Abstract

Pelayanan yang berkualitas akan memberikan kepuasan dan meningkatkan loyalitas bagi para pelanggan, bagi perusahaan kualitas layanan menjadi salah satu indikator untuk dapat bersaing dan mempertahankan eksistensi perusahan khususnya pada jasa layanan  pengiriman barang yang semakin berkembang. Klasifikasi kepuasan pelanggan atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh jasa layanan pengiriman menggunakan algoritma C4.5 dengan konsep dasar dari pohon keputusan yaitu mengubah data menjadi sebuah model pohon keputusan, menjadi rule dan menyederhanakan rule. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membentuk model klasifikasi pohon keputusan dengan menganalisa kepuasan pelanggan PT. JNE Agen  Arcadia. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu  pelanggan merasa puas terhadap indikator Bukti Fisik, Keandalan, dan Jaminan. Sedangkan Empati dan ketanggapan menjadi indikator kelemahan pelayanan. Hasil penelitian ini  Hasil penelitian ini  dapat dijadikan referensi oleh  PT.JNE Agen  Arcadia untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelayanan khususnya indikator empati dan ketanggapan agar dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Abstrak  - Orchardz Hotel adalah perusahaan yang menyediakan pelayanan jasa penginapan. Salah satu fasilitas yang disediakan Orchardz Hotel Pontianak adalah layanan jasa laundry. Adanya fasilitas laundry, membuat para tamu tidak perlu lagi merasa repot untuk memikirkan masalah baju kotor selama menginap. Pilihan metode pencucian beragam mulai dari laundry biasa, press dan dry cleaning. Layanan laundry hanya dikhususkan bagi tamu, sehingga tidak tersedia bagi umum, linen attendant menawarkan ke tamu-tamu dengan cara mengetuk pintu kamar, namun banyaknya kamar yang tersedia dan terisi pada Orchardz Hotel sering kali tidak selesai dikunjungi karena keterbatasan waktu. Oleh karena itu Penerapan prediksi layanan jasa laundry perlu diimplementasikan sehingga proses penawaran ini dapat dilakukan secara akurat terhadap perkiraan tamu yang memiliki nilai prediksi tertinggi dan menjadikan waktu penawaran jasa menjadi lebih cepat karena mengetahui tamu mana saja yang menjadi perioritas. Maka penelitian ini mengimplementasikan algoritma C4.5 untuk mengklasifikasikan dan memprediksi tamu mana saja yang memiliki nilai accuracy tertinggi sehingga dapat diprioritaskan untuk dikunjungi kamar tamunya. Hasil dari implementasi menghasilkan nilai confusion matrix dengan nilai Accuracy 83,61% dan nilai AUC sebesar 0,527 serta atribut dengan bobot tertinggi adalah Gender (Jenis Kelamin) dan Floor (Lantai Kamar) dengan masing-masing nilai 0,397 untuk gender dan 0,391 untuk floor. Kata Kunci : C4.5, data mining, klasifikasi, prediksi Abstract - Orchardz Hotel is an accommodation company or business entity that provides lodging services. One of the facilities provided by Orchardz Hotel Pontianak is a laundry service. The existence of laundry facilities, makes guests no longer need to feel bothered to think about the problem of dirty clothes during their stay. The choice of washing methods varies from regular laundry, press and dry cleaning. Laundry service is only reserved for guests who stay, so it is not available to the public, the linen attendant offers to guests by knocking on the room door, but the number of rooms available and filled at Orchardz Hotel are often not completed due to time constraints. Therefore, the application of laundry service predictions needs to be implemented so that the bidding process can be carried out accurately on the estimated guests who have the highest predictive value and make the service offer time faster because it knows which guests are the priority, so this study implements the C4.5 algorithm. 5 to classify and predict which guests have the highest accuracy values so that they can be prioritized for their guest rooms to visit. The results of the implementation produce a confusion matrix value with an Accuracy value of 83.61%, and AUC value of  0.527 and the attributes with the highest weights are Gender and Floor  with each value of 0.397 for gender and 0.391 for floor. Keywords : C4.5, classification, data mining, prediction

