<![CDATA[Data and information security, which is currently increasingly important, has resulted in many parties making efforts to control data and information at a better level, including data and information held by students at SMK Tunas Muda Karya Batam, community service activities targeting schools. implemented will provide training and guidance to students and students in the school to improve skills in securing personal data and information so that there is no misuse to the detriment of participants in the development of laws related to information and telecommunications technology or IT will also be given to increase the awareness of students and students or all participants in using internet-based platforms. <![CDATA[Setiap kehidupan masyarakat selalu menemui kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan hukum, baik orang itu melakukan secara sadar maupun tidak sadar. Kegiatan yang menimbulkan hukum itu dapat berupa hal yang berkaitan dengan perdata/private dan juga pidana/public. Di dalam hukum pidana kegiatan tersebut berupa Kejahatan dan ada juga berupa Pelanggaran. Perihal Kejahatan yang berkenaan dengan Restorative Justice (RJ), tidaklah semua kejahatan yang dapat diberikan RJ tersebut. Namun dengan keluarnya Perja No 15/2020, maka JPU dapat menghentikan penuntutan terhadap terdakwa. Dalam penelitian ini tujuannya adalah: Untuk mengetahui alasannya seorang yang telah melakukan tindak pidana diberikan RJ oleh Kejaksaan; Hasil penelitian yang penulis dapat bahas dalam tulisan ini antara lain: Perkara tindak pidana mengenai RJ tidak diberikan kepada semua tindak pidana, namun ada beberapa tindak pidana tertentu yang dapat diberikan RJ oleh JPU.Kata Kunci: Â Keadilan Restoratif; Penegakan Hukum; Tindak Pidana]]>

<![CDATA[The activity of Tridharma in Bengkong has been conducted by the team of lecturer and involved women participants (housewives). The job of these women are varied from housewives, traders and working as labour or staff in a company. The target of this activity is to provide knowledge to the participants especially housewives who know more about the Marketplace in the online media, because many of them working as trader and also working in companies. The use of media via mobile phone can be used in business transactions, by marketing through shoope, tiktok and several other media. The purpose of this activity is in the form of: a method of online transaction through a clear and more secure registered Marketplace so that consumers are not harmed and increase income for sellers who sell goods at the Marketplace. This method of implementing activity is carried out by practicing directly to the participants how to use their social media to earn money. Furthermore, at the second meeting, counseling of buying and selling practices will be held online through the media tiktok. The Marketplace that the team intended is not only in the form of sales on social media, but we can use social media accounts as a place to find additional income. The participants are trained to communicate better in front of the public by broadcasting live on the Marketplace.]]>

<![CDATA[Konflik yang terjadi antar negara dapat mengakibatkan perang, sehingga dalam perang yang terjadi akan mengakibatkan korban jiwa dan kerugian material yang tidak hanya dirasakan oleh angkatan bersenjata tetapi juga menyerang warga sipil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian hukum normatif, hasil pembahasan menyebutkan bahwa secara internasional perlindungan HAM tertuang di dalam Declaration Human Rights (DUHAM) dan hukum humaniter internasional, kewenangan PBB sebagai organisasi induk dunia memiliki beberapa organ yang berpengaruh di dalamnya, dan PBB dalam menjalankan kewenangannya memiliki hanbatan karena dengan adanya pengecualian dalam Pasal 2 ayat 4 Piagam PBB yang memaksa negara non anggota untuk ikut serta dalam perdamain dunia dan penggunaan hak vekto yang hanya diberlakukan oleh beberapa negara saja.Kata Kunci: Hak Asasi Manusia; Hukum Humaniter Internasional; Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to reveal the affirmation of the ecological movement through Iwan Fals' green lyrics. There are three lyrics song chosen in this study, entitled Isi Rimba tak ada tempat berpijak lagi, Tak biru lagi lautku, and Balada orang pedalaman. Actually, there are many liryca by Iwan Fals that told about the environment, but these three themes are taken as a form of musicians' rage towards the increasingly disturbed environment. Ecological Theory is the most effective approach to analyze each verse of this lyric. Garrard (2004) said that eco-critical perception helps to open, determine, explore, and even solve ecological problems in a broader and more detailed manner. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, content analysis method or content analysis to examine the contents of a document. The results of this study indicate that 1) Isi Rimba tak ada tempat berpijak lagi as a representation of corrupt capitalist criticism, 2) Tak biru lagi lautku as a figurative form of ecological anxiety, and 3) Balada orang pedalaman as a romance of human life and nature which is lost by the greed of capitalist humans .]]>

