Services for COVID-19 infections have an impact on increasing the amount of infectious waste so that it burdens health care facilities. The Petala Bumi Regional General Hospital, Riau Province, is one of the hospitals that provide services to patients with suspected or confirmed Covid-19. Before the 2019 pandemic, the amount of medical solid waste generated was an average of 25 kg/day or 8,304.4 kg during 2019. In 2020 it increased by 45.07% or 12,047.7 kg/year, for 2021 it increased by 51.56% or 18,257 .5 kg/year. The results of the research on the process component show that the overall Covid-19 medical waste generated by the Petala Bumi Hospital, Riau Province in 2021 has been managed by carrying out management stages starting from reducing and sorting waste at the waste source, storing and transporting waste to B3 waste TPS. , storage of waste at TPS as well as transportation and final disposal of waste carried out by a tripartite agreement between the hospital, transporter and the processing party. The results of the analysis on the output component. The implementation of infectious medical waste management during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Petala Bumi Hospital, Riau Province as a whole has been carried out according to the existing stages.

Changes in air quality increase host susceptibility to Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Retrospective cohort study to see the relationship between air pollution levels and climate with tuberculosis cases in Pekanbaru City in 2015 – 2020. It found there is a significant positive correlation between PM10, SO2, CO, O3, NO2, PM2.5 and the number of tuberculosis cases per day. While in climate, temperature and humidity parameters do not provide a significant relationship, while rainfall and wind speed provide a very weak correlation strength with tuberculosis. We conclude there is a positive correlation air pollution and the number of tuberculosis cases per day.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana dan apa saja strategi dan pengelolaan pengembangan Media Sosial Instagram merek Everyday’s Saturday dalam meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen di Instagram, tentang merek brand Everyday Is Saturday di kota Pekanbaru. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif, namun memberikan penjelasan atas data dan fakta yang ada, diperlukan satu pengujian atau penjelasan yang lebih mendalam dengan menggunakan eksplanasi. Data dan fakta yang berbentuk verbal atau narasi, dijelaskan (eksplanasi) dengan mengemukakan indikator atau kriteria. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dikelompokkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang yang diambil berdasarkan teknik purposive, yaitu owner Everyday Is Saturday, admin media sosial Everyday Is Saturday, serta followers dari Everyday Is Saturday yang menggunakan Instagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi membangun hubungan dengan konsumen dalam membangun kesadaran suatu merk dengan cara melakukan penggunaan media sosial yang maksimal. Berikutnya strategi membangun merk dalam membentuk brand image dan brand awareness itu sendiri dilakukan dengan cara mengedukasi konsumen melalui strategi di dalam media sosial khususnya instagram.

Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak pada perubahan yang besar-besaran di berbagai aspek kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana penerapan komunikasi krisis oleh Pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru dalam pengendalian penyebaran dampak pandemi Covid 19. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah komunikasi pemerintah kota Pekanbaru dalam menanggulangi penyebaran Covid-19 dapat ditinjau beberapa aspek diantaranya dari komunikator, pesan, media, komunikan, dan efek. Komunikasi dilakukan pemerintah kota melalui penyampaian informasi oleh Dinas Kominfo. Sedangkan faktor yang menghambat komunikasi pemerintah kota pekanbaru dalam menangani penyebaran Covid-19 adalah penyebaran informasi hoax yang tingkat kebenarannya masih diragukan, serta penyaluran bantuan sosial dari pemerintah provinsi yang bermasalah karena pelaksanaan juknis oleh pemerintah daerah yang tidak sesuai.

