Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) The implementation of the Mind Mapping learning model in learning Economics with Employment material for Class XI Students at Tri Dharma Ende High School. (2) Achievement in learning Economics with Employment Material for Class after applying the Mind Mapping model. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK) which consists of two cycles. Each cycle has one meeting each. The subjects of this research were 15 class XI students at SMA Tri Dharma Ende. The data collection technique used is; (1) Observation, (2) Test and; (3) Documentation. The data analysis technique used uses the Kemmis & McTaggart model, in (Arikunto, 2010) The results of this research show that (1) the Mind Mapping Model can be applied well in learning Labor Economics material. This can be seen from the first cycle, the implementation level was 65.71% or included in the quite good category and increased in the second cycle by 80% or included in the good category. (2) Student learning achievement after applying the Mind Mapping model increased. This can be seen in cycle I where 11 people completed it or 73.33% and 4 people or 26.67% did not complete it. Increased in cycle II from 15 students to 100% completion level. Thus, the proposed action hypothesis "By applying the Mind Mapping learning model in Economics Learning and Employment Materials for Class XI Students at Tri Dharma Ende High School was declared accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perpaduan antara olahraga dan manfaat doa menghilangkan rasa galau menumbuhkan karakter bagi para atlit. Penggunaan doa dalam olahraga juga sangat berpengaruh kepada permaianan dan pertandingan olahraga apapun,berkaitan dengan olahraga lebih mudah untuk memahami tujuan dan maksud dari manfaat doa menghilangkan rasa galau menumbuhkan Karakter juga bisa dapat mengembangkan rasa ingin tahu, dan mendapatkan pengetahuan yang lebih nyata dengan kondisi saat pertandingan atau perlombaan dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu mendeskripsikan dan menguraikan tentang perpaduan antara olahraga dan manfaat doa menghilangkan rasa galau menumbuhkan karakter. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa manfaat olahraga bagi tubuh manusia berfungsi bukan hanya sebagai penyembuhan secara kuratif, tetapi jauh lebih besar sebagai penyembuhan secara preventif.Kajian psikologi peran olahraga untuk perkembangan mental manusia menduduki peran yang strategis dalam keseimbangan dan pembentukan karakter seseorang.Selain itu olahraga memiliki nilai-nilai filosofi bagi kehidupan manusia dalam kehidupan sosial.Tentu saja nilai-nilai olahraga itu tidak bisa dipandang sebelah mata dalam kontek kemasyaraktan.Mencermati penjelasan di atas, tentunya olahraga sangat fleksibel dengan kehidupan ini, apa lagi jika dikaitkan dengan kehidupan keagamaan.

Abstract

Olahraga secara historis telah didominasi oleh narasi maskulin yang meminggirkan perempuan dalam hal partisipasi dan representasi, seringkali melalui stereotip dan bias gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kritis diskursus tentang kekuatan dan representasi wanita dalam dunia olahraga kontemporer, khususnya dalam bingkai media dan budaya populer. Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), studi ini mengkaji 10 artikel ilmiah terpilih yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2025, dengan fokus pada isu kekuatan, representasi gender, dan media olahraga. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa representasi media masih bias terhadap atlet wanita, menekankan aspek visual dibandingkan prestasi atletik, serta bahwa partisipasi olahraga wanita kerap dibatasi oleh norma sosial dan stereotip gender yang menurunkan performa melalui stereotype threat. Namun, olahraga juga terbukti menjadi sarana pemberdayaan yang kuat bagi perempuan. Kesimpulannya, perubahan menuju kesetaraan dalam olahraga membutuhkan reformasi struktural, edukasi media, serta kebijakan afirmatif yang mendukung peran perempuan secara setara dan bermartabat dalam dunia olahraga.

