Abstract

Tujuannya penelitian ini ialah guna memberi pengetahuan berkenaan hubungan antara pemerintah desa dengan BPD didalam membangun Desa Saka Kajang Kec. Jabiren Raya Kab. Pulau Pisang, serta apakah kendalanya didalam pelaksanaan pemerintah desa di Desa Saka Kajang Kec. Jabiren Raya Kab. Pulau Pisang. Hasil penelitiannya dimana telah didapatkan bahwa Pertama, hubungannya pemerintahan desa dengan BPD, berkenaan fungsinya BPD didalam menerbitkan Perdes bersama-sama Kades di mulai dengan tahapan merancang, merumuskan, juga menyusun Perdes sudah diimplementasikan secara baik, sudah pula menyertakan partisipasi daripada rakyatnya. Fungsinya BPD dalam melakukan pengawasan pada berjalannya pemerintah desa telah berjalan secara bagus didalam pengawasan terhadap Perdes juga Kades, pemerintahan desa juga tengah melaksanakan tugas sebagaimana yang telah ditentukan pada aturan yang telah ada, akan tetapi partisipasinya rakyat didalam mengawasi berjalnnya perdes masihlah jauh dari yang seharusnya. Sedangkan berkaitan pada pengimplementasian fungsinya BPD dengan kedudukannya yakni menjadi tempat menampung aspirasinya rakyat Desa Saka Kajang belumlah semuanya dijalankan seperti dengan apa yang di harapkan. Fungsinya melakukan penggalian, penampungan, perumusan, juga penyaluran aspirasinya rakyat belumlah berjalan dengan baik, seperti yang ditemukan penulis dilapangan bahwasanya memanglah banyak warganya di Saka Kajang yang tak terlalu tahu berkenaan tugasnya juga wewenangnya daripada BPD, dikarenakan sosialisasinya daripada BPD pada rakyat berkenaan hal tersebut masihlah tak cukup. Kedua, Faktor- faktor dimana menjadikan kendalanya Pemerintahan Desa dengan BPD saat pelaksanaan hubungannya pemerintah, diantara lain yakni: a. Partisipasinya rakyat; b. Tingkatan pendidikannya pengurus BPD; dan c. Kerja sama bersama Kades dan BPD.

Abstract

Abstract. Women who experience unwanted pregnancies (PKTD) face very complex problems: being left behind by the man who impregnated them, being expelled by their families, being stigmatized by society, feeling deep shame and guilt, and losing their future. This study aims to examine the problem of unwanted pregnancy and its solution by RUTH Foundation. The research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of in-depth interviews, documentation study, observation, and Focus Group Discussion. The results of the study illustrate that the PKTD have problems of shame and fear, loss of future, and being left by the man who impregnated them. This research also succeeded in identifying self-healing services provided by the RUTH Foundation, namely healing carried out by the KTD women themselves with assistance from RUTH Foundation officers. The media used are sewing, knitting, painting, baking, flower arranging, going to nature, and other entertainment media. Self-healing is carried out continuously by emphasizing the willingness and ability of KTD women. The conclusion of this study is that self-healing by the RUTH Foundation has succeeded in leading women with domestic violence to forgive themselves and accept the situation they are in. Forgiving themselves and accepting the conditions experienced has opened up space for women with domestic violence to foster self-motivation and build a fighting spirit to continue a better life. The most important thing is that the Ruth Foundation has saved two generations, namely the CVC herself as a mother and the fetus in her mother's womb. Keywords: Women, unwanted pregnancy, self-healing. Abstrak. Perempuan yang mengalami kehamilan tidak diinginkan (PKTD) menghadapi permasalahan sangat kompleks: ditinggal lelaki yang menghamilinya, diusir keluarga, mendapatkan stigma masyarakat, rasa malu dan bersalah yang mendalam, serta kehilangan masa depan. Studi ini bertujuan mengkaji permasalahan PKTD dan solusinya oleh Yayasan RUTH. Metode penelitian berbentuk deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan Focus Group Discussion. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa PKTD memiliki masalah rasa malu dan takut, kehilangan masa depan, dan ditinggal lelaki yang menghamilinya. Penelitian ini juga berhasil mengidentifikasi pelayanan self healing yang diberikan oleh Yayasan RUTH yakni penyembuhan yang dilakukan oleh perempuan KTD itu sendiri dengan pendampingan dari petugas Yayasan RUTH. Media yang digunakannya adalah menjahit, merajut, melukis, membuat kue, merangkai bunga, pergi ke alam terbuka, dan media hiburan lainnya. Self healing dilakukan secara terus menerus dengan menekankan pada kemauan dan kemampuan perempuan KTD. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa self healing oleh Yayasan RUTH berhasil mengantar perempuan KTD memaafkan dirinya dan menerima situasi yang dialaminya. Memaafkan diri sendiri dan menerima kondisi yang dialami telah membuka ruang bagi perempuan KTD untuk menumbuhkan motivasi diri dan membangun semangat juang melanjutkan kehidupan yang lebih baik. Hal paling penting adalah Yayasan Ruth telah menyelamatkan dua generasi, yaitu PKTD itu sendiri sebagai seorang ibu dan janin dalam kandungan ibunya.  Kata kunci: Perempuan, kehamilan tidak diinginkan, self-healing.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the evidence in line with whether or not community participation and perceptions of the Sauyunan BUMDes work program in Cinangsi Village, Cibogo District, Regency. This research approach is descriptive and quantitative. According to the research, the medium category dominated community participation in the Sauyunan BUMDes work program in terms of involvement in the planning process (44.4%) and involvement in the implementation process (44.7%). Additionally, it emerged from the research that the medium category of the attitude indicator (33.6%), expectations (31.7%), motivation (35.4%), perceived object (34.1%), work program facilities (35.9%), and work program atmosphere (38.9%) dominated people's perceptions of work programs. Even though the moderate category dominates for all indicators of the variables, the less category also exists in each indicator with a number that can also be considered not small and sufficient to approach the value of the number of moderate categories in each indicator. Such a state of perception and participation shows a parallel between this perception and participation and the condition of BUMDes, which experience much underdevelopment starting from dim management, vacuum, and stagnation in the types of BUMDes businesses and not supporting facilities and atmosphere. Further, it can be concluded that H0: "Community participation in the Sauyunan BUMDes Work Program is mostly from the low category, and most public perceptions are from the less category about the BUMDes Sauyunan Work Program" can be rejected, and H1: Community participation in the Sauyunan BUMDes Work Program and public perceptions of the Sauyunan BUMDes Work Program have the highest number in the moderate category, which is acceptable. Abstract

