Abstract

Kimia Farma focuses on improving the quality of community life, especially in terms of health and the environment. Semarang Plant, Particularly producing  jatropha  oil, vegetable  oil, and  cosmetics (powder). The purpose of research is to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, Environment, and Employee Capability of Employee Performance. There are 95 respondents in the sample by census. Research using collection techniques with interview using questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using the t test, F test, correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of determination. Analysis of data using simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS 16.0. The result showed that the effect of motivation on Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0,773 and a coefficient of determination of 59,7%, the effect of discipline on Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0,724 and a coefficient of determination of 52,4%, the effect of Environment on Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0,856 and a coefficient of determination of 73,3%, the effect of Employee Capability on Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0,888 and a coefficient of determination of 78,9%, the effect of motivation, discipline, Environment, and Employee Capability of Employee Performance the effect on job statisfaction with the equation Y = 1,374 + 0,059X1 + 0,052(X2) + 0,180(X3) + 0,621(X4). This mean a good  motivation, discipline,  Environment, and Employee Capability of Employee Performance it will get higher  statisfaction.

Abstract

Competition occurs among private hospitals make patient satisfaction a top priority, which will be fulfilled when the patient satisfaction of services provided in accordance with their expectations. Therefore, hospitals need to assess what are the factors that will affect patient satisfactions and patient satisfactions are met in order to maintain the patients. This study aimed to analyze the level of patient satisfaction at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang seen from the dimensions of service quality. The hypothesis, there are differences in quality service for hospitalized patients in each class. This type of research in this research is explanatory research with a number of respondents 120 respondents were taken using proportionate stratified sampling technique. The method of analysis used in this study is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Based on the analysis of the IPA, found that for the VIP class, I class, II class, and III class have different attributes in Quadrant A, Quadrant B, Quadrant C, and Quadrant D. From the analysis of patient satisfaction showed that the overall level of patient satisfaction in VIP class and I class in the category of satisfied. While the level of satisfaction of hospitalized patients in class II and class III in the category of very satisfied. RSI Sultan Agung Semarang advised to maintain and improve service performance attributes in Quadrant A.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of today's business world, the more visible the role of human resource management in an effort to grow the business. In the past two  years,  quantity of product below the standard in PJ. Muria Jaya Kudus keep increasing. So company must maintance the employee performance in order to reach company goals. This study aims to determine the influence of variable work environment, work ability and compensation on the performance of the production employees PJ Muria Jaya Kudus. This study population are permanent employees of the production, amounting to 38 people. This study uses census approach, where all members of the population be respondents. Measurement scale using a Likert scale. In the analysis of data using simple linear regression test and regression test with SPSS 20.00. The results showed that the work environment have a positive effect on employee performance, work ability have a positive effect on employee performance, and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance. work environment, work ability, and compensation are jointly contributing positively towards employee performance. Based on the results of this study concluded that the work environment, employability and compensation a positive influence on the performance of the production employees in PJ. Muria Jaya, either partially or simultants. From the results of this study suggested the company to improve the work environment related to air circulation and air temperature in the workspace; Improve employees ability to understand the rules and policies of the company. And expected to consider the wage increases granted to employees throughout the company are still in capability.

Abstract

In 2003 Daihatsu doing Co-Branding with Toyota to produce two identical products, namely Daihatsu Xenia and Toyota Avanza. Results of Co-Branding makes Daihatsu got many achievements. Daihatsu Xenia including three best-selling MPV in Indonesia, contributing to the Daihatsu Xenia reach above 56% and the contribution make Daihatsu get ranked the two acquisition of the car market in Indonesia. In 2012 Daihtsu Xenia awarded a top brand. This study aims to determine the effect of co-branding strategies, brand equity toward purchase intention through the Brand Preference. This study is included in the explanatory research. Data collection techniques with accidental sampling method with a sample of 100 analyzes conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. Quantitative analysis using validity, reliability test, crosstab, product moment correlation, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, multiple regression, t test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of Co-Branding positive effect on brand equity, co-branding strategy positive effect on Brand Preference, Brand Equity positive effect on Brand Preference, Brand Equity positive effect on Brand Preference and Brand Preference positive effect on Purchase Intention. Based on path analysis get information that to improve the Purchase Intention must be done by increasing the effectiveness of co-branding strategy and followed by efforts to increase the brand equity that is able to increase the Brand Preference. Communicate and provide information about products Daihatsu Xenia is interesting as Co-Brand Product Daihatsu-Toyota and innovation should be done so that consumers want to buy, reuse, do not switch to another brand and make the Daihatsu Xenia first choice when buying a MPV.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of brand community brand loyalty through customer value on the Yamaha Vixion Club Indonesia Chapter Semarang. Which is in this study were divided into three communities brand awareness variables together, rituals and traditions, and moral responsibility. This type of research is explanatory, with the technique of collecting data through questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, the sample of 40 peoples who are members of the Yamaha Vixion Club Indonesia Chapter Semarang. The method of analysis used in this study is Part Analiyst. Based on the calculations show that there is a variable effect of collective consciousness, rituals and traditions, moral responsibility, and customer value significant positive effect on brand loyalty in the amount of 66.7%.Based on the analysis of pathways directly influences have a greater value than the indirect effect, it shows a member of the community with brand customer will immediately have a sense of loyalty to the brand without having to feel the value or benefits as a member of the community.

