The goal of this study is revealing the stylistic elements found in the novel entitled Sirkus Pohon by Andrea Hirata, preceding by describing the relationship between structural elements. The research method is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis based on structural theoretical concepts and stylistics. The results of the study shows that the structural elements in the novel Sirkus Pohon have a relationship between one to other element namely title, theme, character, conflict, and setting. All these five elements form the wholeness of the story. In the field of stylistics, the aesthetics of the story can be obtained from the language potentiality namely diction, sentence style and figurative language. The figurative language created by the writer are metaphor, sentence style, and personification. The potential language used by Andrea Hirata cannot be separated from the sociocultural context and also the sleight of the writer. The writer presents an intellectual figure, whereas the contextual society is a traditional and poor. It twitters people of Malay in the inland Belitung who still innocence but full of intrigue. In this novel, the appearance of pomegranates is related to the problems of love, traditional beliefs, the revival of the traveling circus, and political issues. The author expresses the traditional beliefs contradicting to the author's logic or intellect.

South Siberut District on Mentawai Island has great ecotourism potential however its management is not yet optimal, including synergy and connectivity between stakeholders. This research was conducted using stakeholder analysis method and snowball sampling technique with expert judgment. The informants involved were twelve institutions representing four types of stakeholders, namely the Government, Community, Business, and Academics. The objective of this study is to identify stakeholders involved in ecotourism management; to classify and matrix their level of influence and interest. The significance of this research is to increase cooperation between stakeholders through optimizing their respective roles in South Mentawai. This study finds that, Firstly, the importance of government authority in ecotourism management; Secondly, half of all stakeholders have high interest, while the other half show low and very low interest in supporting ecotourism management; Third, half of all stakeholders are Crowd Stakeholders who have the potential to influence the overall management of ecotourism in the future. It is recommended that efforts should be made to inspire as many parties as possible to be involved as stakeholders. Secondly, increasing the competency capacity of human resources through education. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and facilities on tourist satisfaction at Jatimalang Beach. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative survey method. The data was processed by multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The population of this research is tourists who have visited Jatimalang Beach with a sample of 100 respondents, sampling using an accidental sampling technique. The results showed that the quality of services and facilities partially had a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. The service quality of a tourist attraction is considered good and satisfying if it can provide services that exceed tourist expectations; if the service provided is lower than tourist expectations, then the service quality is considered poor. Facilities to meet the travel needs of tourists appear as a whole that is interconnected and complement each other so that in a tour, all the components used cannot be separated. Jatimalang Beach, Purworejo tourism managers are expected to pay attention to tourist loyalty, for example, by providing criticism and suggestions for tourist objects so that they can quickly evaluate what tourists want. The Buntu Burake Destination is artificial. In the Buntu Burake area, a statue of Jesus Christ was built with a statue height of 45 meters that resembles the Christ the Redeemer Statue in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This study aims to analyze the carrying capacity of tourism in the tourist attraction of Buntu Burake. To achieve this goal, the authors use descriptive qualitative methods, with observations, in-depth interviews with key persons and tourists, literacy as a data collection method, and analysis using indicators of sustainable tourism development. UNWTO guidelines. The results of this study indicate that of the 29 indicators on the physical-ecological aspect, 66% was achieved, the socio-demographic aspect reached 88.5%, and the economic-political aspect was 67%. Ecological and political economy has a fairly good category. The results of the analysis of the carrying capacity of the Buntu Burake tourist destination have a value of 74% with a good enough category for sustainability. For this reason, it is necessary to improve the quality of tourism infrastructure, manage resource capabilities, and manage the impact of use to make Buntu Burake a sustainable tourism destination. This research aims to determine the effect of strategic location and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Reddoorz Near CBD Ciledug. This research uses a path analysis method that explains the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable through mediating variables. Data was collected through a Google Form questionnaire carried out by accidental sampling. The population is all visitors staying at RedDoorz near CBD Ciledug. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. The research results are: (1) Strategic location and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) Strategic location and service quality have a significant effect on customer loyalty; (3) Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty; (4) Strategic location and service quality have a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. RedDoorz near CBD Ciledug's strategic location provides easy access to business centers and essential facilities, significantly increasing customer satisfaction. High service quality at RedDoorz also plays a vital role in improving customer loyalty through satisfaction by guaranteeing tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. As a result, the combination of strategic location and superior service quality creates positive customer relationships that are strong and sustainable in the long term.

