Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategy of gaining user trust in a crowdsourcing startup based on the Desirability Business Model. This study may uncover the user trust of crowdsourcing startup which may help startup enhancing engagement and participation from crowd. The difficulties in crowdsourcing is engage user to stay with application for a long time, so this study try to help startup finding indicators to gain user trust.  This paper first propose a model to depict the effect of four parameter of Desirability Business Model with User Trust, which may influence Gojek users, then using Stratified Random Sampling Technique with a total sample of 97 people which are the subject is the society in Surabaya that in a month is at least 2 times and a maximum of more than 10 times using the Go Ride application on the Gojek company. The data collection used a questionnaire distributed through google form and social media such as Line and WhatsApp, while for the tabulation stage, it will be processed using Smart PLS-SEM. The results of this study show that of the four indicators in the Desirability Business Model variable only two indicators have a positive effect on user trust firstly, Value Proposition consisting of Performance, Design, Accessibility, Convenience, Risk Reduction, Cost Reduction and Newness then secondly, Channels consisting of Awareness, Evaluation, Purchase and After Sales. To gain user trust on the crowdsourcing startup, business owners can focus on two things firstly, provide beneficial value of the product or service offered to the user and secondly, design channel which can make business communicates with its users to convey a value proposition.

Abstract

UPT. Institutional Empowerment and Creative Economy Wilwatikta is a high school of arts and culture located in Surabaya, East Java. UPT. Institutional Empowerment and Creative Economy Wilwatikta has a website that can be accessed at https://stkw-surabaya.ac.id/. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the need for services for students has increased. Until UPT. Empowerment of the Wilwatikta Arts Institute and Creative Economy considers it important to improve the website as a step to improve the quality of education, so that users can get information easily and efficiently, achieve the vision, mission and goals of the university, namely the website becomes one of the branding tools and introduces the university to the community in a holistic manner. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and design the interface design or user interface on the website using the Goals Directed Design method, so that the website can be well received by users and provide user convenience in accessing the website. Based on the Goals Directed Design method for the research stage starting from observation, interviews and evaluation of the latest website, the modeling stage produces a user persona for website modeling, the requirements stage produces a website scenario context as a reference in designing the latest website prototype flow, the framework stage produces a website wireframe in the form of design recommendations for prototypes, the refinement stage produces a prototype website that can be used as a reference in making a new website so that it supports campus goals where the website is used as a branding medium and introduction to the general public, lastly there is a support stage there is prototype testing and final evaluation and analysis of test results, which yields a final mean of 3.7 (good). For the initial and final evaluation using usability testing and distributing questionnaires, where the usability testing stages consist of learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors and satisfaction.

Abstract

Masa pandemi covid-19 menyebabkan warga lebih banyak melakukan aktifitas di rumah. Hal ini menyebabkan trend perawatan Kesehatan dan kecantikan mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik pada tahun 2020, pertumbuhan industri Kesehatan dan kosmetik tumbuh 5.59%, dan meningkat di tahun 2021 menjadi 7%. Hal ini menginspirasi CV. E-SMART B untuk membuka usaha bidang salon kecantikan dan menjual produk kecantikan dengan omset perbulan ± 5 juta sejak tahun 2018. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah belum memiliki dasar yang kuat mengenai kebutuhan ecommerce produk kecantikan yang 1) Engaging customer, 2) Empower Employess3) Optimize Operations 4) Good Usability sesuai dengan pengguna di Banyuwangi dan sekitarnya. Oleh sebab itu perusahaan membuatkan prototype sebagai early sample dan ecommerce model untuk menguji konsep e-commerce, sebelum disetujui untuk dikembangkan. Urgensi penelitan ini adalah dibutuhkannya prototype sebagai 1) Sarana elisitasi kebutuhan 2) Sarana validasi kebutuhan 3) early sample 4) ecommerce model 5) Sarana pengujian konsep ecommerce. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode Agile SCRUM yaitu 1) Product Requirement dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, kuisioner dan observasi untuk menggali kebutuhan pengguna yaitu konsumen produk dan karyawan perusahaan 2) Product Backlog Item, yaitu penentuan daftar pekerjaan sesuai kebutuhan/requirements, 3) Design Sprint, merancang system, dan desain antar muka 4) Sprint Review, yaitu melakukan review atas prototype yang sudah didesain 5) Sprint Retrospective, yaitu merencanakan peningkatan performa. Prototype yang sudah dirancang diuji dengan Usability Scale untuk mengetahui efektivitas, dan kepuasan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bentuk prototype standar untuk penjualan produk kecantikan. Uji efektivitas menghasilkan nilai 100% yang berarti semua tugas dapat diselesaikan Sedangkan pada uji kepuasan menggunakan skor SUS(System Usability Scale) dengan nilai 70,98. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut, dinyatakan bahwa prototipe ini layak dan menjanjikan untuk dijadikan early sample dan eccomerce model produk kecantikan pada website e-commerce.