Abstract

Nowdays, there are many cosmetic products have emerged and circulated in Indonesia. It makes many choices for the consumer to decide on the purchase of cosmetics. There are several factors that influence the consumer to purchase decisions. Based on the existing problems in this study that there is still a decrease in sales growth of the product of Wardah cosmetics per month and the results of the pre-survey interviews with 10 respondents indicated that the product attributes in terms of product packaging is not good enough, lacking of the respondents confidence towards the celebrity endorser, and there is still the negative word of mouth about Wardah cosmetic products. The purpose of this study is know the effect of product attribute, celebrity endorser and word of mouth towards purchasing decisions Wardah cosmetic products. The type of research is explanatory research. The number of sample were taken from 100 respondents with sampling purposive technique. In collecting data, the writer uses questioner and interview. In analyzing the data, the writer used method of crosstab, correlation, determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, test of t and f. The results of the analysis showed that there is positive effect and significant between product attributes, celebrity endorser and word of mouth towards purchasing decision Wardah cosmetic products either partially or simultaneously. It is suggested that to increase the purchasing decision of the Wardah cosmetic products, the company should be able to make interesting packaging and the beauty advisors should be more interactive and communicative to the consumer, helding a workshop and tutorial make up along with celebrity endorser, and approaching the woman such as hijabers community so that in the future, it can be can the leaders opinion to increase word of mouth.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of pricing, product quality, and brand image on purchase decisions Toyota Innova in Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research, the number of respondents 100 people with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using tools such as cross-table analysis, validity, reliability and linear regression.Based on the analysis of the study variables price, product quality and brand image have a positive influence on purchase decisions. Brand image variables have the most impact in the amount of 36.3%. Variable quality of the product has the effect of 21.9% and the price variable has the effect of 18.2%. Taken together (simultaneously) the variable price, product quality and brand image has a 42.3% influence on purchasing decisions.The conclusion of this study there are significant hargaa positifantara, product quality, and brand image on purchase decisions Toyota Innova. Suggestions for the company by maintaining and improving the quality oroduk-kekuranganya deficiency and add facilities attractive exterior and interior so as to provide different values of the other products. Besides maintaining a good image in a way keep in constant communication with consumers and customers.

Abstract

Facilities, promotion and service quality influence the service usage decision. Convention Hotel Patra Jasa in Semarang get customer complaints about facilities, promotion, and service quality.The problems affect the service usage decision,it can be seen from the data of usage amount of rooms that fell as much as 21% and occupancy of the target is not realized in 2014.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities, promotion and service quality of the service usage decision. Type of research is explanatory research with collecting data with questionnaires and interviews. Sample in this research were 100 customers of Convention Hotel Patra Jasa in Semarang determined by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis that used in this study is simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation analysis, t and f test.Based on this research, facilities has an effect on the service usage decision, promotion has an effect on the service usage decision and service quality has an effect on the service usage decision. Simultaneously only service quality has an effect on the use of decision services.The conclusion of this study showed that the facilities, promotion and service quality affect service usage decision partially, but simultaneously only  service quality affect the service usage decision. The recommendations of this study are providing facilities more complete with other added facilities for guest room. Convention hotel Patra Jasa also must add media advertising to promote the hotel to public with attractive advertising messages. In addition, Convention hotel Patra Jasa should serve hotel guests quickly and understand their needs.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang semakin stabil membawa dampak positif bagi sektor-sektor ekonomi di Indonesia. Usaha untuk menarik minat pelanggan serta mempertahankan yang sudah ada merupakan suatu pekerjaan yang tidak mudah. Mengingat pelanggan merupakan individu yang bebas berpindah-pindah dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya tergantung dengan kepuasan yang diperolehnya. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan dalam bidang pelayanan harus dilakukan agar pelanggan menjadi puas dan loyal. Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan masih di jumpai adanya komplain dari pelanggan dan adanya fluktuasi jumlah pelanggan PT FIF Cabang Semarang selama tahun 2010, yang diperkirakan dapat timbul sebagai akibat belum maksimalnya pelayanan PT FIF Cabang semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan atas kinerja pelaksanaan pelayanan PT FIF Cabang Semarang.Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang diajukan kepada 99 responden. Sampling techniq yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan atas layanan PT FIF Cabang Semarang, maka digunakan importance performance analysis (analisa perhitungan rata-rata).Dari hasil perhitungan rata-rata dari rata – rata penilaian pelaksanaan/ kinerja perusahaan dengan tingkat kepentingan/ harapan pelanggan maka akan diperoleh tingkat kepuasan atas kinerja perusahaan sebesar 3,70 yang masuk dalam kategorisasi kurang memuaskan. Atribut yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian adalah atribut yang berada di kuadran A dalam diagram kartesius, yaitu Kemampuan petugas untuk cepat tanggap dalam menghadapi masalah yang timbul (misalnya tentang perbedaan jumlah angsuran), kemampuan petugas  untuk cepat tanggap apabila terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan transaksi, kemampuan petugas dalam menjalin komunikasi yang efektif dengan pelanggan, sikap petugas dalam mengutamakan kepentingan dan kebutuhan pelanggan, sikap petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik tanpa membedakan status sosial, pengaturan parkir kendaraan bermotor.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the influence of CSR of field economic, social and environmental of the corporate image toward Nasmoco. The population in this research is community of Semarang City whose feel the impact of CSR Nasmoco activities. Sampling is taken by proportional sampling technique. The sample size in this research were 160 respondents and only 100 respondents are qualified. Data analysis is performed by correlation, simple and multiple regression analysis, coefficients test of determination (R2), while hypothesis is tested by using the t test and f test. The results of this research indicate that the CSR field of economic, social and environmental dimension affected the corporate image of Nasmoco. From three variables which is studied, the CSR field of economic has greater influence on the corporate image of Nasmoco compared to the CSR field of social and environment.
