Abstract

Persepsi guru tentang bahan ajar sejarah sangat beragam. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memahami perspektif guru terhadap bahan ajar sejarah dari aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 28 responden guru sejarah sekolah menengah atas di beberapa wilayah Indonesia. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama bulan November tahun 2022. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan anaysis Interactive meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap bahan ajar sejarah telah mencakup aspek kognitif dengan nilai rerata 3.45 (86.44%), afektif dengan nilai rerata 3.48 (87.27%), dan psikomotor dengan nilai rerata 3.55 (88.93%). Secara spesifik, pada ranah kognitif, bahan ajar sejarah telah memenuhi indikator yaitu self-instruction (89.03%), self-contained (88.81%), stand-alone (79.93%), adaptif (85.36%), dan user friendly (89.07%). Pada ranah afektif, bahan ajar telah memenuhi indikator self-instruction (88.65%), self-contained (89.69%), stand-alone (83.22%), adaptif (85.96%), dan user friendly (88.81%). Pada ranah psikomotorik, bahan ajar sejarah telah memenuhi indikator self-instruction (87.66%), self-contained (89.80%), stand-alone (89.47%), adaptif (87.82%), dan user friendly (89.91%). Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap bahan ajar sejarah telah memenuhi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik.

Abstract

The digital era which is developing very rapidly apart from providing convenience also requires village officials to have technological expertise to adjust to environmental changes as a consequence of changes in existing policies. Therefore, this study aims to (a) identify competency problems in digitizing archives and (b) analyze module development needs. This study uses a quantitative design approach, using a survey to collect responses from respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 10 village apparatus as learning society or training student respondents using random sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show that overall the level of problems in the competency of digitizing village archives is high from various aspects. Participants have the desire to develop e-modules with complete content and display that is not monotonous. Therefore, it is proposed that this e- module be developed to meet user needs, so that the goal of implementing archive digitization can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of various STAD type coopera-tive learning models in an effort to improve student learning outcomes. This research was conducted using a systematic literature review method. Data sources that later became the sub ject of this study consisted of 10 selected articles based on a review of keywords and the year of publication of rele-vant scientific articles and books, the keywords used were 'STAD', 'learning outcome', 'students achievement'. The article database comes from Google Scholar, Scopus.com, and Doaj.com. The data analysis technique in this re-search uses descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model can be ap-plied to various levels of education, besides that its application can also be adapted to various subjects which have proven to be quite effective in con-tributing to improving student learning outcomes. It was identified through 10 studies reviewed that students tend to be more active and able to collabo-rate in completing their assignments when teachers apply this learning model. So that this learning model can certainly be adopted by other subject teach-ers.

Abstract

In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in exploring the potential of interactive multimedia as a learning tool for early child students, as it offers various engaging and interactive elements that can enhance their learning experiences and outcomes. This study aims to provide an explanation regarding the application of interactive multimedia in learning. This research was carried out using the Literature Review method. The data sources which later became the subject of this study consisted of 13 selected articles based on a review of keywords and the year of publication of relevant scientific articles and books. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis techniques, so that the findings of the articles can be analyzed descriptively in their application to learning activities. The results of a review of several literatures show that applications and multimedia content can be used as learning resources during learning, and ensure that the learning process remains active, dynamic and efficient. It is known that through the application of interactive multimedia it is also possible to increase the interest and learning motivation of early childhood students. So, it is hoped that this interactive multimedia can certainly be adopted by teachers during learning activities.

