Abstract

Tadwin dalam ilmu Islam di Nusantara ini berlangsung sekitar awal abad ke 14. Tadwin itu mengusung satu konsep Islam, yang sering dinarasikan sebagai asli babak baru Jawa. Namun anehnya, peralihan itu justru menciptakan dominasi dari orang Campa ke pribumi. Dari persoalan ini, tulisan ini akan memfokuskan pada kekuasaan Islam. rumusan masalahnya antara lain Pertama, bagaimana problematika historis yang mengitari lahirnya karya-karya pemikiran masa sastra Islam yang menjadi pintu lahirnya masa tadwin era Islam Jawa? kedua, Bagaimana konstruksi tadwin Islam era Baru dalam babakan sejarah Jawa, yang telah dikonstruksi oleh Walisongo dalam sastra Islam? Tujuan pembahasannya pertama, mengungkap aspek problematika yang mengirinya lahirnya karya sastra Islam. pembahasan ini akan mengarahkan pada situasi politik yang ada pada masa itu.. Kedua, mengungkap tentang konstruksi ilmu-ilmu ke-Islaman sebagai masa peralihan dari masa Jawa ke Islam. Untuk pembahasannya kami akan menggunakan pendekatan Post-Kolonial Ashis Nandy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of technology in facilitating the development of students' proportional reasoning skills in mathematics learning. This study used the systematic literature review method with a qualitative approach. Documents on the Scopus database were analyzed according to the research objectives using the PRISMA 2020. Thematic analysis was applied to all documents included in the search results. The results of this study indicated that there were 18 documents found that addressed the chosen topic-first in 2006, with 2015 being the most productive year discussing this topic. The technologies used to facilitate the development of proportional reasoning skills are Flash/ActionScript 3 programs-dominated, robotics, web-based learning, interactive touchscreen tablet application (MIT-Ext)-ordered by document quantity, virtual reality (VR), GeoGebra, video games, and augmented reality (AR). Quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method approaches were used in almost equal parts. Junior high school was the most researched level of this topic, but no research has been conducted at the senior high school level. The most productive country to research this topic was the Netherlands. The results of this study were expected to provide practical benefits for teachers and future research.

Abstract

Program pemberdayaan perempuan tani di Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Kirai Emas 12 bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan manajerial melalui pemanfaatan teknologi hidroponik dan pemasaran digital. Pemberdayaan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil produksi markisa, mengembangkan kapasitas pemasaran, dan memperluas pasar produk. Dengan sistem hidroponik, anggota KWT dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan lahan terbatas dan meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan air serta pupuk. Selain itu, pelatihan pemasaran digital memanfaatkan platform e-commerce dan media sosial untuk memperkenalkan produk ke pasar yang lebih luas, baik lokal maupun internasional. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan anggota untuk mengakses pasar global dengan biaya yang lebih rendah, meningkatkan daya saing produk mereka. Program ini juga memberikan pelatihan manajerial terkait pengelolaan usaha, seperti pencatatan keuangan dan perencanaan produksi. Melalui pengelolaan yang lebih efisien, diharapkan usaha mereka dapat berkembang lebih profesional dan berkelanjutan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas dan kuantitas produk serta kemajuan dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Program ini memiliki potensi untuk memperkuat ekonomi lokal dengan membuka peluang ekonomi bagi perempuan di sektor pertanian, serta berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Training on HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) based on critical thinking skills for mathematics teachers in Sungai Penuh City is an important effort to enhance the quality of mathematics education in the region. This training aims to equip teachers with skills in designing and presenting HOTS questions that effectively develop students' critical thinking abilities. Through interactive and participatory learning approaches, this training helps teachers understand the importance of developing critical thinking skills in mathematics education. By focusing on implementing active learning strategies and utilizing technology in teaching, this training provides practical guidance for teachers to enhance their skills in designing challenging and relevant learning experiences. The results of this training show a significant improvement in the abilities of both teachers and students to design, implement, and evaluate HOTS questions, as well as enhance students' academic achievements in mathematics. Therefore, HOTS-based training on critical thinking skills is a crucial step in improving the quality of mathematics education in Sungai Penuh City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of street-based philanthropy carried out by the community of Baitul Hamdi Mosque in Nagari Tabek, Pariangan District, Tanah Datar Regency, from the perspective of Islamic economics and Minangkabau customary values. The research employs a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the fundraising activities conducted on public roads are voluntary and transparent, based on mutual agreement between mosque administrators and community members. The revenue-sharing schemes of 60:40 and 50:50 reflect principles of fairness and mutual consent, in line with Islamic muamalah values. Theologically, this practice embodies the spirit of ta‘awun (mutual assistance), ihsan (beneficence), and amanah (trustworthiness). Socioeconomically, it functions as a grassroots mechanism for community empowerment. Minangkabau cultural values such as bulek kato dek mufakat (consensus-based decision-making) and barek samo dipikua, ringan samo dijinjiang (shared responsibility) further strengthen collective solidarity and accountability in managing communal funds. Thus, the street-philanthropy model practiced at Baitul Hamdi Mosque represents a community-based Islamic socio-economic system rooted in local wisdom, fully aligned with the principles of maqasid al-shariah in promoting justice, public welfare, and communal well-being.

Abstract

  Public information disclosure requires the Lampung Regional Police to optimize its website as a digital communication channel; however, the communication pattern formed through poldalampung.com has not been clearly mapped. This study aims to describe Polda Lampung’s organizational communication model in managing public information via poldalampung.com. Using a qualitative case-study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with officials and staff of the Public Relations Division, observation of the website’s interface and features, and content analysis of news, announcements, and service information. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with attention to the characteristics of linear, interactional, and transactional communication models. The findings indicate that website-based communication is still dominated by a one-way linear pattern, while interactional elements appear only to a limited extent through complaint and information-request channels that are asynchronous and largely administrative. Dialogic and simultaneous transactional communication is not yet evident. These results imply the need to strengthen the website’s function as a space for dialogue by adding interactive features and improving responsiveness, so that Polda Lampung’s public communication becomes more participatory and aligned with the principles of information openness in the digital era.

Abstract

Desa Bandilan masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pengelolaan pengaduan masyarakat, seperti kotak saran dan buku tamu, yang dinilai tidak efisien dan berdampak pada rendahnya partisipasi Masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem pengaduan masyarakat berbasis web agar proses penyampaian keluhan menjadi lebih mudah, cepat, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan model Waterfall dan diuji dengan metode Blackbox. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan pengaduan di tingkat desa. Penelitian ini juga membatasi ruang lingkup sistem hanya untuk digunakan di Desa Bandilan, tanpa integrasi dengan instansi lain. Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership style of the head of RW 10 in Jati Village, Padang City in increasing employee motivation and performance and to find out the obstacles in increasing employee motivation and performance. The leadership style applied by the Head of RW 10 is not only limited to leading but also as motivation and greatly affects employee performance. In a community institution, of course, the leader has a big responsibility, especially in terms of providing motivation and direction to employees. In applying his leadership style, of course, a leader must be responsible for all decisions made, and also be responsible for employee performance. This research uses qualitative research. The results showed that the leadership style in employee performance in RW 10 of Jati village has made many changes to its employees such as improving employee performance. However, there are various obstacles in implementing this decision, one of which is the lack of communication between the RW head and his subordinates so that the directions given to residents are confusing and not in line with what the RW head of Jati village said.
