Abstract

Keterampilan menulis termasuk salah satu literasi bahasa yang perlu dilatihkan dan diupayakan agar terhindar dari kesalahan ejaan dan kecurangan penulisan. Akan tetapi, studi menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan ejaan dan fenomena plagiat telah muncul sejak keterampilan menulis dilatihkan di bangku sekolah. Oleh karena itu, rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberi edukasi mengenai kesalahan ejaan dan plagiat serta meningkatkan keterampilan menulis para siswi dalam bentuk buku antologi. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Sekolah Salihah, sekolah Islam putri, sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan tingkat menengah di Yogyakarta. Sejumlah tujuh kegiatan telah dilakukan, mulai dari edukasi terkait internet dan plagiat, pelatihan pengembangan ide/gagasan individual, pendampingan tulisan kolaboratif, pelatihan Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI) dan kesalahan ejaan, pendampingan penulisan sesuai PUEBI, penyuntingan buku antologi siswi hingga penerbitan buku. Persentase kehadiran di setiap pelatihan melebih 90% dan para siswi juga telah berlatih menggunakan aplikasi Zoom dan Google Docs serta membaca hasil indeks kemiripan tulisan dari Turnitin. Sejumlah 7 dari total 9 kelompok telah merevisi draf tulisan dan memperoleh indeks kemiripan tulisan sekitar 2-21% yang berarti tulisan siswi termasuk bagus. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini juga telah berhasil menerbitkan sebuah buku antologi berjudul “Dampak Internet: Positif atau Negatif?”. Berdasarkan kemajuan penurunan tingkat kemiripan, proses pembelajaran menulis bagi para siswi membutuhkan waktu dan upaya khusus dan edukasi serta pelatihan perlu dilakukan secara kontinu dan lebih luas.

Abstract

Clinical decision support systems (CDSS) are developed independently or connected to the electronic health record (EHR) or other computerized systems. The study begins with identification by searching the literature through the Google Scholar, PubMed and ScienceDirect databases. The search results obtained 5,595 articles. Forty-two articles were obtained, which were used further. Most of the research focus is on "CDSS development and evaluation". In terms of impacts, the most common is "reduce prescribing errors". One of the biggest problems reported was the presence of "alert fatigue," which was felt to be disturbing to doctors and pharmacists. CDSS must be supported by a method that is able to indicate the presence of drug-drug interactions (DDI). The use of alerts indicating the presence of a DDI should be interpreted using clinical judgment to determine the risks and benefits of a particular drug for a specific patient. The performance of CDSS is mostly reported to have been able to reduce prescribing errors, which in turn will improve patient safety. However, increased adherence to clinical protocols has not been widely reported. Complaints that are still quite a lot reported are the presence of "alert fatigue", which can interfere with effectiveness.

Abstract

Peningkatan kadar asam urat disebabkan oleh beberapa hal, salah satunya adalah konsumsi makanan yang mengandung purin tinggi, pemilihan menu makanan yang tepat untuk semua makanan yang dikonsumsi merupakan kewajiban. Selain itu, ada berbagai faktor lain yang dapat meningkatkan risiko peningkatan kadar asam urat, yaitu bertambahnya usia dan jenis kelamin laki-laki, riwayat medis keluarga, obesitas, konsumsi obat-obatan tertentu, kondisi medis tertentu, gaya hidup tidak sehat dan cedera akibat operasi. Peningkatan kadar asam urat merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia dan masih belum sepenuhnya dipertimbangkan. Pengetahuan dan pendampingan mengenai makanan yang tepat untuk dikonsumsi menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar pola hidup sehat bagi peresiko asam urat. Pengolahan data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan metode certainty factor. Metode certainty factor adalah metode untuk mendefinisikan ukuran kepastian terhadap fakta atau aturan untuk menggambarkan keyakinan seorang pakar terhadap masalah yang dihadapi. Hasil tes yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa dari sudut pandang praktisi kesehatan, sistem yang dikembangkan cocok digunakan untuk membantu kegiatan pencegahan dan monitoring bagi peresiko asam urat dan informasi tentang riwayat pasien asam urat yang disajikan oleh sistem dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi.

