Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pembelajaran berbasis projek dalam penguatan karakter disiplin, kerja sama, dan peduli lingkungan pada anak usia dini di lembaga PAUD. Penelitian ini temasuk studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Data dianalisis menggunakan model tiga langkah Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran projek dapat menguatkan  karakter disiplin, kerja sama dan peduli lingkungan pada diri anak di lembaga PAUD. Disiplin anak terimplementasikan  dari kebiasaan memungut sampah yang ditemukan setiap hari, kerja sama  terimplementasikan dari perilaku saling mendukung dan bergotong royang menciptakan lingkungan bersih, dan kepedulian lingkungan terimplementasikan dari kesediaan dan kegiatan untuk menciptakan lingkungan bebas dari sampah dan pemandangan kotor.

Abstract

This study describes and evaluates the implementation of the simultaneous continuation of local elections in 2020 and the challenges faced during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This pandemic has disrupted the economic and societal order, including the governance aspect, which encompasses the electoral process for selecting local leaders to continue the previous simultaneous local elections held in the preceding year. The Indonesian government has decided to proceed with the local elections that were initially postponed. Several other countries worldwide have also chosen to hold general elections, although some countries have opted to delay them. This study adopts an ex post facto research design with a qualitative approach. The research object is implementing the simultaneous continuation of local elections in Bantul Regency, DIY Province, in 2020, with the selection of research subjects conducted purposively. Data collection is carried out through interviews and documentation. This paper highlights various challenges encountered during the implementation of local elections in 2020 while Indonesia was still amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

An unfair administrative decision considering by individuals or private corporates subject to be dismissed through Public Administrative Courts. This essay was written based on research conducted during September 2016 on the final and executable judge's decision after issuing  Governmental Administration Law regulating the good government principles. This research was conducted by identifying the final and executable judge's decision after issuing Governmental Administration Law at Public Administration Court on October 2016. Considering that based on this law, article 10 verse (1) contains the Good Governance Principles, namely: certainty due to law, utility, impartial, thoughtful, non-abuse principle, transparency, public interest first, and public service were applied as long as considered by judge expressed on the final and executable judge's decision. Therefore, hopefully after the enactment of the law judge on Public Administrative Court should apply these principles on judicial practices. Hopefully, this essay can be considered as an input to revise the law as well as additional materials teaching on good governance among University Lecturer.

Abstract

Children are a key part of the future of a nation and state, as well as the continuity of human life. The government in Indonesia is responsible for protecting the rights of all children, including santri (students), through schools, including Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). The goal of this study is to look at how well the Al-Munawwir Islamic Boarding School in Krapyak, Yogyakarta protects the rights of children who are also students there. The research used a descriptive qualitative method and included santri, religious teachers (ustadz), and caretakers as participants. Data were gathered through interviews and written records, and then they were analysed by reducing, categorising, and unitising the data, presenting it, and drawing conclusions. The results show that, first, Al-Munawwir has followed the rules for protecting children and upholding their rights, especially the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which the Indonesian government has signed and made part of its national child protection laws. Second, small problems like bad behaviour by teens and not being able to fully protect rights because there are so many santri were found. These problems, on the other hand, did not stop children from getting their rights. Instead, they helped santri become more disciplined and focused in their religious studies. Third, the pesantren has dealt with these problems by taking both preventive and punitive steps to make the school a better place for everyone.

