Abstract

Based on observations from the interface and questionnaires distributed to users, it is known that one of the supports in making efforts to reduce money losses at the Bayt Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School is with provide an interface that is easy to reach and operate. Seeing this background, the authors conducted a research that aims to analyze how effective e-tasbyh as a digital transaction media using fingerprints as the main transaction tool currently beingt implemented at the Bayt Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Pasuruan. The research hypothesis is that e-tasbyh as a digital transaction application at the Bayt Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School is effective as a media that helps pesantren in reducing cases of losing money. The things analyzed are about the e-tasbyh interface and the level of effectiveness that are distributed through a quistionnare filled out by 50 respondents from students and 15 respondents from teachers who are currently and have used e-tasbyh in their daily transactions at the Bayt Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School. The results of data collection were than processed statistically. From the results of research data processing, it can be concluded that e-tasbyh has proven to be effective to reduce money losses at the Bayt Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School. Therefore, the suggestion put forward is that e-tasbyh can be developed again as a media that can be used widely, in an effort to reduce criminal cases, namely money theft.

Abstract

The needs and lifestyle of society in the current era have given rise to developments in various fields, one of which is technology. Changes in learning patterns are needed to carry out updates to keep up with the dynamics of increasingly rapid changes triggered by technological developments. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive model to analyze and explain how information and communication technology is used in learning at SMA Bayt Al-Hikmah Pasuruan. Based on the research conducted, it can be said that the teacher paradigm when utilizing information and communication technology in learning is still limited to the use of presentations, especially power points. The use of the internet is still limited to searching for information about the material that will be presented rather than being used as a new integrated learning system, likewise social networking is still not widely used as a new learning system to further increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process.

Abstract

A study conducted on SMK Bayt Al- Hikmah Pasuruan's 10th grade students found that the majority of the teaching strategies employed in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) classes were lecture-based, which resulted in a lack of variety in the approaches used. This resulted from the PAI teachers' lack of experience with teaching techniques and their foreign graduation backgrounds.Furthermore, education specialist Mr. Munif Chatib's "Sekolahnya Manusia" (School of Humanity) methodology was implemented in SMK Bayt Al-Hikmah. This method divides intelligence in pupils into eight categories. Many SMK Bayt Al-Hikmah 10th graders showed visual intelligence and preferred a hands on approach to learning, however the current teaching strategies did not suit their learning preferences. As a result, a sizable portion of pupils had scores lower than the passing mark (KKM) of 75. To tackle this problem, the researcher tried to make things better by employing flashcards as a teaching aid in PAI classes, with a particular emphasis on Islamic economics. The researcher and subject teachers collaborated as part of the Classroom Action Research approach used in this study. Six male and eight female students in the tenth grade at SMK Bayt Al-Hikmah Pasuruan participated in the study. Two rounds of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection comprised each cycle of the research. Utilizing tools including instructor activity sheets, student activity sheets, test sheets, and questionnaires, data collecting procedures included observations, tests, and questionnaires. Based on test results, questionnaire replies, and observations of both teachers and students, quantitative data analysis was carried out. From 77% in the first cycle to 87.5% in the second, there was an increase in teacher activity. Additionally, from 71.42% in the first cycle to 92.8% in the second, student activity rose. Additionally, pupils' conceptual knowledge increased, rising from 70% in the first cycle to 87% in the second. To sum up, the implementation of flashcards improved learning outcomes for SMK Bayt Al-Hikmah Pasuruan's 10th-grade students by enhancing teacher and student activities during the learning process.

