Abstract

This paper gives an overview of wooden batik craftsmen empowerment activities in an effort to penetrate the market ekspor. Five main mission has been done to achieve good results include: awareness, organizing, regeneration companion, technical support and system management. It still needs to be addressed is in terms of awareness to exhibit at their own expense and courage to penetrate export markets by way of direct export is still lacking. They are still very dependent on the agent. SMEs focus on the production, however direct marketing is very difficult.Keywords: empowerment, wooden batik, export

Abstract

The planning and making of the peeler machine for coffee skin are aimed at completing the needs of SMEs at Pagerharjo, Samigaluh, Kulonprogo. The manual process is the main obstacle in peeling coffee sheets in SMEs. The main objective of creating technological innovation is to assist workers in the production process using appropriate technology to make their work more qualified, effective, and efficient. In planning and making coffee pulper, we must study some literature, make plans, calculate the process of creating tools, and evaluate the tools' trial and error. The picture design use application, namely Autodesk Inventor. The size of the machine is 110 cm x 127 cm x 130 cm; using a motor with gas oil, and the first circle is 3600 rpm, used to pull components with the ratio 1:6, v-belt the type A 75, one solid ship with the diameter of 20 mm. the final result is that the capacity of the pulper machine for coffee is 610 kg/hour.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of consumer satisfaction shopping offline and online using e-commerce. Tokopedia towards covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is comparative descriptive using a quantitative and survey approach. The total population in this study was 280 people with a total sample of 165 respondents. The technique used was probability sampling with purposive sampling. This data collection uses observation and questionnaires. The data collected through a questionnaire was then processed using the SPSS 15.0 program. The results obtained show that the variable of consumer satisfaction when shopping online and offline has a significant difference so that it has an impact on consumer loyalty online and offline. The loyalty experienced by consumers shopping online tends to be less than the loyalty to shop directly. Where when consumers make transactions directly, consumers tend to be more daring in making decisions in shopping because consumers are able to choose, see and touch directly the goods or products to be purchased so that they will make their own commitment to the product, brand and store.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis artikel ilmiah berbasis 4C1L di SMAN 3 Yogyakarta. 4C1L merupakan keterampilan utama yang sering diperbincangkan dalam konteks pendidikan modern, yaitu critical thinking (berpikir kritis), creative thinking (berpikir kreatif), collaboration (kerja sama), communication (komunikasi), dan leadership (kepemimpinan). Peserta kegiatan sebanyak 25 siswa dengan bidang ilmu sosial humaniora dan sains. Metode atau pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah dengan cara ceramah untuk pemaparan materi, diskusi, pelatihan secara luring dan pendampingan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengungkap kemandirian riset siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Kegiatan pelatihan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini dilakukan dengan pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan secara berkala. Untuk mengukur keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian, dilakukan evaluasi dengan indikator kepuasan mitra dan pengukuran kemandirian riset untuk peserta pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan kemandirian riset anak SMA N 3 Yogyakarta dalam kategori tinggi. Kemandirian riset dinilai dari siswa mampu menghasilkan mini riset baik secara individu maupun kelompok secara mandiri, percaya diri, disiplin, tanggung jawab, inisiatif dan mampu mengontrol diri dalam melakukan riset.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the design of an e-module model with the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application in economics learning to improve participants' critical thinking skills. Educate, (2) the feasibility of e-modules with the Kvisoft flipbook maker application in economic learning to improve participants' critical thinking skills. learners, (3) students' learning responses to electronic module (e-module) with the Kvisoft flipbook maker application in economics learning for participants Educate, (4) how effective is the use of e-modules with the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application for critical thinking skills of students in learning .This research is a development research with R&D model. The research sample is SMPN 28 Purworejo class VIII students totaling 92 divided into 2 groups, namely the experimental group, and the control group , the control class uses printed e-modules . Data analysis techniques use normality tests, homogeneity, hypothesis testing, further testing, and effect size.The research results show (1) The experimental class showed that the gain in critical thinking skills of students in the experimental class was 0.8, which means that the gain value in the experimental class was in the range of values (<g>) > 0.7, which is in the high category, in the control class the gain value 0.5 which means the gain in the first and second control classes is in the range of 0.7 ≥ (<g>) 0.3 is in the medium category, (2) the e-module suitability from the assessment of material experts is 5.47 and 5.55, media experts 4.46 with very good and good categories, (3) the student response is good as seen from the results of the content suitability of 4.27, language 8.41, usefulness 8.68, and graphics 8.57 are at a value above 4, (4) the results of the effect size analysis with the Interpretation Effect Size category show that using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker e-module is effective in increasing critical thinking skills by 70.8 %.

