<![CDATA[The Batur Village Credit Institution is a pilot LPD in Kintamani District that was able to grow and develop during the pandemic. Batur as a barometer of the economy in Kintamani District should be able to become a model for LPDs by other areas in Wingkang Ranu so that it is felt necessary to strengthen its economic institutions. The purpose of this service activity is to increase the ability and knowledge of LPD managers and oversight bodies in an effort to implement ESG and increase understanding in implementing ESG practice strategies at LPD Batur. The method used is in the form of lectures by inviting resource persons who are experts in the application of ESG at LPD Batur as well as conducting outreach and assistance in implementing ESG practices in savings and lending activities at LPD Batur. The results of this community service activity increase the ability and knowledge of LPD managers and supervisory bodies to increase in efforts to implement ESG. Furthermore, through the socialization program provided, increasing the understanding of LPD managers and supervisory bodies in implementing ESG practice strategies at LPD Batur. It is hoped that LPD managers and supervisory bodies can consistently apply ESG and community service activities can have a positive impact on LPD Batur customers, where LPD managers and supervisory bodies can implement strategies for sustainable ESG practices at LPD Batur.]]>

<![CDATA[Kecelakaan kerja akibat belum dilakukan penanganan terhadap pengawasan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di tempat kerja secara mantap dan menyeluruh pada setiap pekerjaan konstruksi masih sangat perlu mendapat perhatian. Aspek kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi sebagian besar merupakan akibat dari perilaku yang tidak aman (unsafe action) dan kondisi lingkungan kerja yang tidak baik atau kondisi peralatan kerja yang berbahaya (unsafe condition). PT. Artha Jaya teknik merupakan suatu perusahaan kontraktor yang bergerak dalam bidang telekomunikasi yang bekerjasama dengan salah satu anak perusahaan PT. PLN (Persero) yakni PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus, dimana dalam pekerjaan ini tentu memiliki resiko kerja yang tinggi terutama bagi tim yang bekerja di lapangan karena dihadapkan dengan tegangan dan ketinggian, disamping itu para pekerja terkadang tidak safety atau mengabaikan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) pada saat bekerja. oleh sebab itu diperlukan sebuah usaha pengawasan yang ketat dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), sebab kecelakaan kerja tidak hanya menyebabkan kematian, kerugian materi, moril dan pencemaran lingkungan, namun juga dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. <![CDATA[The development of BUMDes and MSMEs is very important to do after previously Bali experienced an economic downturn due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. MSMEs are the main driving force for the rise of the Balinese economy because MSMEs are the sector that absorbs the most labor and is able to increase the value of consumption in society. This community service is focused and focuses on optimizing the performance of BumDes and MSMEs in post-Covid economic recovery and providing marketing methods that are in line with BUMDes and MSMEs with the latest developments in digital technology. This activity was attended by 30 participants consisting of village government structuralists, BUMDes, and MSMEs in Tegal Harum Village, West Denpasar and was carried out using mentoring, training and discussion methods. <![CDATA[The development and improvement of the quality of human resources needs to be improved to keep pace with the flow of information technology modernization in the era of globalization. The phenomenon of behavior and personality tendencies of today's young generation is increasingly moving away from religious values, customs, and culture, and losing their identity as individuals which is rooted in the noble values of the nation's religion and culture. This research aims to determine the role of character education and self-leadership in forming the character of the young Hindu generation. The population in this study was the Hindu Easy Generation with a total research sample of 96 respondents. The sampling technique is probability sampling with a stratified random sampling method with proportional allocation to collect quantitative data. The research results show that character education has a positive and significant effect on the character formation of young Hindus. In the context of the formation of the character of young Hindus, self-leadership has a positive and significant effect. Thus, self-leadership plays an important role in forming the character of young Hindus who are strong and responsible while the modernization of information technology can have a positive, but not significant, effect on the formation of the character of young Hindus.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the determining factors for the success rate of a business is the motivation of the owner, in this case, micro, small and medium enterprises. This research is to determine the effect of business motivation on MSME performance and the moderating role of the Tri Hita Karana dimension in improving business performance so as to have an impact on business sustainability. The population used in this study were 32,226 units of MSMEs in Denpasar City. To obtain the sample, the slovin formula was used with a precision of 10%. Based on the calculation results of the Slovin formula, a sample of 99.69 is obtained (rounded upBecomes100) respondents. The determination of the research sample was carried out in a simple random based on clusters. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to MSME owners in the city of Denpasar who were the research samples directly or through google forms. The research results obtained motivation has a significant positive effect on business performance, business performance has a significant positive effect on business continuity, and the Tri Hita Karana dimension which consists of Parahyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan is unable to play a moderating role in the effect of business motivation on MSME business performance in Denpasar Bali.]]>

