Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara simultan maupun parsial serta mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas berupa  Motivasi Kerja yang terdiri dari Kebutuhan Eksistensi, Kebutuhan Hubungan, dan Kebutuhan Pertumbuhan sedangkan variabel terikat berupa Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, dengan populasi karyawan tetap Bagian TUK, Bagian Tanaman, Bagian Pabrikasi, dan Bagian Teknik pada PT. Kebon Agung Pabrik Gula Kebon Agung Malang berjumlah 455 orang. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampel random atau sampel acak, dengan jumlah sampel 114 orang. Hasil pengujian F-test menunjukkan tedapat pengaruh simultan variabel motivasi kerja yang terdiri dari kebutuhan eksistensi, kebutuhan hubungan, dan kebutuhan pertumbuhan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang diperkuat oleh nilai koefisien determinasi yang menyatakan bahwa variasi perubahan nilai kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan melalui variabel motivasi kerja yang terdiri dari kebutuhan eksistensi, kebutuhan hubungan, dan kebutuhan pertumbuhan sebesar 62.8% dan sisanya sebesar 37.2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian in. Selanjutnya uji signifikansi t-test menyatakan tidak  terdapat pengaruh parsial variabel motivasi kerja yang terdiri dari kebutuhan eksistensi dan kebutuhan pertumbuhan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan terdapat pengaruh parsial satu variabel motivasi kerja yaitu kebutuhan hubungan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara itu berdasarkan nilai Standardized Beta variabel Kebutuhan Hubungan dinyatakan sebagai variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dengan demikian ketiga hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima atau teruji kebenarannya.

Abstract

Selorejo Village, Blitar Regency is a village where some of the residents produce Opak Gambir snacks which are still managed using traditional methods. This causes the management in the production to be less professional and less organized. This program aims to improve education and training, especially in the fields of entrepreneurship, finance, and marketing, so that the management of this home industry will be more organized and professional. The method of implementing the program is by providing education, training, and coaching for producers. The results of the program show that the producer is very well educated about the principles of entrepreneurship. Opak Gambir producers are also able to make financial plans both for administration and also the selling price of their products. The producer is also able to determine marketing plans, which include starting from the process of determining prices, determining distribution locations, and how the promotion process is carried out. Through this community service, it is hoped that the producer will be able to manage their business in a professional manner, apart from being a source of income, is also a destination for the Opak Gambir industry.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain adalah untuk mengetahui  (1) Prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS pada kelas VIIA SMP Islam Ma’arif 02 Malang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dengan model pembelajaran Make A Match; (2)  Prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS pada kelas VIIB SMP Islam Ma’arif 02 Malang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dengan model pembelajaran Examples Non Examples; (3) Perbedaan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial SMP Islam Ma’arif 02 Malang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 antara kelas dengan model pembelajaran Make A Match dan kelas dengan  model pembelajaran menggunakan Examples Non Examples..Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni kelas VII yang terdiri dari 2 kelas. Penentuan kelas eksperimen dan kelas control dilakukan secara random dengan cara diundi. Sehingga ditentukan bahwa kelas eksperimen yakni kelas VIIA dan kelas kontrol yakni kelas VIIB. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data prestasi belajar berupa posttest tertulis yang berbentuk soal pilihan ganda.Persyaratan dalam eksperimen adalah adanya kelompok lain yang tidak dikenal eksperimen dan ikut mendapatkan pengamatan. Dengan adanya kelompok lain yang disebut kelompok perbanding atau kelompok kontrol ini akibat yang diperoleh dari perlakuan dapat diketahui secara pasti karena dibandingkan dengan yang tidak mendapat perlakuan. Di SMP Islam Ma’arif 02 Malang Model pembelajarn Examples Non Examples sering digunakan sebagai model pembelajaran maka dari itu Model Make A Match digunakan sebagai eksperimen.Hasil penelitian melalui uji hipotesis yang menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 5%,menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikasi (sig. 2-tailed) yakni 0,000 <0,05maka Ho ditolak, ini berarti terdapat Perbedaan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial SMP Islam Ma’arif 02 Malang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 antara kelas dengan model pembelajaran Make A Match dan kelas dengan  model pembelajaran menggunakan Examples Non Examples.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the significant impact of job training and employee development on employee performance through work ability. The population in this study amounted to 60 employees who worked at PT Honda Dealer Sumber Purnama Sakti Batu. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. The results showed that there was a direct and indirect effect of job training and employee development variables on employee performance through job satisfaction. Of the two independent variables, employee development has the most dominant effect on employee performance through work ability.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, organizational culture, job design, and work engagement on people's performance in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data from the World Bank and Transparency International from 1995 to 2022. This research uses the Autoregressive Distributed Lag analysis method with a bounds testing approach. The results of this research show that self-efficacy, organizational culture, job design, and work engagement have a significant influence on the performance of society in Indonesia, both in the short and long term. Self-efficacy has a negative influence, while organizational culture, job design, and work engagement have a positive influence. The results of this study also show that there is an adjustment back to the long-term relationship between these variables after deviations occur, with an adjustment speed of 3% per period. The results of this research also show that the model used meets the classic assumptions of the Ordinary Least Square method, namely there is no autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, or model misspecification. From the results of this research, researchers recommend that the Indonesian government and society improve the quality of education and health, encourage the eradication of corruption, create attractive and useful employment opportunities, and reduce unemployment to improve the performance of society in Indonesia

