Abstract

Interpersonal skills are important skills in developing human resources (HR), especially in the context of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Raja Vegan, an MSME that operates in the field of animal-free, plant-based vegetarian products, understands that building good relationships with various parties is the key to business success. Therefore, this service activity aims to help the development of MSMEs by forming a special institution consisting of lecturers and communication science students from Bina Darma University who continuously dedicate themselves to MSMEs to develop and manage HR skills in establishing good relationships with customers and other related parties and helping MSMEs to further optimize marketing on social media. Improving interpersonal HR skills can be an effective strategy in increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in an increasingly competitive market. Therefore, developing interpersonal skills needs to be a focus in managing the human resources of Raja Vegan MSMEs to achieve long-term success.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, MSME micro businesses have unique opportunities and challenges. Business sustainability is a critical focus, with an emphasis on environmentally friendly practices, economic resilience and social responsibility. Along with this, technology and global connectivity play a significant role in increasing visibility and market access for micro businesses. Although many MSME micro businesses face obstacles, such as limited access to capital and human resources, research findings show that innovation and adaptability are the keys to success. Micro businesses that are able to adopt technology, understand global markets, and respond to changing trends have the potential to grow and have a positive impact. The sustainability of MSME micro businesses is also closely connected to local empowerment. Overall, this research provides a comprehensive view of MSME micro businesses as important agents in the local and global economy. It is hoped that these findings can provide guidance for stakeholders, including business owners, governments and supporting organizations, to improve a sustainable and competitive micro-business environment amidst global challenges. This article presents a solution to help the development of MSMEs by forming a special institution consisting of lecturers and communication science students from Bina Darma University who continuously dedicate themselves to MSMEs to create and manage brands and the quality of human resources in order to build prosperity between owners and employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the marketing communication strategy implemented by the MSME Jamu Swegerr Rekk in Palembang City in addressing market challenges, leveraging digital opportunities, and building customer trust. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation with business owners and regular customers. The results show that Jamu Swegerr Rekk applies the 4P marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) with an emphasis on communication strategies via social media and community events. The main obstacle lies in the absence of a BPOM distribution permit, affecting both distribution and consumer trust. This study recommends the need to strengthen product legality, optimize digital media, and collaborate with formal institutions to enhance positioning and competitiveness.

Abstract

Reading literacy and mathematical literacy are important for students because they help them develop logical-systematic skills, reasoning skills using the concepts and knowledge they have learned, as well as skills to understand, sort and use information critically. Both literacy skills are part of the Minimum Competence Assessment or Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) which forms the National Assessment. Although all elementary conduct AKM, it is only for the Year 5 students. Therefore, this community service was aimed to provide all the teachers of SD Persit Kartika II-3 Palembang with the information about AKM and guide them to practice writing AKM questions. The results of this community service showed that all participants had a better picture about what AKM was and they were also able to write or compose questions that were in accordance with the characteristics of AKM. The activity ended with the submission of a collection of questions that the participants had written to the school.

