those that share resemblances. This research aimed to develop media for teaching dyslexic children to help them identify numbers correctly.This research employed a development and single-subject research method.The subject was a child with symptoms of dyslexia learning disorders from primary school in Gorontalo, Indonesia. The research instruments used were observation sheets and media validation. The findings revealed that prior to engaging with the puzzle activity, the dyslexic student demonstrated the capability to identify a range of 4 to 5 numbers accurately. However, after participating in the puzzle activity, the dyslexic student exhibited an improved performance, achieving the ability to correctly recognize and recall 8 to 10 digits in both writing and memory. The number puzzle media was developed by dividing the puzzle into two parts: the part of the screen containing the complete picture and the base placing the puzzle pieces. The puzzle pieces were made by stacking several formed duplex parts, then covered with paper glued together to create a waterproof product. The puzzle focused on the numbers contrasting in color. The numbers were divided into several parts to make it easier for dyslexic students to identify models of these numbers. After conducting media testing on a dyslexic student, the analysis demonstrated a positive impact of the media on learning outcomes. Mathematics is a difficult subject for students, causing low motivation, interest and student learning outcomes. To attract students to be more interested in learning mathematics, they must use interactive learning media so that learning is not boring and fun. This study aims to develop a multimedia adventure game in pyramid topic based on mobile learning in grade eight. This study uses the 4-D development model, however, at the stage of dissemination only limited distribution is carried out. The subjects in this study were grade eight students of one of junior school in Gorontalo District, Gorontalo Province, Indonesia. The results of the study based on the validation of topic and media experts showed that the quality of multimedia was good. Meanwhile, based on the teacher's ability for managerial to learn is also categorized as good, the activities of students during the learning process reach the ideal time criteria, the responses of all students are classified as very positive of 90.56% and learning tests show that 72.5% of students achieve completeness. This shows that the adventure multimedia game based on mobile learning in pyramid topic is valid, practise, and effective.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada materi kesebangunan dan kekongruenan di kelas IX MTS Negeri 1 Bone Bolango. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui tes dan wawancara. Dari 22 siswa yang diuji, 18,18% siswa memiliki kemampuan penalaran matematis tinggi, 45,45% berada pada tingkat sedang, dan 36,36% berada pada tingkat rendah. Rata-rata skor siswa dengan kemampuan tinggi adalah 26,75 dari 32, siswa dengan kemampuan sedang mencapai 19,8, dan siswa dengan kemampuan rendah mendapatkan 15,5. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan siswa dengan kemampuan tinggi dapat menjawab sebagian besar soal dengan baik, sementara siswa sedang masih memerlukan peningkatan ketelitian, dan siswa dengan kemampuan rendah kesulitan memahami soal dan menerapkan konsep matematis.

Penggunaan sumber belajar berupa buku paket matematika dan Microsoft Word di kelas VII dinilai kurang memfasilitasi kebutuhan belajar peserta didik, disebabkan oleh keterbatasan media pembelajaran yang kurang beragam serta berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik dalam proses pembuatan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Numerix berbasis web Genially pada materi bilangan di kelas VII yang sudah diuji kelayakan dan kepraktisan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Researc and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (define, design, development, dan disseminate). Kelayakan produk ini dilakukan oleh 3 ahli media dan 3 ahli materi serta uji coba kelompok kecil oleh 5 peserta didik. Kepraktisan produk ini dilakukan dengan uji coba dalam skala besar oleh 27 peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Suwawa pada semester ganjil yang dilanjutkan dengan memberikan angket penilaian guru dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran Numerix dinilai layak dengan revisi oleh para ahli dan sangat layak oleh peserta didik dalam kelompok kecil dengan rata-rata persentase 89,71%. Selain itu, kepraktisan media ini memperoleh nilai 90,47% (sangat praktis) dari guru dan 85,22% (sangat praktis) dari peserta didik. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa media pembelajaran Numerix berbasis Web Genially pada materi bilangan di kelas VII SMP negeri 1 Suwawa dinyatakan sangat layak dan praktis.

This study aims to improve students’ mathematical problem-solving skills through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning model in Statistics material. The research was conducted in class VIII-1 at SMP Negeri 2 Tibawa with 26 students. This study uses classroom action research. The data collection techniques used were observation and tests. The instruments in this study consisted of teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, and written tests. The study was conducted in two cycles. The implementation of learning by applying the Problem-Based Learning model to Statistics material in class VIII at SMP Negeri 2 Tibawa improved mathematical problem-solving skills. This is indicated by the results showing that mathematical problem-solving skills increased from 34.62% in cycle I to 88.46% in cycle II.

This study aims to describe students' discovery abilities in the learning process and when facing problems in the material derived from algebraic functions. The research was carried out in one of the Senior high schools in Gorontalo. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study were students of class XI who opened 318 people. The techniques used in data collection are initial tests, interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that students' discovery abilities on the derivative material of algebraic functions varied. Some have high abilities, medium abilities, and low abilities, but in general, they are dominated by students who have moderate abilities.

Learning mathematics requires students to understand concepts, the low understanding of students' concepts becomes an obstacle in learning. So that the researchers used the background to apply the Index Card Match (ICM) learning model. This study aims to improve understanding of mathematical concepts using the Index Card Match (ICM) learning model on arithmetic sequences and series material. This research is a classroom action research. The research subjects were students of class XI TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Batudaa for the academic year 2022/2023 with a total of 28 students. The techniques used in data collection are observation and tests. The data analysis technique in this study is the analysis of observation of teacher activities, student activities and tests of understanding mathematical concepts. The design used in this study is the research design of the Kammis and Mc Taggart models. The research procedure includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The study consisted of 2 cycles. The results showed that the implementation of learning using the Index Card Match learning model on arithmetic sequences and series materials could improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts. This is evidenced by the average results of the mathematical concept understanding test in the first cycle which is 63.57, increasing in the second cycle to 81.42 with the percentage of observations of teacher activities in the first cycle reaching 71.15% while the second cycle reaches 86.53% and the percentage the results of the observation of student activity in the first cycle reached 65.17%, an increase in the second cycle reached 83.92%. Based on the research above, there are benefits in applying the Index Card Match (ICM) learning model, namely, in order to increase understanding of mathematical concepts and foster motivation and interest in learning mathematics.

This study aims to describe students understanding of mathematical concepts through online learning for students of SMP Negeri 1 Suwawa regarding the concepts of cubes and cuboids. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 35 students from classes VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Suwawa. The instrument used was essay questions. The research data were obtained from the results of the essay test. The results showed that the understanding of cubes and cuboids for class VIII was categorized as low for 28.57% of the students, medium for 63%, and high for 9%.

This review aims to determine the learning difficulties experienced by class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Kwandang in understanding Groups and Mathematical Series which are estimated by signs of student learning difficulties. The strategy used is enlightening. The sampling procedure uses direct irregular examination, and the strategy for collecting information is to provide a trial of learning outcomes as an explanation that alludes to 3 signs of learning difficulties, namely calculated difficulty, guideline difficulty and functional challenge. The results showed that the level of students' learning difficulties was in the middle class. Many students were able to complete the narrative according to signs of learning difficulties. Students who have difficulty dealing with word problems due to a lack of understanding of the material and how to solve it. The lack of ability to answer questions and practice the material assisted requires techniques and systems to limit the difficulties experienced by students.
