Abstract

The consignment sales system is one of the marketing strategies that can be carried out by business actors to expand market reach because with this system business actors do not move alone in making sales. This consignment system is a system where business actors who have goods leave the goods/products to the shop owner (consignee). This research was conducted to provide an overview of the consignment sales system carried out by KriptaL business actors and provide an overview of the impact of consignment sales on the competitiveness of KriptaL products. This research uses observation, interview and documentation methods to explain the data, while the object of research is the KriptaL snack business in Bengkulu City. Based on the research conducted and discussion, it can be concluded that in the KriptaL business the consignor sales agreement is in accordance with the agreement including the agreement regarding the price level, the amount of commission or reward, the number of products entrusted and returns on sales, KriptaL consignor business in increasing competitiveness has a positive impact on the KriptaL business and the store. Where this can be seen from the expansion of the marketing network, the increase in turnover of business actors, in terms of profit or profit and more advanced technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of public spending and macroeconomic variables (local government size, per capita GRDP, Gini coefficient, unemployment, inflation and tax revenue) on the happiness index in Sumatra. The types of data used in this study are cross-section data and time series data. Cross-section data covers 10 provinces in Sumatra, namely Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Jambi, South Sumatra, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung Islands and Riau Islands. While the time series data consists of data from 2014, 2017 and 2021. The data sources are secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance. The data were analyzed using the panel data regression method with the Common Effect Model approach. The results of the study show that Per Capita Income and Inflation have a significant effect on the happiness index in Sumatra. Meanwhile, public spending, local government size, Gini coefficient, unemployment rate, and local tax revenue do not show a significant effect on happiness. These findings suggest that while economic factors and the size of local government play an important role in improving well-being, the direct impact on people's happiness is influenced by a complex of other factors, including people's perceptions, social inequality, and the efficiency of resource management.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the dual role conflict correlation toward work stress on State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Health Office of Kaur Regency. The data collection method used a questionnaire and documentation. From the total population, a sample of 32 people was taken with a saturated sampling method. The data analysis method used was the quantitative analysis method with Spearman Rank correlation. There is also a significant correlation between multiple role conflicts and work stress of State Civil Apparatus(ASN) in Health Office of Kaur Regency.