Abstract

Pujasera Enam Belas make serious efforts to give the best service to consumer and outlet owners to increase revenue of the Pujasera. The main problem is process of ordering food is on each of outlets and the payment is also paid by consumer in each outlet. This could make manipulation of finance from the outlet employee. Sales recap which take a long time. And also with conventional method could make mistake in calculation of revenue sharing. Because of the problems listed above, an application which can solve all that problem is needed. Based on the problems, the solution was made are to design and make an application which could manage pujasera with centered cashier system. The application could record the cooperation between outlet owner and head of pujasera, like the sum of omset. The owner of outlet would not be bothered with order transaction and payment, so the owner could focus to serve the food. Result from testing shows that the application could help in managing process of Pujasera Enam Belas, which are: granted user access, employee registration, rent registration, outlet registration, outlet contract payment, selling transaction, sale report making, sale outlet report, and so on.

Abstract

Website is one source of information that is essential, including in college, for that reason important held management website. Narotama University  is one of private university based technology in east java, has a website www.narotama.ac.id. Until now has never been evaluation on the quality website of Narotama University. To measure the website quality of Narotama University, has been done with analyzing influence of Information Quality , Interaction , and website used towards User Satisfaction . Analyzing the website quality has been done through several stages such as collecting the data by interviewing some sources and did an observations as well. Furthermore, analyzing by using webqual method through preparing questionnaire based on the dimension of webqual. The phase of this analysis is using Multiple Linear Regression. Meanwhile, the prerequisite test has been done to test the validity, reliability, assumptions and testing the regression coefficients at the same time and partial. The result of these tests showed that the variable of quality information has a positive and significant effect toward users’ satisfaction. However, there are still needs an evaluation and improvement based on an indicators of webqual.

Abstract

Yayasan Bina’Muwahiddin merupakan lembaga Islam nirlaba yang mendarma baktikan kinerjanya untuk kepentingan masyarakat muslim, khususnya masyarakat muslim yang tinggal di pinggiran dan yayasan saat ini memiliki 350 donatur dari luar negri. Selama ini pengelolaan dan pelaporan penyaluran sumbangan masih manual sehingga menyebabkan beberapa masalah seperti tidak terkontrolnya penyaluran sumbangan sehingga menyebabkan laporan sumbangan yang akan dilaporkan kedonatur mengalami kesalahan dalam pelaporan dan keterlambatan pelaporan. Permasalahan tersebut menyebabkan rasa kepercayaan donatur menjadi berkurang dan membuat donatur tidak mau menyumbang lagi sehingga yayasan juga menjadi rugi. Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut penulis merancang sebuah aplikasi yang mampu untuk melakukan pengelolaan dan monitoring dana sumbangan yang berbasis web. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini yayasan dapat dipermudah dalam melakukan pengelolaan dana sumbangan sehingga kesalahan data dalam proses pelaporan menjadi sedikit. Pada aplikasi yang sudah dirancang terdapat berbagai fungsi yang dapat membantu mengatasi masalah yang sedang dialami oleh yayasan seperti fungsi untuk melakukan transaksi proyek, fungsi untuk monitoring perkembangan proyek yang bisa dipantau oleh direktur dengan menggunakan grafik kurva-s, fungsi pembayaran sumbangan secara online dan fungsi pelaporan sumbangan yang nantinya donatur dapat melihat pelaporan sumbangan tersebut secara real time pada aplikasi.

