Artikel ini mendiskusikan mengenai manajemen pendidikan Islam, karakteristik, dan spektrumnya. Karakteristik manajemen pendidikan Islam harus didasarkan pada al-Qurâan dan Hadits serta pemikiran rasional yang telah diuji validitasnya. Spektrum manajemen pendidikan Islam meliputi lingkup manajemen personalia pendidikan Islam, manajemen peserta didik pendidikan Islam, maanjemen kurikulum pendidikan Islam, manajemen keuangan pendidikan Islam, manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan Islam, manajemen hubungan masyarakat, masyarakat pelayanan pendidikan Islam, manajemen mutu pendidikan Islam, manajemen perubahan pendidikan Islam, manajemen struktur pendidikan Islam, manajemen konplik pendidikan Islam, dan manajemen komunikasi pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru, fokus penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru, penelitian ini dilakukan di Taman Kanak-kanak Watoniyah Islamiyah Desa Sungai Pule Kecamatan Tembesi. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tahap teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data, sedangkan pengecekan keterpercayaan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketelitian pengamatan, triangulasi dan melakukan konsultasi ke pembimbing. Hasil penelitian kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru di Taman Kanak-kanak Watoniyah Islamiyah sudah berjalan dengan baik, dengan cara mengikutkan guru-guru KKG, workshop, pelatihan-pelatihan. Adapun kendala kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru adalah banyaknya tugas-tugas yang menyita waktu, dan juga waktu kegiatan peningkatan kompetensi guru bersamaan dengan kegiatan proses belajar mengajar sehingga guru tidak dapat mengikuti kegiatan tersebut dengan rutin.

The increasing demands of life have made many housewives take creative economic steps to support their family's financial needs, especially in the condition of their husbands with limited income. One way is to open an online business through social media. This study aims to find out how experiential learning in a female entrepreneur who still uses old social media, namely Facebook, to trade her goods as a form of her efforts to help her family's economy. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection uses in-depth interviews on the subjects. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. This study found three major themes with nine sub-themes related to experiential learning. Experience before migrating with the sub-themes of independence, work spirit, and entrepreneurial spirit. Furthermore, the experience when migrating with the sub-themes of hard work, boss trust, and working while studying. Entrepreneurial experience with the background sub-theme of starting a business, starting a business, and managing a business. From the application of experiential learning, good psychological effects on the subject such as self-efficacy, resilience, and work-life balance are formed

This research aims to describe strategies for improving the quality of graduates through the roles and duties of school principals and assisted by deputy principals in managing the strategic management process which is carried out starting from environmental observation, strategy formulation, strategy implementation to the evaluation stage. This research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The findings of this research include, first, the strategic management process carried out in improving the quality of graduates, namely through the analysis stage (internal and external environmental analysis), strategy formulation is carried out by an appointed team, after that the formulation stage is carried out. followed by the implementation stage, and as follows: Lastly is evaluation which includes supervision, providing reports on programs that have been implemented, and organizing meeting agendas. Furthermore, how important it is for this management strategy to be improved in order to produce quality graduates, so as to expand future opportunities and minimize possible risks. Then there are factors that influence the process of improving the quality of graduates, namely in terms of teacher quality, outstanding students, and of course the availability of complete facilities. And the obstacle experienced is the lack of student motivation. Therefore, teachers need to foster students' learning motivation. Teachers as drivers of learning must try to make their students more enthusiastic about learning

The objective of this study is to determine whether the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) technique can significantly improve students' speaking abilities. The researcher employed a quasi-experimental study design with a pre- and post-testing control group. This study included participation from forty students. Twenty students were assigned to the experimental group, while the remaining 20 were assigned to the control group. The result of the pair sample t-test indicates that there was a statistically significant improvement in the speaking performance of students before and after the adoption of the Think-Pair-Share approach (M = 11.98, T = -8.839), P 0.05. The overall findings of the study indicate that the Think-Pair-Share technique can improve the performance of the students. In addition, Think- Pair-Share provided the students with extra opportunities to communicate English. The studentsâ€Ÿ English speaking confidence increased. They also contributed actively to the teaching and learning process.

YouTube telah menjadi platform media sosial yang populer untuk penyebaran dakwah Islam. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana YouTube digunakan sebagai ladang penyebaran dakwah Islam, dengan fokus pada konten, audiens, dan dampaknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, termasuk analisis konten, dan survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa YouTube telah menjadi platform yang efektif untuk penyebaran dakwah Islam, dengan berbagai konten dakwah yang tersedia dan audiens yang beragam. Dakwah di YouTube memiliki dampak positif dan negatif, seperti meningkatkan pemahaman agama Islam, memperkuat rasa persaudaraan umat Islam, namun juga dapat menjadi sumber informasi yang salah dan misinformasi. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran YouTube sebagai ladang utama dalam penyebaran dakwah Islam di era digital. YouTube, sebagai salah satu platform media sosial terbesar, memberikan kemudahan dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan keagamaan kepada audiens global. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi efektivitas dakwah melalui YouTube, termasuk keberagaman konten, penggunaan strategi pemasaran digital, serta dampak positif dan tantangan dalam penggunaan platform ini. Studi ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kebijaksanaan dalam memilih dan mengonsumsi konten dakwah, mengingat risiko informasi yang tidak akurat atau menyesatkan. Dengan analisis mendalam terhadap fenomena ini, penelitian ini berupaya untuk memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana YouTube tidak hanya menjadi alat untuk menyebarkan ajaran Islam, tetapi juga untuk memperluas pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam masyarakat global yang semakin terhubung secara digital.

Bangket Parak Village is a village located in Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. This village is a division of Teruwai Village in 2010. In this village floods often occur every year which have an impact on losses for the community. This flood was caused by a fairly high intensity of rain accompanied by overflowing river water and water shipments from upstream. Therefore, the DESTANA (Disaster Response Village) Program is here to assist in solving these problems. Some of the efforts made to deal with flooding in Bangket Parak Village include: 1) Conducting socialization related to disaster mitigation; 2) Installation of natural disaster signs; and 3) Manufacturing and installation of EWS (Early Warning System).

This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies implemented by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in the use of multimedia to improve students' learning motivation and explain the process of using multimedia strategies in learning, and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors faced in the learning process, both teachers and students to improve students' learning motivation with multimedia usage strategies. The purpose of this study is to improve students' learning motivation with the use of multimedia, and to improve teachers' ability and understanding to understand various learning strategies that can be used to create a more effective and efficient learning process. This research is a qualitative research based on descriptive conducted at the Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah Integrated Vocational High School Muaro Bungo. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, documentation techniques. This study produced three things, namely: (1) explaining Islamic Religious Education Learning why it has not been optimal in the learning process which has an impact on learning motivation. (2) Implementation of Islamic religious education teacher strategies in the use of multimedia, teachers utilize various multimedia platforms such as presentations, interactive videos which aim to convey lesson materials in a more interesting and easily understood way by students.

This study aims to investigate Ghofar Zaen's da'wah messages on YouTube through the delivery of material on tutorials on the adhan, bilal, and shalawat. This study was conducted from January to June 2023. This research used a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive analysis model by Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the tutorial content on adhan, bilal, and shalawat is presented to provide understanding to the public, particularly in the field of worship. The increasing interest of the public in online religious education has made Ghofar Zaen's worship channel videos popular among the audience. It is able to accommodate the community's need for information about worship, which is then produced into content. Its worship content has the potential to become a reference for religious knowledge among the community. The appeal of worship content has encouraged community involvement in accessing and learning online. This research is expected to strengthen online religious literacy, which has the potential to become an alternative source of reading for the community.
