Abstract

This article discusses the development of learning outcomes and child psychology at MI Al-Awwal Palembang, focusing on first-grade students. This research is a field study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods used in this study included interviews, documentation, and observations. Data analysis techniques involved data collection, data presentation, and data verification stages. The research results indicate that the development of learning outcomes and child psychology is influenced by various factors, including parents, the student's personal characteristics, and the child's environment, both formal and informal. These factors are interconnected and can impact the well-being and success of teaching and child psychology. The role of educational institutions, parents, the community, and teachers in supporting the success of teaching and child psychology is crucial. The importance of collaboration between schools and families in creating an environment that supports the holistic development of children's learning outcomes and psychology is emphasized.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the comprehension of emotions in the learning process at MI Al-Masrhi in Pangkalan Balai, Banyuasin Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods involve interviews with 12 respondents, including educators, school principals, students, and parents of students. Data collection also includes observations and documentation, while data analysis techniques encompass data collection, data presentation, and data verification. The research findings demonstrate the importance of emotional understanding for teachers in relation to students' learning. Teachers play a crucial role in being sensitive to students' emotions, helping them deal with stress, anxiety, or negative feelings that can disrupt the learning process. Emotional understanding can aid teachers in identifying emotional factors that can affect students' learning motivation. Teachers who understand their students' emotions can build positive relationships with them, and emotional comprehension contributes to the emotional well-being of both students and teachers, enabling teachers to engage students in the learning process through participative methods

Abstract

This research is related to the role of the family environment in the cognitive development of children at Public Elementary School 160 in Palembang. The type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection methods used include interviews, observations, documentation, and discussions. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the analysis, it was found that the role of the family environment in supporting children's educational development has been well executed. The family plays the primary role as the first environment where children grow and learn, and it has a significant influence on shaping children's educational development. However, it is important to remember that a child's education in the family environment is not solely the responsibility of parents but involves the participation of all family members, including grandparents, siblings, and other family members. Cognitive development in children plays a crucial role as it forms the foundation for learning abilities, interaction with the environment, and academic and intellectual achievements. There are differences in cognitive development between boys and girls, where boys may be less active than girls, but this does not rule out the possibility that boys may have different ways of understanding the material

Abstract

This study aims to understand the Marketing Planning of Educational Services at SMP IT Mufidatul Ilmi Banyuasin. The research is a qualitative descriptive study, with 6 research subjects, including the school principal, curriculum vice-principal, administrative head, educators, parents, and students. Data is collected through three methods: interviews, observations, and documentation. Subsequently, the data analysis technique begins with data collection, data presentation, and data verification. The research results indicate that: (1) Goal Setting involves holding meetings twice a year in January and June and establishing a special committee for student admissions. (2) Formulating Current Conditions is based on the school's profile, vision, the number of educators, educational quality, and infrastructure conditions, which are formulated through meetings for effective implementation. (3) Identifying Facilities and Barriers through SWOT Analysis has been conducted effectively through meetings. (4) Plan Development is carried out effectively by the school principal, curriculum vice principal, teachers, and staff with direct coordination and evaluation of the previous plans

Abstract

This research aims to analyze education marketing strategies in cultivating the interest of prospective students. The study uses a qualitative research method with descriptive characteristics. Informants include school principals, public relations officers, administrative staff, and students, and the information is obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, data validity is ensured through triangulation to ascertain the reliability of the data in this research. The results of this study reveal that MA Babul Ulum Mariana employs market targeting strategies to identify market segments based on location, with students as the primary target in their educational marketing efforts. When defining market segments, schools typically establish specific criteria that become the primary focus in educational marketing. In terms of competitive positioning strategies, MA Babul Ulum Mariana undoubtedly has its own advantages and uniqueness in educational marketing. This is done to compete with other educational institutions, as each school has its own flagship programs designed to support student potential development for them to achieve success. In the mix of strategies, MA Babul Ulum Mariana combines various elements to support its educational marketing efforts, including flagship programs, a strategically located school, good collaboration with human resources, and affordable pricing
