Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy carried out by Kind Ichi Pie'n Cake in Bengkulu City. This study uses the method of analysis of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation by selecting consumers who come as respondents.Based on the results of the calculation of external internal factors, the total score for the internal strategy factor is 2.76 and the total external score is 2.44. From the results of this study, Bengkulu City's Kind Ichi Pie'n Cake is located in cell 4 using a strategy stability . This strategy shows that the company is in a stable condition, where the company focuses on existing business units by improving weaknesses and building company advantages

Abstract

This effort, of course, requires substantial funds in its implementation. To avoid and minimize the risk of loss of the investment. So before deciding to start investing in a business, a business feasibility study is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the Trigona Itama honey bee cultivation business in Kampung Melayu sub-district from a financial aspect which includes the Return on Investment Method (Payback Methode), Adjustment of Present Value (Present Value Menthod-Net / NPV), Profit Index (Profitability Index), and Internal Rate Of Router (IRR). The results of the study show that the Payback Method for 3 years and 15 days shows that you can get back the invested funds within 3 years and 15 days, meaning that the Trigona itama honey bee cultivation business in Kampung Melayu sub-district is feasible to run, Adjusting Present Value ( Menthod-Net Present Value / NPV) shows an NPV value greater than 0 (zero), namely Rp. 19,563,009 means that the honey bee cultivation business is feasible to run, the Profitability Index shows a figure of 1.63%, meaning that the PI value is greater than 1, so the business can be said to be feasible to run, and the Internal Rate Of Router – IRR) shows a figure of 24.66% greater than the deposit rate of 8% so that the honey beekeeping business is feasible to run. This shows that the level of income is greater than the total investment costs so that the business is feasible to continue

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions at Indomaret Ahmad Yani Manna South Bengkulu.The sample in this study were 75 consumers who shopped for Bimoli oil at Indomaret Ahmad Yani Manna South Bengkulu. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing.The calculation results from the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation can be seen that X1 (brand image) and X2 (service quality) have an influence on purchasing decisions (Y), with the results of the regression test: Y = 12.881 + 0.291X1 + 0.420 X2 + 4.399 (e) . Brand image has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Indomaret Ahmad Yani Manna Bengkulu Selatan. This is evidenced by the results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) that a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 and tcount is greater than ttable (3.917> 1.666). This means that if the brand image increases, the purchasing decision will also increase. Service quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Indomaret Ahmad Yani Manna South Bengkulu. This is evidenced by the results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) that a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 and tcount is greater than ttable (4.061 > 1.666). This means that if organizational commitment increases, purchasing decisions will also increase. Brand image and service quality have a significant influence together on customer purchasing decisions at Indomaret Ahmad Yani Manna South Bengkulu. This is evidenced by the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (test f) that a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 and Fcount > Ftable (21.361 > 3.12). The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.372. This means that X1 (brand image) and X2 (service quality) have a contribution to the purchase decision (Y) of 37.2% while the remaining 62.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study..

Abstract

Digital Payment transactions are the most widely used today, because they are easier to use, can be done anywhere and anytime and are safer than cash. This provides convenience and security for digital payment users. This study aims to determine the influence of digital payments on consumptive behavior in students of the faculty of economics, Dehasen University Bengkulu. The sample used in this study was class A management students who were in the class of 2021 and 2022 totaling 105 respondents. The data collection method is carried out using a questionnaire that is distributed through an online google form. Regression equation is as follows: Y = 8,985 + 0,680X, The correlation coefficient is obtained r = 0,604 lies between level 0,600 - 0,799 including in strong correlation, R Square of 0,365 means the digital payment conduct variable can be influenced by the consumptive behavior variables of 60,4%. While the remaining 39,4 % can be influenced by other variables not examined by this study. Because the value of α < 0,05 it can be concluded that the digital payment variable partially affect consumptive behavior conduct, meaning the proposed hypothesis acceptable, this means accepting Ha and rejecting Ho. Abstract

Tax is a mandatory contribution given by people to state, one of which is income tax PPh 23. It is a good thing if the taxpayer pays his taxes on time. In this service activity the implementation of service is carried out with the aim of understanding company owners and employees in charge of taxation in carrying out PPh 23 reporting. The methods used in this service include the tutorial method, question and answer and discussion and lectures methods. The results of this stuy are he achievement of understanding of the owners and employees in change of taxation of PPh 23.

