Abstract

The teacher certification program has been implemented since 2007, yet the society has not optimally experienced the quality improvement of secondary education in Industry 4.0. This study aims to examine vocational and senior high school teacher professionalism in the age of Industry 4.0 in developing learning. This study employed the survey method with quantitative descriptive analysis. The sample of this study was taken from two provinces in Indonesia, namely Yogyakarta Special Region and West Borneo. The data were collected from 113 vocational and senior high school teachers using random purposive sampling. The instruments used in this research were open-ended and close-ended questionnaires. The results of this study show that there is still a low number of teachers with a Master’s degree; however, teachers participate in various capacity building training programs. Moreover, the most common training programs for the teachers are on classroom action research, scientific journal publications, curriculum development, and updating teaching materials. Furthermore, it is found that the number of journal articles published by vocational and senior high school teachers in the two provinces is still low, and as a result, bottleneck problems may occur in their career promotion.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat perilaku hidup sehat para lansia korban erupsi Merapi pasca bencana di Kecamatan Cangkringan Sleman DIY. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan metode survai melalui serangkaian proses pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para lansia korban bencana erupsi Merapi yang berada di Kecamatan Cangkringan Sleman DIY berjumlah 50 orang yang diambil secara insidental. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku hidup sehat para lansia korban erupsi Merapi pasca bencana di Kecamatan Cangkringan termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Hal ini didasarkan pada para lansia yang termasuk kategori tinggi sebanyak 20%, sedang sebanyak 70%, dan buruk sebanyak 10 % serta nilai rata- rata (mean) sebesar 91,92 berada pada rentang 83-101 yaitu kategori sedang

Abstract

Penyakit degeneratif yang menonjol saat ini adalah penyakitjantung, hipertensi, dan penyakit diabetes melUtus. Penyakitdiabetes kebanyakan sering dijumpai pada usia lanjut. Penyakitdegeneratif mulai menggescr penyakit kronis lainnya. Penyebabterjadinya penyakit tersebut, antara lain: gaya hidup, pola makan,dan aktivitas fisik yang sangat kurang. Olahraga merupakan salahsatu altematif yang dapat bersifat preventif dan kuratif terhadappenyakit. Olahraga tidak hanya dibutuhkan bagi yang masih muda,tetapi juga bagi yang berusia lanjut. Banyak macam olahragaditawarkan untuk menurunkan gula darah, seperti senampernapasan, dan senam aerobik. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bakat siswa sekolah dasar (SD) pada cabang olahraga panahan di Kabupaten Manokwari. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SD negeri dan swasta di Kabupaten Manokwari. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria: (1) SD negeri dan swasta unggulan (panahan), (2) siswa yang mengikuti program pembinaan panahan Indosat, (3) sampel berjumlah 160 anak yang terdiri dari 80 laki-laki dan 80 anak perempuan, (4) siswa yang bersedia menjadi sampel dengan mengisi surat pernyataan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tes dan pengukuran, yang meliputi: kekuatan otot perut (sit-up/minute), kekuatan otot pung-gung (back up/minute), kekuatan otot lengan (pull strength), kekuatan otot tungkai (leg strength), kekuatan otot togok (back strength), daya tahan erobik (multistage), dan keterampilan memanah (jarak 20 meter). Analisis data menggunakan rumus T-Skor. Data diolah kemudian ditemukan hasil total skor yang seterusnya dimasukan ke rumus pengkategorian untuk diklasifikasikan. Hasil penelitian menun-jukkan bahwa bakat siswa SD pada olahraga panahan, untuk: (1) anak laki-laki sangat baik (22.5%), baik (22.5%); (2) Anak perempuan sangat baik (15%), baik (30%). Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa terdapat 45% siswa laki-laki berada di atas baik atau berbakat dan 45% siswa perempuan berada di atas baik atau berbakat.   IDENTIFYING THE ARCHERY TALENT OF ELEMENTARY STUDENTS IN MANOKWARI REGENCY Abstract This study is aimed to reveal the talent in archery of the students of elementary schools in Manokwari Regency. This study was a descriptive study. The method used was survey. The population was students of public and private elementary schools in Manokwari Regency. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling technique with the following criteria: (1) top public and private elementary schools (archery), (2) students who joined Indosat archery training program, (3) the sample was 160 students which consisted of 80 male and 80 female, (4) students who were willing to be the sample made written statements. The data collection instruments were test and measurement, including: abdominal muscles strength (sit-up/minute), back muscles strength (back up/minute), arm muscles strength (pull strength), leg muscles strength (leg strength), trunk muscles strength (back strength), aerobic stamina (multistage), and archery skill (20 meter distance). The data analysis technique used the T-score formula. The data were processed and then the total score was discovered and put into a categorization formula to be classified. The research results show that elementary school students’ talent in archery is as follows: (1) male students talent is very good (22.5%), good (22.5%), (2) female students’ talent is very good (15%), good (30%). This study reveals that 45%  male students 45% female students are talented, or more than good. Key words: talent identification, elementary school students, archery.

