Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences social value of planting Integrated social studies using picture and picture examples and non examples with respect to interest in learning. Population 170 students and sample 80 students. Quasi-experimental research methods. Data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using two-way analysis of variance and t-test two independent samples. Results showed (1) first hypothesis testing is known to have differences in social value teaching students who are taught using picture and picture and students who were taught using examples non examples. (2) second hypothesis testing known cultivation of social value students who have high interest in learning who are taught to use picture and picture is higher than that was taught using examples non examples. (3) third hypothesis testing known cultivation of social value students who have  high interest in learning who are taught to use picture and picture is higher than that was taught using examples non examples. (4) fourth hypothesis testing found no interaction between of learning with social studies learning interest towards planting Integrated social value. kata kunci: ene, pap, nilai sosial.

Abstract

The study was backed by low of learning outcomes and the lack ofactivity in social science learning of students in class VIII at SMP N 1 BatangHari East Lampung. The objectives of this research are; students’ social sciencelearning results differences between students who use NHT cooperative learningmodel and those who use Jigsaw cooperative learning model without consideringtheir forms of test (multiple choice and essay). This research uses experimentmethod. Samples were taken using Cluster Random Sampling. Data wereanalyzed using t-test and Two-Way Variant Analysis test.The results showed: (1) there was a mean difference of social science learningoutcomes between students who use cooperative learning model NHT type withstudents who use cooperative learning model Jigsaw; (2) there was a meandifference of social science learning outcomes between students who tested byusing a form of multiple choice questions, and students who tested by using a formof essay questions; (3) there is no interaction between learning model with theform of test; (4) The average of social science students learning outcomes learnedby using cooperative learning model NHT type more high than learned by usingcooperative learning model Jigsaw type if learning outcomes measured by usingmultiple choice questions; (5) The average of social science students learningoutcomes learned by using cooperative learning model NHT type more high thanlearned by using cooperative learning model Jigsaw type if learning outcomesmeasured by using essay questions; (6) The average of social science studentslearning outcomes tested by using a form of multiple choice questions more highthan tested by using a form of essay questions on cooperative learning modelNHT type; (7) The average of social science students learning outcomes tested byusing a form of multiple choice questions more high than tested by using a form ofessay questions on cooperative learning model Jigsaw typeKeywords: learning outcomes, NHT learning, jigsaw learning, form of test.

Abstract

This is quasi eksperimental research that aims to know the difference of  learning strategy NHT, TSTS and Mind Mapping to student’s evaluation values. Population in this research was eigthth grade student in Junior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro in academic year 2013/2014. The sample were VIIIB, VIIID, and VIIIE class choosen by using cluster random sampling technique. This research uses post test only control group design. Hypoteses of test using one way anova formula and t-test dunnet. Based on the analysis of data obtained the following research finding, 1) there is a difference of  student’s evaluation value using cooperative learning NHT, TSTS and Mind Mapping strategy, 2) the student’s evaluation values by NHT strategy is higher than TSTS 3) evaluation values by NHT strategy is higher than Mind Mapping strategy, 4) evaluation values by TSTS strategy is higher than Mind Mapping strategy.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT, TSTS, dan Mind Mapping terhadap hasil belajar. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Metro Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 dengan sampel siswa kelas VIIIB, VIIID, dan VIIIE yang ditentukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan post test only control group design. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus anava satu jalur dan uji t-dunnet. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh temuan penelitian sebagai berikut, 1) ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diberi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT, TSTS dan Mind Mapping, 2) hasil belajar siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model kooperatif tipe NHT lebih tinggi dibandingkan tipe TSTS, 3) hasil belajar siswa yang pembelajaran menggunakan model kooperatif tipe NHT lebih tinggi dibandingkan tipe Mind Mapping, 4) hasil belajar siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TSTS lebih tinggi dibandingkan tipe Mind Mapping.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, mind mapping, NHT, TSTS