Abstract

Research on the implementation of video-based learning media in Class 1 Wustho Madin Pondok Pesantren Bayt Al-Hikmah was conducted in response to various problems encountered in the field of learning practices. One of the problems faced is the conventional learning system, where lecture methods dominate the delivery of subject matter. As a result, students tend to feel bored and less interested during lessons, and the classroom atmosphere is lacking. This research aims to determine: 1) The implementation of video-based learning media in moral education in Class 1 Wustho Madrasah Diniyah Bayt Al-Hikmah. 2) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of video-based learning media in moral education in Class 1 Wustho Madrasah Diniyah Bayt Al-Hikmah. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study method by exploring the phenomenon of implementing video-based learning media in moral education in Class 1 Wustho Madrasah Diniyah Bayt Al-Hikmah. Data collection techniques used are Observation, Interviews, and Documentation. The results of this study indicate that 1) The implementation of video-based learning media in moral education subjects in the madin program class 1 wustho at PP Bayt Al-Hikmah Kota Pasuruan has been continuously applied in every learning process. The use of media supports the learning process through several applications and learning sources. Laptops as the main supporting tool and video-based learning as a form of contribution to learning media applied in teaching and learning activities directly in the madin program class 1 wustho at PP Bayt Al-Hikmah Kota Pasuruan. 2) However, there are also several inhibitors, namely network connections, applications in video-based learning, and laptops often experience troubles in terms of active and interactive costs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sri Janya Agro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total samplimg yang berjumlah 55 responden. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan anlisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi. Alat penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan variabel lingkungan kerja thitung 8,704 ttabel 1,675, dengan nilai sig 0,000 0,05. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan thitung 5,843 1,675, dengan nilai sig 0,030 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan secara simultan lingkungan kerja (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat dibuktikan nilai Fhitung yang diperoleh sebesar 11,566 dengan nilai Ftabel sebesar 3,18 dimana 11,566 3,18, dengan nilai sig 0,000 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan variabel independen lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja (X1) dan (X2) dan variabel dependen kinerja karyawan (Y). Dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 84,5% sisanya 10,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan adalah suatu proses penanaman nilai-nilai moral dalam membantu perkembangan manusia khususnya dalam karakter kepemimpinan dan proses tersebut terus berkesinambungan dan tidak dapat berakhir sehingga terus adanya perbaikan demi mewujudkan generasi manusia yang lebih baik di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui proses pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan siswa melalui pengorganisasian di Madrasah Salafiyah Putri Pasuruan 2) Mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi dalam proses pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan siswa melalui pengorganisasian di Madrasah Salafiyah Putri Pasuruan 3) Mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam OSMAS di Madrasah Salafiyah Putri Pasuruan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Kehadiran peneliti dalam kehadiran peneliti berperan sebagai partisipan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui obeservasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penulisan laporan. Hasil Penelitian ini 1) Pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan santri melalui OSMAS di Madrasah Salafiyah Putri Pasuruan antara lain melalui faktor adanya tupoksi (tugas pokok seksi), 2) Hambatan dalam pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan santri melalui OSMAS Madrasah Salafiyah Putri Pasuruan 3) Kelebihan Osmas antara lain, dapat mengelola kegiatan madrasah bersifat intern karena berada dalam lingkungan pondok pesantren