Abstract

Perhitungan harga pokok produksi produksi yang tepat akan berpengaruh pada jumlah keuntungan ataupun yang di dapat. SMK Agri Bisnis Dangau Datuk Bengkulu merupakan salah sekolah yang menghasil produk untuk dijual ke masyarakat, salah satu produk yang menjadi kebanggaan adalah Wedang Jahe Merah. Untuk memperluas pemahaman siswa/siswi dalam memproduksi wedang jahe merah diperlukan konsep yang baik agar produk yang diproduksi akan menghasilkan laba. Perhitungan bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja dan biaya overhead pabrik menjadi salah faktor yang sangat penting. Metode pelatihan dirasakan sangat bermanfaat bagi siswa/siswa SMK Dangau Datuk untuk masa yang akan datang, sehingga ada pedoman yang akan dikuti sebelum memproduksi produk. Kegiatan pelatihan ini beruapa latihan menghitung biaya produksi bahan baku wedang jahe yang akan di buat. Penentuan harga pokok produksi dapat dihitung baik berdasarkan proses produksi yang digunakan dan perhitungan berdasarkan pesanan (Job Order Costing). Laporan harga pokok produksi dan laporan laba rugi perusahaan manufaktur disusun dengan melihat sistem pencatatan yang digunakan oleh perusahaan, jika menggunakan sistem perpetual perusahaan tidak perlu menyusun laporan harga pokok produksi , sedangkan jika perusahaan menggunakan sistem fisik harga pokok penjualannya sudah dapat diperoleh langsung dari Harga Pokok Penjualan. Abstract Calculation of the right production cost of production will affect the amount of profit or what is obtained. Dangau Datuk Bengkulu Agri Business Vocational School is one of the schools that produces products to be sold to the public, one of the products that is the pride of is Wedang Jahe Merah. To broaden students' understanding in producing red ginger wedang, a good concept is needed so that the products produced will generate profits. The calculation of raw materials, labor costs and factory overhead costs is one very important factor. The training method is felt to be very useful for Dangau Datuk Vocational School students in the future, so there are guidelines to be followed before producing products. This training activity is in the form of an exercise in calculating the production cost of the raw material for the ginger wedang that will be made. Determination of the cost of production can be calculated both based on the production process used and calculations based on orders (Job Order Costing. Reports on cost of goods manufactured and income statements for manufacturing companies are prepared by looking at the recording system used by the company, if using the perpetual system the company does not need to prepare a report on cost of production, whereas if the company uses the the physical cost of goods sold can already be obtained directly from the cost of goods sold. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine factors such as psychological factors, social factors, physical factors and financial factors that affect work satisfaction of Civil Servants in Bappeda Office of Seluma Regency. The sample in this study was 27 Civil Servants in Bappeda Office of Seluma Regency. The sampling technique used in the study was a census because all populations were sampled. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed a positive regression direction with the regression equation Y = 6.702 + 0.438X1 + 0.344 X2 + 0.146X3 + 0.638X4. Psychological factors have a positive and significant influence on work satisfaction of civil servant in Bappeda Office of Seluma Regency with a significant value of 0.023 which is small from 0.05. Social factors indicate a positive and significant influence on work satisfaction of civil servant in Bappeda Office of Seluma Regency with a significant value of 0.002 less than 0.05. Physical factors have a positive and significant influence on work satisfaction of civil servant in Bappeda Office of Seluma Regency with a significant value of 0.027, less than 0.05. Financial factors have a positive and significant effect on work satisfaction of civil servant in Bappeda Office of Seluma Regency with a significant value of 0.000, less than 0.05. Psychological factors, social factors, physical factors and financial factors have a significant and joint influence on performance of civil servant in Bappeda Office of Seluma Regency with a significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that if there is attention to psychological factors, social factors, physical factors and financial factors, civil servant satisfaction will increase

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of PSAK 45 concerning financial reporting of non-profit organizations in achieving transparency and accountability (Case Study at At-Taqwa Great Mosque, Miftahul Jannah Mosque, Annasuha Mosque, Baitul Atieq Mosque, and An-Nur Mosque in Bengkulu City). The data analysis used is descriptive comparative, namely a research method that compares a theory that applies to events that occur in the field. The results of this study indicate that these mosques in particular have not made financial reports in accordance with PASK No. 45, but in the financial reports, At-Taqwa Great Mosque has implemented PSAK 45 even though it is only 55.55%, Miftahul Jannah Mosque, Annasuha Mosque, Baitul Atieq Mosque and Majid An-Nur have implemented PSAK 45 even though it is only 50%. While for the transparency and accountability as a whole the five mosques have been transparent and accountable in their financial reports.

Abstract

This research was conducted on 27 business owners, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using Google Form. From the results of research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that 66.7% think digital marketing has an important role, one of which is helping to expand marketing reach. The benefits of digital marketing for business owners have the same two values, namely 37%, namely each of them thinks that digital marketing provides benefits for their business in terms of building interactions with customers and increasing marketing distribution channels for the products/services they sell and business owners get digital benefits marketing especially they feel comfortable and can be done 24 hours any time anywhere with a value of 77.8%. Abstract

You don't have to be a man to open a business, this can also be done by women. With various factors behind this. The aim of this research is to determine women's interest in business, especially the factors that are behind it. This research used 31 women who opened businesses, the data collection method used a questionnaire distributed using Google Form. The analysis method used is frequency distribution. From the research results, it is known that the factors that encourage women's interest in opening a business are several factors which include: the presence of opportunity and opportunity at 38.7%, trying to improve their abilities 25.8%, wanting to open up employment opportunities (16.1%) the desire to organize own finances, having flexible time each has the same value of 9.7%. And the background for them opening their own business is: (1) helping to increase family income by 45.2%, factors to be independent 25.8%, developing hobbies 25.6%, compulsion to be the backbone of the family and side business only 1 .3% and side businesses alone 1.4%.