Abstract

The method which used in this research is comparative study with experimental approaches. The study population totaled 313 students with a total sample of 74 students.Hypotheses of test using two-way analysis of variance formula and the t-test two independent samples.Based on the analysisof dataobtainedthe following research findings, (1) there is a difference of student morality in learning of IPS between students who are learning using simulation and problem solving. (2) there are differentiation of morality in the learning of IPS between students who have intrapersonalwith interpersonal intelligence. (3) there is no interaction between learning method with intrapersonal and interpersonal student in the learning of IPS. (4) students morality in learning of IPS which is using simulation is higher than problem solving on students who have intrapersonal intelligence. (5) students morality in learning of IPS which is using simulation is higher than problem solving on students who have interpersonal intelligence. (6) students morality in learning of  IPS which have the intrapersonal intelligence is lower than the interpersonal intelligence in simulation. (7) students morality in learning of IPS which have the intrapersonal is lower than the interpersonal by using problem solving. Kata kunci: moralitas, simulasi, ps, intrapersonal, interpersonal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine effectiveness of learning model and difference in learning outcomes IPS Terpadu given mind mapping models of learning and group investigation (GI) taking into account students' attitudes towards IPS Terpadu. Method used was experimental. Sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Data capture techniques of observation, documentation, test, questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using formula Anava and t-test. The results showed: (1) there are differences mean that learning outcomes of student learning using mind mapping learning compared to students using GI, (2) average value of learning outcomes of students who have positive attitude that learning to use mind mapping is higher than GI, (3 ) mean of student learning outcomes that have negative attitude towards IPS Terpadu subjects are learning to use mind mapping higher than GI, (4) there is no interaction between average achievement of students learning model with attitude.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran dan perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu yang diberi model pembelajaran mind mapping dan group investigation(GI) dengan memperhitungkan sikap siswa terhadap mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling.Teknik  pengambilan data yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, tes, angket.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus Anava dan t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada perbedaan rerata hasil belajar siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan mind mapping dibandingkan siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan GI; (2) rerata nilai hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki sikap positif yang pembelajarannya menggunakan mind mapping lebih tinggi dibandingkan  dengan GI; (3) rerata hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki sikap negatif terhadap mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu yang pembelajarannya menggunakan mind mapping lebih tinggi dibandingkan GI; (4) tidak ada interaksi rerata hasil belajarantara model pembelajaran dengan  sikap siswa. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, mind mapping, GI, sikap siswa

Abstract

The goal of this research is to know the differences and effectiveness of learning model Make a Match, TPS and STAD in social study. The method of this research is quasi experiment approach. Data collected is by using posttest. Hypothesis testing measured by analysis formula variant one way and t-Dunnet test. Based on the research, it is gotten (1) There is a differences of learning result average in social study which is taught by using learning model Make a Match, TPS and STAD; (2) The result of learning social study by using Make a Match model is higher than using TPS model; (3) The result of learning social study by using TPS model is higher than using STAD model; and (4) The result of learning IPS study by using TPS model is higher than using STAD model.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan dan efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran Make a match, TPS dan STAD dalam mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu. Teknik pengambilan data yaitu dengan tes. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus analisis varians satu arah dan uji t-Dunnet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan (1) Ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa yang diberi pembelajaran, Make a Match, TPS dan STAD; (2) Hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa menggunakan model Make a Match lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan TPS; (3) Hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa menggunakan model TPS lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan STAD; (4) Hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa menggunakan model TPS lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan STAD.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, make match, stad, tps.

Abstract

The aimed of this research was to know how effective cooperative learning models type Number Head Together and Mind Mapping in subject of IPS Terpadu. NHT in experiment class and Mind Mapping in controll class.Methods used in this research was comparative research with experiment approach. The population was all students class VIII in Junior High School 18 Bandar Lampung as many as 399 students with total sample is 74 students, taken by cluster random sampling techniques. The techniques to collected data used observation, documentation, inquiry, and test. Hypotesists used Anava and T-test Two Sample Independen. Based on result analyses showed that (1) there was any different average result of study for students who learn with cooperative learning NHT and Mind Mapping. (2) there was any different average result of study for students who have positive attitude with cooperative learning NHT was higher than Mind Mapping. (3) there was any different average result of study for students who have negative attitude with cooperative learning NHT was higher than Mind Mapping. (4) there was not any interaction between cooperative learning models and student’s attitude on subject learning.Kata Kunci: NHT, MM, sikap, hasil belajar.

