Abstract

Employee performance is the quality and number of individual consequences or combinations in exclusive actions caused by the characteristic capacity obtained from learning interactions and to perform better.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD), to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD). This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Office of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD). The sample in this study was 44 employees, data collection using questionnaires and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression, determination test, and hypothesis testing.The results for the multiple regression equation show a positive regression direction with the equation Y = 8.747 + 0.797 (X1) + 0.732 (X2) + e, meaning that if there is an increase in work discipline and work motivation, the performance of employees in the community and village empowerment office (DPMD) Bengkulu Province will also increase. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) because the value shows the t count of 2,954 with a significant level of 0.003 < from 0.05. Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) because it shows a t count of 2.525 > t table with a significant level of 0.012 < from 0.050. The test results conclude that there is a significant influence between work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) together because the F arithmetic value > F table (152,915 > 3,133) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Businesses with an SME background have increased, especially in the Home Industry which is centered on traditional food, one example is Kue Tat Cik Jum. The method used is descriptive quantitative using the full costing method for calculating the production cost and determining the selling price using the full cost pricing method. The purpose of this study was to find out how the calculation for determining the production cost at the home industry Kue Tat Cik Jum of Bengkulu City. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the production cost carried out according to Kue Tat Cik Jum in 2021 is IDR 19.832 and in 2022, it is IDR. 20,950, - therefore the profit earned in 2021 is Rp. 2.168, - per fruit and the profit earned in 2022 is Rp. 1,050, - per fruit. While the calculation of production cost of uses the full costing method in 2021 of Rp. 24.444, -, in 2022 it is Rp. Rp. 21.703, -, therefore the profit earned in 2021 is Rp. 6.056, - per fruit and in 2022 it is Rp. 6,797,- per fruit, with a profit from determining the selling price of 25%. There is a difference between the calculation of production cost of carried out Kue Tat Cik Jum and the calculation of production cost using the full costing method in 2021 the difference is IDR 2.612, and in 2022 the difference is IDR 1.753, the difference in this calculation is due to the calculations made by Kue Tat Cik Jum does not take into account factory overhead costs, such as electricity and water costs.

Abstract

Institution must try to encourage its employees to work well so that they can achieve the best performance. To create high employee performance, of course, there are several things that must be considered by the agency, such as work ability and work motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work ability and work motivation on employee performance at Tais Religious Court Class II of Seluma Regency. The sample in this study was 33 employees at Tais Religious Court Class II, of Seluma Regency. The data collection used a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 8.650+0.334X1+0.478X2. The coefficient of determination of the Adjusted R square value is 0.455. This means that X1 (work ability), and X2 (work motivation) affect employee performance (Y) by 45.5% while the remaining 54.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of F test show that the significance is 0.000 <0.05. Because the significance level is below 0.05, it shows that X1 (work ability) and X2 (work motivation) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because the significant value is 0.041 < 0.05, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because the value is 0.007 < 0.05.

Abstract

The development of technology, communication devices that make everyone who has a smartphone connected to the internet makes it easier for prospective buyers to find the desired item through their communication device. a very promising opportunity to be developed. The implementation of this community service aims to apply e-commerce to the sale of these coffee products. In the application of e-commerce to coffee products, it is necessary to provide insight to business actors to maintain product quality because it relates to buyer trust, providing complete and fast information, openness to information from customers and the existence of coupons and discounts for regular customers Transparency of product delivery information, trace the existence of the goods sent and good cooperation between the seller and the buyer must be maintained properly. Vigilance against online fraud is also information that needs to be given to business actors in the implementation of this community service. So that at the end of the implementation of this community service, understands online business opportunities, can compete healthily, gain the trust of its customers. the creation of social media accounts and e-commerce interfaces. The product marketing process went quite well as indicated by the addition of the number of visitors on social media accounts after 2 months. Marketing continues to be carried out by utilizing other social media.

Abstract

Along with the development of communication technology, almost all activities are carried out using technology ranging from communication, shopping transactions, promotions and others, so that it can facilitate the dissemination of information.. This study aims to find out the effect of promotion on social media and physical evidence on the decision to stay at the Grage Hotel Bengkulu. The method used in this study was a survey method with a quantitative approach. In this study the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The population in this study were visitors to the Grage Hotel Bengkulu with a sample of 60 respondents. The results of this study are social media promotion factors that have a significant effect on the decision to stay at the Grage Hotel Bengkulu with a significance value of 0.009 <0.05. The physical evidence factor has a significant effect on the decision to stay at the Grage Hotel Bengkulu with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Social media promotion factors and physical evidence have a significant effect on the decision to stay at the Grage Hotel Bengkulu. This is evidenced by the statistical results of the F test of social media promotion factors and physical evidence obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Lifestyle and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions in Bandung Distro Manna Bengkulu Selatan. The sample in this study were 65 consumers who shop at Bandung Distro Manna Bengkulu Selatan. The sampling technique is accidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the Lifestyle analysis have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Bandung Distro Manna Bengkulu Selatan, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the tcount value is greater than ttable (6.256 > 1.669) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Bandung Distro Manna Bengkulu Selatan, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the tcount value is greater than ttable (4.477 > 1.669) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 meaning H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Lifestyle (X_1) and product quality (X_2) together have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y) in the Bandung Distro Manna Bengkulu Selatan, this is evidenced by the F test showing the value of Fcount > Ftable (146.677 > 3.15) with a significant value of 0.000. The results of multiple regression have the equation Y = 7.005 + 0.512 (X_1) + 0.295 (X_2) + e, because the direction of the regression is positive, it means that if lifestyle and product quality increase, purchasing decisions at Bandung Distro Manna Bengkulu Selatan will also increase. Lifestyle is more influential than product quality on purchasing decisions because the lifestyle regression value of 0.512 is greater than the product quality regression value.