Abstract

The background that is taken into consideration in this research is that the organizational needs that are absolutely needed are the continued development of its human resources. Job performance or good work results by an employee in performing a task in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him will affect the success of an organization. The sampling method used in this study was the Census, where the entire population became respondents, namely 126 employees of the Bengkulu City Education Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work organizational culture, work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Bengkulu City Education Office. The results showed that there was an influence of organizational culture on the performance of the Bengkulu City Education Office employees with the t test result of 0.324 (Sig. 0.01 <0.05) and there was an effect of work motivation on the performance of the Bengkulu City Education Office employee of 16.729 (Sig. 0, 04 <0.05). The simultas test results (together) prove that there is an influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of the Benkulu City Education Office employees with an F test value of 139,958 (Sig. 0,000 <0.05). The coefficient of determination R2 is 0.695. A positive R2 value indicates that any increase in organizational culture and work motivation will have an impact on the performance of Bengkulu City Education Office employees. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. By looking at the results of the multiple coefficients, the influence given by the organizational culture variable, work motivation variable has a very positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Research type which is used in this research proposal is quantitative research with descriptive approach. Analysis method which [is] used in this research is method analyse SWOT (strength, weaknesses, opportunity, threats). obtained datas of research hasail will be analysed by strength, its weakness, its opportunity, and its threat to applying of strategy marketing of Maisonette Eat Ayiak Nelengau. Pursuant to result of analysis of SWOT above obtained that in Internal matrix show strength factor and weakness have totally of score 2,50. This matter of indication that effort from Maisonette of ayiak nelengau reside in internal on course which so strength. Hereinafter, in matrix of ekternal indicate that opportunity factor and threat have totally of score 3,98. This matter of indication that effort from Maisonette of ayiak nelengau earn existing opportunity merespon by remarkable and avoid threat residing in his industrial market. As for strategy able to be recommended by at maisonette of ayiak nelengau is to improve marketing strategy through media social by following progress of technology and also major the quality of product seen purchasing power and also request of consumer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment on employees’ performance at the Department of Labor and Transmigration of Seluma Regency. The sample in this study was 52 employees at the Department of Labor and Transmigration of Seluma Regency. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the analytical methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple regressions show that the equation Y = 6.045 + 0.419 X1 + 0.458 X2. The result of regression direction is positive, meaning that the higher emotional intelligence and organizational commitment variables, the higher the employees’ performance will also be. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.595. This means that X1 (emotional intelligence) and X2 (organizational commitment) have a contribution to performance (Y) of 59.5% while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Overall, the results t test has a significant value is less than 0.05, so it can be interpreted that X1 (emotional intelligence) and X2 (organizational commitment) have a significant influence on performance (Y) partially or individually. The results of the F test have a significant value of 0.000 < 0 ,05. Because the level of significance below 0.05 indicates that X1 (emotional intelligence) and X2 (organizational commitment) have a significant influence on performance (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing and product variety on consumer buying interest at the Moy Stuff Shop in Bengkulu City. The analytical methods used include validity test, homepage linear regression, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research, which is a research method in research that examines the status of a human group, an object, a system of thought or a class of humans today. The results of the research show that the regression direction is positive with the equation Y = 11.743 + 0.304X1 + 0.438X2 + e. The coefficient of determination of the value of R square is 0.414. This means that X1 (Digital marketing) and X2 (variety of products), affect buying interest (Y) by 41.40% while the remaining 58.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the F test show that the significance is 0.000 <0.05. Because the significance level is below 0.05, it shows that X1 (Digital marketing) and X2 (variety of products) have a positive and significant influence together on buying interest (Y). Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, product variety has a positive and significant impact on buying interest because the significant value is less than 0.05.

Abstract

The sample in this study was 50 customers of Emi Salon of Seluma Regency. The sampling technique is accidental sampling technique. The data were collected using a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 2.465 + 0.353X1 + 0.519 X2 + e, the coefficient of determination of adjust R square is 0.708. This means that X1 (service quality) and X2 (price), have a contribution to customer satisfaction (Y) of 70.8% while the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Service quality has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Emi Salon in Seluma Regency, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Price has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Emi Salon Seluma Regency, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Service quality and price have a significant effect simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at Emi Salon of Seluma Regency, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a simultaneous influence of celebrity endorser and brand image on Vivo Smartphone purchasing decisions in the Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency. The sample in this study was 100 people from Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. From the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that X1 (celebrity endorser) and X2 (brand image) have an influence on purchasing decisions (Y), with the results of the regression test: Y = 18.497 + 0.187X1 + 0.381 X2 + e. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.356. This means that celebrity endorser (X1) and brand image (X2) affect the purchasing decision of Vivo Smartphone (Y) by 54.4% while the remaining 45.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the test results with the t test, the hypothesis made proves that there is an effect. The test results for the X1 variable (celebrity endorser) show a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Because the significance value is less than 0.05, then X1 (celebrity endorser) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Variable X2 (brand image) shows a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Because the significance value is less than 0.05, then X2 (brand image) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the results of hypothesis testing with the F test, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a significance level below 0.05 indicates that jointly celebrity endorser (X1) and brand image (X2)) have a positive and significant influence on decisions purchase (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the development of human development of Kepahiang Regency in the last five years, namely from 2017 to 2021. It is expected to provide additional information that can help the Kepahiang Regency government in making decisions on what programs can be implemented in Kepahiang Regency to realize a prosperous society in all aspects. The data used was sourced from skunder data obtained from the website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Kepahiang Regency. The data includes population, education and economic data. Data collection in this study through documentation methods. Overall, the Human Development Index of Kepahiang Regency increased from 2017 to 2021. The HDI value of Kepahiang Regency in 2021 was included in the medium welfare category in 2017 with a value of 60.66 and until 2021 it was also in the medium category with its HDI value of 68.62.