Indonesian agricultural sector always using of pesticides especially in horticultural farmers in Bukit Raya Pekanbaru district. However, the use of pesticides has a negative impact on the environment and health. One of the impacts on health is neuropsychiatric disorders such as cognitive disorders, anxiety and depression. This study was an analytic observational study, using a cohort approach. The research sample used a consecutive sampling technique with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sample size is 32 people. The data analysis used the SPSS. There were significant differences in CHE levels (p=0.006), Moca-Ina scores (p=0.000), HAM-A (p=0.000) and HAM-D (p=0.000) during 3 months of exposure to pesticides. There is no significant relationship between the first CHE level and the first value of Moca-Ina (p=0.781), HAM-A (p=0.881) and HAM-D (p=0.605) and there is no significant relationship between the second CHE level and the second MocaIna (p=0.562), HAM-A (p=0.422) and HAM-D (p=0.869). The results of the multivariate analysis of smoking history score (p=0.021), working period (p=0.009), and spraying duration (p=0.006) are related to the MocaIna score on the delayed recall point. These three variables are able to explain the results of the delayed recall of 39.7 %.

In the current era of globalization, there are many applications that make it easier for users to get satisfaction, one of which is the Tiktok application. With the tiktok application, many people, not only adults, but also children and teenagers can see information or news that encourages them to watch For Your Page (FYP) on Tiktok. So that teenagers or adults are motivated and feel satisfied because of the For Your Page (FYP) on Tiktok. Based on the phenomenon above, this study aims to determine how much influence the motive for watching For Your Page (FYP) TikTok has on entertainment satisfaction in SMA PGRI Pekanbaru students. The theory used is the Uses and Gratification Theory which is a theory of needs and satisfaction in which audiences use the media in order to fulfill their needs. What is assumed is that the audience is considered active, can change the satisfaction of needs, the mass media competes with other media. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. How to distribute the questionnaire is done by going down directly to SMA PGRI and online via Google from. The population in this study were 153 students. The sampling technique used in this study is the Non-Probability Sampling Technique. Using Saturated Sampling in which the entire population is sampled. To find out how much influence these two variables have. For processing questionnaire data, it was carried out using the Product And Service Solution (SPSS) statistical program26. Based on these results it shows that the influence of motives for watching For Your Page TiktTok on Entertainment Satisfaction in SMA PGRI Pekanbaru students. The regression coefficient value obtained in this study is Y = 4.023 +0.878X, a significance level of 0.000, which is smaller than Î± = 0.05, meaning that there is an influence between Motives for Watching FYP TikTok on entertainment satisfaction in SMA PGRI Pekanbaru students of 74.2% and in category of strong influence (60% -79.99%).

Kumis Kucing (Orthosiphon aristatus) is an herb that can be considered special in traditional medicine. All parts of it, from roots to flowers, are believed to have medicinal effects and strengthen performance. Community service has been carried out with the aim of increasing knowledge and understanding and teaching utilization to people who have empty gardens in Berancah Village in the management of Kumis Kucing (Orthosiphon aristatus) as family medicine. Hypertension is one of the main health problems at risk of causing cardiovascular diseases, such as heart attack and stroke, which requires special attention in coastal areas, including Teluk Rhu Village, North Rupat Sub-district, Bengkalis Regency. Based on an initial survey, the incidence of hypertension in this village is quite high, especially among fishermen who have an irregular lifestyle and limited knowledge about the risks of hypertension. In order to overcome this problem, Community Service activities (PKM) were carried out on May 20, 2024 with the aim of increasing community knowledge and awareness about hypertension through counseling, health checks, and distribution of educational materials. This activity also involves students as facilitators and brings health services closer to people living in remote areas.The evaluation results showed that this program succeeded in increasing community knowledge about hypertension and its prevention measures. Of the 30 participants who took part in the blood pressure check, 10 of them were diagnosed with hypertension and given recommendations for treatment and regular check-ups. In addition, this activity also introduced technology in the form of educational media such as posters and videos to deepen the community's understanding of the symptoms and management of hypertension. Although the program has been running well, there is still a need to improve health facilities and early detection to expand the scope of education and treatment, especially for high-risk communities. With the establishment of a hypertension club and improved health services, it is hoped that the prevalence of hypertension can be reduced and the quality of life of the people of Teluk Rhu Village improved