<![CDATA[pemSocial media is one part of new media that is used to inform anything to the public, whether used in business or interacting with others. Social media is one of the electronic media to communicate and do business by using internet media. Social media is most widely used by teenagers. Adolescents are individuals who have entered the stages of mental, emotional, social maturity and physical form. Although adolescents are said to be mature, but in relation to the use of social media, adolescents are often caught up in matters of privacy violations both as perpetrators and as victims. Therefore, understanding is needed in communicating properly and correctly in accordance with the ethics that apply to social media. The purpose of this community service is to help mosque teenagers use social media wisely and understand the limitations of conveying information on social media. As well as conducting training on how to write messages with communication ethics and not contrary to the law. The methods used are lectures, presentations, and direct practice. The teenagers were given the material then given the opportunity to practice. This service is carried out for 5 times according to the schedule that has been prepared. The results of this community service activity have implications for changing attitudes and increasing knowledge for mosque teenagers, who are expected to be much wiser in conveying, or disseminating information through social media. /emem/em/p]]>

<![CDATA[Last decade has been enormosly rapid growt of technology development in all areas of industries in the world including private data into the technology in its core system or application. The importance of data and information security is getting crucial amid the information era, those are done so to enhance the security of technology and electronic transactions users getting more control to their data and information to a higher level of security. These data protection efforts are no exception to the data and information owned by students or participants. Community service activities targeted by the school that have been carried out several times have a positive impact on both the school, especially for the student. The result of this event is achieved that measured with the enthusism from the participants during the Lectures. The result shows the comprehensive of understanding among the student increased related to the privacy and security aspects. They have better expertise in securing personal data and information and generate the harmless action in internet activity tha leas to harming the participants also related to information and telecommunication technology or ITE. Aspect of knowledgein ITE Laws in Indonesia was so important as participant aware of their action has to be manages as the proportion of normality during their internet usage as well.]]>

<![CDATA[Di dalam kehidupan manusia pasti ditemui kegiatan yang berkaitan denganhukum baik yang sengaja dilakukan maupun yang tidak sengaja dilakukan.Apabila terjadi masalah hukum pidana, tidak semua yang diselesaikan sampai ketahapan pengadilan, karena ada upaya hukum lain yang disebut denganRestorative Justice (RJ), baik di tingkat kepolisian ataupun kejaksaan. RJ inidisepakati untuk dilaksanakan, agar membantu masyarakat yang tersangkutmasalah pidana dapat menyelesaiakan masalahnya tanpa harus menempuh prosespanjang, tetapi yang perlu diingat tidak semua perkara pidana yang dapatdiberikan rj. Oleh sebab itu, dengan keluarnya Perja No 15/2020, maka rj untukperkara tertentu dapat membantu JPU dalam menghentikan penuntutan terhadapterdakwa. Tujuannya penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui upaya yangdilakukan oleh kejaksaan dalam memberikan rj terhadap tindak pidana yangdilakukan oleh masyarakat bermasalah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di KejaksaanKota Batam; Hasil penelitian yang penulis dapat bahas dalam upaya kejaksaanmemberikan rj adalah: Kejaksaan memberikan rj kepada masyarakat denganbeberapa perkara saja yang sesuai dengan Perja Nomor 15/2020, karena tidaksemua perkara yang dapat diberikan rj, namun pemberian rj ini juga menelaahbeberapa faktor yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan sesuai dengan aturankejaksaan yang berlaku.]]>

<![CDATA[Profesi adalah suatu kerangka institusional yang di dalamnya sejumlah fungsi kemasyarakatan, terutama pengembangan serta pengajaran ilmu dan humaniora dan penerapannya dalam bidang-bidang pelayanan rokhani, kedokteran, teknologi, hukum, informasi, dan pendidikan. Profesi advokat adalah profesi hukum yang terhormat (officium nobile) sebagaimana cara bekerjanya diatur dalam kode etik profesi advokat dan Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2003 tentang Advokat. Seorang Advokat dapat membela klien jika advokat tersebut mendapatkan surat kuasa dari kliennya. Tulisan ini membahas permasalahan keabsahan terhadap surat kuasa yang diberikan oleh klien kepada advokat berdasarkan hukum di Indonesia. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam artikel ini adalah Penelitian hukum doktrinal atau penelitian hukum normatif dan sering sekali dikonsepkan sesuai dengan yang tertuang dalam peraturan perundang-undangan (Law In Book). Pembahasan yang dapat diuraikan adalah keabsahan pada sebuah surat kuasa dilihat dari hal-hal yang ada di dalam surat kuasa tersebut. Bahwa surat kuasa yang diberikan kepada advokat untuk mendampingi klien di dalam sidang harus dipastikan terlebih dahulu mengenai pemberian kuasa tersebut hanya diberikan kepada 1 advokat atau advokat yang melibatkan teamnya, karena jika surat kuasa tersebut diberikan kepada beberapa advokat untuk membela kliennya, maka surat tersebut dapat diajukan oleh pada sidang pertama, sehingga surat kuasa yang ditanda tangani oleh klien lebih dari satu advokat akan dapat dimintakan pembatalan surat kuasa tersebut di hadapan majelis hakim.]]>
