Abstract

This study aims to analyze learning management of Al-Qur’an memorization (Tahfidz Al-Al-Qur’an) at An-Nahl Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Jambi. The approach employed in this study was descriptive approach, utilizing qualitative methods with data collection instruments such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used in this research undergoes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the learning management of Al-Qur’an memorization at An-Nahl Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Jambi has been effectively implemented. This Al-Qur’an memorization learning is facilitated through the collaboration among the school principal, the Chairman of the foundation, the Curriculum Vice Principal, the Student Affairs Vice Principal, and the Tahfidz teachers who are responsible for optimizing the Al-Qur’an learning process and providing greater understanding of the importance of memorizing the Al-Qur’an for the students. This achievement is closely related to the adjustment of planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation processes of Al-Qur’an memorization learning at An-Nahl Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Jambi.

Abstract

In this study, the researcher observes two portals which are assumed to represent dominant ideology for Indonesian Muslims, namely http://www.nu.or.id and http://www.muhammadiyah.or.id. The researcher examines the portrait or description of both portals in the eyes of global search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Master, Bing, and others. By using descriptive qualitative research, this Search Engine Analysis of NU and Muhammadiyah Portal Portraits reveals that both portals are placed in a decent position, namely the first rank, as categorized for them. This indicates that both portals are accepted and favored by hundreds of millions of internet users, as shown by the high number of visitors accessing both portals. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengamati dua portal yang diasumsikan mewakili ideologi dominan bagi Muslim Indonesia, yaitu http://www.nu.or.id dan http://www.muhammadiyah.or.id. Peneliti menemukan bagaimana potret atau deskripsi kedua portal tersebut dalam pandangan mesin pencari dunia seperti Google, Yahoo, Master, Bing, dan lainnya. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, Analisis Mesin Pencari terhadap Potret Portal NU dan Muhammadiyah ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa kedua portal menempati posisi yang layak, yaitu peringkat pertama, sesuai dengan kategori yang ditetapkan bagi mereka. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua portal diterima dan disukai oleh ratusan juta pengguna internet, yang ditunjukkan oleh tingginya jumlah pengakses kedua portal tersebut.

Abstract

The development of Facebook members in the last five years has been truly phenomenal, with a growth rate of 118% each month. Facebook needed only about five months to reach 150 million members from 170 countries worldwide, using at least 35 languages. The researcher is interested in examining the patterns and responses of Islamic boarding school students, managers, and kiai in accessing and using Facebook sites. This interest is based on the assumption that they have different patterns and attitudes in accessing Facebook sites. The research problem is how the students and managers' patterns and responses in using Facebook sites as a communication medium. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method and collects data through interviews. Perkembangan anggota Facebook dalam lima tahun terakhir sangat fenomenal, mencapai peningkatan sebesar 118% setiap bulan. Facebook hanya membutuhkan waktu sekitar lima bulan untuk mencapai 150 juta anggota dari 170 negara di dunia, dengan menggunakan minimal 35 bahasa. Peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti pola dan respons santri, pengelola, dan kiai dalam mengakses serta menggunakan situs Facebook. Ketertarikan ini didasarkan pada asumsi bahwa mereka memiliki pola dan sikap yang berbeda dalam mengakses situs Facebook. Masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pola dan respons santri serta pengelola dalam menggunakan situs Facebook sebagai media komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara.

