Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of policies and what factors determine the implementation of policies on procedures for filling high-ranking pratama positions in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Informants in this study were the Regent, Regional Secretary, Secretary of BKPSDM, Head of Division and Sub-Section of BKPSDM. Data analysis through data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study showed that at the preparation stage, there were no Independent Assessors. At the implementation stage, there is a lack of ASN human resources participating in the auction of positions. At the stage of monitoring and evaluation not running effectively, there are several High Leadership Officials who have held positions for 5 (five) years, and have not been reassessed related to the suitability of competencies and positions occupied. Factors that affect implementation: Communication, an inhibiting factor because of the existence of the Pansel Team and Assessor Team; Resources, become an inhibiting factor because the ASN candidates for bidding positions that meet the requirements are still very lacking; Disposition is a supporting factor because the understanding and response of program implementers is good; bureaucratic structure,

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of village-owned enterprises (BUMDesa)in community economic empowerment in Tulabolo Village, East Suwawa District ofBone Bolango Regency.This research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Datacollection techniques are used in this study through observation, interviews anddocumentation. The number of informants there are 5 people consisting of, thevillage head, the village secretary, bumdes manager and 2 people.The results of this study are seen in the principle of management of BUMDesdoes not run optimally, including: Cooperative principles.Directionless managementand the attitude of disrespecting each other's duties and main functions of fellowBUMDes managers. Participatory principle.The existence of BUMDes managers onthe management of business units that do not carry out their main duties causesfriction so as to damage the structure of the BUMDes container.EmancipatoryPrinciples. Emancipation between the village government, BUMDes administratorsand the village community is well established but the manager has not beenmaximally empowered by the presence of BUMDes containers. The principle oftransparency.Unclear in terms of administration and management of capital. ThePrinciple of Accountability. The board is no longer responsible for technically oradministratively managing BUMDes to the village government. Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of JKN funds in fulfilling theservices of health workers at the Bongo II Health Center, Wonosari District.The method in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods with datacollection and observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation withSWOT data analysis.The results of this study indicate that the management of JKN funds at theBongo II Health Center must be even better, so that the implementation of theprogram will run well and regularly.The advantage of the Bongo II Health Center is that it has implemented orimplemented the JKN fund program. The weakness that must be corrected is that inplanning the making of the work program it must be in accordance with the existingconditions at the Bongo II Health Center and the knowledge possessed by theexisting officers. As well as officers who work at the Bongo II Health Center musthave knowledge in accordance with what is their main task or even have completedthe level of education in accordance with their field of work, so that in carrying outthe work there will be no difficulties.

Abstract

Most countries in the world are currently facing the 4.0 industrial revolution, including our beloved country, Indonesia. The industrial revolution 4.0 is an innovation that uses or fully implements information and communication technology. Or it can be said as robotization technology. Artificial intelligence and the internet have largely replaced the role of humans. So that from this industrial revolution raises concerns about the role of humans in life. Because of this, the industrial revolution 5.0 or better known as Society 5.0 emerged. Society5.0 is an innovation in the world of technology that aims to solve problems that arose in the industrial era 4.0. Technology continues to grow rapidly, including robotics applications which are feared to reduce the role of humans. So through Society 5.0 it is hoped that the role of humans will increase or maximize Human Resources (HR). So that it can overcome and anticipate the global trends that appear in industry 4.0. Society 5.0 is an era where digital technology is applied to human life. The country that first implemented Society 5.0 was Japan. The background of the 5.0 industrial revolution, there is a fear of reducing or decreasing the role of human resources (HR), because the application of robotics is growing rapidly. According to the Cabinet Office of Japan, Society5.0 is defined as a human-centered society, which balances economic progress with solving social problems through a system that highly integrates cyberspace and physical space.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo is one of the schools in the city of Gorontalo, precisely on Jalan Rambutan, Buladu, Kota Barat District. With a total of approximately 1400 students, with around 87 teaching staff. This research was conducted to find out about the stages of implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo. This study uses a qualitative method. The research results were obtained from interviews. The results of the interviews showed that the implementation stages of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) went smoothly and effectively. This learning stage has been carried out and carried out in grades 10 and 11 while grade 12 has not yet because this class is an exam class so that adjustments are experiencing obstacles. In addition, the activities of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) are also very helpful for teachers and students in the learning process. The objective of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is to train students to become superior and productive learners. The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is one part of the implementation of the independent curriculum. P5 implementation activities are carried out based on stages, where the stages are divided into 4, namely: 1.) Introduction, 2.) Exploratory activities, 3.) Action learning, 4) Results. One of the P5 activities carried out at SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo was Tuja'I where Tuja'I is one of Gorontalo's traditions that must be known by the people of Gorontalo, especially the nation's next generation.