Fenomena manusia silver yang melibatkan anak-anak sebagai pelaku merupakan bentuk eksploitasi ekonomi yang bertentangan dengan prinsip perlindungan anak dalam hukum Indonesia. Pemerintah Daerah memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menyelenggarakan perlindungan terhadap anak dari bentuk eksploitasi semacam ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan membandingkan dua Peraturan Daerah, yaitu Perda Kota Banjarmasin Nomor 12 Tahun 2014 dan Perda Kabupaten Banjar Nomor 2 Tahun 2014, dalam memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi anak-anak yang menjadi manusia silver. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perda Kabupaten Banjar memiliki regulasi yang lebih spesifik dan berpihak kepada perlindungan anak, terutama dalam aspek pencegahan, pembinaan pelaku, dan rehabilitasi sosial.

Abstract

The gender role gap in the justice restoration process is an urgent issue that needs attention, especially in the framework of women's empowerment. Restorative justice centers on repairing relationships and restoring social balance after violations or injustices. However, in practice, especially in the Restorative Justice House of Wadah Babaikan, Rantau Badauh District, Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan, women often face significant obstacles that hinder their full participation in this process. These obstacles include the low knowledge of human resources about Restorative Justice/Mediation as an alternative to dispute resolution, which impacts women's confidence and institutions in increasing the role of women in resolving legal cases peacefully, so intervention is needed to improve competence. The method used in this activity is a workshop on mediation, law, and techniques in conflict reconciliation. This workshop had a significant impact on improving the competence of resolving legal issues in their respective villages in the administrative area, as seen in the results of the post-test that knowledge and understanding related to the resolution of legal problems through mediation increased and built the confidence and competence/ability of village women in Rantau Badauh District to behave and behave in involvement during the justice restoration process in their respective areas.

Abstract

Banjarmasin City, as the city center in South Kalimantan Province, faces a serious threat from fire risk. Its geographical and climatic conditions make it vulnerable to catastrophic fires, especially during the dry season. In an effort to overcome this challenge, the city government has taken strategic steps in the form of Banjarmasin City Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2008 concerning Fire Hazard Prevention and Control, and established the Fire and Rescue Service (Damkar) in 2022. This research uses socio-legal research methods that combine normative and sociological approaches. Qualitative analysis methods are used to explore deep insights into normative aspects related to fire disaster prevention and management. This interdisciplinary approach allows for a more holistic understanding of the issue, involving both legal and social aspects. Fire disasters not only threaten residential areas, but also vacant land. Therefore, fire prevention and suppression must be carried out effectively and efficiently. Protection against fire hazards includes the use of extinguishing equipment such as sprinklers, fire hydrants, and detectors, as well as building design planning that minimizes fire risk. However, more important are prevention efforts that include education, evacuation, and early handling when a fire occurs. The importance of legal protection for the community in dealing with fire risk is the main focus. This is reflected in the local regulations formed and the improvement efforts made. The role of Damkar in fire disaster management became central, and the meeting between the Regional Government and the Self-Help Fire Brigade Front (BPK) became a strategic step in coordinating these efforts. The revision of Banjarmasin City Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2008 and Banjarmasin Regional Regulation No. 23 of 2012 are concrete efforts in perfecting the legal framework governing fire disaster prevention and management. Thus, the city government strives to protect its people through effective and efficient measures, and encourages active participation from various parties in maintaining mutual safety and welfare
