Abstract

Stunting sufferers in Jember Regency have increased from 17,344 in2018 to 19,870 in 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential ofedamame soyghurt as an alternative complementary food for stunting sufferers. Theexperimental design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with differentcombinations of treatments on edamame juice, skim milk, and starter. The result wasanalyse of organoleptic include taste, color, aroma, and texture with hedonic testusing 10 panelists non-skilled. Based on the result of organoleptic, the average valueof preference ranges from taste between 3.2-3.4 (slightly like to like), aroma 3.6-3.9(slightly like to like), color 3.1-4.2 (slightly like to like) like), texture 3.5-4 (slightlylike to like). The best treatment was in the combination of edamame soyghurttreatment in the proportions of skim milk 150 (%w/v), edamame juice 730 (%v/v),and sucrose 50 (%w/v) with starter 70 (%w/v).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of local wisdom-based science learning in shaping the character of the Pancasila Student Profile. The main characteristics of the independent curriculum are the development of soft skills and the character of students in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile. One of the essential lessons in the independent curriculum in science learning. Science learning in the independent curriculum aims to develop students’ basic abilities to analyze natural and technological phenomena that appear in everyday life systematically and critically. The development of science learning can be carried out according to regional advantages and uniqueness. The existence of this local wisdom element trains students to be able to scientifically study local wisdom in their surroundings. Planting and growing the value of local wisdom and the character of students can be referenced from learning science. The method in this research is a Literature Study using studies and research based on Google Scholar which consists of 5 articles, documents, and books based on publications in the last 10 years that are relevant to the research topic. The results of the analysis of the five articles show that science learning based on local wisdom can be used as a reference for learning to instill local wisdom values and students' character. So that it can make students who are characterized, competent, and behave in accordance with the values of Pancasila.

Abstract

Students experience misconceptions when the knowledge they build is not in accordance with scientific concepts. This research investigates misconceptions about heat and temperature. The purpose of this research is to understand the importance of understanding the concepts that students must have, so as to reduce the quantity of misconceptions obtained from learning experiences or references from books or journals that are not quite right. This study uses library research methods. The results of the analysis of various literatures state that there are misconceptions about temperature and heat using test instrument research in the form of three-tier multiple choice questions. The results of the study showed that the correct answer was 35.13%, and the average student misconception was 69% for temperature material and 63.79% for heat material. Research from other literature states that students' misconceptions occur in the concept of thermal equilibrium. Factors that cause misconceptions can be seen based on the analysis of students' answers, besides that it can be seen from the weak mastery of physics material. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the importance of understanding the concept that students must have so that it is easier for students to understand the concept of the next material.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate about online Arabic language learning at MAN 1 Gunungkidul based on the Decree of the Directorate General of Islamic Education by No. 2791 of 2020 on Emergency Curriculum Guidance at School with the Countenance Stake model. The Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) the learning plan is in the form of RPP content with an online model on Arabic language learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic at MAN 1 Gunung kidul falls into the very good category (84%), 2) the implementation of Arabic learning with online models on Arabic language learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic at MAN 1 Gunungkidul is in very good category (82%),  3) Assessment of Arabic learning with online model on Arabic learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic at MAN 1 Gunungkidul is in the good category (75.26%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe scramble terhadap motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep peserta didik dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep antara peserta didik yang melaksanakan pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe scramble dengan peserta didik yang tidak melaksanakan pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe scramble. Metode yang digunakan yaitu quasi eksperimental dengan desain the nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan uji Mann Withney untuk mengetahui perbedaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) ada pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe scramble terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik, (2) ada pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe scramble terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik, (3) ada perbedaan motivasi belajar dan pemahaman konsep antara peserta didik yang melaksanakan pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe scramble dengan peserta didik yang tidak melaksanakan pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe scramble.Kata Kunci : Cooperative learning tipe scramble, motivasi belajar, pemahaman konsep.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model Learning Cycle 5E terhadap kemampuan argumentasi ilmiah siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 7 Jember pada semester gasal tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Sampel penelitian dibagi menjadi kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji N Gain dan Paired T-Test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji N Gain, rata-rata nilai N Gain kelas eksperimen dengan model Learning Cycle 5E adalah 0,52 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Dari hasil N Gain maka model Learning Cycle 5E menunjukkan peningkatan yang sedang untuk kemampuan argumentasi ilmiah. Meskipun peningkatan tergolong sedang namun diperoleh perbedaan segnifikan antara hasil pretest dengan postest kelas eksperimen yang dibuktikan oleh hasil uji Paired T Test. Adapun hasil analisis Paired T-Test dengan nilai t hitung 12,809 > t tabel 2,04227, maka menurut pengambilan keputusan disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pretest dengan postest kelas eksperimen.