Abstract

The aims of this research to determine the impact of walking football on cholesterol and glycemic management in order to allow people to live healthily. This research is an experimental study with quantitative approach. The research sampling was 12 subjects from different category: (1) International students, (2) Local students, and employed persons. Technique collecting data using playground of futsal to assess variables like glycemic and cholesterol. Data analysis using independent test sample. To evaluate the subjects’ health condition, the research proceeded by pre-test first, for the second step a walking football was given during 12 weeks within 3 times per week. After the training a posttest has been provided to check the improvement of the subject’s health. The result showed that there is a strong different between pre-test and posttest on glycemic level with P (0.000) inferior to 0.05. Second there was a significant different from pre-test and posttest cholesterol data within P (0.000) inferior to 0.05. The walking football is a strong tool to help people at the different age to maintain their good condition but also to allow good performance for athletes. Walking football is very easy to apply and provide happiness

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan drill dan metode bermain terhadap kemampuan dribbling, (2) perbedaan pengaruh tingkat kemampuan koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi terhadap kemampuan dribbling, dan (3) interaksi pendekatan drill dan pendekatan bermain serta tingkat kemampuan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap kemampuan dribbling. Penelitian dilakukan pada pemain sepakbola U-12 menggunakan desain eksperimen faktorial 2 x 2. Instrumen pengukuran tingkat kemampuan koordinasi mata-kaki menggunakan Soccer Wall Volley Test dan kemampuan dribbling  menggunakan Short Dribbling Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan drill dan metode bermain terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dribbling, metode latihan drill lebih baik dibandingkan pendekatan bermain; (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh antara tingkat kemampuan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap kemampuan dribbling, pemain dengan koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi lebih baik dibandingkan koordinasi mata-kaki rendah; dan (3) Ada interaksi antara pendekatan drill dan pendekatan bermain serta tingkat koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap kemampuan dribbling. The influence of the differences between the training method and the coordination level on the dribbling skills of the u-12 football players Abstract: This study aims to investigate (1) the effect of the drill training method and the playing method on dribbling ability, (2) the effect of the level of eye-foot coordination ability on dribbling ability, and (3) the interaction between the drill approach and the playing approach and the level of coordination eye-foot ability to dribbling skills. The study was conducted on U-12 soccer players using a 2 x 2 factorial experimental design. The instrument used to measure eye-foot coordination skills is the Soccer Wall Volley Test, while dribbling abilities measured with the Short Dribbling Test. The results showed (1) there was a difference in the effect of the drill training method and the playing method on increasing dribbling skills; the drill training method was better than the playing approach; (2) There is a difference in the effect of the level of eye-foot coordination on dribbling ability, players with high eye-foot coordination are better than low eye-foot coordination; and (3) There is an interaction between the drill approach and the playing approach as well as the eye-foot coordination level on dribbling skills.

Abstract

The present study aims to produce Augmented Reality Mobile App-based multimedia of Pencak silat learning for junior high school students. APPED Research and Development model was applied by following several stages, including Analysis and Initial Research, Design, Production, Evaluation, and Dissemination. The data were collected using questionnaire and tests. The product was evaluated in three stages, namely one to one, small group, and field (effectivity test) evaluation. Three material experts were involved in rating the product validation with a mean of 4.77 (very good). Meanwhile, mean score from three Media Experts was 4.80 (very good). The mean score of product evaluation for one-to-one evaluation was at 4.62 (very good), the small group at 4.80 (very good), and the field at 4.56 (very good). A significant improvement was detected from the mean score of the learning outcomes from pretest to posttest (p=0.0000.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that Augmented Reality Mobile App-based multimedia of Pencak silat learning was effective to improve JHS students’ achievement and was able to be used in the Pencak silat learning for JHS students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk media puzzle dan Coloring Book pencak silat dalam memperkenalkan teknik dasar pencak silat untuk usia dini dan dapat digunakan sebagai media pengajaran untuk guru atau pelatih serta siswa dalam melatih kemandirian pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development), yangmenggunakan tujuh langkah dalam penelitian pengembangan yaitu: (1) Identifikasi Potensi dan Masalah, (2) Pengumpulan Bahan, (3) Desain Produk, (4) Pembuatan Produk, (5) Validasi Produk, (6) Ujicoba Terbatas, dan (7) Revisi Produk. Pengembangan media Puzzle dan Coloring Book pencak silat, terlebih dahulu divalidasi oleh satu ahli materi, satu ahli media, 10 peserta didik untuk uji coba kelompok kecil, dan 20 peserta didik untuk uji coba lapangan. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa SD Banguntapan kelas bawah.Analisis data dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif persentase.Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan: secara keseluruhan media Puzzle dan Coloring Book pencak silat dengan pokok bahasan materi (kuda-kuda, tangkisan, pukulan, sikutan, tendangan) ini dikategorikan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran pencak silat untuk usia dini dengan tingkat kelayakan sebesar 81% dan darisegi kelayakan media sebesar 72,5%. Bedasarkan uji coba lapangan, kelayakan dari media Puzzle danColoring Book pencak silat untuk peserta didik kelas bawah meliputi: Segi materi sebesar 77% dan segidesain Puzzle dan Coloring Book 76%. Secara keseluruhan media Puzzle dan Coloring Book pencak silat inilayak digunakan dalam pengenalan teknik dasar pencak silat untuk usia dini.Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Media Pembelajaran, Puzzle dan Coloring Book, Dasar Pencak Silat Teknik