This study examines the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in developing gross motor skills among early childhood learners at TK Swasta Jahari Stabat. Gross motor skills, which involve coordinated body movements using large muscles, are crucial for children's physical and cognitive development. Using a qualitative research method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation with school administrators and teachers. The findings reveal that the Independent Curriculum facilitates active, play-based learning, allowing children to develop motor skills through creative activities such as walking on balance beams, zigzag running, and crawling through obstacles. Compared to the previous curriculum, this approach provides greater flexibility for teachers to design engaging activities suited to children's needs. These results support prior research on the benefits of activity-based learning in early childhood education. The study concludes that the Independent Curriculum significantly enhances gross motor skill development. Future research should explore long-term impacts and additional strategies for optimizing early childhood physical education.

Being bilingual is a common phenomenon around the world. Since many children learn two different languages from an early age, bilingual programs get more attention in the educational field. The programs drive the development of instructional strategies to cope with the goals of the bilingual education programs and to promote children’s competencies in two languages. In promoting the degree of bilingualism in the classroom, the challenge is not only to do with the choice of appropriate strategies but also to deal with children motivation to learn. The lack of motivation on the part of the students may cause some kind of resistance in term of the instructional process even though the teachers have employed carefully selected strategies for teaching strategies. The challenge is even more when the instruction should be conducted in online learning mode. To cope with this problem, the collaborative strategy is proposed as the possible solution. The purpose of the study was to explore the implementation of the collaborative strategy between teachers & parents, and how the role of technology become important in teaching and learning bilingual students. This study was conducted by the library research method. In this study, the researcher reviewed some articles and draw the result descriptively from the secondary data. The finding of the study showed collaborative strategy can help the students and teachers in bilingual education by considering teacher & parent partnerships and technology readiness. For the implementation of collaborative strategy in online learning, some technology cannot be used effectively like chatting in online discussion. Then, parents as tutors at home need to fulfil standard requirements before conducting teacher-parent partnerships.

This study aims to analyze management strategies for developing and increasing tourist interest in visiting the Terong Creative Tourism Village. This study uses the SWOT analysis method with observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires to the Belitung Regency Tourism Office, Terong Village Government, Pokdarwis, the community, and tourists. The results of this study indicate that the main strategy produced is the SO strategy, with the highest score of 3.70 in position I, which has an aggressive growth policy strategy. In implementing this strategy in the future, the Terong Creative Tourism Village must continue to preserve customs and culture, increase tourist attractions, increase tourism promotion by making cultural arts performances and collaborate with MSME artisans so that they can make souvenirs for tourists with sources. Funds and management of Mangrove forests, Aik Deer tourism. Berehun, arrangement of agro-tourism areas, Bukit Tebalu area, culinary tourism, and so on. Komodo National Park, designated by UNESCO as a world heritage site, is the only place where the ancient species of Komodo dragon (Varanus komodoensis) lives., its savanna panorama, and beautiful underwater scenery, attract both domestic and foreign tourists. This research was conducted to analyze the management system of Komodo National Park. To find out and analyze the perception of the government and the community towards the development of Komodo National Park tourism and analyze the sustainability of the current Komodo National Park tourism development. This research method uses the McKinsey and GSTC Criteria and Indicators (2019). The results of the study show that the current management system of Komodo National Park is still not good because it does not have adequate human resources and has not yet achieved a strategic management system. The results of our study indicate that the government's perception of information on the development of the Komodo tourism area is well understood so that it is coordinated effectively. Effectively, for destination sustainability in KNP, management results are 93% (very good), socio-economic sustainability is obtained 62.5% (good enough), cultural sustainability is 31% (poor), and environmental sustainability is 52.3% (good enough).
