Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt-to-Equity Ratio and Dividend Payout Ratio on Firm Value (Earnings Per Share) at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, for the 2014-2023 period. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, coefficient of determination, T test, and F test. Based on the partial test results, the Debt Policy (Debt to Equity Ratio) has a significant negative effect on Company Value (Earnings Per Share) where the calculated T is -4.001 > T table 2.3646 with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05 and partially the Dividend Policy (Dividend payout Ratio) does not have a significant positive effect on Company Value (Earnings Per Share) where the calculated t is 0.312 < t table 2.364 with a significance value of 0.764 > 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Debt Policy (Debt to Equity Ratio) and Dividend Policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) significantly influence Firm Value (Earnings Per Share), with the calculated F-value of 10.280 > F-table 4.74, with a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05. Furthermore, the Adjusted R-square value of 0.673 was obtained, indicating that the Debt Policy (Debt to Equity Ratio) and Dividend Policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) variables were able to explain 67.3% of Firm Value (Earnings Per Share), while the remaining 32.7% was influenced by other factors not examined in the study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berbasis etnosains Kaili yang layak dan efektif pada materi getaran dan gelombang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau R&D (Research and Development), dengan desain penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE yang dibagi menjadi lima tahapan, yakni tahap analisis (Analysis), tahap perancangan (Design), tahap pengembangan (Development), tahap implementasi (Implementation), dan tahap evaluasi (Evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru IPA dan peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Kualitas atau kelayakan e-modul yang dikembangkan berdasarkan validasi ahli materi menunjukkan skor rata-rata 3,72 dengan kategori sangat baik, validasi ahli media menunjukkan skor rata-rata 3,48 dengan kategori sangat baik, hasil penilaian guru menunjukkan skor rata-rata 4,0 dengan kategori sangat setuju, dan hasil angket respon peserta didik menunjukkan skor rata-rata 3,35 dengan kategori sangat setuju. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa e-modul interaktif yang mengintegrasikan konsep getaran dan gelombang dengan alat musik tradisional Kaili yaitu Kakula dan Gimba. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa e-modul berbasis etnosains Kaili pada materi getaran dan gelombang yang telah dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar alternatif yang kontekstual dan bermakna dalam pembelajaran fisika.

Abstract

Perantau Argapuri adalah salah satu komunitas sosial yang ada di masyarakat Jabodetabek. Pergerakan paguyuban ini dapat ditingkatkan lagi dengan memberikan pendampingan berupa pelatihan dan penambahan pengembangan kapasitas keahliah dalam bidang sumber daya manusia. Salah satu pendampingan yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan seputar Pendampingan Pelayanan Makanan Sehat dan Bebas Bahan Berbahaya. Dengan adanya pengetahuan dan wawasan keterampilan yang memadai kelak menjadi bekal untuk dapat bermetamorfosis menjadi pribadi mandiri yang tidak hanya dapat berguna bagi dirinya, namun juga mampu memberikan kemaslahatan bagi masyarakat dan alam semesta selepas dari kehidupan di Paguyuban Perantau Argapuri Jakarta. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berfokus pada Pendampingan Pelayanan Makanan Sehat dan Bebas Bahan Berbahaya. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan nilai tambah bagi perkembangan paguyuban perantau Argapuri Jakarta. Supaya agenda pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat berjalan berkelanjutan di paguyuban perantau Argapuri  serta memberikan dampak yang signifikan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini sangat baik dengan rata-rata nilai 4.52%.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine whether the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has an effect on stock prices at PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk.; (2) to determine whether the Gross Profit Margin (GPM) has an effect on stock prices at PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk.; and (3) to determine whether the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) together have an effect on stock prices at PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data sample consists of secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk for the period 2013–2023, obtained through literature-based observation. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that: (1) partially, GPM has a significant negative effect on stock prices at PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk, with a significance value of 0.021 < 0.05 and a t-value greater than the t-table -2.875 > 2.306; (2) partially, DER has a significant positive effect on stock prices at PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk, with a significance value of 0.040 < 0.05 and a t-value greater than the t-table 2.455 > 2.306; and (3) simultaneously, DER and GPM have a significant positive effect on stock prices at PT Vale Indonesia, Tbk, with an F-test value of 0.015 < 0.05 and an F-value greater than the F-table 7.418 > 4.46.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Earning Per Share on Stock Prices at PT Lion Metal Works Tbk for the 2015-2024 period. The research method used is quantitative research with an associative and descriptive approach where the processed data is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of the company PT Lion Metal Works Tbk using the SPSS 2.5 application. The analysis methods used are descriptive statistical tests, Classical Assumption Tests (Normality, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity and Autocorrelation), Multiple Linear Regression Tests, T Tests, F Tests, Correlation Coefficient Tests, and Determination Coefficient Tests. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Current Ratio (CR) does not have a significant partial effect on stock prices with a t count of (-0.231 < t table 2.365) with a significance value of (0.824> 0.05). Earning Per Share (EPS) has a partial significant effect on stock prices with a calculated t of (3.936 > ttable 2.365) with a significance value of (0.0006 < 0.05). Current Ratio (CR) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a simultaneous significant effect on stock prices with an calculated F of (8.708 > Ftable 4.74) with a significance value of (0.013 < 0.05).