Abstract

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) 2019 in Wuhan, China has developed into a pandemic since it was announced by WHO on March 11, 2020. Then it grew rapidly and out of control to become worldwide including in Indonesia. Judging from the case of the development of the COVID-19 rate which has decreased and the vaccination efforts carried out by the government, it has had a positive impact on micro, and macro businesses to public service facilities or malls. Considering the Mall is a public place with the most crowds. So it is necessary to re-strike the Marketing Communication to increase the number of visitors in the era of endemic. In this case, good and detailed marketing communication skills and strategies are needed to attract visitors' interest to come to OPI Mall. Marketing Communication is a communication activity that aims to convey messages to consumers through various media, with the hope that the communication delivered can produce three stages of change, namely changes in knowledge. The forms of marketing communications for OPI Mall are advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, publicity, and event marketing. The results of his research are management and marketing communication using various forms of marketing communication. To attract visitors and as the most effective form of publication. Advertising activities from OPI Mall are often carried out through social media promotions by the development of information technology at present as well as a form of increasing brand awareness of participant tenants and other public service facilities at OPI Mall.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing dan e-commerce terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan, populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 33 orang, metode penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu semua populasi menjadi sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis berupa uji T (parsial) dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, nilai signifikansi Digital marketing pada tabel Coefficients didapatkan hasil sebesar 0.005 (nilai sig.lebih kecil dari alpha (α)=0,05), yang artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara Digital Marketing Peningkatan Volume Penjualan pada PT. Kebun Permata Nusantara Makassar. Sementara nilai signifikansi E-commerce sebesar 0.000 (nilai sig.lebih kecil dari alpha ()=0,05) sehingga yang artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara Ecommerce terhadap Peningkatan Volume Penjualanpada PT. Kebun Permata Nusantara Makassar.pada nilai coefficient determinasi atau adjusted R square, Digital marketing (X1 ) dan Market Place (X2) berpengaruh Peningkatan Volume Penjualan(Y) sebesar 91,8% sedangkan sisanya (100% - 91,8% = 8,2%) dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkotika adalah penggunaan zat adiktif yang dilakukan bukan dengan tujuan pengobatan dan berlangsung lama yang mengakibatkan ganguan fisik, mental dan sosial. Penyalagunaan narkotika tidak hanya didominasi oleh orang dewasa saja tetapi juga anak-anak. Hal ini dapat dilihat diberbagai media massa tentang berita-berita kriminalitas yang dilakukan oleh anak. Hal ini menunjukkan betapa tertekannya kondisi sosial anak di satu sisi,yaitu mulai dari tekanan dalam keluarga sampai kepada masalah ekonomi yang semakin menghampit, sehingga kontribusi ini menjadikan anak terlibat dalam penyalagunaan narkotika baik itu sebagai pengguna, pengedar, maupun kurir pengantar narkotika.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the content strategy of Selontok Fish Official in achieving engagement on social media, particularly on their YouTube channel. Employing a qualitative approach, the study investigates the object naturally, with the researcher serving as the primary instrument. The analysis techniques involve SWOT Analysis and IPPAR Model, and the data analysis is inductive. The research focuses on content strategy, especially the use of the Palembang language, and overcoming production constraints with innovative solutions. The conclusion highlights the success of the creative team Selontok Fish Official, originating from individual efforts, their vision in the Palembang language, and efforts to promote local cultural richness. With hopes for continuous growth, achieving higher milestones, and providing economic benefits to the team and community, this research demonstrates that success in the creative content realm can generate a broad positive impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh model Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas V di SDIP YLPI Pekanbaru selama pembelajaran IPAS. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan dengan metode eksperimental, yaitu metode Pra Eksperimen. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design sebagai bentuk Pre Eksperimen. Penelitian ini melibatkan kelas Vb yang terdiri dari 35 siswa. Observasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian mengenai kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Berdasarkan temuan uji One Sample T-test diketahui nilai signifikansi Sig. (2-tailed) > 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung (5,995) > ttabel (2,032). Ini menunjukkan penolakan terhadap Ho dan penerimaan terhadap Ha. Hingga terjadi pengaruh dari metode Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dalam pembelajaran IPAS kelas V di SDIP YLPI Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan siswa sulit untuk mempelajari materi persamaan kuadrat. Pendekatan yang dipilih berdasarkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan subjeknya berjumalh 35 siwa dari kelas IX-F SMPN 3 Cimahi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal tes persamaan kuadrat dan survey dalam bentuk Google Form. Analisis data yang digunakan yakni menyajikan informasi dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang membuat siswa kesulitan dalam mempelajari materi persamaan kuadrat adalah: 1) kurangnya pemahaman konsep; 2) kesalahan operasi matematika; 3) kurang fokus dan kesiapan saat pembelajaran; dan 4) media dan model pembelajaran yang kurang tepat.
