Abstract

Permenkes No. 24 Tahun 2022. Meskipun demikian, belum semua Rumah Sakit dapat menerapkan RME secara menyeluruh. RSUD Cililin sebagai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah telah mulai mengimplementasikan RME pada layanan rawat jalan sejak tahun 2024 dengan sistem SIMRS GOS, namun masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau pelaksanaan RME rawat jalan, untuk mengetahui kendala dan upaya yang dilakukan di RSUD Cililin tahun 2025 dengan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian meliputi 4 petugas rekam medis dan kepala rekam medis yang terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan RME. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kegiatan pelaksanaan rekam medis elektronik telah sesuai dengan Permenkes No.24 Tahun 2022 sebesar 100%. Sistem pendukung yang digunakan meliputi SIMRS GOS, Laragon, SQL Server, serta perangkat keras seperti komputer, scanner, dan perangkat biometric (FRISTA). Namun, pelaksanaan masih menghadapi kendala seperti ketiadaan SPO terbaru untuk rawat jalan, gangguan jaringan, dan kurangnya pelatihan khusus bagi petugas. Upaya mengatasi kendala tersebut dilakukan melalui sosialisasi kepala instalasi rekam medis, inisiatif pelatihan secara mandiri oleh petugas, dan pendaftaran manual saat sistem terganggu. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi RME di RSUD Cililin memberikan dampak positif terhadap efisiensi opersaional, keamanan data, dan kualitas layanan kesehatan, meskipun perlu penguatan pada aspek SPO, pelatihan, dan stabilitas infrastruktur agar pelaksanaan lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pelayanan kesehatan melakukan digitalisasi rekam medis konvensional menuju elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan sistem registrasi rekam medis elektronik di unit rawat jalan Rumah Sakit X. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap terhadap Kepala Rekam Medis, Petugas Rekam Medis, dan Petugas Pendaftaran. Analisis data menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang meliputi aspek kemudahan, kemanfaatan, dan penggunaan teknologi sesungguhnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem registrasi RME telah memenuhi 100% standar minimal Permenkes Nomor 24 Tahun 2022 dengan rata-rata waktu pelayanan 1 menit 48 detik. Sistem dinilai mudah digunakan dan memberikan manfaat signifikan berupa peningkatan akurasi pencatatan, kemudahan kontrol pekerjaan, dan peningkatan produktivitas. Namun, masih terdapat kendala teknis seperti gangguan jaringan, kompleksitas fitur, dan kesulitan verifikasi wajah dan sidik jari yang menyebabkan pengguna belum merasa puas. Diperlukan koordinasi berkelanjutan untuk pengembangan sistem dan perbaikan infrastruktur pendukung.

Abstract

Electronic medical record (EMR) implementation influences healthcare quality, but psychological mechanisms remain underexplored in midwifery contexts. This study examined EMR's effect on midwifery care quality with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. A cross-sectional study involved 450 midwives from healthcare facilities in DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Central Java from March to June 2025. Participants were selected through a multi-stage cluster sampling design with stratification by facility type. Data were collected using validated self-administered questionnaires measuring EMR implementation (30 items, α=0.952), job satisfaction (25 items, α=0.943), and care quality (35 items, α=0.923). All instruments demonstrated excellent psychometric properties with factor loadings ranging from 0.71 to 0.89 and average variance extracted values of 0.652 to 0.694. Structural equation modeling using SmartPLS 4.0 with bootstrapping (5,000 subsamples) and the Sobel test was used to analyze the direct and indirect relationships among variables. EMR implementation significantly affected care quality (β=0.689, t=12.352, p<0.001, R2=0.508) and job satisfaction (β=0.367, t=5.352, p<0.001, R2=0.135). Job satisfaction positively influenced care quality (β=0.060, t=2.757, p=0.028). Sobel test confirmed partial mediation (Z=2.450>1.96, p<0.05), indicating that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between EMR implementation and care quality. The total effect (c'=0.735) exceeded the direct effect (c=0.713), demonstrating that EMR influences care quality through both technological and psychological pathways. In conclusion, EMR implementation improves midwifery care quality through direct technological pathways and indirect psychological mechanisms, including job satisfaction, supporting holistic implementation strategies that consider human factors alongside technical aspects in maternal healthcare digitalization initiatives.

