Abstract

PT. Bumi Samudera Jaya is one of many shipbuilding sub-contractor in Indonesia. To achieve the competitive advantage for bringing the best service for its client, the company needs a solution to formulate the IS/IT strategic plan. There are implications if the company don’t implement the IS/IT strategic planning such as IS/IT investation, information distribution, IS/IT human resource development, monitoring function and no IS/IT prioritization in the company. To overcome those problems, company needs to implement the strategic planning to plan the IS/IT implementation with Ward & Peppard approach and formulate the business IS strategy, IT strategy, IS/IT management strategy, application portofolio and application portfolio roadmap. The results of this research are 28 IS/IT solutions. IT strategy with output such as network architecture, hardware & software, platform and database. IS/IT management strategy with IS/IT human resource structure. Application portfolio with 7 solutions in strategic quadrant, 9 solutions in key operational quadrant, 10 solutions in support quadrant and 2 solutions in high potential quadrant. Application portfolio roadmap with 5 batch of category based on value chain stream which plotted in term of 5 years of implementation from last year of 2018 until year 2023, the detail of IS/IT funding and urgency assessment based on risk calculation for every IS/IT solution.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems faced by the administration in making payment PMB registration, re-registration and payment of tuition payment per month is still done manually so that the schools often miss evidence of payment has been recorded. Then in making a payment summary report can be spent primarily to determine a decision as anyone who has not made a payment. The solution provided is creating and designing applications operating expenses based education website,because it can minimize recording errors and report transactions that may occur if done manually. Based on the trial results indicate that these applications can be overcome and reduce the problems that occur in the process of education operating expenses. In addition, the application also allows the administration when where a student is late to pay spp system will automatically send SMS notifications to parents in the form of a guardian. Keywords: Payments, Operating Expenses of Education, PG-TK Al-Olive Waru Sidoarjo

Abstract

CV. Anugrah Jaya is sales distributor company that have priority of selling pipe and fitting. The company is established in 2013 at Imam Bonjol 31 Surabaya to run their company activities and has 8 employees. This company sells various pipes and fittings that the items total is about 300 items. The company still doing manual recording which use Microsft Excel where frequently mistake in data input proccess so as to produce information less than accurate. This causing problems on selling transaction recording, items requisition, items price searching, and stock calculation. Based on problems above, company need a sales information system. Because the company does not have a blueprint of sales information systems and did not know in detail what is required in the sales informationsystem in CV. Anugrah Jaya Surabaya, so in this research Analysis and Designingsales information systems in CV. Anugrah Jaya Surabaya expected to be developed and helping admin in resolving every his job.

Abstract

Bharata Sport & Fashion is a company act in the sales of sports equipment and sports clothing which was built in 1986 on Jl. Ngurah Rai no.36, Jembrana Bali This company currently has some problems namely: 1) bonus counting process, work performance and making report of Salesmen performance that are still done manually that leads to a delay in reporting process and there is a risk to lost the data because it was saved in Ms Excel. 2) reservation process is still using telephone as a communication media and the reservation record is written in the notebook. This proses needs a lot of budget. 3)  this company has difficulty in monitoring their Salesmen in some branches of the company because one and another are located in long distance. The solution offered for covering those problems are making an application of Salesmen performance that included to make the visiting schedule, to report the visiting result, to record the customer’s reservation and to calculate bonus and salesman performance. The result of this essay show that application can help do generate sales report, the monitoring of Salesmen performance, counting the bonus, and this application can show the graphic of sales, bonus, salesman performance in each branch office.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technologies so rapidly and widely used in various fields of life, one of which industry and manufacturing, such as the accounting department is one of the activities is to manage the assets of the company. The use of information and communication technology in the industry is essential and needs to be prioritized, because it can improve the speed and accuracy in data processing and to support the accounting department in managing its assets. The activities in accounting department of PT. Bina Megah Indowood are managing asset data, maintenance of assets, changes in the status of assets, depreciation of assets, and acquisitions are still done manually and not centralized. It makes the accounting department have difficulty managing the data quickly and accurately. In addition, the asset data is not centralized accounting difficult to find valid data. To resolve the problems, it will be created an asset management application at PT. Bina Megah Indowood. With this new application, it is expected that the performance of the accounting department in asset management be the better and make it easier to manage and accelerate the assets reporting process.

