Abstract

Abstracts Analysis of Added Value of Fish Processing Business (Dwi Tunggal Processing and Marketing Group in Sub-Village of Penganggahan, Village of Tengkudak, Sub-District of Penebel, Tabanan District). POKLAHSAR Dwi Tunggal is a business group that conducts fish processing such as shredded catfish, fried tilapia, and roasted (pepes) catfish, thus, providing added value of a product. The aim of this study was to calculate the added value obtained from fish processing to become food products and calculate the level of benefits received by POKLAHSAR Dwi Tunggal. The method of analysis in this study used the concept of added value of Hayami and ROI in one year of production. The results showed that shredded catfish provided the highest added value amounting to Rp 61,583.33/ kg of raw materials, followed by roasted catfish and fried tilapia with the respective added value of                       Rp 29,650.00/ kg and Rp 11,380.00/ kg. The highest profit came from the shredded catfish which amounted to Rp 38,250.00/ kg of raw materials, followed by roasted catfish Rp 19,150.00/ kg and fried tilapia Rp 5,780.00/ kg. The total profits obtained by group for the three products from 3,6 tons of raw materials amounting to Rp 43,272,000 in a year. BEP analysis results showed that minimum level of sales (break even point) for roasted catfish was worth Rp 5,195.62 or produced as many as 0.072 kg. Minimum level of sales was as many as 0.059 kg fried tilapia worth Rp 8,892.04 and shredded catfish sales of  Rp 5,997.42 as many as 0.024 kg. Financially, the group already earned a profits; however, it is expected to further increase the amount of production and expand marketing areas. Keywords: added value-, profit, BEP, fish processing

Abstract

Implementation of Social and Environmental Responsibility in PT Bali Pawiwahan (Coco Group) Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility is a company or business world commitment to contribute to sustainable economic development which is strictly regulated in Indonesia through Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Company, article 74 paragraph (1). The purpose of this study is to determine the proportion and the distribution of CSR funds at PT Bali Pawiwahan and also to identify to what extent the CSR implementation has fulfilled the CSR implementation regulations. This research was conducted at PT Bali Pawiwahan uses quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive data which were obtained from primary data and secondary data, the author conducted the key informant method. The methods of analysis used are quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive methods. The proportion of funds budgeted by the PT Bali Pawiwahan is 0.1% per year. The CSR program carried out by PT Bali Pawiwahan has fulfilled the regulations related to the implementation of social and environmental responsibility based on Law No.40, Article 74 of 2007 regarding Limited Liability Company. It is recommended that CSR activities are grouped into social, economic, and environmental categories, as well as the total budget spent in each of the main areas of CSR activities so that CSR report is more detailed and easier to understand.

Abstract

Abstract Analysis of Marketing System Strawberry on Koptan Bali Buyan Berry in the Village of Pancasari District Buleleng The study aims to determine of the function, structure, conduct and the performance of the market. Data used in this study is qualitative data and quantitative data, the data obtained and analyzed. The results showed on the functioning of the market there are three functions, namely market exchange, physical and facilities. Total of marketing agencies that are in the market structure as much as 1 merchant wholesalers, traders inter-city, inter-island trader and 4 retailers. Pricing in the study  by bargaining and how to pay the monthly farmers with cash, the inter-city merchant cash once a month, on the inter-island trader bimonthly cash and at retailers with cash paid on the spot. The performance of the market and the marketing margin is calculated with the farmer's share. At first marketing channel marketing margin is IDR 12,000 to the farmer's share of 53.84%, the second marketing channel marketing margin is IDR 14,000 to the farmer's share of 50% and the third marketing channel marketing margin of IDR 17,250 to the farmer's share of 44.48%. Farmers should sell strawberries not only to the marketing agencies that already have the attachment of cooperation in order to obtain a higher sales price. Abstract