Abstract

Devotion to the community was an integral part of tri dharma higher education institutes which in its implementation cannot be separated from two dharma a dream and the other , as well as involving he utterly destroyed all the sivitas its products: he got from his lecturers , what the students are , of teaching staff as well as alumni .Through pkm academic sivitas can attend in tengah- heart of communities . See the campus that does away with the location Posyantek Setu , Tangerang Selatan, and so are mandatory for pamulang university ( Unpam ) to participate in help various problems that are faced by the good close or far away. The science of financial growth management especially financial management about the way find out about the management of the funds systematically, so that financial management is not only mastery of a collection of knowledge but also by is the process of discovery. What problems arose that is they did not the media that is adequate to explain a concept, Learning that effective. But most schools is still feeling a lack of facilities and infrastructures are. There are still quite information is. This will make it tougher for masyrakat in understanding the concept of, so to be an instructor should look to be creative and innovative. The result of the activities of its service is the citizen as well as the caretaker posyantek financial management that the problem is very important and is far from expected. The caretaker posyantek also find as much financial problems must be improved especially about how to get funds and also the most difficult too how to use the funds that there could be used effectively and efficiently. The obstacles faced on both posyantek managers and residents are unable to exploit existing conditions to use the funds available and have no further a partner of funding to run a business which is run wheels.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul “Pendampingan dalam Meningkatkan Manajemen Strategi Pemasaran Pada Rumah Tahfidz Futuhal Arifin Kota Tangerang Selatan”.. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pembenahan Manajemen Strategi Pemasaran Pada Rumah Tahfidz Futuhal Arifin Kota Tangerang Selatan”dalam membuka usaha dalam kondisi pandemi saat ini dan memberikan pemahaman tentang Teknik strategis pemsaran  madu dan kacang  pada tempat usaha Rumah tahfidz Futuhal Arifin. Metode yang digunakan adalah dalam bentuk penyampaian materi, presentasi, tanya jawab interaktif dan pentingnya kewirausahaan bagaimana strategi dalam memasarkan produk. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta penyuluhan sudah memahami tetapi belum maksimal, hanya mengetahui materi dasarnya saja mengenai strategi pemasaran yang strategis pada era digitalisasi ini serta pentingnya manajemen yang selalu mengikuti perkembangan di era globalisasi.. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta berhasil memahami pentingnya strategi pemasaran  dalam meningkatkan kualitas usahanya contoh konkrit Teknik yang harus dilakukan  dalam startegi pemasaran. Keberhasilan ini dapat dilihat pada hasil kuesioner responden yang Sangat Paham 11 orang atau 45,83%, Paham 12 orang atau 50 %, Kurang Paham 1 orang atau 4,17%.
