Abstract

The Indonesian Railway Polytechnic (PPI) Madiun plays a crucial role in preparing skilled workers for the railway industry. However, challenges such as a gap between the curriculum and industry needs, a lack of qualified lecturers in technology, insufficient educational facilities, and limited industry partnerships have emerged in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This study uses a SWOT analysis to explore strategies for institutional development at PPI Madiun. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and document analysis. Despite challenges, PPI Madiun has significant opportunities to excel by enhancing its curriculum, improving faculty skills, expanding industry partnerships, and fostering innovation. Adaptive strategies are essential to ensure PPI Madiun produces competent graduates ready for the industry 4.0 challenges.

Abstract

This research was motivated by there is a policy transition from BAN PT to LAM which requires funds to support the accreditation process. This research focuses analysis effectiveness of government subsidy programs for private university in Surabaya. The method uses mix-methods and the data collection applies three techniques, namely questionnaire, interviews, documentation. Questionnaire distributed to respondents to obtain data by utilizing Google Form. The interview was carried out with the structural officials of private universities in Surabaya also documentation used to sharpen the analysis. Data analysis according to Miles and Huberman concept includes collecting data, present data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. Based on data analysis, the effectiveness related to the presence of a government subsidy program as a solution to the transition of accreditation policy from BAN PT to LAM. The results are of the research that this government subsidy program can ease the funding burden on private universities and have positive impact.

