Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the mediating role of organizational commitment on the influence of perceived organizational support on turnover intention of the employees of RSK Bedah BIMC Kuta. The number of sample is 62 employees are determined by disproportionate stratified random sampling method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square and Sobel test. The result showed that perceived organizational support and organizational commitment negatively affect turnover intention, perceived organizational support positively influence organizational commitment and organizational commitment mediated the influence of perceived organizational support on turnover intention. The results of this study are expected to be taken into consideration for Management RSK Bedah BIMC Kuta to reduce the level of turnover by making policies and decisions related to organizational support where employees feel cared about and appreciated by organizations that fosters employee commitment to the organization so employee will not  have plan to leave organization.

Abstract

This study is focused to analyze the impact of servant leadership on employee performance in relation to the organizational commitment mediation. It is a causality research, providing an explanation and understanding about the impact of servant leadership on employee performance and the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment. The sample of the research are 90 civil servants in Wangaya General Hospital as the respondents. In this study questionares are used as instuments of the research. Descriptive and inferential analysis were applied as method of analysis and Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as a tool. The result is that servant leadership does not have any significant effect on employees performance, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the impact on servant leadership and employee performance through the role of organizational commitment as mediating variable is supported.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of job insecurity on turnover intention, the effect of compensation on turnover intention, job insecurity influence of job insecurity on job satisfaction, job satisfaction influence on turnover intention, and the influence of compensation on job satisfaction. Samples are taken by 89 employees in Besakih Beach Hotel. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and using path analysis. The results of this study showed that job insecurity positive effect on turnover intention, compensation negative effect on turnover intention, job insecurity negatively affect job satisfaction, job satisfaction negatively affect turnover intention, and compensation has positive effect on job satisfaction. The implications of this findings are management should taking into account the level of job insecurity by taking into account a comfortable working atmosphere, giving fair compensation, and always improve employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

To realize service which is with quality needed by self-confidence level of officer in working which later will influence yielded performance. Besides officer self-confidence level, support of organization also very needed to reach expected performance so that will realize excellent service. This research aim to explain influence self efficacy to performance, and know role of organizational support as moderating at influence of self efficacy to performance. Research conducted in Office Land of Gianyar Sub-Province with a population of 155 employees. The sample is determined by purposive sampling as many 90 employees who were directly involved in the process of land services. Technique analyse data the used are descriptive and regretion moderating assisted with program SPSS Version 22 for Windows. Result of research find that self efficacy have an effect on positive at officer performance. Effect of support moderating of organizational to performance is also found by significant with the meaning support of organizational can moderating influence of self efficacy to officer performance.

Abstract

Although the presence of expatriates have a positive impact for Bali tourism development, the high turnover of expatriates effect to the high costs incurred in the company. The purposes of this study is to test the Sablynski model which base on Schein’s Organizational Culture theory, which found organizational culture has negative influence on expatriate turnover intention. The study population was all expatriates in a five star hotel in Nusa Dua – Bali, which are 66 person. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis with SPSS. The result proves that organizational culture negatively affect expatriates turnover intention. This study suggests the need to increase the sense of connection between expatriates and the company by improving the company's ability to identify the presence and duration of expatriates working in the company as well as the need for companies to make the standards of conduct and training on organizational culture.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap turnover intention karyawan di Simpang Inn Hotel Kuta. Turnover intention merupakan cerminan dari rendahnya loyalitas karyawan terhadap perusahaan yang disebabkan oleh beberapa hal, salah satunya tingginya stres kerja. Turnover intention akan berdampak bagi kinerja dan keberlangsungan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Simpang Inn Hotel dengan sampel sebanyak 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah saturated sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kedua, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Untuk menurunkan stres kerja, maka pihak manajemen perlu menambah karyawan untuk meringankan beban karyawan lainnya. Selain menurunkan stres, dukungan komitmen organisasional menjadi acuan kuat untuk mengurangi tingkat turnover intention. Dalam hal ini disarankan Simpang Inn Hotel Kuta peduli terhadap pendapat yang diungkapkan kayawan dan menghargai setiap usaha yang dilakukan. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Harum Indah Sari Tours & Travel Denpasar yang berjumlah 171 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportional incidental sampling dengan pendekatan Slovin sebagai metode penentuan sampel, sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 63 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, lingkungan keja, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan. Hal ini dapat mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik kompensasi, semakin baik lingkungan kerja, serta semakin kuat budaya organisasi maka akan semakin tinggi komitmen organisasional karyawan PT. Harum Indah Sari Tours & Travel Denpasar. Kata Kunci: kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasional karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujan untuk menguji pengaruh keadilan organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Lokasi penelitian adalah PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk Cabang Denpasar. Sampel sebanyak 70 orang menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan pengukur variabel menggunakan Skala Likert 5 poin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Pihak manajemen PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk Cabang Denpasar disarankan untuk meningkatkan keadilan organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan pemberdayaan karyawan, sehingga karyawan akan memiliki komitmen yang tinggi terhadap organisasinya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasional, dukungan sosial, dan iklim etika terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap karyawan Guest Services Assistant di PT Indonesia AirAsia Denpasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 114 dan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin maka didapat sampel sebanyak 53 responden ditentukan melalui random sampling method. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Liner Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel komitmen organisasional, dukungan sosial, dan iklim etika berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention karyawan Guest Services Assistant di PT Indonesia AirAsia Denpasar. Tingginya komitmen, dukungan sosial, dan iklim etika dalam perusahaan mampu menekan tingkat turnover intention karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence and organizational support to the organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted in cooperation Giri Partners with a total sample of 50 employees who were determined by purposive non-probability sampling techniques. Data collected through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis found that emotional intelligence and organizational support simultaneous positive and significant impact on OCB. This shows that the higher the emotional intelligence and perceived organizational support of employees, the higher OCB employee. Emotional intelligence is partially positive and significant impact on OCB. This suggests that the ability to motivate self and self-awareness of employees to improve the behavior of OCB. Organizational support is also partially positive and significant impact on OCB. This proves that the support of organizations like treatment of fair organization and organizational will listen to complaints of employees, thereby increasing employee OCB.