Abstract

The agricultural sector in Indonesia plays an important role in supporting food security and economic stability. However, this sector is still faced with various obstacles, one of which is limited access to capital. Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) as an Islamic microfinance institution offers financing solutions for farmers using sharia principles, such as rahn and murabahah. This research aims to analyze the rahn and murabahah financing schemes implemented by BMT in Kanigoro, Blitar Regency, as well as their impact on agricultural businesses in the area. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with BMT administrators, rahn and murabahah financing customers, as well as other related parties. The data analysis technique was carried out using thematic analysis. BMT in Kanigoro, Blitar Regency implements rahn and murabahah financing schemes with sharia principles in accordance with the provisions of the Islamic religion. Rahn financing uses collateral, while murabahah financing uses a buying and selling system with an agreed profit margin. BMT rahn and murabahah financing has several advantages compared to conventional financing, namely: Based on sharia principles that avoid usury; Easy and fast application process; Competitive interest rates; Assistance and coaching for customers. However, BMT also faces several challenges in carrying out this financing, namely: Lack of public understanding about sharia financing; Strict requirements for applying for financing; High risk of crop failure. In conclusion, the rahn and murabahah financing offered by BMT in Kanigoro, Blitar Regency is an alternative solution for farmers in accessing capital. The implementation of this financing scheme has a positive impact on agricultural businesses and improves farmer welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the thoughts of K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adāb Al-'Ālim Wa Al-Muta'allim is related to the revitalization of character education. The background to this research is based on the importance of character education in shaping the morality and integrity of the younger generation, especially in the context of Islamic education. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach, which collects data from the works of K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari and other relevant literature. The research results show that K.H.'s thinking Hasyim Asy'ari in this book contains character education values ​​that can be applied to improve the current education system, such as the importance of simplicity, honesty and moral awareness. This finding has the implication that K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari can be used as a basis for developing a character education curriculum based on Islamic values, in order to form a better generation in the future.

Abstract

Pengutan manajemen strategis bagi objek wisata pijar park yang tergolong baru merupakan menjadi kebutuhan penting seiring berdirinya banyak objek wisata disekitaran gunung muria. Perumusan visi dan misi objek wisata agar tujuan dibukanya objek wisata mampu terimplementasikan dengan jelas. Salah satu diantara peranan penting dalam pembangunan suatu daerah adalah adanya objek pariwisata yang berada dalam suatu daerah tertentu. Objek wisata secara tidak langsung memberikan kontribusi lebih pada pendapatan daerah hasil dari keberadaan pariwisata. Sektor pariwisata mampu dijadikan sebagai domain sektor unggulan di dalam perolehan devisa, penciptaan lapangan kerja maupun mengentaskan kemiskinan di daerah wisata. Pengelolaan atau manajemen wisata yang bagus akan berdampak terhadap jumlah wisatawan yang datang untuk berkunjung dan menikmati keindahan dan keberadaan wisata. Implementasi strategi dalam manajemen pariwisata sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan animo terhadap pengunjung dengan tetap mempertahankan keindahan alam, serta menemukan nilai lebih akan keberadaan wisata tersebut. Sasaran pada program pengabdian ini adalah penguatan strategi manajemen dalam upaya pengembangan Wisata Pijar Park yang berlokasi di desa Kajar kecamataan Dawe kabupaten Kudus. Metode pemberdayaan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah menggunakan model pengabdian berbasis PAR (Partisipatory, Action, Research). Model pengabdian berbasis PAR ini memiliki tiga variable kunci yaitu Partisipatory (keterlibatan), Action (aksi), Research (penelitian).