Abstract

It is crucial to detect disease complications caused by metabolic syndromes early. High cholesterol, high glucose, and high blood pressure are indicators of metabolic syndrome. The aim of this study is to use adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) to predict potential complications and compare its performance to other classifiers, namely random forest (RF), C4.5, and naïve Bayesian classification (NBC) algorithms. Fuzzy subtractive clustering is used to construct membership functions and fuzzy rules throughout the clustering process. This study analyzed 148 different data sets. Cholesterol, random glucose, systolic, and diastolic blood pressure are all included in the data collection. This learning process was conducted using a hybrid algorithm. The consequent parameters are adjusted forward using the leastsquare approach, while the premise parameters are adjusted backward using the gradient-descent process. The performance of a system is determined by the following indicators: accuracy, sensitivity, specification, precision, area under the curve (AUC), and root mean squared error (RMSE). The results of the training prove that ANFIS is an "excellent classification" classifier. ANFIS has proven to have very good stability across the six performance parameters. The adaptive properties used in ANFIS training and the implementation of fuzzy subtractive clustering strongly support this stability.

Abstract

In the new normal era that has been set by the government, all educational institutions also impose face-to-face meetings or offline schools for their students. The existence of an offline school that is applied, of course, causes various events that are often experienced by children. This condition requires parents and teachers, especially Guidance Counseling (BK) teachers to be wise in making decisions, so that children do not experience behavioral disorders that will greatly affect their mental condition. This study aims to help schools and parents to make the right decisions according to the problems experienced by children. Solutions are provided through a case-based system, on the recommendation of the counselor. The research stages consist of (1) Literature Review (2) Modeling, (3) Model Evaluation, and (4) Prototype Development. This study resulted in a case-based system for junior high school youth counseling that could be used by junior high school teachers and parents, or those in need. System testing by users produces solutions for validation from counselors that are in accordance with reality, and can be used as a reference for solving problems in children in the new normal era.

Abstract

Missing values or incomplete data are frequently encountered in medical records. These issues will be a serious problem if the data must be provided completely for analysis. The research aimed to prove the performance of the Fuzzy Subtractive Clustering (FSC) and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) methods for solving imputation problems. Both methods were implemented using medical data. It had been conducted using K-Means as a crisp clustering approach for imputation. In the research, fuzzy clustering—a distinct methodology—was applied. The primary research contribution was the suggested fuzzy logic imputation method, which took uncertainty under consideration. The data sample consisted of patients who were at least 40 years old and had a history of hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, or chronic kidney disease. The test was carried out by taking random portions of data from the entire medical record. The randomization technique used a probability of 10%–50%. The results of the ANOVA test show that the p-value is greater than ∝(=0.05). It means that the imputed value does not differ from the original value, whether implemented in the FSC or FCM method. The algorithm’s performance is evaluated using the Pearson correlation coefficient. According to the t-test results, the FCM method has a higher correlation coefficient than the FSC method. It implies that FCM is superior to FSC.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk perkembangan teknologi dalam industri teknologi informasi adalah penerapan micorservice dan containerization. Containerization telah menjadi cara yang efisien untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dalam proses pengembangan teknologi informasi berbasis microservicess. Namun seiring dengan peningkatan penggunaan container application, diiringi juga dengan peningkatan potensi celah keamanan seperti konfigurasi yang kurang tepat, kerentanan pada perangkat lunak, malware dan lain lainnya yang terdapat pada container. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya sebuah pencegahan untuk mengurangi celah keamanan pada container images. Salah satu bentuk pencegahan tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan container images scanning. Trivy Operator merupakan salah satu aplikasi container images scanning yang dapat berjalan pada suatu cluster. Tidak hanya itu Trivy Operator menyediakan laporan celah keamanan dalam bentuk metrics. Dengan bantuan aplikasi Prometheus dan Grafana, laporan celah keamanan yang dihasilkan dapat diolah menjadi sebuah dashboard agar mempermudah dalam melakukan kegiatan monitoring. Hasil akhir pada proyek ini adalah sebuah dashboard monitoring menggunakan data celah keamanan yang berasal dari container images scanning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih strategi implementasi kesehatan digital dengan menggunakan Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Penelitian diawali dengan melakukan pilot studi di Kelurahan Tirto Rahayu, Galur, Kulon Progo yang sudah terbukti sukses dalam implementasi kesehatan digital. Strategi yang ditawarkan menggunakan pendekatan organisasi dan manusia. Ada empat kriteria yang ditetapkan, yaitu faktor kolaborasi, kepemimpinan, tim, dan individu. Setiap kriteria terdiri dari 3–4 Sub Kriteria. Sebanyak 15 alternatif berupa strategi implementasi ditawarkan pada penelitian ini. Terdapat lima pengambil keputusan yang berpartisipasi untuk membangkitkan bobot kriteria. Matriks perbandingan berpasangan digunakan untuk memberikan pendapat. Setiap matriks diolah dengan menggunakan Modified Digital Logic (MDL) untuk mendapatkan bobot. Komposisi bobot dari lima pengambil keputusan dilakukan dengan rata-rata geometrik. Matriks keputusan diperoleh berdasarkan kajian literatur dan masukan dari para adopter di Tirto Rahayu. Selanjutnya digunakan metode VIšekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) untuk mendapatkan strategi terbaik. Rekomendasi strategi ditetapkan dengan bantuan threshold (q) dimana alternatif strategi yang memiliki indeks Vikor ≥ q akan direkomendasikan sebagai strategi terpilih. Untuk memastikan bahwa Metode Vikor tepat diterapkan pada kasus ini, kami membandingkan dengan dua metode MADM lainnya yaitu Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Vikor juga terbukti memiliki hasil yang baik dengan nilai q yang tinggi (q=0,85) jika dibandingkan dengan SAW dan TOPSIS. Vikor dan TOPSIS juga terbukti memiliki sensitivitas yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan SAW. Pengetahuan tentang strategi implementasi kesehatan digital masih perlu dilengkapi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lanjutan dengan melengkapi strategi sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung kesuksesan implementasi kesehatan digital ini.   Abstract   The objective of this study is to select a digital health implementation strategy through the use of Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM). A pilot study was conducted in Tirto Rahayu Village, Galur, Kulon Progo, where digital health was successfully implemented. The strategy proposed combines an organizational and humanistic approach. Four criteria are established: leadership, cooperation, collaboration, and individual factors. Each criterion is composed of three to four subcriteria. The study suggested a total of 15 implementation strategies as alternatives. Five decision-makers are involved in the process of determining the weights of the criteria. The opinions are expressed through a pairwise comparison matrix. Weights are obtained by processing each matrix using Modified Digital Logic (MDL). The geometric average was employed to determine the weight composition of the five decision-makers. The decision matrix was developed by incorporating the input of adopters at Tirto Rahayu and conducting a literature review. The VIšekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) method is then used to determine the most effective strategy. The selected strategy is determined by a threshold (q), which selects alternative strategies with a Vikor index of ≥ q. In order ensure that the Vikor Method is suitable for this situation, we conducted a comparison with two other MADM methods: Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). In comparison to SAW and TOPSIS, Vikor was also demonstrated to produce excellent results with a comparatively high α value (q=0.85). Additionally, Vikor and TOPSIS have been proven with superior sensitivity in comparison to SAW. Nevertheless, strategies for the implementation of digital health knowledge must be accomplished. Consequently, additional research utilizing complementary strategies is required to facilitate the successful implementation of digital health.