Abstract

Background: Out of 7 people in the Internal Audit Unit (SPI) in a hospital, only 1 person is not concurrently serving as the Head of SPI. SPI is the main requirement in carrying out duties and can be a problem in the implementation of hospital internal audit policies by SPI and if this is left unchecked, the public services provided by the hospital can be of less quality. the purpose of this study is to know and analyze the implementation of internal audit policies, factors that support and hinder the implementation of internal audit, find models for implementing internal audit policies in Hospital A. Subjects and Method: qualitative research design. The research was conducted at Aisyiyah Bojonegoro Hospital. The target population consists of 1 director, 6 department heads and 4 SPI auditors. The technique and size of sampling is done by means of the population being the sample. the dependent and independent variables of interest are the implementation of the Hospital Internal Audit policy. Variable measurement methods or instruments by means of interviews and data analysis methods using data triangulation. Results: The implementation of internal audit policy from the communication aspect has been carried out well, the Resource aspect has not been implemented properly, the Disposition aspect has not been implemented properly, the Organizational Structure aspect is carried out properly. The appointment of SPI personnel needs to take into account the competence of the auditor or provide auditor competency training, exemption from concurrent duties and full-time positions, structuring systematic career paths and providing special incentives, maintaining consistency of communication and conducting audits in all work units Conclusion: This research can produce implications for model development in the implementation of hospital internal audit policies in accordance with Edward III's theory and then developed with the involvement of the Hospital Internal Auditors Association. Through this it is expected that the implementation of internal audit policies is more comprehensive in implementing aspects of organizational structure, resources, disposition and communication. Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of applying New Public Management (NPM) principles on sustainability performance at Perumdam Batiwakkal, Berau Regency, focusing on operational efficiency, service quality, and environmental management. The theoretical framework integrates key NPM concepts privatization, decentralization, and performance measurement based on results with environmental sustainability models to offer a comprehensive understanding of managerial and operational impacts. Utilizing a Grounded Theory approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with senior management, operational staff, and service users. Data analysis involved open coding, axial coding, and selective coding to develop a conceptual framework on NPM application and sustainability performance. Findings indicate that while NPM principles can enhance operational efficiency and service quality, challenges persist in achieving full sustainability performance. Key factors influencing effectiveness include leadership support, resource availability, and policy adaptation. The study provides insights into adapting NPM principles to improve sustainability performance and offers practical solutions for implementation challenges.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of the Election Supervisory Agency in the prosecution of the handling of violations of the 2020 Berau Regency Simultaneous Pilkada. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques from the interview process, observation and documentation. The research focuses on identifying and analysing Bawaslu's role in prosecuting administrative violations and criminal violations of the elections, identifying and analysing obstacles to prosecuting the handling of election violations, and developing a model for prosecuting the handling of election violations. The results showed that Bawaslu's role in enforcing the handling of violations of the 2020 Berau Regency Pilkada has been carried out quite well both in handling administrative violations and handling criminal violations. The obstacles faced by Bawaslu in the efforts to enforce the handling of violations of the 2020 Berau Regency Pilkada are the lack of human resources (HR) in Bawaslu Berau Regency, the lack of public awareness to participate in monitoring Pilkada violations, and the massive practice of money politics. The existing conditions for the handling of election violations through Gakkumundu formed by Bawaslu with inter-institutional collaboration with the Police and the Prosecutor's Office. For the reform model, the researcher proposes a draft model for strengthening Bawaslu's authority in integrated law enforcement by adopting the authority of OTT and TT carried out by the KPK and Cyber Pungli and the design of an Ad Hoc election judicial model for the effectiveness of election dispute resolution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan (customer engagement) dalam upaya memperkuat posisi bisnis di tengah persaingan industri otomotif yang semakin kompetitif, khususnya pada sektor bengkel kendaraan bermotor. Salah satu strategi yang dinilai efektif dalam membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan adalah melalui penerapan content marketing yang berkualitas serta penguatan loyalitas terhadap merek (brand loyalty). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh content marketing dan brand loyalty terhadap customer engagement pada Bengkel FixUp Moto Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data deskriptif dan inferensial. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling, yang menghasilkan total 100 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis Google Form, dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa content marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer engagement, yang berarti semakin relevan dan menarik konten yang disajikan, maka semakin tinggi tingkat keterlibatan pelanggan. Selain itu, brand loyalty juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer engagement, di mana pelanggan yang loyal lebih aktif dalam berinteraksi, memberikan ulasan, dan merekomendasikan layanan bengkel. Secara simultan, content marketing dan brand loyalty memberikan kontribusi sebesar 49,2% terhadap customer engagement, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,492. Sementara 50,8% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam studi ini. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya integrasi strategi pemasaran berbasis konten dan loyalitas merek dalam membangun keterlibatan pelanggan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini terkait pentingnya pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian generasi muda dalam konteks kedai kopi lokal yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh online customer review dan desain interior terhadap keputusan pembelian generasi muda di Kedai Kopi Semoga Sukses, yang berlokasi di Tenggilis Mejoyo, Surabaya Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik non-probability sampling. Sebanyak 100 responden berusia 16–30 tahun yang pernah mengunjungi kedai tersebut dipilih sebagai sampel dan diminta mengisi kuesioner elektronik melalui Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 26, mencakup uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis parsial dan simultan, serta uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa online customer review memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (nilai signifikansi 0,000; koefisien regresi 0,276). Desain interior juga memberikan pengaruh signifikan (nilai signifikansi 0,000; koefisien regresi 0,476). Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (F hitung = 39,711; signifikansi = 0,000). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,450 mengindikasikan bahwa 45% variasi keputusan pembelian dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel, sementara 55% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti promosi, harga, kualitas layanan, dan lokasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pelaku usaha kedai kopi dalam memahami perilaku konsumen muda dan merekomendasikan penelitian lanjutan dengan memperluas variabel dan kriteria sampel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh influencer review, affiliate marketing dan content marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian di Shopee, platform e-commerce terkemuka di Indonesia. Influencer review, Afiliasi dan pemasaran konten yang dilakukan oleh micro influencer berkembang pesat selama COVID-19 dan menjadi populer sejak saat itu. Meskipun micro influencer hanya memiliki 10.000 hingga 100.000 pengikut, namun mereka mempunyai pengaruh yang besar dan substansial terhadap keputusan pembelian para pengikutnya melalui materi yang dihasilkannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan dan mengevaluasi dampak pemasaran afiliasi, pemasaran konten, dan ulasan influencer terhadap keputusan konsumen micro influencer di Shopee dengan metode penelitian menggunakan Survei kuantitatif terhadap 105 pengguna Shopee dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai keputusan pembelian mereka di Shopee menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Menurut penelitian ini, evaluasi influencer di Shopee memiliki pengaruh yang menguntungkan terhadap pembelian mikroinfluencer, meskipun secara statistik tidak signifikan. Di sisi lain, pendekatan pemasaran konten dan pemasaran afiliasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara statistik terhadap keberhasilan pembelian yang dilakukan secara hemat dan bersamaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan Shopee berhasil dipengaruhi oleh afiliasi dan pemasaran konten ketika membuat penilaian tentang apa yang akan dibeli. Pemasar perlu mempertimbangkan untuk menggabungkan kedua strategi ini dengan bantuan mikro-influencer untuk meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the Role of Stakeholders in Realizing Surabaya Zero Child Marriage in 2024 to Achieve Gender Equality. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research design. A collaborative network involving the city government, private sector, NGOs, communities, and religious organizations such as Muslimat NU in the city of Surabaya has shown significant results in suppressing the rate of child marriage. Through effective coordination, fair resource distribution, transparent communication, and continuous program innovation, this network has made substantial progress towards the zero child marriage goal. However, there are still areas that require further attention, especially in terms of improving access to resources and strengthening coordination. By continuing to strengthen collaboration and applying lessons from experiences, Surabaya can achieve the goal of completely abolishing child marriage.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology and various regulatory changes have triggered a spike in trade in imported products domestically which are sold cheaply, and in the last two years it has increased rapidly. This had an impact on the buildup in the inspection process at the Customs office, so that there were several products that experienced delays in delivery and became a problem for consumers and traders who resold these imported products domestically. This study aims to examine the work performance of the East Java customs office in handling consumer complaints, by applying the customer relationship management approach and service quality standards as stipulated in PAN-RB Ministerial Decree No. 14 of 2017 concerning community satisfaction with the performance of government officials in public services. This study took purposive sampling of consumers in East Java with the aim of testing the consumer relations management approach, and the quality of customs services moderated by complaint handling on customer satisfaction. The results of multiple regression analysis prove that customer relationship management (CRM) and quality of customs services together have a direct effect on customer satisfaction; customer relationship management, and the quality of customs services together influence customer satisfaction which is moderated by complaint handling; and partially the application of CRM and quality of service through handling complaints has an effect on community satisfaction. This is also evidenced by the value of the customer satisfaction index which shows that consumers are satisfied with the services of the customs office in East Java.
