Abstract

This study aims to determine the Management System and the effectiveness of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System for Employees of the Facilities and Facilities Department of PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar. This study uses a qualitative approach method with several data collection techniques, namely interviews, semi-structural, observation, and documentation. In this study, informants were selected according to the research criteria consisting of 1 K3LH Manager, 1 Supervisor, 1 Foreman, and 4 Employees of the Facilities and Facilities Department. Data collection was carried out at PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar. The method used to analyze the data is the data triangulation technique consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions to ensure data reliability. The results of the study indicate that the implementation and level of effectiveness of the occupational health and safety management system are (a) determination of K3 policies with an average percentage of 78%; (b) K3 planning with an average percentage of 79%; (c) implementation of K3 plans with an average percentage of 80%; (d) monitoring and evaluation of K3 performance with an average percentage of 78%; (e) review and improvement of SMK3 performance with an average percentage of 78%, and (f) implementation of SMK3 with an average percentage of 75%. Based on this, the effectiveness of the occupational health and safety management system in reducing the number of work accidents for employees is quite good, as evidenced by efforts to achieve zero accidents.

Abstract

Pendidikan kesehatan sangat penting karena penyakit Diabetes Mellitus adalah penyakit yang berhubungan terhadap gaya hidup sehingga perlu peningkatan pengetahuan untuk merubah gaya hidup. Berdasarkan data Puskesmas Kamaipura Tahun 2023 menunjukan bahwa Desa Lamabara masuk urutan ke tiga besar kasus penyakit tidak menular salah satunya Diabetes Melitus terdapat 146 Kasus dan masuk dalam kategori 10 penyakit terbanyak di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kamaipura.Metode penelitian ini adalah preexperimental design dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 22 orang lansia. Sampel berjumlah 22 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji paired sample t-test (uji-t berpasangan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil uji independent sampel test diketahui nilai pengetahuan signifikansi sebesar 0,337 > 0,05, nilai Sikap signifikansi sebesar 0,117 > 0,05, dan nilai Tindakann signifikansi sebesar 0,807 > 0,05. Jika nilai P value diatas 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa t i d a k ada pengaruh penyuluhan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan tidak ada pengaruh penyuluhan terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan lansia sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan di Desa Lambara Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kamaipura.

Abstract

This article aims to investigate the tactics and functions of corporate communication in an effort to increase consumer interest in making purchases in the digital era. The research method used in this article is qualitative, meaning that it is based on readings from the literature as well as quotes from other studies and professional opinion. students study the tactics and functions of corporate communication in an effort to boost consumer interest in making purchases in the digital era. Other people can use the internet to communicate with other people who live far away, read electronic books, and conduct information searches. With the internet, humans can communicate with people far away, read digital books, search for information, and even shop online. This has influenced marketing methods from conventional to digital, and increased buying interest online.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the implementation of Creative Problem Solving learning model is better than direct learning model on students’ creative thinking skills in Basic Programming subject in SMKN 1 Soppeng. This research type was experimental research. The nonequivalent control group design was used as experimental design with the samples of 60 students. The data were collected through creative thinking skill test and questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that the students’ creative thinking skills are better in the implementation of Creative Problem Solving learning model than the direct learning model in Basic Programming subject in SMKN 1 Soppeng. Based on the aforementioned results, it can be concluded that there are differences in student’s creative thinking skills in the implementation of Creative Problem Solving learning model and the implementation of direct learing model in Basic Programming subject in SMKN 1 Soppeng.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs for educational media that can enhance students' learning through mixed reality education using industrial control techniques. There are thirty research subjects at Politeknik Bosowa Makassar. This research is an R&D study using the SAVAR (Substitution, Augmentation, Virtual Learning, Apply and Re-evaluation) model. Mixed reality is a technology of unity Augmented reality and virtual reality. The results of this research are an analysis of the execution of the project and a study of the student's characteristics.