Abstract

This research was aimed to determine the factors affecting the students’ learning outcomes in the economy class in grade XI social studies of Senior High School 3 Bandar lampung that was limited to the IQ level of independent variable, the attitude of the subject, and school climate. The method used was the Ex Post Facto and Survey by using descriptive verification research design. Sampling is probability sampling technique and calculated by The T Yamane formula. The units of analysis were simple linear regression and multiple. The object was the students of grade XI social studies. Based on the data analysis calculated by using the statistic formula gained: (1). There was an influence of IQ level on learning outcomes. (2). There was an influence of attitudes on learning outcomes. (3). There was a school climate effects on learning outcomes. (4). There was an influence of IQ levels, attitudes, and school climate on learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 3 Bandar lampung yang dibatasi variabel bebas tingkat IQ, sikap tentang mata pelajaran, dan iklim sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ex Post Facto dan Survey desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik samplingnya adalah probability sampling dengan simple random sampling dan perhitungannya menggunakan rumus T yamane. Unit analisis yaitu regresi linier sederhana dan multiple. Obyek adalah siswa XI IPS. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dihitung menggunakan rumus stasistik diperoleh: (1). Ada pengaruh tingkat IQ terhadap hasil belajar. (2). Ada pengaruh sikap terhadap hasil belajar. (3). Ada pengaruh iklim terhadap hasil belajar. (4). Ada pengaruh tingkat IQ, sikap, dan iklim sekolah terhadap hasil belajar.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, iklim sekolah, IQ, sikap.

Abstract

This research was about comparison of IPS Terpadu learning result with Number Head Together (NHT) and Think Talk Write (TTW) with concerning the intelegency of students at the first grade of junior high school 1 Kasui. The result of analysis showed: (1) There was difference on students learning result in which learning by using NHT and TTW model, (2) There was interaction between learning model and intelegency of adversity student on learning result of IPS Terpadu, (3) The result of students that used NHT model was better than TTW model for student who have high intelegency of adversity, (4) The result of learning that used TTW was lower than NHT model for student who have high intelegency of adversity.Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang perbandingan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu dengan model Number Head Together (NHT) dan Think Talk Write (TTW) dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan adversitas kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kasui. Metode penelitian ini adalah experimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Hasil analisis menunjukan: (1) ada perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model NHT dan TTW, (2) ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kecerdasan adversitas siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Abstract

Fifteen pieces of wet blue were devided into three groups of equal number of pieces. All of the group were processed into glove leather with drum rotational speed of 15 RPM and 25 RPM resfectively. Analysis of varians showed that the speed effected the tensile strength, tensile stretch, elongation, and tear strength of the leather obtained. The leather processed at 25 RPM gave the highest tensile strength (138,56 kg/cm2) tensile stretch (29,30 mm), elongation (58,60%), and tear strength (30,53 kh/cm).   INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecepatan drum terhadap sifat fisik kulit sarung tangan. Lima belas lembar kulit wet blue dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok yang sama jumlahnya. Masing-masing kelompok diproses menjadi kulit sarung tangan dengan variasi kecepatan drum 15 RPM, 20 RPM, dan 25 RPM. Analisa variansi menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan nyata diantara perlakuan terhadap kekuatan tarik, pertambahan mulur, persen pertambahan mulur dan ketahanan sobek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kulit yangdiputar dengan kecepatan 25 RPM memberikan nilai rata-rata tertinggi pada kekuatan tarik, pertambahan mulur, persen pertambahan mulur, dan ketahanan sobek masing-masing sebesar 138,56 kg/cm2, 29,30 mm, 58,60 % dan 30,53 kg/cm