Abstract

The rapid spread of infectious diseases remains a major global health threat, and early detection is vital to minimize their impact. This research investigates the role of predictive modeling using big data in the early detection of infectious disease outbreaks. The primary objective of this study is to assess the effectiveness of big data systems in forecasting potential outbreaks and the implications of these forecasts for public health systems. The study employs machine learning-based predictive models to process large health datasets, including electronic health records, sensor data, and social media information. The results demonstrate that the predictive model achieved an accuracy rate of 87%, significantly surpassing traditional methods in terms of early detection. By integrating various data sources such as medical records, sensor networks, and real-time digital traces, the system is capable of providing more accurate, timely predictions, which can greatly improve the ability of public health authorities to respond effectively to emerging health threats. Furthermore, the application of big data in public health not only improves the speed of response but also enhances the allocation of resources, allowing for more targeted and efficient interventions. Despite these successes, challenges remain, particularly in relation to data quality, privacy, and regulatory issues, which could hinder the broader implementation of such systems. Thus, collaboration between government agencies, healthcare institutions, and technology developers is essential to overcome these obstacles and ensure the sustainable integration of big data into public health infrastructures. This research highlights the significant potential of big data to transform public health responses, offering valuable insights for future epidemic management strategies.

Abstract

The digital era has brought major changes in social interaction patterns, especially for Generation Z who rely heavily on social media platforms in their daily lives. As a group that grew up alongside technology, teenagers are often exposed to all kinds of content without proper filters The implementation of this community service program aims to introduce the impact and influence of social media at SMA Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The program focuses on educating about the influence of social media on Gen Z's mindset, how to filter information (anti-hoaxes), communication ethics in the digital world, and time management (screen time) to maintain focus and mental health. The implementation methods include preparation, material development, and socialization. The results show that the program was successfully carried out, with participants showing high enthusiasm. Participants were able to understand how to use social media and practice communication ethics online, thereby supporting the mindset of Gen Z.

Abstract

The development of graphic design in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly alongside the high industrial demand and educational interest. Introducing graphic design at an early age is crucial, as it can trigger children's creativity and interest through visual activities such as drawing. This study aims to introduce graphic design to elementary school students using Canva and Adobe Illustrator software. The method used is the delivery of material designed code-simplicity to be easily understood by children. Through this program, children are expected to understand the fundamentals of graphic design in an engaging and applicable manner.

Abstract

Yudisium adalah proses akademik yang menyangkut penerapan nilai dan kelulusan mahasiswa dari seluruh proses akademik dan ditetapkan pada rapat yudisium. Proses pengolahan data yudisium di Politeknik TEDC Bandung yang dikelola oleh bagian akademik masih bersifat semi manual. Pengolahan data mahasiswa ada yang menggunakan sistem tulis tangan namun sudah ada yang terkomputerisasi dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Permasalahan yang dialami yaitu dengan proses pengolahan data yang sangat banyak harus dilakukan dalam waktu yang singkat, yang berdampak kesalahan dalam input data mahasiswa. Maka diperlukannya suatu aplikasi yudisium berbasis web ditujukan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat pekerjaan pihak akademik dan minimnya kesalahan input data maka yang mudah diakses untuk banyak orang dari berbagai macam perangkat. Aplikasi Yudisium yang akan dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi yudisium ini adalah metode waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian blackbox semua fungsi yang ada dalam aplikasi ini dapat berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil pengujian UAT aplikasi yudisium ini terbukti dapat diterima dengan baik oleh calon admin dan calon pengguna dengan nilai persentase mencapai 86,1%.

Abstract

Programming literacy is essential in Industry 4.0, yet SMAN 17 Bandung lacks specialized Informatics teachers, resulting in poor student logic understanding. This community service project equipped 10th-graders with foundational algorithm and C++ programming skills. Through a 4-day training using demonstration, Project-Based Learning, and group discussions, students learned systematic thinking via flowcharts and control structures. Findings showed a significant increase in technical proficiency and problem-solving capabilities. The program transformed programming into a creative, engaging subject. We recommend establishing digital extracurriculars to sustain students' technological development.

Abstract

The issuance of a Visum Et Repertum (VeR) is a form of medical record utilization for criminal investigations and must comply with applicable regulations and the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the release of medical record information. This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of medical record information release procedures in issuing VeR for police purposes at RSUD Welas Asih, West Java Province, identify the obstacles encountered, and describe improvement efforts. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, involving the Head of Medical Records, the Head of the Medical Records Unit, and medical record officers. The study focused on the implementation of medical record information release for Emergency Department cases in 2025. The results show that the implementation generally complies with the 2022 SOP and the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation (Permenkes) No. 24 of 2022. Compliance is demonstrated through official requests from investigators, the use of medical records as the basis for VeR preparation, authorization by the responsible physician, the hospital's official stamp, document numbering, proper archiving, and documented handover to investigators. It was concluded that the system is already well-structured but requires strengthened coordination with the police to ensure legal certainty and service quality