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis aplikasi untuk pembelajaran PAI. Media interaktif berbasis Aplikasi Asemblr Edu atau bisa disebut dengan aplikasi 3D ( dimensi ) merupakan aplikasi yang dapat mendukung pembelajaran yang kurang menarik menjadi menarik sehingga dapat menarik perhatian siswa. Aplikasi ini mengajak seorang pendidik menjadi kreatif dan inovatif untuk peningkatan inspirasi cara perkembangan siswa. Penelitian pengembangan media interaktif berbasis Aplikasi Assemblr Edu untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam khususnya pada materi tentang menyambut baligh. Penelitian yang di lakukan termasuk penelitian pengembangan ( RND ). Tujuan pertama dalam penelitian pengembangan ini digunakan untuk menciptakan produk pengembangan media pembelajaran agar kegiatan pembelajaran PAI lebih variatif dan juga menyenangkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui religiusitas pada kehidupan anak jalanan serta mengetahui faktor yang melatarbelakangi mereka menjadi anak jalanan di kota Probolinggo. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa anak jalanan masih menerapakan religiusitas di dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya meskipun mereka jarang beribadah seperti sholat, mengaji dan puasa wajib tetapi mereka masih sering melakukan hal-hal keagamaan yang terkadang bagi orang-orang adalah hal yang sepele seperti selalu bersyukur, berdo’a agar tetap diberikan kesehatan dan berharap bisa mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak, berdo’a sebelum pergi, berdo’a sebelum makan, mendo’akan kebaikan untuk keluarganya, serta masih tetap menghormati ibunya dengan selalu mencium tangannya ketika akan pergi, memiliki sopan santun yang tinggi terhadap orang yang lebih tua dan selalu mengucapkan salam ketika pergi dan pulang ke rumah.Adapun beberapa faktor yang melatarbelakangi para responden menjadi anak jalanan yang pertama adalah responden menjadi korban dari perceraian kedua orang tuanya.Yang kedua, responden bukanlah seseorang yang menempuh pendidikan hingga tinggi, sehingga responden kesulitan dalam mencari pekerjaan yang layak dan memutuskan untuk mengamen.Kata Kunci: religiusitas, faktor yang melatarbelakangi, anak jalanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dan mengeksplorasi sistem pendidikan Pondok Pesantren ‎Salafiyah Putri yang masih eksis hingga sekarang. Pesantren salaf masih menjadi rujukan ‎masyarakat untuk memasukkan anaknya ke pesantren. Padahal dalam era society 5.0, dunia ‎sudah sangat berkembang dan dihadapkan berbagai macam kecanggihan teknologi yang ‎sekarang dinamakan fitur IU . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode ‎penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem pendidikan Pondok Pesantren ‎Salafiyah Putri Pasuruan ada 2 yaitu pesantren dan madrasah. Dalam metode pengajarannya ‎masih menerapkan metode salaf seperti sorogan dan wetonan. Adapun upaya Pondok Pesantren ‎Salafiyah Putri dalam meningkatkan eksistensi dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 saat ini ‎dengan memaksimalkan fasilitas pembelajaran, memaksimalkan proses kegiatan ‎belajar ‎mengajar, mengembangkan kurikulum, mengembangkan life skill santri ‎dengan program ‎ekstrakurikuler, meningkatkan kualitas guru dan santri‎. Faktor pendukung eksistensi sistem ‎pendidikan pesantren salaf ‎dalam menghadapi ‎era society 5.0 di Pondok ‎Pesantren Salafiyah ‎Putri Pasuruan adalah peran ‎Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Putri Pasuruan di tengah ‎masyarakat, peran kiai ‎dan dewan keluarga, peran alumni, sistem pendaftaran menggunakan ‎online. ‎Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah masa belajar santri ditentukan ‎kemampuan ‎yang dimiliki, ruangan kelas yang tidak memenuhi standarisasi ‎kelas efektif, kurangnya ‎konsentrasi santri, dan kemalasan santri‎.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is the initial culmination of changes to the 2013 curriculum, where in the independent curriculum children are required to be able to learn independently, think critically and be able to create something, so this is what makes a teacher have to have good basic skills in implementing learning strategies in the independent curriculum. The purpose of this journal is to find out what forms of problems teachers face in applying creativity to SBDP learning and what strategies teachers use to foster creative attitudes in children. The research method in this journal uses a type of qualitative research method which has descriptive or naturalistic principles with natural and industrial conditions. The procedure for collecting data in this journal is by interviewing, observing and observing the ongoing environment. The initial findings in this research were carried out on October 24 2023, where the researchers interviewed directly the Head of Curriculum and the class 5c teacher, Mrs. Head of Curriculum said that before the implementation of the Independent Teachers Curriculum, the capacity to increase IMU had been carried out through workshops and webinars so that the human resources had been equipped. useful knowledge that can be given to students. Next year the independent curriculum must be implemented in all classes such as grades 6 & 3 so that by next year all elementary school students have learned all the material from the independent curriculum that is being implemented.