AbstractAnalysis of Structure, Conduct, and Market Performance chili in Bayung Gede Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency.The research was done in Bayung Gede Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. The study aims to determine the structure, conduct, and market performance. Data used is the qualitative and quantitative data. The results showed there are three types of marketing channels. Total of marketing agencies consisting of one person collector traders at once merchants inter-city and inter-island traders, and two retailers. Duopoly market structure shaped. Pricing is determined by the standard operational procedures (SOP) prices based on farmer’s recommendation. Market performance is measured by the analysis of marketing margin, the farmer's share, and marketing efficiency. At the first marketing channel marketing margin is IDR 3,000 with the farmer's share of 86.96% and 3.38% marketing efficiency, the second marketing channel marketing margin is IDR 5,000 with the farmer's share of 80% and 7.15% marketing efficiency, the third marketing channel marketing margin is IDR 15,000 with the farmer's share of 57.14% and 8.32% marketing efficiency. Abstract

Diversity Of Coffee Processing Bussiness Coffee SER on UUP Mekar Sari, Br. Jempanang, Belok Sidan village, Petang Sub-district, Badung Regency. Abstract The effort of the Agricultural Development is to increase the productivity and plants diversification. The plantation has the strategic position in the agricultural development in Bali. One of the potensial agricultural comodity developments is coffee. Based on the data is shown by the central statistic institution, Badung Regency is for of regencies in Bali that produces Arabica Coffee in Bali is 683,14 ton. Coffee SER it is the best coffee product run by UUP Mekar Sari, Br. Jempanang, Belok Sidan village. This village is popular as the village company that run the public plantation and it is as Arabica irrigation or Subak Abian. The purpose of the research was descibing  the diversity of coffee processing bussiness that concisted of revenue and marketing of SER coffee. The research method used to apply the research was interviewed, observe in UUP Mekar Sari and studied literature. The result of research showed R/C ratio obtained 0,11. It meant, SER coffee production were able to get no beneficial. Marketing method consisted of marketed product by export quality. The priced to 100 gr packing was Rp 10.000 and the priced to 1 kg was Rp 100.000. The distribution of SER coffee it is support by Pacung Asri Restaurant which was the marketed directly to consumen by exhibition. To UUP Mekar Sari based on this research must improve the work quality which was made of the coffee by mix the ingridient of coffee and also sale and promote it used internet. Abstract

Socio-Economic Impact Partnership KUD Tani Makmur with PT. NestleIndonesia (Case Study in Kandang Tepus Village, Senduro Sub-District, Lumajang Regency)One form of relationship between subsystems in the agribusiness system is the relationship between dairy farmers, dairy cow cooperatives, and the Milk ProcessingIndustry (IPS). One of the dairy cow milk cooperatives in partnership with IPS is theKUD Tani Makmur in Kandang Tepus Village, Senduro District, Lumajang Regency.KUD Tani Makmur in running his dairy cow business in partnership with PT. NestleIndonesia.The partnership between KUD Tani Makmur and Nestle is contractual, inwhich this partnership impacts socially and economically for cooperatives. The purposeof this study was to determine the social and economic impacts of KUD Tani Makmurbecause they partnered with Nestle.The research method used for social impact isqualitative. Whereas for economic impacts quantitative analysis and trend analysis areused. The results of the analysis show that there is a change in knowledge, attitudes, andactions of cooperative employees and members. This change is positive. In addition,there are changes in positive social values and norms and institutions. The economicimpact obtained is also positive, the cooperative has increased income, the number of members of the cooperative, the development of physical cooperatives. The SHUobtained by cooperatives in the 2013-2016 period fluctuated, which in 2015 experienceda decline. This extension is due to the lack of proper implementation of cooperativestrategies in dealing with competitors. The positive impact of social and economicneeds to be maintained, while to overcome competitors need to know the weaknessesand strengths of competitors so as not to implement a strategy that is inappropriate.