Abstract

Fundamental motor skills are an essential foundation for the holistic development of elementary school students, influencing their health, self-confidence, and academic success. This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of a Biomechanics-Integrated Technology-Based Sports Training Model (VAB-F) to improve elementary school students' long jump motor skills. This study employed a multidisciplinary design, utilising mixed methods and a sequential explanatory approach, with a quantitative stage in the form of a quasi-experiment (pre-test post-test control group design) involving 60 fifth-grade students from SDK Magepanda. The sample was randomly divided into an experimental group (n = 30) and a control group (n = 30). Motor skills were assessed using a validated long jump technique quality assessment rubric, which was supplemented with biomechanical analysis through the Kinovea application and a Wearable Activity Tracker. The qualitative stage consisted of interviews with 6 students and 2 teachers. The results showed that the experimental group experienced a statistically significant increase in skill scores (an average increase of 29.70 points) compared to the control group (an average increase of 9.60 points), with the t-test results indicating a highly significant difference (t(58) = 15.23, p < 0.05). The qualitative results showed that the visual feedback technology encouraged independence, motivation, and intuition of student movement efficiency. It was concluded that the VAB-F training model was significantly more effective than traditional methods in improving the long jump motor skills of elementary school students.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the effort to prevent Covid-19 at SD Inpres Nggemo and what is the role of PJOK teachers in preventing transmission of Covid-19 at SD Inpres Nggemo, Maukaro District. Nggemo, Maukaro District. The approach that the researcher uses in this study is qualitative, namely an approach that tries to understand the individual meaning of the subject under study. The subjects of this study consisted of informants, namely PJOK teachers and students at SD Inpres Nggemo, Maukaro sub-district. In obtaining the data, the researcher used interview, observation and documentation techniques.The results of this study indicate that the role of the PJOK teacher at SD Inpres Nggemo during this pandemic is very good, because not only as a teacher but the role of the PJOK teacher as a facilitator who must provide learning motivation for students so that students remain enthusiastic in participating in learning at school by complying with the protocol. health during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The development of digital technology encourages businesses, particularly Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), to adopt digital-based marketing strategies to increase competitiveness and product sales. However, many MSMEs still have not optimally utilized social media as a means of business promotion. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of MSMEs in utilizing Facebook Professional Mode (FB Pro) as an online business promotion platform. The implementation method includes training, direct practice, and mentoring in the use of FB Pro features, such as managing promotional content, utilizing insights or analytics, and strategies to increase audience engagement. This activity was carried out at the Ende BUMN House with the involvement of assisted MSMEs as training participants. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing concepts and their ability to manage FB Pro accounts for product promotion activities more effectively. In addition, participants were able to produce more structured and attractive promotional content and understand how to read analytical data as a basis for marketing decision-making. Thus, training on utilizing FB Pro as a business promotion platform can be a strategic solution to increase online sales and strengthen the digital marketing capacity of MSMEs in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

