Abstract

Information about the weather is crucial in assisting human activities and labor because the weather is a factor that cannot be separated and is closely related to all human activities. The purpose this study to compare performance the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (AIMA) and Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm models with case studies of weather forecasting. This study uses comparison of two methods, forecasting using AIMA and LSTM methods. LSTM method provides the best forecasting performance for attribute minimum temperature, maximum temperature, and average temperature with the Root mean squared error value below 1.45 and the Mean Absolute Error value below 1.14. For attributes of average humidity and solar radiation with a Root mean squared error value of 2.62 to 3.82 and a Mean Absolute Error value of 2.21 to 3.2. Precipitation forecasting has the highest error value with a root mean squared error value of 9.99 and a mean absolute error of 6.5. The AIMA method provides the best forecasting performance on the attribute minimum temperature, maximum temperature, and average temperature with the Root mean squared error value below 1.47 and the Mean Absolute Error value below 1.16. For the sun exposure attribute with a Root mean squared error value of 2.91 to 3.05. Whereas the average humidity attribute has the highest error with the Root mean squared error value reaching 4.97 and the Mean Absolute Error reaching 3.99. LSTM method is better in terms of forecasting results and in terms of computation time. From every forecast made, the LSTM method produces a smaller error value.

Abstract

At this time in the era of cars that use renewable energy fuels such as electric cars which are highly supported by the government so that it has an impact on used cars based on these problems an analysis is needed. Determining whether or not the price of buying or selling a used car is appropriate is one of the obstacles faced by the community in making decisions when buying or selling a car or vehicle. Therefore, most people choose an alternative by buying a used car that is still good and usable. One way to make price predictions is to use the Machine Learning method. In this study the authors used random forest and decision tree methods to predict car prices. The results of the research on car price prediction analysis using the random forest and decision tree methods have different percentage results. Where using the random forest method there is an accuracy: 72.13% whereas with the analysis of the decision tree method accuracy: 67.21%. So it can be concluded that the Random Forest method has better analytical accuracy than the Decision Tree method.

Abstract

Pemodelan matematika denganpendekatan General Model Linier dengan Distribusi Normal untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap proses persalinan dan hasilnya di Rumah Bersalin SADAN Medan Selayang. GLM (Generalized Linear Model) yang berbasis pada analisis regresi namun dengan tambahan 3 komponen utama : Ausmsi Distirbusi, Komponen Sistematik dan Fungsi Penghubung merupakan perluasan model linear biasa. Dalam penelitian ini diasumsikan distribusinya adalah distribusi normal sehingga GLM yang dipakai adalah Model Linear Normal dengan jenis respon  merupakan pertambahan BB (berat badan)  Ibu selama Hamil adalah kontinu dengan fungsi penghubung Identitas. Dengan tanpa memperhatikan struktur korelasi maka dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa variable kovariat ANC, Ibu dengan kedatangan di K1 2 kali dan K2 juga 2 kali mempengaruhi penambahan BB ibu hamil dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value yang 0,05. Jadi tidak berbeda jauh dengan kesimpulan awal bahwa Antenatal Care (ANC) dan grup mempengaruhi penambahan BB ibu hamil. Abstract

Absensi dapat dikatakan suatu tanda kehadiran yang merupakan bagian dari aktifitas pelaporan yang ada dalam sebuah institusi. Tidak terkecuali pada sistem absensi sekolah untuk menandaai kehadiran siswa umumnya masih dilakukan secara manual, dimana hal ini sangat tidak efisien karena informasi tentang kehadiran bisa saja terjadi kecurangan baik dari pihak murid ataupun guru yang salah dalam menandai kehadiran siswa. Oleh sebab itu sangat perlu untuk diterapkan sebuah teknologi yang dapat membantu proses absensi di sekolah. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas sistem pada layanan kehadiran siswa. Dalam pelaksanaan PKM ini akan dirancang sebuah sistem absensi yang dapat dibangun dan diatur sistem informasi kehadiran. Kehadiran dicatat dengan memindai kartu ID siswa Anda dengan pembaca kode QR. Setiap siswa menerima kartu yang dapat dicetak dari sistem menggunakan kode QR yang unik. Kode ini akan diterjemahkan ke dalam sistem saat siswa akan hadir/keluar dari sekolah. Dengan sistem informasi ini, maka data kehadiran siswa dapat tercatat dan terekapitulasi dengan cepat bila dibandingkan dengan metode manual.

Abstract

Wireless networks better known as WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) are often used as a medium for exchanging data, for example: the internet. Each WiFi is equipped with an identity so that users can connect. This identity is known as SSID (Service Set Identifier). In this research, the focus is on assembling the SSID sensor which aims to detect the SSID as well as connect the SSID. So if the connection is successful, the light will be on. This happens because the lamp is connected to an electricity source, and vice versa, the lamp goes out because the lamp is not connected to an electricity source. The description of the system created consists of an input part and a process part, namely the ESP-01 which is capable of providing WiFi, and an output part, namely the relay. From controlling the light conditions, it was found that the average time required to change conditions from on to off was 3.052 seconds and the average time required to change conditions from off to on was 3.036 seconds.