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh permaianan tradisional gobak sodor terhadap kecepatan reaksi dan keseimbangan anak usia 12-14 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Eksperiment, menggunakan desain One Group Pre Test Post Test Design. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah anak usia 12-14 tahun sejumlah 15 anak. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kemampuan kecepatan reaksi menggunakan whole body reaction dan keseimbangan menggunakan smart balance. Teknik analisis data menggunakan t-test dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan permainan gobak sodor secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kecepatan reaksi anak usis 12-14 tahun dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.346. Keseimbangan tidak meningkat secara signifikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1.306, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan tradisional gobak sodor dapat meningkatkan kecepatan reaksi anak usia 12-14 tahun. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan oleh peneliti lainnya dengan melibatkan unsur kondisi fisik lainnya dan mengembangkan program latihan gobak sodor sehingga dapat meningkatkan unsur kondisi fisik secara terintegral. Gobak sodor: a traditional game to improve reaction speed and balance for 12-14 year olds  AbstractThis study aimed to see the effect of the traditional Gobak Sodor game on the reaction reactions and balance of children aged 12-14 years. This research is a Quasi Experiment study using the One Group Pre Test Post Test Design design. Subjects in the study were 15 children aged 12-14 years. The instrument used to measure reaction ability using whole-body reactions and balance using a smart balance. The data analysis technique used a t-test with a significance level of 5%. The data analysis results showed that the gobak Sodor game could significantly increase the reaction speed of 12-14-year-olds with a t-count value of 3.346. The balance did not increase significantly with the t-count value of 1.306, so it can be ignored that the traditional gobak sodor game can increase the reaction speed of children aged 12-14 years. It is hoped that other researchers can develop this research by involving other physical conditions and creating a gobak sodor training program to improve the physical condition integrally.

Abstract

This research aims to know the level of students' physical fitness in grade IV and V of Budi Mulia Dua Elementary school who following Pencak Silat.This is a descriptive research. The population is all (220 students) the students of grade VI and V in Budi Mulia Dua Elementary school. The sample was taken 35% from all population (72 students), proportionate strattfied random sampling was used in this research. The technique of taking the data was used measurement test. The instrument used was Indonesian Physical Fitness Test year 2009 age 10-12 years old. Data analysis technique was using percentage descriptive.The result showed that the level of students physical fitness in grade IV and V of Budi Mulia Dua Elementary school who following pencak silat got 15 students (20.83%) belong to very poor categorry 36 students (50%) belong to poor category 16 students (22.22%) belong to fair categorry and 5 students (6.94%) belong to good category. If see from the gender, from 36 female students, 6 students (16.67%) belong to very poor categorry 18 students (50%) belong to poor categofYr 9 students (25%) belong to fair category and 3 students (8.33%) belong to good category. From 36 male students, 9 students (25%) belong to very poor categorry 18 students (50%) belong to poor categorry 7 students (19.44%) belong to fair category and 2 students (5.56%) belong to good category. If see from each class, from 36 students of grade VI, 6 students (16.67%) belong to fait categorry 21 students (58.33%) belong to poor category and 9 students (25%) belong to very poor category. From 36 students of grade V, 5 students (13.89) belong to good categorry 10 students (27.78%) belong to fair categorry 15 students (41.67%) belong to poor categofYr and 6 students ( 16.6 7%) belong to very poor category.