<![CDATA[The main point of this research was to examine and analyze the impact of customer trust on customer loyalty and business sustainability at the Village Credit Institution in Klungkung Regency. The determination of the VCI as the research sample was carried out by unproportionate random sampling. The research respondents were customers in each VCI who were taken by accident (which was met at the time of the research) with a total number of respondents as many as 170 customers. Analysis this research and hypothesis using the SmartPLS 3.3.2 program with three level, the first is testing validity and reliability, the second is testing the accuracy of the research model, and the third is testing hypotheses. This results in this study indicate that customer trust has a positive relationship and significant impactt on customer loyalty and business sustainability. The customer loyalty has a significant positive effect relationship on business sustainability. Customer loyalty acts as a mediator of customer trust on the business sustainability of VCI in Klungkung Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The traditional subak irrigation system is a driving force in achieving farmer welfare, this system is inherited from generation to generation as the wisdom of the local Hindu community in Bali by adhering to the Tri Hita Karana concept in it. This study aims to determine how a well-organized financial recording system can produce quality and accountable reports. This study was carried out by implementing three stages, namely: 1. Socialization, 2. Observation, 3. Assistance in recording and compiling accountability reports. To realize this, assistance in recording and compiling financial accountability reports was carried out as a basic means in managing financial reports. The object of this study was the administrators and members of the subak in the Sibanggede Traditional Village. The results of this study indicate that one of the subaks in the Sibanggede Traditional Village, namely Subak Saradan, still carries out recording manually so that the recording and compilation of subak financial accountability reports have not been carried out optimally and are accountable to subak members.]]>

<![CDATA[Kota Denpasar sebagai ibukota Provinsi Bali merupakan salah satu daerah yang mengalami perubahan pola konsumsi. Hasil lainnya menyebutkan bahwa 55 persen responden menyatakan bahwa lebih senang berbelanja secara online dibandingkan offline, dengan usia responden yang menjawab masuk ke kategori generasi milenial. Dari hasil pra survey juga diketahui hampir 60 persen masyarakat sering berbelanja tanpa direncanakan sebelumnya pada di e-commerce. Penelitian ini akan menguji shopping lifestyle sebagai variabel bebas terhadap impulse buying sebagai variabel terikat yang dimoderasi oleh paylater pada e-commerce di kalangan milenial di Kota Denpasar. Metode analisis data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa regresi moderasi dengan menggunakan metode selisih nilai mutlak. Analisa ini dipergunakan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Peran Paylater Sebagai Moderasi Pengaruh Shopping Lifestyle Terhadap Impulse Buying. Dari penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil (1) Shopping lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying milenial Di kota denpasar Semakin tinggi shopping lifestyle yang dilakukan maka menyebabkan impulse buying milenial di kota denpasar semakin meningkat. (2) Paylater mampu memoderasi hubungan shopping lifestyle dengan impulse buying dengan objek penelitian milenial Di kota denpasar. Semakin tinggi penggunaan paylater, maka semakin meningkatkan impulse buying milenial di kota denpasar. Kepada peneliti selanjutnya, khususnya yang berminat meneliti shopping lifestyle, impulse buying dan paylater disarankan dalam pengembangan penelitian dengan mempergunakan dimensi serta indikator dengan cakupan meluas supaya hasil riset menguji keunggulannya, serta berharap melakukan pengujian variabel lainnya yang terindikasi kuat memiliki pengaruh terhadap impulse buying]]>

<![CDATA[The preservation of local culture in the digital era faces serious challenges due to the strong current of globalization and the lack of innovation in methods of transmitting traditional values to younger generations. Elementary school children, particularly in rural areas, are increasingly disconnected from their cultural roots due to the absence of learning spaces suited to their characteristics as digital natives. This study proposes the concept of a “Digital Culture School” as an integrative strategy to strengthen cultural preservation, develop creative human resources, and promote community-based edutourism. The concept is based on a case study of the Pesinauan program in Kemiren Village, Banyuwangi—a traditional school initiated by the Osing community and conducted regularly every weekend. The method used is a conceptual-reflective approach, employing literature review and content analysis of Pesinauan documentation and relevant scholarly sources. The findings indicate that integrating direct cultural learning with the use of digital media can enhance children's participation, reinforce cultural documentation, and create a flexible and replicable educational model. In conclusion, the Digital Culture School has strong potential as an innovative solution to address the challenges of cultural preservation while serving as a community empowerment platform through the strengthening of cultural identity and the development of village-based educational tourism.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of sharia principles in the operation of sharia hotels in Indonesia from the perspective of institutional economics, human resource management, and entrepreneurship. The research methods used are systematic literature review, which include studies from leading academic databases, namely Scopus, Google Scholar, JSTOR, and IEEE Xplore. The main findings of this study indicate that a strong institutional and regulatory structure is essential for the operation of sharia hotels, with government policy support playing a key role in ensuring compliance with sharia principles. In addition, employee training and development that focuses on Islamic values has been shown to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Entrepreneurship in sharia hotels involves innovation and development of sharia-compliant business models, which helps improve the competitiveness and sustainability of hotels.]]>