Abstract

Telemedicine has become an important innovation in healthcare services, especially in increasing patient accessibility to medical services. This study aims to analyze patient perceptions and service quality towards the implementation of telemedicine in hospitals. The method used is a comprehensive literature review, by analyzing various academic literature that discusses patient perceptions, dimensions of service quality, and challenges in implementing telemedicine. This study focuses on five dimensions of service quality, namely assurance, assurance, physical evidence, empathy, and responsiveness, and how these aspects affect patient experience and satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that patient perceptions of telemedicine are highly dependent on technological fitness, ease of access, and trust in medical personnel who provide consultations. In addition, patients prioritize aspects of data security and diagnostic accuracy, which are key factors in accepting telemedicine as an alternative healthcare service. Although telemedicine provides benefits such as ease of access and time efficiency, this study also found several challenges in its implementation. The gap in digital infrastructure, limited technological literacy among patients, and the need for stronger regulations are the main obstacles that need to be overcome. Therefore, the development of telemedicine in hospitals must focus on improving service quality, educating patients, and policies that support service desires.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bukan hanya tentang memberikan bantuan jangka pendek, tetapi juga tentang memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat untuk mencapai perubahan berkelanjutan. Pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melibatkan komunitas petani stroberi yang bernama Lumbung Stroberi dan berlokasi di desa Pandanrejo, Kota Batu. para petani stroberi akan diberikan pelatihan berupa cara mengelola pelanggan di era saat ini serta pelatihan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Para Petani stroberi mampu mengembangakan kegiatan ini bukan hanya sebagiai pengisi aktivitas tetapi juga mampu membuat ini sebagai cikal bakal produksi yang bisa meningkatkan pendapatan serta kemandirian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini melalui 3 tahapan yaitu, tahap persiapan materi, pembukaan dan pengenalan, serta tahap pelaksanaan.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition causes university managers, both private universities (PTS) and public universities (PTN), to maximize existing resources. Not only on resource management but also must pay attention to the ability of each unit or part of the college that has selling value to the community, has something different from competitors and also pays attention, implements regulations from the government and has differentiation. Innovation gets the attention of maritime universities in Semarang by making continuous improvements. In addition to continuous improvement, they also make overall changes. The competitive advantage of maritime universities in Semarang is able to provide the best quality by getting a quality standard assessment from IMO, ISO, and having an international standard network. Maritime Universities in Semarang are universities that have differences compared to universities in general. It is something different and has a uniqueness, but like other universities, massively also has a strategy to increase competitive advantage, so the hope of maritime college in Semarang is to have many and sustainable students.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Senggreng dilaksanakan untuk menggali potensi ibu-ibu PKK dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi melalui kewirausahaan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan kewirausahaan, manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, dan akses legalitas usaha. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, kegiatan ini menghadirkan tiga materi utama, yaitu penguatan jiwa kewirausahaan, strategi digital marketing, serta pentingnya Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan merek. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, workshop, dan pendampingan praktis, dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat agar lebih kreatif, inovatif, serta berani mengambil peluang usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memahami pentingnya jiwa kewirausahaan, mampu memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana promosi, serta mengetahui prosedur pengurusan NIB dan merek dagang. Melalui kegiatan ini, ibu-ibu PKK dan pelaku UKM Desa Senggreng diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas usaha, memperluas pasar, serta membangun keberlanjutan usaha kecil. Kegiatan ini sekaligus menjadi langkah awal mendorong terciptanya kemandirian ekonomi dan peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga maupun desa.

Abstract

In this digital era, the internet has become an essential part of human life, including in the business world. This has encouraged the emergence of various online marketing strategies used by companies to reach consumers. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of online marketing strategies on consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses quantitative research methods. The research population is consumers who purchase products or services online. The research sample was 200 consumers selected using random sampling technique. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that online marketing strategies have an effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to the online marketing strategies used to reach consumers and increase sales.
