Abstract

News is one of the important needs for people in various parts of the world. Through the news, the public can know the various information that is happening in the community such as economic, political, health, criminal, and natural disasters. Increasing information needs every day to make some agencies to be able to present the news quickly, accurately, reliably, and accurately through print and electronic media that can be enjoyed by news readers. Increasing the amount of news gained every day resulted in large data accumulation of text documents either online and offline. This makes it difficult in searching and classifying documents as needed. To simplify the classification of text document news in Indonesian, one of them by using the method of NBC and K-Means Clustering. Where the calculation of NBC done not randomly, while the calculation for K-Means Clustering done randomly in this study the calculation is done 5 time on each document so the accuracy result is less accurate when compared with NBC The highest accuracy result obtained from the research of news classification with nbc method is 50% and the average for the whole of the four documents is 45.33%, while the highest accuracy result of the classification using k_means method is 100% and the overall result is 53.26% with details Document_0 obtained an average yield of 54%, document 1 the average yield of 60%, document 2 the overall average yield of 42.56%, and document 3 the overall average yield of 52.48%.

Abstract

The development of the internet in Indonesia increasingly advanced and sophisticated. Similarly mass media that has been a lot of venturing into the media online to facilitate users in accessing the news or information via online. And here began of growing and abudant news or information in the text. So make the news has not categorized properly. Then cause difficulties in searching appropriate news categories and should spend a lot of time in searching the abundant news text on the internet. Research to classsifying this news of the text, using 2 clustering method that is Hierarchical Clustering by using Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering and Partitional Clustering method using K-Means Clustering. Two clustering methods are used, with the aim of knowing and comparing which methods are better and resulting in higher accuracy in grouping of news texts, as well as faster time in grouping processing. This research use data totaling 30 news data. From 30 news data is divided into 8 news data for news document collection 1, 10 news data for news document collection 2, and 12 news data for news document collection 3. The result of research using agglomerative hierarchical clustering obtained accuracy value on news document collection 1 that is 62 , 5%, news document collection 2 is 50%, news document collection 3 is 33,33%, for k-means clustering is obtained result of highest accuracy value in news document collection 1 is 62,5%, news document collection 2 is 60 %, News document collection 3 is 33,33%. While the average time obtained with agglomerative hierarchical clustering is 29,5 s and k-means clustering is 30,19 s.

Abstract

Submission of information can be done manually (face to face) or by utilizing the technology. The technology is widely used today is the android community. According to the survey gs.statcounter, android users on mobile devices worldwide from July 2014-July 2016 reached 63.43%, while in Indonesia reached 70.8%. This study will use the android technology to create location service application that can use members to manage data location services and can be used by the user to search for data location service has coverage of all categories of location service and regional coverage throughout Indonesia. This study uses data user, the data regions in Indonesia (according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs), location services data, and data maps provided by Google Maps. The method used to collect data that method of literature study, observation, and interviews. Designing the system uses object based design with UML and structured design with DFD.The results of this study is the location service application that consists of an application for admin web based and mobile applications to users and members. Admin is not responsible for the data's location service because member can manage its own location services data. Application can be used to find a location service by displaying some information, contacts, route and distance to the location of the user who searched in one device applications.

Abstract

System information is information technology which is currently growing so pesat.Teknologi that can help more easily, quickly, safely and effectively clear it is helpful to anyone who use it. Including to assist the community in search of the cave. While doing caving cave information need to be visited is very important, considering the tourists who conduct tours of the cave there are some dangerous cave visited in the area. And it makes the problem of how travelers can search for suitable cave, given some constraints such as do not know the area, or do not have a friend who can show cave Goad an appropriate state for the tourists. This information system that will accommodate for tourists caves that are confused in finding the appropriate information and the cave that will help determine the state of a focused Online.sistem cave in cave information, place and circumstances of the cave can be done with this system. The success of the implementation of this system is that it can run well to help the tourists cave within a cave looking for suitable locations. By using geographic information systems make more effective web boarding and search, directions, until the state of the cave online that facilitates the process of selecting the cave to be visited.

Abstract

The progress of computer technology is currently very supportive on every aspect of human life, especially in the field of disease diagnosis. Dental and oral disease is one disease that often affects the community at large. It would be very useful if computer technology is able to diagnose the possibility of dental and oral diseases suffered by a person and give the right advice for patients with diseases of the teeth and mouth. Expert systems is one of the knowledge-based program that can provide solutions to the quality of experts to resolve the problems that usually can only be resolved by an expert, in this case is a dentist. The process of diagnosing a dental and oral diseases suffered by the people can only be solved by an experienced dentist. This study adopts the expert knowledge of dental disease, in this case is a doctor at the clinic drg.Suyatmi into a computer application that is able to diagnose dental and oral disease by displaying the symptoms related diseases that can be chosen by the admin, so it can produce a diagnosis of the disease suffered by patients. In this study it is used advanced search inference method (Forward Chaining). System applications created using Borland Delphi 7.0 with the database using Microsoft Access. From the testing that has been done then it was obtained a conclusion that the application of expert system is able to diagnose oral disease suffered by patients based on symptoms that have been chosen by the admin.

