<![CDATA[Halal Value Chains (HVC) have grown quite rapidly over the last five years. This is shown from the number of Indonesian halal food exports to global food exports ranging from 15 to 18% from 2015 to 2020. Thus, the halal label plays an important role in encouraging the increase in the value and transactions of HVC. (Lembaga Pengkajian Pangan Obat-obatan dan Kosmetika) LPPOM MUI, currently has provided (Online Halal Certification Service System) CEROL-SS23000, to speed up and make it easierfor producers to register their products so they can get halal certificates. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this study was to find out how the halal certification process carried out by LPPOM-MUI and the development of HVC survived the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the researcher's analysis, during the LPPOM MUI pandemic, three breakthroughs were made to simplify the halal certification process. First, making adjustments to the audit method known as Modified On Site Audit (MosA), secondly accelerating the halal certification audit process and thirdly extending the validity period of the halal certificate. Although the demand for halal certification has increased, HVC throughout 2020 decreased by a total of -1.72% but this is better than the national GDP level. The PRM (Muslim Friendly Tourism) sector and Muslim fashion were the worst sectors to experience contraction with a percentage decline of -12.53% and -9.87%, respectively. Meanwhile, halal food grew 1.58% and the halal agriculture sector grew 1.85%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the synergy between the government and the community in icreasing community economic empowerment through BUMDES in Talaga Jaya Distric, Gorontalo Regency. This study is a qualitative research. Result of this sudy found that: 1) Synergy between stakeholders has been established with the process of social interaction because of a sense of trust, ownership, effective communication, creativity and innovation so as to form collaboration by individuals, groups, or organizations at the level community and have a common interest so that there is a good relationship for improving the community’s economy, 2) Training and providing business capital are efforts made to improve community economic empowerment, 3) There are still obstacles in the management of BUMDES, namely institutional management which is still not going well such as the lack of managerial ability in managing business so that in carrying out the program it does not get results that can improve the walfare of the community government.]]>

<![CDATA[Development is one of the most important factors in increasing economic growth and one of the drivers of the rate of economic growth in an area is the existence of infrastructure development. Because infrastructure development is a mobility that can bring changes in the level of welfare of the population. This study aims to find out more about the influence of infrastructure development on the economic growth of North Gorontalo Regency in the 20142017 period. The research method used is a quantitative research method. To be able to make measurements, each phenomenon is translated into several problem components, variables and indicators. The type of data in this study is secondary data. The results show that the results of descriptive statistical analysis on the variables of economic growth, road infrastructure development, education infrastructure development, agricultural infrastructure development and health infrastructure development when compared to the average, the standard deviation is much smaller so that the data on the infrastructure can be justified by the value. average. <![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to answer how a system remuneration wich are applied in the bricks business center in Limboto District and then review it in terms of the Islamic perspective. The research data is obtained through some samples business owners and laborer who works in business center bricks be subject to this research. Technique data collection used is interview, observation and documentation then the data collected next analyzed by using analysis with a pattern think inductive namely describe or explained and assess data relating that deals with remuneration system as argument with reason and legal basis. The research found the fact that remuneration system wich are applied in sentra bricks in Limboto District is a system remuneration given in, while according to Islamic law that the system is not allowed, for in islam workers should pay their obligations then receive wages from then job.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab bagaimana sistem pengupahan yang diterapkan dalam sentra usaha batu bata di Kecamatan Limboto dan kemudian meninjaunya dari segi perspektif Islam.Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui beberapa sampel pemilik usaha dan buruh yang bekerja di sentra usaha batu bata yang menjadi subyek penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi kemudian data yang berhasil dikumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis dengan pola pikir induktif yaitu menggambarkan atau menjelaskan dan menilai data terkait yang berhubungan dengan sistem pengupahan sebagai argumentasi dengan alasan dan dasar hukum.Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan fakta bahwa sistem pengupahan yang diterapkan dalam sentra batu bata di Kecamatan Limboto adalah sistem pengupahan dibayarkan diawal pekerjaan, sementara menurut hukum Islam bahwa sistem ini tidak diperbolehkan, sebab dalam Islam pekerja seharusnya menunaikan kewajibannya barulah menerima upah dari pekerjaan tersebut.]]>