Abstract

Currently MomenKita is still in the development stage. MomenKita is an application or service that connects between tourists (clients) who need photographer services with photographers who are ready to capture the best moments of the client. The problem that occurs at this time is the client cannot take the photo by themselves maximally due to the absence of a professional photographer at an affordable price. And for the freelance or professional photographers, they cannot maximize their income due to marketing problem. Currently there are similar applications, but the client cannot choose a photographer who is in accordance with the client budget because the price has been determined by the application provider. The solution to solves these problems is the photography service ordering application that can assist clients in searching for information and ordering services for online photographer. By using the concept of crowdsourcing, giving photographers the freedom to manage the services they offer and clients can choose a photographer that fits their budget. As well as the development using the Scrum framework. The results showed that the application can help clients order photographer services by considering the budget, rating & review, and portfolio. Abstract

Abstrak: In a government agencies , websites be a pleasant important as a delivery of information , communication , and transactions between public administration. Government agencies in education and training (Bandiklat Prov Jatim) have a website www.bandiklat.jatimprov.go.id website that aims to provide information on the activities and institutional training to Government Employee. However , managers website Bandiklat Prov Jatim feel website built could not attract internet users to visit www.bandiklat.jatimprov.go.id .This needs to be an increase in on the quality of the website bandiklat prov east. The purpose of this research to analyze the links between the quality of website and user satisfaction.. Analysis the quality of website do with some stage, first the data collection and interview to the related. Then make and spreading the questionnaire.The analysis influence the quality of website use Multiple Linear Regression, among others test validity, realibilitas, test the assumption, and the the regression coefficient together and partial. The results of the analysis testing this indicates that variable the Usability Quality, and Information Quality have had a positive impact and significant impact on User Satisfaction while in Interaction Quality do not affect positive and significant impact on user satisfaction.

Abstract

PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) is a state-owned company that runs the business as a provider of port service facilities (traffic activities of vessels and goods) in the whole territory of the port management. Traffic from ship visits in 2013 grew. , 46% from 2012. This increase pushed the management to afford competitive by developing and building an infrastructure that can support the smooth business operations. In doing development and infrastructure development are the risks that may occur with regard to cost, time and quality of the project, where the company should be able to manage the risk of the project management of information technology, however PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III does not currently have Standard Operation and Procedure ( SOP) to identify risks in any information technology project being run. The absence of standard SOP in identifying the risks of project procurement lead Sub-Directorate of Risk Management and Quality have difficulty in overcoming the risk that the information technology project is being executed.The purpose of this research is to design a risk management document that projects that focus on procurement refers to the ISO 31000 framework in the form of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions (IK) is used to manage the risk of the procurement of information technology projects. Risk management planning procurement of information technology projects generate Standadrd Operation Procedure Risk Management and Work Instructions that the company needs to conduct risk identification procurement of information technology projects

Abstract

SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya is one of the vocational schools in Surabaya that focuses on the arts. The location of SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya is on Jl. Siwalankerto Permai No. 1 Surabaya. With the Covid-19 pandemic, the whole world has made their activities run online. One of the distance learning methods applied by SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya is to use the E-Learning application in the teaching and learning process between teachers and students. E-Learning is one form of using the internet in improving the learning process through cyberspace. Based on the results of a questionnaire involving teachers and students as respondents in this study, the problem that occurs is that teachers have difficulty in conveying material to giving assignments to students. So that students do not receive material and task information properly and cause students not to get the information correctly and late such as learning materials, assignments, to lesson schedules. This study aims to provide recommendations for designing user interfaces for E-Learning applications used in SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. The result of this research is a user interface design that is made based on the steps contained in the User-Centered Design (UCD) method by carrying out six steps namely, Plan the user centered design process, Understand and specify the context of use, specify user and organization requirements, Produce design solutions, and Evaluate design against user requirements. The results of this research evaluation use the Website Usability Evaluation Tool (WEBUSE) which has four categories, namely Content, Organization, and Readability, Navigation and Links, User Interface Design, and Performance and Effectiveness with an average point value of 0.610 with a usability level. "Good" means that the E-Learning application at SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya can already be used by teachers and students quite well.