Abstract

The development of information technology requires the process of digitiza-tion in all aspects, and the means commonly used to convey information need to be directed to digital and control activities that are starting to lead to digitalization. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the needs of BUMDes managers to manage BUMDes activities that are integrated with the village information system (SID). This research is a qualitative type, with a descrip-tive type, the research subjects who became information consisted of 4 BUMDes managers with non-test data collection techniques accompanied by instruments namely observation sheets and lists of questions. The data analy-sis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The research results show that the ability possessed by BUMDes management is still quite low and while carrying out management activities it is still fixated on administra-tive matters, not being innovative in formulating a program. Apart from that, the obstacles they face are also because some of the managers are still rela-tively new to the presence of BUMDes so they still cannot fully understand the duties and functions of BUMDes itself, therefore they need media that contains information in electronic module format or e-module on how to manage BUMDes digitally and has been integrated with an information sys-tem, so that managers can be better prepared and understand howBUMDes works. This research will have an impact on improving the quality of human resources, from independent learning through e-modules whose needs are being analyzed, a product will be created for BUMDes employees that they can learn from.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan produk E-modul tutorial pengelolaan informasi pengurus BUMdesa dengan Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) di Bojonegoro (2) mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dan efektivitas produk E-modul tutorial pengelolaan informasi pengurus BUMdesa dengan Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) di Bojonegoro. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu pada langkah-langkah yang dikembangkan oleh Molenda yaitu ADDIE. Prosedur pengembangan meliputi tahap analisis, tahapan pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan (development) dan evaluasi. Subjek uji coba merupakan pengurus desa di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar penilaian, angket respon, dan tes hasil pemahaman. E-modul tutorial pengelolaan informasi pengurus BUMdesa dengan Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) di Bojonegoro dirasa cocok dan mudah digunakan oleh pengurus desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul elektronik (e-modul) tutorial pengelolaan informasi pengurus BUMdesa dengan Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) di Bojonegoro menurut ahli materi, ahli media berada dalam kategori layak. Penerapan dan penggunaan e-modul secara umum dapat terlaksana dengan kategori layak dan mendapat respon positif dari pengurus desa.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran untuk anak usia dini merupakan alat bantu yang digunakan untuk mengenalkan tema-tema sebagai bahan ajaran atau yang sering disebut dengan kurikulum untuk anak usia dini. Semakin banyak alat indra yang terlibat dalam proses belajar maka semakin besar kemungkinan anak paham pada materi yang disampaikan oleh pengajar atau guru. Untuk saat ini media pembelajaran masih menggunakan metode tatap muka atau buku. Sedangkan anak usia dini gampang bosan dan lebih tertarik dengan hal baru. Untuk itu peneliti melakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan tema Negaraku untuk merangsang ingatan siswa, sehingga anak dapat mengetahui simbol symbol negara disekitar siswa. Metode Penelitian ini adalah RnD dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian adalah guru pada RA Tanwirul Qulub, RA Qomarul Wathon, RA Nurul Hidayah dan RA Tarbiyatul Athfal. sebagai responden hasil uji coba modul yang telah disusun. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu tersusunnya Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Tema Negaraku untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mengingat untuk Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemilihan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila khususnya pada jenjang SMP dan jenis SMP Negeri di Sekolah Penggerak di Kabupaten Sragen tahun 2023. Sumber data dari angket googleform yang disebar ke SMP Negeri terpilih. Sementara analisa menggunakan pendekatan statistik. Subyek penelitian merupakan SMP Negeri yang menjadi sekolah penggerak di Kabupaten Sragen. Kabupaten Sragen memiliki 8 SMP Negeri yang menjadi sekolah penggerak. SMP tersebut menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka terlebih dahulu dibanding sekolah lain di Kabupaten Sragen. Dalam penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka tersebut, Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila menjadi ciri pembeda dibandingkan dengan penerapan kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum lain. Dalam Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, terdapat dimensi, tema, dan alokasi waktu Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang bisa dipilih masing-masing SMP tiap tahunnya. Pemilihanya tersebut bisa berbeda antar SMP yang ada di Kabupaten Sragen. Fokus penelitian ini terletak pada sebaran tema yang dipilih SMP yang menjadi sampel. Berdasarkan penelitian yang ada, ditemukan bahwa lima SMP yang menjadi sampel memiliki sejumlah hal menarik. Terdapat sejumlah persamaan dan perbedaan dari masing-masing SMP dalam mengambil tema dan juga penentuan waktu Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Berdasarkan hal itu, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi sarana bagi sekolah untuk saling bertukar informasi, ide dan pengalaman dalam dalam mengoptimalkan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMP-nya masing-masing.

Abstract

Pengembangan kompetensi melalui platform pembelajaran mandiri IDEAS di BPOM telah memfasilitasi pemenuhan kewajiban pengembangan kompetensi (20 JP), tetapi belum optimal dalam mencapai peningkatan kompetensi yang menyeluruh. Keterbatasan utama terletak pada penggunaan metode evaluasi pretest dan posttest, yang dirasa kurang mampu menggambarkan penerapan pengetahuan secara praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas instrumen penilaian lain, yaitu refleksi dalam evaluasi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan aplikasi materi oleh pegawai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk menganalisis data dari pretest, posttest, dan feedback formulir evaluasi. Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam skor posttest dan preferensi peserta terhadap metode evaluasi yang lebih interaktif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan refleksi tidak hanya memperkaya proses evaluasi tetapi juga memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan berkesinambungan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of multicultural education in the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, with a focus on developing students' attitudes of tolerance, empathy, and critical thinking skills. A descriptive qualitative research method was used through case studies at several universities that have implemented the Merdeka Belajar principles. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews with lecturers and students, and curriculum document analysis. The results of the study indicate that multicultural education has successfully fostered students' awareness of the importance of respecting cultural, religious, and ethnic diversity. Lecturers play an active role in creating creative learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom, such as visits to museums, libraries, and local historical sites. These activities not only enrich students' understanding of diversity but also encourage direct interaction with pluralistic social realities. Additionally, collaboration between universities through student exchange programs, seminars, and collaborative projects further expands students' multicultural perspectives. Students are encouraged to analyze, evaluate, and respond to various issues of diversity in a constructive manner. This study concludes that multicultural education in the Merdeka Belajar era not only strengthens students' tolerant and critical character but also prepares them to face global complexities with an attitude of valuing diversity.