Abstract

This activity aims to assist MSME partners of the Koperasi Produsen Sinergy Maju Makmur Medan. PKM was carried out in Mei 2024 by the implementing team, namely 3 Medan Politeknik Negeri Medan lecturers and students together with Partners which was attended by 20 UMKM and 20 Students. The material presented in this PKM activity is the calculation of the cost price and selling price of the product, as well as the preparation of business planning documents. The results of this service activity increase the experience and knowledge of MSMEs regarding the importance of cost price calculations and thorough business planning documents.

Abstract

Desa Berastagi memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang luar biasa, dan masyarakatnya terdiri dari mayoritas petani dan didukung oleh BUMD. Namun, desa ini masih menerapkan pertanian konvensional dan belum menerapkan teknologi seperti IOT untuk meningkatkan produksi hasil pertanian dan ketersediaan pangan lokal untuk menggantikan komoditas pangan impor dengan usaha pertanian cerdas atau smart farming 4.0. Dalam penelitian ini, target yang diharapkan dari M&A adalah untuk menghasilkan lebih banyak hasil pertanian lokal Melalui penggunaan teknologi modern, kualitas dan kuantitas hasil panen ditingkatkan. Selain itu, teknologi ini dapat mengubah pertanian, menghasilkan sistem pertanian pintar. Pertanian cerdas menggabungkan kekuatan perangkat Internet of Things (IoT), sensor, analisis data, dan pembelajaran mesin. Selanjutnya, penulis menganalisis algoritma pembelajaran yang diawasi dengan K-Nearest neighbor digunakan dalam layanan web karena mengungguli algoritma lainnya dengan akurasi 94% dan AUC Score 0,90

Abstract

This training was carried out as part of a community service program, with the aim of empowering educators and teachers at SDS Bina Satria Mulia through improving skills in making multimedia-based promotional media. At SDS Bina Satria Mulia, the process of making multimedia-based promotional media often faces various obstacles. Among them are the limited number of educators who are skilled in the field of multimedia and the lack of adequate technical knowledge and skills in the use of multimedia software. This certainly results in ineffective promotional content. The design is less attractive so that the resulting promotional media may appear unprofessional and less attractive. In addition, limited knowledge of multimedia software and tools results in non-optimal use, resulting in low quality content for promotional media. The lack of knowledge about multimedia also hinders the ability to create innovative and interesting content so that the resulting promotional media tends to be monotonous and the inability to keep up with the latest trends in design and digital technology makes promotions outdated. So with the problems that occur, it is necessary to hold a Multimedia-Based Promotional Media Creation Training at SDS Bina Satria Mulia to enable teachers and educators to produce more attractive and professional promotional materials, such as digital brochures, school profile videos, and social media posts and gain technical skills in the use of graphic design software, video editing, and other multimedia tools. The level of understanding of the making of multimedia-based promotional media from 20 participants showed that the level of understanding of the training participants before the training on making multimedia-based promotional media with 15 people did not understand, 3 people understood a little, 1 person understood enough and only 1 person understood. After participating in the training, the level of understanding was quite understood by 2 people, understood by 4 people and understood by 14 people. So, it can be concluded that before the training the percentage of people who did not understand about promotional media was 75% and after attending the training the percentage increased by 70% for the level of understanding of making promotional media.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce an application to help MSMEs in calculating the cost of goods produced, predicting selling prices with competitive margin levels and producing financial reports that can be used as supporting data in making business decisions. The cost of goods is urgently studied because the determination of the wrong cost of goods and not in accordance with the business carried out by MSME entrepreneurs will have an impact on the selling price set. This research is a qualitative study. Data collection techniques are carried out using a combination of Observation, interviews, surveys and FGDs and data analysis using full costing, and descriptive analysis. User satisfaction is measured using webqual 4.0. The results of the study produce an application for cost of goods, contribution margins and selling price projections. Keywords: Cost Price, Selling Price, Application Utilization, MSMEs Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan apalikasi  untuk membantu UMKM dalam menghitung harga pokok barang yang dihasilkan, memprediksi harga jual dengan tingkat margin yang kompetitiv serta menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang dapat digunakan sebagai data dukung dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Harga pokok menjadi urgen diteliti karena penetapan harga pokok yang salah dan tidak sesuai dengan bisnis yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha UMKM akan berdampak pada harga jual yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kombinasi Observasi, wawancara, survei dan FGD serta analisis data menggunakan full costing, dan analisis deskripsi. Kepuasan pengguna diukur menggunakan webqual 4.0. Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought many changes in the field of education, one of which is the use of web-based information systems to support the process of completing student's final projects. The final project is an essential component in higher education programs, but often faces various challenges, such as coordination between students and supervisors, document management, and scheduling of activities. To address these issues, this research aims to develop a web-based final project information system that can help students and supervisors manage and monitor the final project completion process effectively. This research uses the Waterfall system development method, which consists of the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. In the requirement analysis stage, the researchers identify and document the system requirements, including the main features, functionality flow, user interface, and constraints that must be met. Intensive and collaborative communication with users, namely supervisors and students, is crucial at this stage. By understanding the system requirements comprehensively, the researchers can design appropriate solutions that meet user expectations.
