Abstract

Abstrak: Strategi Prodi D3 Vokasi dalam mempersiapkan lulusan yang komepten di era Industri 4.0. Perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi telah membawa manusia pada peradaban era industri 4.0. Perkembangan tersebut membawa perubahan disetiap lini kehidupan, termasuk di ranah pendidikan dan industri. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang fokus menghasilkan lulusan siap kerja, vokasi harus menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan industri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan strategi prodi D3 vokasi Sekretari dan Administrasi Bisnis dalam mempersiapkan lulusan yang mampu berkompetensi di era digital 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui pengumpulan sampel di tiga kota berbeda yaitu Yogyakarta, Bandung dan Jakarta dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Tahap teknik analisis data dengan cara; pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penyimpulan. Proses analisis data menggunakan strategi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa strategi prodi mempersiapkan lulusan yang kompeten melalui 3 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi. Setiap tahapan didasari atas perspektif prodi, organisasi kemahasiswaan, dan pembelajaran. Kata kunci: strategi; kompetensi; lulusan; diploma 3; vokasi  Abstract: Strategy of Vocational D3 Study Program in Preparing Graduates Who Are Competent in The Industrial Era 4.0. The development of technology and communication has brought humans to the civilization of the industrial era 4.0. These developments bring changes in every line of life, including in the realm of education and industry. As an educational institution that focuses on producing graduates who are ready to work, vocational education must adjust to the needs of the industry. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of the D3 vocational Secretariat and Business Administration study program in preparing graduates who are able to compete in the digital era 4.0. This study uses qualitative descriptive method through sample collection in three different cities, namely Yogyakarta, Bandung and Jakarta with observation, interviews, and document studies. Stages of data analysis techniques by means of; data collection, data reduction, and inference. The process of data analysis using strategy planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study explained that the Study Program Strategy prepares competent graduates through 3 stages, namely planning, implementation, evaluation. Abstract

This research aims to identify and understand the barriers affecting public sector employees' innovative behaviors, particularly examining how these obstacles differ across stages of innovation and between genders. Utilizing a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research involved in-depth interviews with 40 informants from six agencies in Kupang City and Kupang Regency. Data were analyzed through thematic analysis techniques, revealing eleven major barriers categorized into political-administrative leadership, public management, and individual factors. Political-administrative barriers include insufficient support from political actors and a restrictive organizational climate. Public management challenges encompass a risk-averse culture, weak interdepartmental collaboration, limited knowledge sharing, bureaucratic constraints, and regulatory rigidity that restricts creative ideas perceived as "out of the box." Another key finding highlights the demotivating effect of redundant local digital innovations replaced by centrally mandated platforms, fostering employee frustration and discouragement. Individual barriers identified include a lack of expertise, limited access to policymakers, and significant gender-related issues such as patriarchy, stereotypes, and domestic responsibilities. The study highlights its novelty by uncovering how regional contextual factors, especially gender dynamics, uniquely shape barriers to innovation. This study uniquely contributes to the literature by specifically examining barriers to innovative work behavior (IWB) in the under-researched context of Eastern Indonesia, focusing on both innovation stages and gender differences.

Abstract

This study investigates the failure of bureaucratic simplification policy in South-Central Timor Regency, Indonesia, particularly the mandated transition of echelon IV structural roles into functional positions under Permenpan RB No. 17 of 2021. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research collected data through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis involving affected civil servants, structural officials, and governance experts. Four interrelated barriers were identified: exclusion of civil servants from decision-making processes, demotivation due to unclear career paths and insufficient financial incentives, stagnant leadership at the echelon II level, and inadequate systemic support, including training and infrastructure. These challenges reflect the interplay of socio-political dynamics and regional resource constraints, which complicate the application of agile governance principles in peripheral regions. The study’s novelty lies in its localized perspective, which reveals governance and administrative complexities often overlooked in mainstream reform narratives. It emphasizes the critical role of leadership behavior, employee involvement, and institutional readiness in sustaining reform, offering practical insights for policy improvement in resource-limited contexts.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how consumers loyalty to Vaseline goods is affected in the Kupang City neighborhood via emotional branding, human selling, and electronic word-of-mouth. The study uses an associative technique and a quantitative survey method. Data were collected with a survey table of 100 respondents of Vaseline product consumers in Kupang City. The primary data obtained were processed using the SPSS application. The technique for collecting data involved distributing questionnaires, while the method used for data analysis was multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing conducted in conjunction with the F-test, t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The findings showed that, while emotional branding had no discernible impact on customer loyalty, Both electronic and human word-of-mouth marketing had a favorable and considerable impact. Furthermore, it was discovered that customer loyalty was significantly impacted by the three independent variables taken together. According to the coefficient of determination (R2), consumer characteristics may be explained by the elements of digital word-of-mouth, personal selling, and emotional branding. The study's conclusions also provide valuable information for Kupang City's Vaseline product marketing plan. Companies need to focus on personal selling and electronic word of mouth because they have been proven to increase consumer loyalty. Conversely, the emotional branding strategy needs to be evaluated because it has not had a significant impact.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program pencegahan stunting merupakan upaya krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, terutama di wilayah yang rentan terhadap bencana seperti Desa Fatumnasi, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kader kesehatan dalam pencegahan stunting, mengingat tingginya prevalensi stunting di desa ini dan keterbatasan kapasitas kader yang berperan penting dalam mendeteksi dan menangani kasus stunting. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah kader kesehatan posyandu Desa Fatumnasi, yang merupakan garda terdepan dalam layanan kesehatan masyarakat di daerah rawan bencana. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan, mulai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi. Pelatihan dan workshop difokuskan pada pemetaan wilayah rawan stunting serta peningkatan keterampilan kader dalam menghadapi tantangan geografis dan situasi darurat akibat bencana alam. Evaluasi program dilakukan menggunakan metode angket dan survei terhadap peserta untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 50% peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terhadap materi, dengan 25% partisipasi aktif dalam diskusi dan workshop. Program ini diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan dan mendukung upaya nasional dalam menurunkan angka stunting, terutama di wilayah rawan bencana.Abstract:.The stunting prevention program is crucial to enhance human resource quality, particularly in disaster-prone areas such as Fatumnasi Village and Timor Tengah Selatan Regency. This program aims to strengthen the capacity of healthcare cadres to prevent stunting, given the high prevalence of stunting in the village and the limited capacity of the cadres, who play a vital role in detecting and addressing stunting cases. The program's partners are the Fatumnasi Village posyandu health cadres, who serve as the frontline in providing public health services in disaster-prone areas. This community service initiative (PkM) involves several stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Training and workshops are focused on mapping areas vulnerable to stunting and enhancing the cadres' skills in tackling geographic challenges and emergencies due to natural disasters. Program evaluation was conducted through questionnaires and surveys to assess participants' understanding. The results indicated that 50% of participants demonstrated improved comprehension of the material, with 25% actively participating in discussions and workshops. This program is expected to be sustainable and support national efforts to reduce stunting rates, particularly in disaster-prone regions.