Abstract

Background: Maternal and child health in Integrated Healthcare Center Information Systems (IHCIS) has been implemented in several community health centers. Some have been implemented successfully, but others have failed. Many factors influence the success and failure of IHCIS implementation. Thus, knowing these factors can be used to assist the decision-making process in implementing IHCIS. Objective: This research aims to determine the factors affecting the success and failure of IHCIS for maternal and child health using the HOT-Fit (Human, Organization, Technology, and Fit) model. Methods: This research begins with preliminary research to identify the problem, determine research variables, and collect data. It uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. A quantitative approach is conducted at locations that have successfully implemented IHCIS. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire. A qualitative approach was conducted in locations that were still experiencing failure in implementing IHCIS. Data collection techniques through direct interviews. Results: Organizational factors do not fully determine the success or failure of the information system. Factors supporting the success of IHCIS are human (user satisfaction and system use) and technological factors (quality of information and the quality of service). However, technology (system quality and information quality) is the main factor in the failure of IHCIS implementation. Problems with system quality include the system login, limited access to the internet, and an information system that is not in accordance with requirements. The perceived information obstacle is that the system is not yet integrated, and the information produced is incomplete. Conclusion: To satisfy requirements, the information and system qualities must be enhanced. Implementing IHCIS requires an appropriate strategy according to local circumstances and conditions. Abstract

This study aims to develop a reminder application system for patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus (DM) to improve medication adherence and health monitoring. Hypertension and diabetes are non-communicable diseases whose prevalence continues to rise in Indonesia, with Puskesmas Ngaglik 1 as the study location showing low patient compliance with the chronic disease management program (Prolanis). Using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, this research involves users at every stage of system development, from problem identification, literature review, to prototype creation. The results indicate that the developed application can assist patients in remembering their medication schedules, routine check-ups, and exercise, as well as providing emergency features to enhance interaction between patients and Prolanis staff. Prototype evaluation was conducted through two iterations, demonstrating that the resulting system meets user needs. Users say that the system built can help in the Prolanis program and improve discipline in patients.