Abstract

Community empowerment is one of the strategies in efforts to implement community development based on the principle of democracy, in which the community is encouraged to place itself proportionally and become the main character in improving their own standard of living by accessing and utilizing available resources on a sustainable basis. Empowering the community through the use of yards program activities are one of the efforts that can be made to increase accessibility and availability of food independently and sustainably, and is oriented towards increasing community's income. RT 32 RW 07 Sawah Lebar Village in Bengkulu City is one of the potential areas for the development of organic farming-based yard utilization program, but it has not been optimally implemented due to several constraints, including the lack of knowledges, lack of facilities and infrastructure in producing their own fertilizer. Therefore, through community service activities, it is expected to be able to support and increase food self-sufficiency and the community's economy. This activity was carried out on October 8 2022 at RT 32, RW 07, Sawah Lebar Village, Bengkulu City. In this activity several stages of activity were used, namely planning and preparation, socialization about optimizing the use of yard land, and demonstrations of making compost and liquid organic fertilizer, as well as assistance in planting good commodities to be planted in the yard. This program was attended by residents and the local village government. Activities carried out concurrently between socialization and training in making compost and liquid organic fertilizer through presentation of material accompanied by discussions related to optimizing yards. From the results of the implementation of this activity it can be concluded that community economic empowerment can be carried out through optimizing the yard by planting vegetables and medicinal plants as an effort to support the availability of food and family medicines, as well as being useful for adding environmental aesthetic value, family hobbies, as well as the preservation of biological resources and the environment.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bekerjasama dengan SMK Dangau Datuk Kota Bengkulu yang mempunyai bermacam usaha akantetapi dalam hal ini Tim PkM memilih usaha Eskrim untuk dijadikan mitra. Kurangnya pemahaman tentang aspek hukum dalam bertransaski secara online serta ketidaktahuan mitra dan peserta dalam membuat dan mengoperasikan toko online pada Marketplace. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, solusi yang ditawarkan yakni melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan akun media sosial Marketplace. Adapun metode dalam kegiatan PkM ini diawali dengan tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap pelaporan yang direncanakan dalam jangka waktu 6 bulan selesai. Hasil dan luaran dari kegiatan PkM ini adalah mitra telah memahami mengenai sistem pemasaran bisnis online dan dapat mengetahui mengenai aspek hukum apa yang boleh dan tidak boleh dalam dunia bisnis online, serta dengan adanya pelatihan pembuatan akun media sosial untuk marketplace pelaku usaha/mitra dapat mengoperasikan dan dimanfaatkan dalam kegiatan usahanya. Abstract

Kemasan suatu produk merupakan hal yang sangat perlu diperhatikan oleh produsen/penjual, karena berkaitan dengan menjaga kualitas dari produk agar tetap terjaga sampai ke tangan konsumen baik dari higenitas, kualitas dan masa penyimpanan yang lebih lama.. SYFam Food sebagai industri rumahan yang memproduksi dan menjual makanan ringan dari bahan dasar umbi talas sudah melakukan pengemasan produknya dengan kemasan plastik transparan dan diberi logo secara sederhana namun belum lengkap semua informasi yang seharusnya konsumen butuhkan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut maka pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan untuk memberikan wawasan terhadap kemasan atau packaging dan label produk yang sesuai dengan SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) untuk makanan kepada SYFam Food Kota Bengkulu selaku produsen dari makanan ringan KriptaL. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2023 yang dihadiri oleh pemilik. Metode pelaksanaan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini melalui pemaparan materi terkait tentang kemasan dan label produk, metode kedua dengan cara berdiksusi dengan pemilik. Setelah pengabdian dilakukan harapanya adalah kedepannya SYFam Food lebih baik lagi dalam pengemasan produknya. . Abstract The packaging of a product is something that really needs to be considered by the manufacturer / seller, because it is related to maintaining the quality of the product so that it is maintained to the hands of consumers both from hygiene, quality and longer storage period. SYFam Food as a home industry that produces and sells snacks from taro tubers has packaged its products with transparent plastic packaging and is given a logo simply but not complete all the information that consumers should need. In connection with this, community service is carried out to provide insight into packaging and product labels in accordance with SNI (Indonesian National Standard) for food to SYFam Food Bengkulu City as the producer of KriptaL snacks. This activity was carried out on October 2, 2023, which was attended by the owner. The implementation method of this community service is through the presentation of related material about product packaging and labels, the second method is by discussing with the owner. After the dedication is carried out, the hope is that in the future SYFam Food will be even better in packaging its products. Kata kunci: Kemasan, Produk, Label Produk