Abstract

Institute for Research and Empowerment (IRE) Yogyakarta is a survey institution established in 1994. It has purpose to ease the respondent for completing the dynamic data interactively. E-voting mobile application is used to perform the survey study in society focused on government policy or social conditions that examined by IRE.There are three steps in doing the poll process. Firstly, the users register in the application, and then do the poll for some survey. After that, the user can get the result of the survey in form of the data and recapitulation of the data.The process of completing the survey is easy and interactive. The application is supported by dynamic data utilizes My SQL data base system. The system was divided into applications. They are mobile application and administrator web. The administrator web is used to process the data. Almost all of types of android version are able to run this application so the respondents will be easy to install and run the application.

Abstract

Pacitan is one of the areas favorite by tourists because it has many locations tourism very interesting . Many tourism into consideration to do the development of facilities in tourism undeveloped . With the support system decisions can give solution to tourism selection needs to be developed. This system designed by using the method simple additive weighting ( saw ) which is one of a method of fuzzy multiple attribute decission making ( fmadm ) .A method of saw chosen because it produces accurate results , and in the calculation of the weighting criteria is not too complicated. System is expected to help work the department of cultural tourism of youth and sports kabupaten pacitan , especially in the plane of development tourism in doing selection tourism improved and needs to be developed.

Abstract

Wisata adalah suatu kegiatan perjalanan melakukan kunjungan ke suatu tempat untuk menikmati objek dan daya tarik wisata. Saat ini terdapat berbagai tempat wisata yang dapat dikunjungi dan dinikmati oleh masyarakat. Salah satu wisata minat khusus yang dapat dinikmati serta berpotensi untuk dikembangkan adalah wisata pemancingan. Wisata Pemancingan di Kabupaten Semarang memiliki berbagai fasilitas pendukung wisata seperti sarana bermain anak, hiburan, outbond, saung restoran dan areal parkir. Fasilitas tersebut diharapkan dapat menarik minat konsumen untuk melakukan kunjungan ke wisata pemancingan di Kabupaten Semarang. Bahan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data pemancingan yang diperoleh dari tempat pemancingan di Kabupaten Semarang. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan observasi. Sistem Wisata Pemancingan ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS, basis data MYSQL, web server Apache, text editor Sublime Text. Sistem Wisata Pemancingan ini dibangun berbasis website, digunakan untuk pengolahan data untuk 3 aktor yaitu admin, owner, dan user. Sistem ini menggunakan basis data yang terintegrasi dengan sistem pemetaan SIG serta membantu pengguna dalam mendapatkan informasi lokasi pemancingan di Kabupaten Semarang.

Abstract

INTISARI Perkembangan teknologi saat ini di era globalisasi selalu berkembang semakin maju, manusia berlomba-lomba menciptakan teknologi terbaru. Seperti saat ini. Internet of things (IoT) merupakan tren dunia masa depan yang perlu dikembangkan teknologinya, segala sesuatunya dibuat mudah dan ekonomis dengan menggunakan internet. Terwujudnya konsep rumah pintar tentu membutuhkan koneksi antar perangkat agar dapat mengontrol dari jauh. Yang di maksud koneksi dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat device smartphone yang di dalamnya terdapat IM (Internet Messaging). Alat ini dirancang dengan menggunakan NodeMCU untuk mengatur kerja sistem, ESP-12E sebagai alat penghubung internet ke smartphone, Relay sebagai alat penghantar arus listrik yang dihubungkan ke lampu, dan aplikasi Telegram chatbot yang sudah di-instal pada smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan mempermudah dalam mengontrol lampu yang ada di rumah dengan pengontrolan yang terpusat pada aplikasi Telegram tanpa menggunakan sakelar. Hasil penelitian pengontrolan lampu rumah dengan NodeMCU dan ESP-12E melalui aplikasi Telegram chatbot, jarak tidak berpengaruh pada sistem kinerja alat, yang membuat respons delay berbeda-beda dalam setiap jarak yang berbeda adalah perbedaan antar koneksi jaringan dan juga kualitas jaringan dari setiap lokasi yang berbeda.

Abstract

Masalah penentuan keluarga miskin mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan bersosial, terutama untuk pemerintah terkait dengan segala bentuk program untuk memberantas kemiskinan. Penentuan keluarga miskin juga berperan sebagai titik untuk memprioritaskan segala bentuk bantuan yang ada dalam program pemerintah. Dalam masalah tersebut cukup terlihat bahwa pemerataan bantuan kurang tepat sasaran. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). SAW penjumlahan terbobot, yakni dengan mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari nilai kinerja pada setiap alternatif, pada semua atribut dan membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (X) ke suatu skala yang dapat diperbandingkan dengan semua nilai alternatif yang ada. Sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan keluarga miskin yang telah dibangun menghasilkan output berupa rangking keluarga miskin, User dapat menentukan rangking keluarga dengan memasukan nilai – nilai yang digunakan dalam menentukan ranking keluarga miskin sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Pada bagian administrator juga memiliki kemampuan untuk mengelola Kriteria dan sub kriteria dari data penentuan rangking keluarga miskin dan tidak miskin. Sistem dapat menampilkan rangking berdasarkan prioritas kriteria yang ditentukan