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai dan mikrozonasi indeks kerentanan seismik (Kg) di kawasan jalur Sesar Sungai Oyo. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui pengukuran sinyal mikrotremor di 25 titik lokasi dengan spasi 2 km. Data mikrotremor dianalisis menggunakan metode Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) untuk mendapatkan frekuensi predominan dan faktor amplifikasi di setiap titik penelitian. Hasil dari analisis mikrotremor digunakan untuk menentukan nilai indeks kerentanan seismik (Kg), sehingga diketahui bahwa nilai indeks kerentanan seismik (Kg) berkisar 0,1x10-6sampai 18,1x10-6 s2/cm. Mikrozonasi indeks kerentanan seismik dengan nilai tinggi berada pada formasi Wonosari yang menyebar di Kecamatan Panggang bagian Barat Laut, Kecamatan Playen bagian Barat Daya, dan Kecamatan Dlingo bagian Selatan. Sedangkan mikrozonasi indeks kerentanan seismik dengan nilai rendah berada pada formasi Nglanggran dan formasi Sambipitu yang menyebar di Kecamatan Playen bagian Barat, Kecamatan Imogiri bagian Timur dan Kecamatan Dlingo bagian Barat.Kata kunci: Indeks kerentanan seismik, mikrotremor, Horizontal to Vertical Spectral RatioAbstractThe aims of this research was to determine the value and microzonation of seismic vulnerability index (Kg) around Oyo River fault. Data were obtained by microtremor measurement at 25 location with 2 km spacing. The microtremor data were analyzed using Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) method to obtain the predominant frequency and amplification factor at each measurement point to determine the value of seismic vulnerability index (Kg). The results showed that the seismic vulnerability index (Kg) was around 0,1x10-6 to 18,1x10-6 s2/cm. Based on microzonation results, the highest seismic vulnerability index was on Wonosari formation that spread across the Northwestern part of Panggang sub district, the Southwestern part of Playen sub district, and the Southern part of Dlingo sub district. Meanwhile, the low seismic vulnerability index was on Nglanggran formation and Sambipitu formation that spread across the Western part of Playen sub district, the Eastern part of Imogiri sub district, and some locations in the Western part of Dlingo sub district.Keywords: seismic vulnerability index, microtremor, Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio

Abstract

Educational TV is a learning resource that is used especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. To maximize the use of Educational TV in the learning process, it is necessary to apply educational TV content-based learning models. One of the models developed is the Meaningful Learning Learning Model. This learning model is applied in high school level schools. To determine the effectiveness of the application of this learning model, it is necessary to evaluate its application. This research is an evaluation research. The evaluation approach used in this research is goal-oriented evaluation. The data collection method used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative, because the type of data collected is qualitative data and quantitative data. The targets (respondents) of this evaluation were Indonesian language teachers and SMAIT Nurul Fikri students with details of 30 students in class X MIPA 3, 31 students in class X MIPA 4, and 32 students in class X MIPA 2. The evaluation results show that the TV-based Meaningful Learning learning model is easy. applied. There is an increase in the quality of learning processes and products by applying the Meaningful Learning learning model based on Educational TV. The application of the TV Education-based Meaningful Learning learning model makes a significant contribution to solving learning problems. Thus it can be stated that the application of the TV-based Meaningful Learning learning model for learning at the high school level (SMA) is effective.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Terradata Computindo is a company that has used a network security system, namely Firewall with the Sophos brand for communication security and network security on each computer. With the use of Firewall Sophos at PT. Terradata Computindo can reduce malware attacks and guarantee data security. This study was conducted to analyze the feasibility of the security system used by the company, namely the Sophos Firewall, based on user perceptions with the variables of Sophos Firewall Usefulness (X) and Attitudes towards the use of Sophos Firewall (Y) using the TAM method. The TAM (Technology Acceptence Model) method is used as an assessment to understand user behavior in accepting and using an information system. The results of this study indicate that the Usability variable has a more important influence of 35.7% on the Attitude variable. Satisfaction of users who use Firewall Sophos which means that users state that Firewall Sophos functions well and is feasible to be applied as a network security system. The results of this study can be used as a reference for companies in evaluating network security systems on a regular basis in order to prevent malware attacks that enter the computer. Terradata Computindo merupakan sebuah Perusahaan yang sudah mengunakan sistem keamanan jaringan yaitu Firewall dengan brand Sophos untuk keamanan komunikasi dan keamanan jaringan di setiap komputer. Penggunaan Firewall Sophos pada PT. Terradata Computindo dapat mengurangi adanya serangan malware dan jaminan keamanan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa kelayakan sistem keamanan yang digunakan oleh perusahaan yakni Firewall Sophos, berdasarkan persepsi pengguna dengan variable Kegunaan Firewall Sophos (X) dan Sikap terhadap pengunaan Firewall Sophos (Y) mengunakan metode TAM. Metode TAM (Technology Acceptence Model) sebagai penilaian untuk memahami perilaku pengunaan dalam menerima dan mengunakan sebuah sistem informasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Kegunaan mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih penting sebesar 35.7% terhadap variabel Sikap Kepuasan pengguna yang menggunakan Firewall Sophos yang berarti bahwa pengguna menyatakan bahwa Firewall Sophos berfungsi dengan baik dan layak diterapkan sebagai sistem keamanan jaringan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk perusahaan dalam mengevaluasi sistem keamanan jaringan secara berkala agar dapat mencegah adanya serangan malware yang masuk ke dalam komputer. Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has made people compete to create new digital-based business models, one of which is digital invitations. With the digital invitation, it is expected to reduce waste from paper and plastic produced from conventional invitations in general. In building the application, the author uses the Agile Development Method because this method can provide values faster with better quality and predictions. The Agile Development method in building this application also allows changing needs in the middle of the application Development process, because one of the properties of this method is flexibility. The author uses the Ionic Framework and Elementor in the application Development process because this Framework can produce applications that are easy, fast and have an attractive appearance. We develop this digital invitation application with the hope that people who want to organize events can take advantage of existing technology with digital invitations, instead of using conventional invitations which increase paper and plastic waste. In addition to this, the author's goal in building this application is to create business opportunities, namely by pioneering information technology companies/startups. The results of this study are a Mobile-based digital invitation application that can be downloaded on the Google Play Store which can be used by smartPhone users to create digital invitations