Development is one of the important stages in the process of everyone's life. Abstract

ABSTRACT Talking about affective, of coirse, we are pleased with fear or love, affect circumastance, feelings and emotions, have a style or meaning that shows feeling, actions or behavior that are accompanied by certain feelings called affective colors, so adolescent development is greatly influenced by individual emotional development. Abstract

The research aims at investigating the influence of teacher certification benefits towards teacher performance in elementary schools of Gorontalo City, the influence of discipline towards teacher performance in elementary schools of Gorontalo City, and the influence of teacher certification benefits and discipline teacher performance in elementary schools of Gorontalo City. This research is used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, which reveals the influence of one variable on another. The population in this research are teachers receiving certification at the Elementary School of Gorontalo city, consisting of 523 people, while the sample was 130 people. Data is collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The findings reveal that the independent variables obtained information that the teacher's certification benefits (X1) have an influence toward performance (Y) of 0.2452 or 24.52% and discipline (X2) has an influence toward teacher performance (Y) of 0. 2072 or 20.72%. Simultaneously (X1) and (X2) have an influence toward(Y) of 45.24%. This research concludes that teacher certification benefits and discipline partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance in elementary schools in Gorontalo City is accepted. With the evidence that certification and discipline can improve teacher performance significantly, it is suggested (1) that the Gorontalo City Education Office is more intense in socializing and overseeing the implementation of teacher professional allowance criteria. (2) The school implements a teacher attendance system using fingerprints to obtain authentic data regarding attendance. (3) Teachers can improve the implementation of their duties as educators.

Abstract

This article discusses the internet as a learning resource at the high school level, where high school is a level of education that covers various subjects and a higher level of complexity. At the high school level, the learning process involves deeper understanding, application of more complex concepts, and development of analytical and critical skills. Therefore, selecting the right learning resources is very important to help students achieve this goal. Based on experience, there are several types of learning resources that are commonly used at the high school level, such as textbooks, audio-visual media, and digital technology. Utilizing the internet as a learning resource conditions students to learn independently. In this digital era, access to information and learning is no longer limited by time and space. The Internet expands the scope of education, bringing new possibilities to improve the quality of learning. The use of the internet in schools and in teaching methods is essential to motivate students, helping them develop skills relevant to future demands. This article Qualitative research methods were chosen because they provide a suitable framework for exploring subjective understanding and interpretation from students' perspectives. From the discussion above, it can be concluded that the choice of learning resources in learning, especially at the high school level, has a great influence on student motivation and learning outcomes. Especially the use of the internet as a learning resource changes the dynamics of student learning, encouraging them to learn independently. Access that is not limited by space and time provides new opportunities to improve the quality of learning. Therefore, the role of the internet in schools and in teaching methods is essential to motivate students and help them develop skills relevant to future demands.

Abstract

The Doctor of Education Program at State University of Gorontalo will carry out the accreditation, where the alumni's track record and user satisfaction have a sizable portion in the accreditation assessment. This service aims to identify, record, formulate and analyze the profiles of graduate students based on tracer studies in the postgraduate doctoral study program, State University of Gorontalo. In particular, this study aims to: 1) Describe tracer study-based student and alumni profiles in the Postgraduate Education Doctoral Study Program, State University of Gorontalo; 2) Mapping the curriculum in the Postgraduate Education Doctoral Study Program, State University of Gorontalo. This service is designed using a mix method with data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. This service is expected to: a) be input or reference material in improving the quality of students and alumni in the Doctoral Study Program of Postgraduate Education, State University of Gorontalo, b) become a reference in carrying out study and postgraduate program policies in developing the vision and mission of the organization, c) be a reference in the development of study programs and postgraduate programs in preparing accreditation forms in the future, and d) be useful for the formulation of work programs for the Doctor of Education Study Program that are more responsive to the needs of students and alumni. The end result of this service is expected to be; 1) Formulate a Compilation of Profiles of Doctoral Education Graduates for Users of Postgraduate Education Doctoral Graduates, State University of Gorontalo, and also 2) a Compilation of the Curriculum for the Doctoral Study Program in Postgraduate Education, State University of Gorontalo, with the Outcomes of the Collaborative Service Program being; 1) Consolidated Service Report Formulation of Doctoral Education Graduate Profiles and Doctoral Education Curriculum for Users of Doctoral Graduates (S3) in Postgraduate Education, State University of Gorontalo. 2) Service Journal. 3) Publication of Service Activities in Gorontalo Post or Electronic Print Media; Instagram and FB. 4) IPR Grand Design Service Research Report Based on Tracer Study at the Doctoral Study Program of Postgraduate Education, State University of Gorontalo.