Abstract

The digital era presents significant challenges for the welfare state, particularly in relation to the legal framework. This research aims to identify and analyze the legal challenges and issues faced by the welfare state in the context of rapid technological advancement. Using a descriptive approach, this research employs a literature review of recent sources published in the last decade to ensure their relevance and accuracy. Key challenges identified include data protection and privacy issues, digitalization of social services, cybersecurity threats, and digital workforce regulation. In addition, the study also addresses emerging legal issues such as copyright infringement, money laundering through cryptocurrencies, and the inadequacy of existing cybercrime laws. The findings show that while technological developments offer opportunities to improve welfare services, they also create complexities that threaten equality and social justice. The need for a robust legal framework that can adapt to these changes is emphasized, highlighting the role of the state in protecting citizens' rights in both the physical and digital realms. In conclusion, this research underscores the urgent need for legal reforms that balance the rights of individuals with the well-being of society, ensuring that the benefits of digital technologies are shared equitably across society. This research ultimately contributes to the ongoing discourse on the intersection of law, technology and social welfare in the modern era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembinaan anak di LPKA Kelas 1 Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Seksi Pembinaan, Kepala Sub Seksi Pendidikan dan Latihan Keterampilan, Kepala Sub Seksi Registrasi, Kepala Sub Seksi Pelayanan Makanan dan Minuman Narapidana, Kepala Sub Seksi Pelayanan Kesehatan, Petugas LPKA dan Anak Didik Pemasyarakatan Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif model Creswell dengan tahap meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut yaitu pembinaan yang diberikan kepada anak didik pemasyarakatan yaitu pembinaan kepribadian dan pembinaan kemandirian Pembinaan yang diberikan kepada anak didik pemasyarakatan di LPKA Kelas 1 Palembang yaitu pertama, pembinaan kepribadian meliputi: (1) pembinaan kesadaran beragama yang diberikan melalui bimbingan rohani; (2) pembinaan kesadaran berbangsa dan bernegara diberikan melalui pembelajaran PPKn; (3) pembinaan kesadaran hukum yang diberikan melalui penyuluhan-penyuluhan tentang hukum; dan (4) pembinaan intelektual, dengan adanya sekolah formal dan sekolah kejar paket. Kedua, pembinaan keterampilan meliputi: 1) pelatihan keterampilan memangkas rambut; 2) pelatihan keterampilan berbahan dasar kain songket; 3) pelatihan Las; dan 4) Pelatihan servis dan cuci AC.

Abstract

Setelah terjadi era reformasi UUD 1945 yang dulunya disakralkan dan ternyata mengandung banyak kelemahan oleh MPR hasil pemilu diamanden sampai beberapa kali. Di dalam UUD 1945 yang telah diamandemen terjadi perubahan terhadap sistem penyelenggaraan negara di Indonesia termasuk perubahan sistem pemilihan penyelenggara negara yang diadakan tiap lima tahun sekali. Setelah diadakan amandemen terhadap UUD 1945 pemilihan untuk anggota legislatif diadakan secara langsung sekaligus memilih anggota Dewan Perwakilan Daerah (DPD). Di samping itu, pemilihan presiden dan wakil presiden setelah amandemen UUD 1945 juga diadakan secara langsung. Sebelum amandemen UUD 1945, pemilihan presiden dan wakil yang diadakan melalui sistem perwakilan yang dilakukan oleh anggota-anggota DPR.

Abstract

This community service aims to carry out socialization and training in understanding the Protection of Children's Rights at the Darul 'Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School Students. This community service is an activity that is carried out using lecture, question and answer, and discussion methods in a series of socialization activities. While the training methods carried out are in the form of training and practical activities in increasing the understanding and protection of children's rights. Activity evaluation is carried out by measuring how well the target group knows and understands how to prevent sexual violence at Darul 'Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School. The result of this community service activity is increased insight in the form of knowledge and understanding of students and stakeholders at the Darul 'Ulum Jombang Islamic boarding school regarding the protection of children's rights, especially against violence in Islamic boarding schools. Through this training, the students and stakeholders helped increase their insight in terms of preventing violence in the Darul 'Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School environment.

Abstract

This study analyzes students' perspectives on online gambling regulations in Indonesia. It focuses on understanding students who are part of the younger generation and actively engage in the digital world to assess legal awareness and digital ethics among citizens. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method using a cross-sectional approach and was conducted at a university in Yogyakarta. Stratified random sampling was used for sample selection, and data were collected through a questionnaire, which served as a non-test instrument. The data analysis technique utilized was quantitative data analysis. The results indicated that students' knowledge and understanding of online gambling regulations fell into the "very good" category. Their attitudes and views regarding the economic impact of online gambling were similarly classified as "very good." Personal experience in this area showed a "good" category rating, indicating the students' high legal awareness and digital ethics level. However, a significant number of students expressed that educational institutions do not provide sufficient information or support concerning issues surrounding online gambling. Citizenship Education plays a crucial role in addressing this issue, along with campus regulations for prevention and intervention.
