Abstract

ABSTRACT The continuity of the learning process is supported by the planning of facilities and infrastructure that support the teaching and learning process to run well. This study aims to describe the facilities and infrastructure management activities carried out by SDN Cipocok Jaya 2. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. The subject of the study was the principal of SDN Cipocock Jaya 2. Techniques in collecting data used observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that SDN Cipocok Jaya 2 had carried out management of facilities and infrastructure well but still did not meet these standards because there was no science laboratory or computer room and it was found that the school health Unit room was combined with the library room. and infrastructure properly and properly. So it can be concluded that SDN Cipocok Jaya 2 is still lacking in handling the procurement of facilities and infrastructure and lacking in spatial planning activities that are part of the facilities and infrastructure. Keywords : Management, Infrastructure, Elementary School ABSTRAK Keberlangsungan proses pembelajaran di dukung dengan adanya perencanaan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung demi berjalannya proses belajar mengajar dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang dilakukan oleh SDN Cipocok Jaya 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah kepala sekolah SDN Cipocock Jaya 2. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDN Cipocok Jaya 2 ini telah menjalankan manajemen sarana dan prasarana dengan baik namun masih belum memenuhi standar tersebut karena tidak terdapat ruang laboratorium IPA/computer dan gudang serta ditemukan ruang uks yang gabung dengan ruang perpustakaan menjadi salah satu faktor permasalahan bahwa masih sulit menata sarana dan prasarana dengan tepat dan baik. Maka dapat simpulkan bahwa SDN Cipocok Jaya 2 masih kurang menangani dalam pengadaan sarana dan prasarana serta kurang dalam kegiatan penataan ruangan yang menjadi bagian sarana dan prasarana. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital literacy skills of fifth-grade students at Kebon Elementary School (SDN Kebon) in using the Quizizz application in science subjects. Educational challenges in the Society 5.0 era demand the use of technology and digital literacy competencies in learning. The use of digital platforms such as the Quizizz application is a solution to replace conventional methods, which are considered ineffective and inefficient in the digital age. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and was conducted at Kebon Elementary School, Serang Regency, from March to October 2025. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques, with data analysis using the Miles & Huberman interactive model. The study concluded that the learning planning process and the design of Quizizz-based evaluation questions were carried out systematically and structured. The implementation of learning and formative assessment using Quizizz were effective and efficient. Students' digital literacy skills were categorized as good. Students were able to demonstrate four digital literacy skills: Digital Skills, Digital Culture, Digital Ethics, Digital Safety.

Abstract

Self-confidence is an essential character dimension for elementary school students because it supports communication, social interaction, and active participation in learning. Preliminary observation at SDN 2 Bayah Timur showed that several grade II students were still shy, passive, and hesitant to express ideas in front of the class. This study aimed to describe the process of strengthening students’ self-confidence through the Cooperative Learning model of Think Pair Share, identify implementation challenges, and analyze the success of the strengthening process. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through classroom observation, semi-structured interviews with the principal and the grade II teacher, and documentation of learning activities. The subjects consisted of 15 grade II students, the grade II teacher, and the principal. Data were analyzed interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was strengthened through source and technique triangulation. The findings show that Think Pair Share strengthened students’ self-confidence through three gradual learning experiences: individual thinking, paired discussion, and sharing discussion results in front of the class. Students became more willing to ask questions, answer teacher prompts, discuss with peers, and present group ideas. The main challenges were differences in students’ characteristics, limited learning time, classroom noise, and the need for continuous teacher support for shy students. Teachers addressed these challenges through balanced pairing, role assignment, positive reinforcement, adaptive questioning, and simple learning media. The study concludes that Think Pair Share is relevant for strengthening self-confidence among lower-grade elementary students because it provides a safe, structured, and participatory learning space.
