Abstract

Bangket Parak Village is a village located in Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. This village is a division of Teruwai Village in 2010. In this village floods often occur every year which have an impact on losses for the community. This flood was caused by a fairly high intensity of rain accompanied by overflowing river water and water shipments from upstream. Therefore, the DESTANA (Disaster Response Village) Program is here to assist in solving these problems. Some of the efforts made to deal with flooding in Bangket Parak Village include: 1) Conducting socialization related to disaster mitigation; 2) Installation of natural disaster signs; and 3) Manufacturing and installation of EWS (Early Warning System).

Abstract

This study aims to compare the preaching strategies of Ustad Maulana and Mama Dedeh in building religiosity in the era of globalization through mass media. This study examines the preaching strategies of Ustad Maulana and Mama Dedeh in building religiosity through mass media, especially the programs "Islam Itu Indah" and "Mamah dan Aa Beraksi." Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study analyzes the delivery style, humor, language, and interactivity of the two preachers. Data were collected through observation of television broadcasts, interviews, and related literature, then analyzed using the content analysis method to understand the differences and similarities in their preaching strategies. The preaching strategies of Ustad Maulana and Mama Dedeh complement each other in spreading Islamic teachings through mass media. Ustad Maulana uses humor and interactivity to attract the younger generation, while Mama Dedeh applies a more serious rhetorical approach and practical solutions. Both use television effectively, reaching a wide audience with inclusive, flexible, and emotional communication strategies, making preaching more relevant in the era of globalization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe how preachers use digital communication technology in strengthening religious moderation and preachers' efforts to take opportunities and face challenges in strengthening religious moderation through digital da'wah communication. This study uses qualitative research method through library studies. The data this study were obtained from various literature such as books, journals, and other relevant documents. The results of study strengthening religious moderation through digital da'wah communication, preachers must choose right digital platform, create interesting, interactive, maintain credibility contents of the da'wah message, and increase accessibility of information. Efforts of preachers facing opportunities and challenges, namely understanding audience, optimizing digital media, anticipating flood information, focusing on substance the message, and discussing and meeting with the community. The implications this study are new knowledge for preachers in preaching in digital era and increasing ability of preachers using digital media to provide strengthening religious moderation to community.

Abstract

This research aims to describe strategies for improving the quality of graduates through the roles and duties of school principals and assisted by deputy principals in managing the strategic management process which is carried out starting from environmental observation, strategy formulation, strategy implementation to the evaluation stage. This research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The findings of this research include, first, the strategic management process carried out in improving the quality of graduates, namely through the analysis stage (internal and external environmental analysis), strategy formulation is carried out by an appointed team, after that the formulation stage is carried out. followed by the implementation stage, and as follows: Lastly is evaluation which includes supervision, providing reports on programs that have been implemented, and organizing meeting agendas. Furthermore, how important it is for this management strategy to be improved in order to produce quality graduates, so as to expand future opportunities and minimize possible risks. Then there are factors that influence the process of improving the quality of graduates, namely in terms of teacher quality, outstanding students, and of course the availability of complete facilities. And the obstacle experienced is the lack of student motivation. Therefore, teachers need to foster students' learning motivation. Teachers as drivers of learning must try to make their students more enthusiastic about learning

Abstract

The problem in this research is the Audit Report Lag, namely the delay in submitting the company's financial statements on the IDX beyond the specified time limit , namely the end of the fourth month , will be subject to sanctions in the form of payment of fines . The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of operating complexity, solvency, and profitability on audit report lag in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2020. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies on the IDX in 2019-2020. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 49 companies. The period contained in this study is 2 years, namely 2019-2020 so that the research data becomes 98. The research data analysis method uses logistic regression analysis with SPSS test equipment. The results showed that operating complexity had no significant effect on Audit Report Lag, Solvency had no significant effect on Audit Report Lag. Meanwhile, Profitability had a significant effect on Audit Report Lag. Simultaneously Operational Complexity, Solvency, and Profitability have no effect on Audit Report Lag. These results indicate that there are still many variables outside the research variables that can explain Audit Report Lag. The conclusion of this study is that the complexity of operations and solvency do not affect the length of time span for submitting financial statements, but companies must pay attention to regulations regarding the deadline for publication of financial statements.

Abstract

This study reviews one of the Gender Mainstreaming programs at RRI Jember, because there has never been any previous research at RRI Jember and the material is often found in the surrounding life. The focus of this research: 1) what languages ​​do broadcasters use to broadcast the Gender Mainstreaming (PUG) program at RRI Jember? 2) What communication measures are used by the broadcaster of RRI Jember to support the Gender Mainstreaming (PUG) program? The aims of this research are: 1) to find out what language broadcasters use in the Gender Mainstreaming (PUG) program at RRI Jember. 2) to find out the communication actions taken by broadcasters in supporting the objectives of the Gender Mainstreaming (PUG) program at RRI Jember. This research method uses descriptive qualitative media text with Van Dijk's discourse model. The data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study: 1) the broadcast of the Gender Mainstreaming program reviewed the analysis of Van Dijk's discourse text, the language used by the RRI Jember broadcaster, there was a tendency to favor a woman who had to raise her dignity by using language that was accessible, and acceptable to listeners/audiences listening to the broadcast. RRI Jember. 2) in terms of Van Dijk's critical structure, the researcher concludes that the communication actions taken by the broadcaster RRI Jember in supporting the Gender Mainstreaming program are very good and implemented. In addition to communication actions, RRI Jember broadcasters also carry out actions carried out in daily life.

Abstract

The increasing demands of life have made many housewives take creative economic steps to support their family's financial needs, especially in the condition of their husbands with limited income. One way is to open an online business through social media. This study aims to find out how experiential learning in a female entrepreneur who still uses old social media, namely Facebook, to trade her goods as a form of her efforts to help her family's economy. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection uses in-depth interviews on the subjects. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. This study found three major themes with nine sub-themes related to experiential learning. Experience before migrating with the sub-themes of independence, work spirit, and entrepreneurial spirit. Furthermore, the experience when migrating with the sub-themes of hard work, boss trust, and working while studying. Entrepreneurial experience with the background sub-theme of starting a business, starting a business, and managing a business. From the application of experiential learning, good psychological effects on the subject such as self-efficacy, resilience, and work-life balance are formed