Abstract

PT Gemah Ripah Loh Jinawi Industry (GRLJI) is a fertilizer industry companywhich produced two types of products; natural phosphate and dolomite. The company had quite large business process in ordering the fertilizer products from customers, manufacturing raw materials until delivering the accomplished products to the customer back. However, accountingsystem of PT GRLJI there were problems when calculated the cost of goods sold such as; the manager or finance administration should waiting for data purchase recap, data production process from the production manager, and recapitulation from marketing result per month. So, it is made slow process of recording and reporting the sold goods calculation. sometimes it wasinaccurate calculation which could hamper the profit of company.From those problems, it is required an application to determinate the cost of sales with appropriate method based on the policy of company. And it also able to calculate then produced the report of goods sold quickly and automatically. Weighted Average Method (WAM) was a pricing method which existed in stocks valuation based on average price of goods in the final period.Based on the application trial result using synopsis data which known by the company with monthly periods, the data showed the value of cost production, the sell price and the cost of goods sold automatically. Besides, it could help the data process and the determine process of goods sold cost faster.Keywords: Weighted Average Method, Application, The Goods Sold cost

Abstract

As a result of the Indonesian Corona Virus, the Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy was implemented to suppress the spread of this virus, this restriction will have a major impact on the community, such as the education sector. Education has also been affected by the Corona Virus, so the Indonesian Ministry of Education has implemented a policy by way of Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM), which were previously from face-to-face or offline (outside the network) to online (within the network). The learning process in the network does not only have an impact on normal children and parents but also has an impact on children with special needs (ABK). Children with special needs studied are slow learners or slow learners, namely children who have intellectual potential slightly below normal but not including mental disorders. The education level of children with special needs studied is high school, because they can already use smartphones/mobile phones. Also the subjects used are Mathematics with competency standards following the curriculum. So that the learning process is not bored and enjoys learning while also helping in the field of calculations, this research provides a solution in the form of Designing a Learning Application for Children with Special Needs by Applying a Mobile-Based Gamification Approach, gamification elements used in the points, leves, leaderboards, Challenge & Quest and Social Engagement Loops, using the Gamification approach, crew members are given the freedom to choose challenges and also provide motivation for crew members not to be afraid of failure when undertaking challenges. After testing on SMANU Centini using the System Usability Scale, the score of 75 was considered good, indicating that the application is acceptable in the System Usability Scale (SUS).

Abstract

PT Gemah Ripah Jinawi OIndustri Loh is a company engaged in the fertilizer industry, phosphate and fertilizers dolomite. The Company only accepts orders with system orders from customers. In doing so, the production of fertilizers, the company was late in completing orders received in this case because the data recording customer orders are not yet integrated with production scheduling system. In addition to knowing the time needed to complete the production orders, the company only estimate how much time the production is done can be completed prior to the maturity date of a customer request. Of the problems that occur can be solved by using fertilizer production scheduling application with the method earliest due date (EDD) that minimizes delays. Application of fertilizer production scheduling applications using the earliest due date (EDD) to assist and optimize production scheduling in accordance with the capacity of existing machines so that customer orders will be fulfilled.

Abstract

Qtaaruf is a startup from Surabaya that using a website as the media for interaction between users. The website now has around 10-20 visitors every day, it is classified as low visit for a website, because the inaccuracy of the user interface/user experience. This research is purposed to deliver a user interface and friendly user experience for the users in order to get information from the website, by using google design sprint that consist of 5 stages that are understand, diverge, decide, prototype, and validate. Validating process using a/b testing with 100 single moslem respondents in Surabaya at age range around 20-29. Based on the analysis, implementation and evaluation, resulting a final prototype, combination of A and B prototype which was validated form interface, use duration, and consideration of critique and feedback. Prototype A has been chosen for 4 features namely sign-up with 68,75% of the result, gallery, testimony, and taaruf process with 100%. Prototype B for the features of subscribtion with 100% of result. Prototype final delivers the user interface with colours harmony, consistency of layout, including notification for every interaction and user experience that match with respondent’s mindset for getting the information or reaching the objective.

Abstract

Based on the primary functions of radio RRI (Radio Republik Indonesia) as the broadcast of music, where there are still many errors in the playback songs that are not in accordance with the rules and policies established by RRI Pro 2 FM. The subject matter is already made a determination and a standard rule in rotating track but in the implementation process track management is not going well because they MD (Music Director) less obey the rules that have been established, while the need for an arrangement of the song should be in accordance with the rules and daily needs of each event on broadcast activities. The resulting consequence is the ineffectiveness of the rules and affect the request or sms from radio listeners.The solution is to design management applications track PRO 2 FM. This application is able to facilitate MD in presenting or rotate songs with songs based on the rule of RRI PRO 2 FM so as to produce a daily or weekly playlist of songs that fit to the RRI PRO 2 FM. From the evaluation results can be concluded in this research is to produce applications that can help head of programming and Music Director in managing the song in order to avoid mistakes and have been able to meet the rules of the rotation track up to 100%.