<![CDATA[Proses perputaran barang dagang pada Annora Shop Gorontalo Distribusi tidak terlepas dari proses persediaan barang proses penjualan dan proses berdasarkan hasil penelitian persediaan barang pada Annora shop Gorontalo didapat dari pihak distributor dengan cara dropship dari daerah jawa dan dipasarkan kembali ke pulau Sulawesi terutama di Gorontalo, palu, Manado, dan daerah lainnya. Untuk penjualan sendiri Annora shop menggunakan metode penjualan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Sedangkan proses distribusi Annora Shop memakai metode umum pedagang dalam hal ini Annora membeli barang yang dijual dari pedagang besar atau tangan ketiga setelah produsen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perputaran barang dagang pada Annora Shop Gorontalo apakah sudah sesuai dengan persfektif islam melihat, budaya kerja dan proses jual beli yang diterapkan mengarah pada hokum-hukum syariah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen-dokumen. Pendekatan ini sering disebut juga pendekatan investigasi karena peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan cara bertatap muka langsungdan beriteraksi dengan orang-orang di tempat penelitian. Dilihat dari persfektif ekonomi syariah proses perputaran barang persediaan pada Annora Shop Gorontalo sudah sesuai dengan hokum-hukum perdagangan dimana tidak monopoli barang dagangan sebagaimana Nabi S.A.W melarang umatnya memonopoli barang tertentu untuk menguasai harga barang.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to provide insight and knowledge about the role of the Pangi Village government in helping communities affected by the Covid 19 pandemic and knowing the distribution channels of Village Fund Cash Direct Aid (BLT-Dana Desa), as well as knowing the impact felt by the beneficiary community. The target of this activity is the people of Pangi Village, Suwawa Timur District, Bone Bolango Regency, which consists of 3 hamlets with a population of 780 people and the number of aid recipients as many as 84 families. The results of this study found that the Pangi Village government had carried out the stages in distributing aid to the community correctly and on target, even though it had not been able to meet all their needs, but the people of Pangi Village were greatly helped by the existence of BLT-Daba Desa, besides that, they were increasingly aware about the dangers of Covid-19 and knowing how to prevent it.]]>

<![CDATA[The goal of this study was to ascertain whether exports and imports had a positive or negative impact on a country's trade balance. The secondary data used in this analysis pertains to the total value of non-oil and gas-oil and gas imports and exports as well as the trade balance for the years 2017 through 2021. The Central Bureau of Statistics for 2017–2021 as well as the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia's official websites were studied and analyzed by the researcher as part of the data collecting procedure using library research methodologies. According to the study's findings, the trade balance declined by 65% in 2019; there was a deficit of 3,044.4 million US dollars, which is a difference of 5,654.1 million US dollars from the previous year. However, the overall value of exports increased by 41.9% in 2021 compared to 2020, generating a surplus in the trade balance of 35,332.5, up 63.4% from the value of the trade balance prior year. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study mainly aims, first, to find out the significant evidence of the effect of local revenue on capital expenditures in Central Sulawesi Province, Second, to understand the significant evidence of general allocation funds' effect on capital expenditures in Central Sulawesi Province, Third, to analyze the significant evidence of local revenue and general allocation funds simultaneously on capital expenditure in Central Sulawesi Province. The type of research used is quantitative data. Funds used in this research are secondary data provided by the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id) by making Central Sulawesi Province which consists of 13 districts and municipality into the area under study. The results showed partial hypothesis testing that, first, Local Own Income (X1) has no significant effect on Capital Expenditures (Y). Second, General Allocation Fund (X2) has no significant effect on Capital Expenditure (Y). Meanwhile, the simultaneous hypothesis testing results show that Local Own Revenue (X1) and General Allocation Fund (X2) have a significant effect on Capital Expenditure (Y). <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the level of education and training in building the entrepreneurial spirit of youth in Gorontalo Province. The research method uses quantitative methods through multiple linear regression analysis, with 350 samples of MSME in Gorontalo Province from 7 fields. The results showed that the R square was 0.315 or 31.5%.From these results, it can be concluded that the level of education and entrepreneurship training that has been taken by young people has a linear correlation with the entrepreneurial spirit they have.This shows that there is a weak relationship between education and training in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of youth in Gorontalo Province. This is because there are several factors outside the variables studied that can further foster an entrepreneurial spirit. for example environment and e-commerce.]]>

<![CDATA[The significant increase in the use of digital technology, especially through digital marketing strategies, has become a major catalyst in changing the global business landscape. This research aims to investigate how Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gorontalo City can utilize digital marketing to increase their competitiveness. By understanding the challenges and opportunities faced by MSMEs at the local level, this research uses scientific study methods with a qualitative metasynthesis approach. The research results show that the use of digital marketing has a positive impact on MSMEs in Gorontalo City. Online marketing strategies, such as promotions through social media and online buying and selling platforms, not only increase product sales but also expand product visibility and fame. Even though there are obstacles such as intense online competition and a lack of understanding of MSME players about digital marketing, outreach, training and mentoring activities have succeeded in increasing their understanding and skills.]]>