Abstract

In the development of the banking business, credit issues remain interesting to study and uncover. Most of the problems occur not in the system implemented by the bank, but the problem occurs precisely in the human resources who manage credit, either in their relationship with consumers or in errors on the part of the bank which mispredicts in assessing consumers who apply for credit. Several studies in the computer field have been carried out to reduce credit risk which causes losses to the company. In this study, a comparison of the Naive Bayes, C4.5 and KNN algorithms was carried out which was applied to consumer data that received credit eligibility for good and bad customers. The best prediction results are nave Bayes with an accuracy of 95.95 % and an AUC of 0.974. The results of this classification are implemented in the form of a website-based application that can be used to facilitate related parties in the credit scoring system.

Abstract

In managing finances there are various ways that can be chosen, such as saving and investing. Investment has long-term and short-term goals and has several types of instruments with each instrument having a promising return. Generation Z is now familiar with matters related to financial technology for their money management field. The lack of literacy among Generation Z in terms of investment raises doubts and even fear in making an investment making it difficult for them to choose or decide on the best investment instrument product. This study aims to help potential investors, especially Generation Z, in choosing the type of investment according to the selection criteria offered, namely Equity Mutual Funds, Money Market Mutual Funds, Crypto, Bonds, and Deposits. The research method used is Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Topsis is a multicriteria decision making method based on the concept that the best alternative not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution but also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution. The results of data analysis obtained the best preference values, namely Equity Mutual Funds of 0.75 and Deposits with a value of 0.62. The results of this study are implemented by designing a website-based decision support system using the PHP programming language and MySql database which can help determine the best investment instrument according to user preferences.  keywords : Decision Support System, Invesment, MySQL, PHP, TOPSIS

Abstract

Saat ini kompetisi bisnis dalam beragam bidang menjadi sangat erat. Selain pada bidang fashion, hidangan, dan elektronik, bidang pelayanan jasa dan perdagangan pun semakin melambung tinggi, seperti halnya bidang otomotif. Honda Tanabang Motor memiliki banyak data transaksi yang tidak dimanfaatkan untuk menganalisa persediaan barang yang laku atau banyak diminati pelanggan, serta tidak dimanfaatkan menjadi informasi yang berguna untuk strategi marketing. Penulis mencoba mengimplementasi algoritma apriori pada persediaan sparepart, karena algoritma apriori adalah metode yang paling tepat dalam mencari aturan asosiasi barang dan frequent-itemset. Hasil dari pengujian algoritma apriori telah ditemukan 3 (tiga) association rules yakni jika membeli Piece Set Slide maka membeli Busi, jika membeli Lampu Belakang maka membeli Kampas Rem Depan, dan jika membeli Lampu Depan maka membeli Kampas Rem Depan, dengan Nilai Confidence 75% dan Nilai Support 25%. Dengan hadirnya Implementasi Algoritma Apriori, diharapkan menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mempermudah perusahaan agar melakukan pengaturan ulang tata letak sparepart secara berdekatan untuk memudahkan dalam mengambil barang yang akan dikeluarkan, melakukan monitoring terhadap persediaan barang, hubungan antar tiap produk yang dibeli secara bersamaan dan penunjang informasi dalam pemesanan stok barang serta dapat membantu merumuskan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan.   Kata Kunci : Apriori,  Aturan Asosiasi, Data Mining, Persediaan Barang