Abstract

Through his YouTube account, the uploaded content is very interesting to listen to and has an implicit message in the YouTube channel "Cahaya Cinta Untuk Indonesia". which aims to be studied to understand various aspects of life. In this content, Habib Husein Ja'far collaborated with Dr. Fahhrudin Faiz entitled "The Peak of Goodness is in Love", where they both discuss philosophical studies, namely where humans are not perfect creatures, there are always shortcomings, always not reaching the most correct point, especially in studying philosophy, their egos must rise because they feel they can think philosophically, the key is knowledge and love without both, life will be chaotic, you could say people are illogical and many more. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative research approach with a descriptive research type with technical transcript analysis. The purpose of this study is toEffectiveness Evaluation Assessing the effectiveness of communication media (YouTube) in disseminating philosophical thoughts, Impact Identification Identifying the positive or negative impact of content on audience behavior and thinking.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate Ghofar Zaen's da'wah messages on YouTube through the delivery of material on tutorials on the adhan, bilal, and shalawat. This study was conducted from January to June 2023. This research used a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive analysis model by Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the tutorial content on adhan, bilal, and shalawat is presented to provide understanding to the public, particularly in the field of worship. The increasing interest of the public in online religious education has made Ghofar Zaen's worship channel videos popular among the audience. It is able to accommodate the community's need for information about worship, which is then produced into content. Its worship content has the potential to become a reference for religious knowledge among the community. The appeal of worship content has encouraged community involvement in accessing and learning online. This research is expected to strengthen online religious literacy, which has the potential to become an alternative source of reading for the community. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies implemented by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in the use of multimedia to improve students' learning motivation and explain the process of using multimedia strategies in learning, and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors faced in the learning process, both teachers and students to improve students' learning motivation with multimedia usage strategies. The purpose of this study is to improve students' learning motivation with the use of multimedia, and to improve teachers' ability and understanding to understand various learning strategies that can be used to create a more effective and efficient learning process. This research is a qualitative research based on descriptive conducted at the Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah Integrated Vocational High School Muaro Bungo. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, documentation techniques. This study produced three things, namely: (1) explaining Islamic Religious Education Learning why it has not been optimal in the learning process which has an impact on learning motivation. (2) Implementation of Islamic religious education teacher strategies in the use of multimedia, teachers utilize various multimedia platforms such as presentations, interactive videos which aim to convey lesson materials in a more interesting and easily understood way by students.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of social media on political communication and public polarization. Social media, initially designed to foster social interactions, has become a political arena, leading to conflicts of interest through controversial campaign content for the 2024 presidential election. The study focuses on the emergence of public division into camps supporting each candidate, such as Anis-Muhaimin, Prabowo-Gibran, and Ganjar-Mahfud. Each candidate has different narrative content themes, such as change movements, Jokowi's program, and Indonesia's excellence. This unique phenomenon continues until the inauguration of the elected president. Tensions between the losing and winning camps continue on social media timelines. The research uses a netnographic method with a qualitative approach. Social media enables rapid and extensive political communication, but concerns have arisen about ethical communication violations committed by its users. Content displayed by candidates or their success teams can create an echo chamber, reinforcing voters' views. The emergence of consultants, influencers, and political buzzers further exacerbates this issue, fostering division among societal groups.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan faktor kunci dalam sebuah organisasi untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam meraih tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan keterampilan kepemimpinan sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa organisasi dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan mencapai sasaran yang diinginkan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema "Pelatihan Kepemimpinan dan Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Laboratorium Kota Jambi" bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mendalam mengenai pentingnya keterampilan kepemimpinan dalam konteks organisasi, termasuk hal-hal mendasar tentang konsep kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu, motivasi, kolaborasi tim, etika, dan evaluasi diri, sehingga dapat diaplikasikan pada Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Laboratorium Kota Jambi. Pada kegiatan sosialisasi ini, metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Sosialisasi ini dihadiri oleh 30 pengurus Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS). Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah memberikan pemahaman dan penjelasan materi serta mengajak peserta untuk berdiskusi mengenai kepemimpinan dan organisasi. Hasil dari pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh tim menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan kepemimpinan dan organisasi telah terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui keterlibatan aktif peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan, termasuk partisipasi mereka dalam diskusi dan sesi tanya jawab setelah penyampaian materi oleh Tim Pengabdian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Program Bina Pribadi Islami (BPI) dalam upaya meningkatkan loyalitas guru di SMP IT An-Nahl Percikan Iman Jambi. BPI merupakan salah satu program pembinaan dan pemantapan pemahaman keislaman yang terstruktur yang dikeluarkan oleh Jaringan Sekolah Islam Terpadu (JSIT) Indonesia. Implementasi yang dimaksud merupakan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program. Subjek penelitian ini pengurus yayasan SIT An-Nahl Percikan Iman Jambi bidang BPI, Kepala SMP IT An-Nahl Percikan Iman Jambi, Penanggung Jawab BPI SMP IT An-Nahl Percikan Iman Jambi, dan tiga orang guru SMP IT An-Nahl Percikan Iman Jambi dengan masa kerja yang berbeda. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mencari data sekunder dari pihak sekolah, data primer dengan mewawancarai subjek penelitian, dan didukung dokumentasi yang berkaitan BPI. Diperoleh simpulan, implementasi program BPI bagi guru di SMP IT An-Nahl Percikan Iman Jambi secara umum berjalan lancar. Beberapa kendala yang terjadi dalam implementasi program BPI bagi guru di SMP IT An-Nahl Percikan Iman Jambi adalah kepribadian guru, perbedaan pemahaman guru terkait pentingnya BPI, kurangnya waktu untuk berkumpul antar pengurus BPI, dan perbedaan jadwal mengajar guru. Beberapa solusi yang sudah dilakukan adalah diadakan pelatihan, pengajian bersama, dan pertemuan secara virtual. BPI berdampak pada loyalitas guru SMP IT An-Nahl Percikan Iman Jambi, terlihat dari indikator pengabdian, kecintaan terhadap pekerjaan, ketaatan, rasa tanggung jawab, dan kejujuran. Analisis hasil wawancara terkait keseluruhan indikator memperoleh jawaban yang positif.

Abstract

Background: Premarital sexual behavior is very common in adolescents and young adults. Their lack of knowledge is one of the causes of this happening. The negative consequences caused by this premarital sexual behavior make various prevention efforts necessary. As an effort towards this, the researchers launched the 3P (Peal, Prepare, Protect) program for Duta Generasi Berencana Kota Bukittinggi 2023. The reason to choose Duta Generasi Berencana (GenRe) as a participant is because they are icons and role models for adolescents, and later they can provide insights to adolescents about premarital sex behavior as part of their duties. Methods: The method in this service is to provide psychoeducation as a workshop about premarital sexual behavior. The analysis in the study was carried out by comparing the data before and after the intervention. Results: The result of this program showed that there was an increase in knowledge of Duta Genre Bukittinggi 2023 based on the result of a statistical test (sig. 0,000). Conclusion: In order to increase knowledge about premarital sexual behavior and to raise awareness of the negative consequences, the 3P program has been done for Duta Generasi Berencana Kota Bukittinggi 2023. It is hoped that this program will continue to be implemented so that it can be as effective as possible in preventing cases of premarital sex.