Abstract

Sektor wisata menjadi salah satu sumber pendapatan negara Indonesia yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kehidupan sosial ekonomi warga, salah satunya objek wisata Kalibiru, Kulonprogo, Yogyakarta. Objek wisata berlatar belakang Waduk Sermo ini mulai sedikit dikunjungi oleh wisatawan sejak kehadiran covid-19. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kembali volume pengunjung, salah satunya melalui pengiklanan di website maupun media sosial. Namun hal tersebut dirasa belum cukup karena membutuhkan upaya re-branding menggunakan video, disertani transisi, music, dan teks. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pelatihan digital marketing bagi sumber daya manusia di Objek Wisata Kalibiru. Peserta pelatihan sebanyak 25 orang pelaku usaha di sekitar objek wisata. Tahapan pelatihan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, mendesain program pelatihan, melaksanakan program pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha mampu membuat video konten yang menarik untuk re-branding objek wisata Kalibiru dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi tertentu. Video konten ini sebagai digital marketing untuk objek wisata Kalibiru yang dapat diunggah di media sosial, sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke objek wisata.

Abstract

Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di Indonesia menuntut adanya perubahan signifikan dalam proses pembelajaran, khususnya dalam hal penilaian yang lebih holistik dan berfokus pada pengembangan kompetensi siswa. Guru MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) Ekonomi, Perbankan, dan Kewirausahaan, khususnya yang berada di bawah naungan LP Ma’arif NU Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk memahami dan mengimplementasikan penilaian yang sesuai dengan kurikulum ini. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam merancang dan melaksanakan penilaian yang relevan dengan prinsip-prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan teoritis, dan pendampingan implementasi di lapangan. Pelatihan teoritis memberikan dasar pemahaman tentang konsep dan prinsip penilaian Kurikulum Merdeka. Pendampingan dilakukan melalui kunjungan kelas dan diskusi kelompok, yang bertujuan untuk membantu guru mengatasi tantangan yang muncul selama proses implementasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam hal pemahaman dan penerapan penilaian Kurikulum Merdeka. Guru-guru yang terlibat dalam pelatihan ini mampu merancang dan melaksanakan penilaian yang lebih efektif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran, di mana penilaian yang diterapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan kolaboratif siswa, sesuai dengan tujuan dari Kurikulum Merdeka. Kata Kunci: Kurikulum Merdeka, asesmen, Ekonomi, Perbankan, Kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Unemployment continues to be a substantial obstacle in several nations, including Indonesia, especially for graduates of vocational high schools (SMK). This research examines the correlation between entrepreneurial preparedness and interest among SMK students in Bunyu Regency, a region characterized by distinctive economic circumstances. This study employed a quantitative method, utilizing descriptive correlational and causal-comparative designs. The study selected 141 students from SMK Negeri 1 Bunyu to represent three distinct academic programs. We meticulously designed questionnaires to collect data, which assessed several dimensions of entrepreneurial preparedness and inclination. The results indicate a strong positive relationship (r = 0.65, p < 0.05) between readiness and interest, with readiness being a significant predictor of interest (β = 0.55, p < 0.05). The findings emphasize the significance of including hands-on entrepreneurship education in the vocational curriculum to improve students' entrepreneurial abilities and decrease unemployment rates among graduates. Furthermore, the research emphasizes the need for focused educational initiatives that specifically target the prevailing economic realities and demands of certain industries. This research offers useful insights to policymakers and educators in developing targeted educational programs, cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, and promoting sustainable economic growth among vocational school students in distant areas such as Bunyu Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the government in moderating the influence of economic needs, accessibility, business capital on the existence of street vendors in Bekasi City. This research is a quantitative research. The subjects in this study were street vendors in Bekasi City. The population in this study was 15,402 street vendors, based on data from the Bekasi City Cooperative and Small Business Office. The results of the validity test of the person correlation are that all variables count > rtabel, a(0.05) and the reliability test of all these variables are above 0.600. The number of samples in this study was 390 street vendors. The sampling technique uses cluster sampling. |The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis and moderating regression analysis (MRA) using the help of IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 for windows.The aims of this research are as follows: (1) Economic needs affect the existence of street vendors in Bekasi City with a parameter coefficient value of 0.179 with a significant level of 0.000<0.05 (2) Accessibility has an effect on the existence of street vendors in Bekasi City with a parameter coefficient value of 0.211 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 (3) Business capital has an effect on the existence of street vendors in Bekasi City with a parameter coefficient value of 0.184 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 (4) The role of the government as a moderating variable (economic needs *existence of street vendors) is able to moderate the effect of economic needs on the existence of street vendors in Bekasi City with a parameter coefficient value of 0.129 with a significant level of 0.034 < 0.05 (5) The role of the government as a moderating variable (accessibility*existence of street vendors) is able to moderate the effect of accessibility on the existence of street vendors with a parameter coefficient value of 0.183 with a parameter coefficient value of 0.183 with a significant level of 0.005 < 0.05 (6) The role of the government as a moderating variable (capital*existence of street vendors) is able to moderate the effect on the existence of street vendors with a parameter coefficient value of 0.222 with a significant level of 0.019 < 0.05