Abstract

Financial Feasibility Of Dragon Fruits Farming In Urban Area As AdditionalAlternatives Of Farmer’s Revenues This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of Dragon Fruit Farming in urbanareas. Analyze the sensitivity of Dragon Fruit farming on the changes of productionquantity, product selling price, and production cost. The pilot unit of Dragon FruitFarming in urban area is in Experiment Garden of Faculty of Agriculture UdayanaUniversity. Key informants of this research are garden managers, field officers, fieldworkers in Experimental Garden of Faculty of Agriculture Udayana University. Thedata used are Bank Rakyat Indonesia's interest rate, investment cost (seedlingcuttings, climbers, used tires, rope, and equipment), operational cost (fertilizer andlabor), production quantity, and product selling price. Data analysis used analysis ofinvestment criteria and business sensitivity analysis. The results showed that theDragon Fruit Farming in Experimental Garden of Faculty of Agriculture UdayanaUniversity was profitable so it was feasible to run. The value of farm income is Rp231,453,087, Net B / C value is 4.03. IRR> I is 49.63%> 18%, the rate of paybackfor five years is eight months. This effort is very sensitive to the 50% decline in theselling price.

Abstract

Profile of Small Industries Tofu and Tempeh “Makmur Jaya” in The District West Of Denpasar, The City Of DenpasarThis study aimed to determine the profile of industrial businesses of tofu and tempeh (Makmur Jaya), which included the availability of raw and auxiliary materials, production systems, production processes, types and quantities of production, costs of production, revenue, and marketing channels of small industries in the District of West Denpasar, Denpasar City. The data collected in this study were primary and secondary data, and method of collecting data.Profile of small industries of tofu and tempeh is a general overview of a business, in this case is the business of tofu and tempeh. The source of capital used by Makmur Jaya in producing tofu and tempeh was its own capital for business sustainability. The average amount of soybean raw materials required by Makmur Jaya in one production process for the manufacture of tofu and tempeh, namely, a total of 1.75 quintals per day to produce tofu and tempeh. Of which 75 kg of soybeans were used for making tofu, while the remaining100 kg for making tempeh. The average cost of production facilities issued by Makmur Jaya for producing tofu and tempeh for one time production process was an average of Rp. 59,762,083 per month. Makmur Jaya generally marketed their products to markets. The revenue generated by Makmur Jaya industrial business of tofu and tempeh was Rp 39,237,917 per month.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Financial Performance of Credit Cooperation of Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya at Dalung Village, Subdistrict of North Kuta, Badung Regency Cooperation is one of company which as according with constitution and fit with national economic structure of Indonesia. Financial analysis and horizontal vertical analysis to use looking for an issue arised and show development of credit cooperation business. This study aims to find out financial performance of credit cooperation of Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya with financial analysis and horizontal and vertical analysis in 2009 until 2013. data type has been collected that are quantitative and qualitative data. Method of data collection has been applied as follows: observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. Based on financial analysis, liquidity ratio and profitability ratio assumed bad, solvability ratio is good, and capital ratio is good. The result of the vertical analysis can be seen that become a component compiler assets on Kopdit Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya is assets smoothly, investment, and fixed assets, while the component compiler assets is a liability and equity. Horizontal analysis measured by using balance sheet and profit and loss experience improvement. Based on this study can be suggested the credit cooperation of Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya can press existing operational cost. Abstract

Identification of Factors Affecting Asparagus Farmer’s Income (Case On Kelompok Tani Mertanadi at Pelaga Village, Badung Regency)Asparagus is one of the horticultural products that has high sales value. MertanadiVegetables Farmer group is a group of farmers who produce asparagus in Bali. Thepurpose of this study was to determine the factors of production that have an impacton farmer’s income. Data collection for this study was conducted from May to June2016 with accidental sampling method. PLS path modeling is used to analyze theinfluence of production factors on income. Results showed some of the factors ofproduction such as chicken manure, cow manure, NPK fertilizer, and urea fertilizerhas effect on revenue. All factors of production are reflected through latent variablesfertilizers and chemicals, with t-statistics value of 5.625 at 5% significance level andalso with f2 value of 0.552 in the model. Other factors of production used as anindicator obtained did not have a significant effect on revenue. Suggestion can begiven based on this research to farmers is to optimize the use of fertilizers and drugsin the production process by taking into account the costs required. Government isexpected to support the farmers with price support policies. Further research isexpected to do research with indicators relating to cost with more indicators and alarger sample.