AbstrakPeningkatan kesehatan merupakan salah satu upaya pembangunan nasional untuk tercapainya kesadaran,kemauan dan kemampuan hidup sehat bagi setiap penduduk dalam mewujudkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang setinggi-tingginya. Pelaksanaan pembangunan kesehatan diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran,kemauan dan kemampuan hidup setiap orang agar memiliki PHBS di lingkungan keluarga, sekolah.Diperlukan upaya untuk mengedukasi anak-anak usia dini untuk berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, salah satunya di lingkungan sekolah. Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat di lingkungan sekolah merupakan langkah untuk memberdayakan siswa, guru dan masyarakat lingkungan sekolah agar bisa dan mau melakukan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dalam menciptakan sekolah yang sehat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi tentang PHBS pada siswa sekolah dasar di SD Ndetundora II Kecamatan Ende,Kabupaten Ende Flores NTT. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu berupa edukasi yang terdiri dari penyuluhan, pemutaran video, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Peserta kegiatan edukasi yaitu siswa kelas 1, 2, dan 3. Materi yang disampaikan adalah mencuci tangan dengan sabun sebelum dan sesudah makan, mengonsumsi jajanan sehat, menggunakan jamban bersih dan sehat, olahraga yang teratur, memberantas jentik nyamuk, tidak merokok di lingkungan sekolah, membuang sampah pada tempatnya, dan melakukan kerja bakti bersama warga lingkungan sekolah untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta tentang PHBS dimana terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 57 %. Kegiatan edukasi PHBS di sekolah dapat dilanjutkan pada daerah lain sebagai upaya untuk menumbuhkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada usia dini. Kata kunci: edukasi; pengabdian kepada masyarakat; perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat; penyuluhan. Abstract Health improvement is one of the national development efforts to achieve awareness, willingness and ability to live healthily for every resident in realizing the highest level of public health. The implementation of health development is directed at increasing awareness, willingness and ability to live each person to have PHBS in the family and school environment. Efforts are needed to educate early childhood to behave in a clean and healthy way of life, one of which is in the school environment. Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in the school environment is a step to empower students, teachers and the school community so that they can and want to carry out clean and healthy living behaviors in creating a healthy school. This community service activity aims to provide education about PHBS to elementary school students at SD Ndetundora II, Ende District, Ende Regency, Flores, NTT. The method of implementing the activity is in the form of education consisting of counseling, video screenings, discussions and questions and answers. Participants of the educational activity were students in grades 1, 2, and 3. The material presented was washing hands with soap before and after eating, consuming healthy snacks, using clean and healthy toilets, exercising regularly, eradicating mosquito larvae, not smoking in the school environment, disposing of garbage in its place, and doing community service with residents of the school environment to create a healthy environment. This community service activity succeeded in increasing the knowledge and understanding of participants about PHBS where there was an increase in knowledge of 57%. PHBS education activities in schools can be continued in other areas as an effort to foster clean and healthy living behavior at an early age.Keywords: education; community service; clean and healthy living behavior; counseling.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Masjid Terong kabupaten Flores Timur pada bidang lomba Solo Vokal dengan peserta siswa-siswi PAUD,SD,SMP se-Desa Terong Pengabdian pelaksanaan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang program latihan,penerapan lantunan terhadap Lagu Religius, Musikalisasi Puisi dan Adzan. Fashion show tingkat kemampuan Menyanyi Lagu Religius, Lomba Mengaji tingkat kabupaten Flores timur. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam bentuk Juri, pendampingan,praktik dan evaluasi serta follow up. Mitra dan jumlah peserta pendampingan sebagai dewan juri perwakilan dari perguruan Tinggi Universitas Flores bekerja sama dengan Remaja Masjid Terong dan jumlah peserta 65 orang Sedangkan kegiatannya dilaksanakan di di Masjid Terong kabupaten Flores Timur,  Sasaran Kegiatan ini adalah anak anak untuk mengenalkan agama islam melalui lomba dan seni dalam melatih mental dan karekter anak anak.Hasil kegiatan yang dicapai yang didapat berkelanjutan untuk mengenal dunia anak dengan nuansa seni dan agama . Penjurian tersebut dilakukan dengan menekankan pada beberapa kriteria yaitu Materi Suara, Teknik Vokal, Interpretasi Lagu serta Penampilan yang professional dengan menerapkan peraturan yang berlaku. Kata kunci : juri; festival; perlombaan seni dan islami AbstractCommunity service activities were carried out at the Terong Mosque, East Flores district in the field of Solo Vocal competition with participants from PAUD, SD, SMP students throughout Terong Village. This service aims to provide knowledge about training programs, the application of chanting to Religious Songs, Musicalization of Poetry and Adhan. Fashion show for the level of ability to sing religious songs, Koran competition at the East Flores district level. The method of implementing activities is in the form of a jury, mentoring, practice and evaluation and follow up. Partners and the number of accompanying participants as a jury representative from Flores University College in collaboration with the Terong Mosque Youth and the number of participants was 65 people. Meanwhile, the activity was carried out at the Terong Mosque, East Flores district. The target of this activity was to introduce children to the Islamic religion through competitions and art. in training the mental and character of children. The results of the activities achieved are obtained. The judging is carried out by emphasizing several criteria, namely sound material, vocal technique, song interpretation and professional performance by applying the applicable regulations. Keywords: jury; festival; art and islamic competitions
