Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of use of personal protective equipment and personal hygiene on hypertension incidence in farmers in Dolok District, North Padang Lawas Regency in 2022. This type of research was an analytical observational with a cross sectional design. The population in this study are farmers who spray pesticides when farming in Dolok District, North Padang Lawas Regency, totaling 9,250 people. This sampling used simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study was 96. This study used multivariate logistic regression analysis. The results showed that use of personal protective equipment and personal hygiene had an influence on hypertension incidence in farmers in Dolok District, North Padang Lawas Regency in 2022.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is relationship of puddles, swamps, bushes, cattle cages to malaria incidence in Endemis District, North Labuhan Batu Regency in 2022. This type of research is an analytical survey research with a case control research design. The population in this study are all residents in Kualuh Leidong Sub-District and Kualuh Hilir who suffered from malaria based on the results of the blood preparation examination, which was indicated by the discovery of plasmodium in the blood by laboratory personnel and was declared positive for malaria. The sample in this study is 114 consisting of 57 cases and 57 controls who have the same characteristics (age and sex). Data analysis in this study using bivariate analysis. The results show that there is a significant relationship between puddles and malaria incidence in Endemis District, North Labuhan Batu Regency in 2022. There is a significant relationship between swamps and malaria incidence in Endemis District, North Labuhan Batu Regency in 2022. There is a significant relationship between bushes and malaria incidence in Endemis District, North Labuhan Batu Regency in 2022. There is no significant relationship between cattle cages and malaria incidence in Endemis District, North Labuhan Batu Regency in 2022.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze of time and frequency of implementation of non-communicable disease integrated guidance posts in the new normal era in Binjai City. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The total population in this study was 179,650 with a total sample of 174 respondents obtained by purposive sampling. This research instrument uses a questionnaire that is used in the form of a google form. The data obtained in this study were analyzed by conjoint analysis. Based on the results of research on the people of Binjai City, the attribute activities of the non-communicable disease integrated guidance posts in the new normal era in Binjai City, the most important thing is the time of the implementation of the non-communicable disease integrated guidance posts, then the attribute activities of the non-communicable disease integrated guidance posts which are not too important are the frequency implementation of the non-communicable disease integrated guidance posts.