Abstract

This article explores the impact of top-down delayering policies on government employees in vertical institutions in Eastern Indonesia. This study used a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with government employees in three vertical agencies in East Nusa Tenggara. Four main dimensions are explained: job suitability with competencies, future career patterns, innovative work behavior, and employee welfare. Findings indicate a significant mismatch betsween employee competencies and the demands of the new position, resulting in decreased efficiency, role confusion, and low morale. Concerns about unclear future career patterns were also identified, affecting employee motivation and morale. On the other hand, the transition to a more functional structure contributes to an increase in innovative work behavior, with employees feeling more empowered to make creative contributions. Apart from that, this policy also positively impacts the economic welfare of employees through increasing benefits and performance. This research underscores the importance of effective change management, adequate preparation, and communication in implementing bureaucratic delayering policies. Limitations of the study include the limited sample and focus on individual perceptions.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional disorder resulting from prolonged inadequate nutrient intake, leading to impaired physical growth, delayed cognitive and motor development, and increased risk of metabolic disorders in children. Addressing stunting is a public health priority in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas where food security and health services are often limited. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) for stunted toddlers in Lalukoen Village. Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the SFP implementation in Lalukoen Village has been largely ineffective. Key challenges include minimal parental involvement during socialization, as nutritionists did not adequately engage or educate families.Additionally, the low participation of community health cadres, misalignment between the food and the children’s nutritional needs, limited program budgets, and the absence of food processing infrastructure provided by the village government further constrained program effectiveness. This study highlights the urgent need to improve community-based nutrition interventions through inclusive engagement strategies, particularly by actively involving parents in early program planning and implementation stages. Furthermore, strengthening logistical and infrastructure support, especially for food preparation and distribution, is essential to improving outcomes. The research contributes to the discourse on local public health governance by offering practical recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of stunting prevention programs in rural settings, with broader implications for policy and program design in similar contexts.

Abstract

Revolusi digital telah menciptakan lingkungan baru dalam pemasaran, di mana influencer marketing, word of mouth, dan gaya hidup menjadi faktor penting yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Skintific sebagai merek perawatan kulit berbasis ilmiah asal Kanada yang hadir di Indonesia sejak 2021 menghadapi tantangan dalam pasar yang kompetitif, termasuk di Kota Kupang yang menunjukkan pola penjualan fluktuatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Influencer Marketing, Word Of Mouth dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Skintfic di Kota Kupang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-Probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling dan populasinya adalah konsumen yang tinggal di Kota Kupang dan yang pernah membeli produk Skintific dengan jumlah sampel 100. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif, dan analisis linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel influencer marketing tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian skintific di Kota kupang, sedangkan variable word of mouth dan gaya hidup berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian skintific di Kota Kupang. Namun, secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel influencer marketing,word of mouth dan gaya hidup berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian skintific di Kota Kupang. Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya keberlanjutan lingkungan serta tren global menuju kendaraan ramah lingkungan, termasuk sepeda listrik. Namun, adopsi sepeda listrik di Kupang masih rendah akibat beberapa faktor seperti minimnya infrastruktur pendukung, harga yang relatif tinggi, dan rendahnya kesadaran konsumen terhadap produk ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Green Marketing, dan Green Consumerism Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Listrik Di CV Handayani Kupang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling dan populasinya adalah konsumen yang membeli sepeda listrik di CV Handayani Kupang dengan jumlah sampel 100. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif, dan analisis linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel Green Marketing secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian sepeda listrik di CV Handayani Kupang, dan variable Green Consumerism berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan pembelian pembelian sepeda listrik di CV Handayani Kupang. Variabel Green Marketing, dan Green Consumerism secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda listrik di CV Handayani Kupang Kata Kunci : Green Marketing, Green Consumerism, Keputusan Pembelian
