Abstract

Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM), adalah seperangkat hak yang melekat pada hakikat dan keberadaan setiap manusia yang wajib dihormati, dijunjung tinggi, dan dilindungi oleh Negara, Hukum, Pemerintahan, dan setiap orang, demi kehormatan serta perlindungan harkat dan martabat manusia. Hak konstitusional warga negara yang meliputi hak asasi manusia dan hak warga negara yang dijamin dalam UUD 1945 berlaku bagi setiap warga negara Indonesia. Hak-hak tersebut diakui dan dijamin untuk setiap warga negara bagi laki-laki maupun perempuan. Pemberdayaan dan penjaminannya harus mendapatkan kesempatan yang sama untuk menetukan pilihan dengan menolak asusmsi mengenai infeoritas perempuan dan mengahapus perbedaan berdasarkan gender yang diakui dalam hukum, maka perempuan sendiri menyadari pentingnya mengangkat isu hak perempuan sebagai salah satu jenis hak asasi manusia yang harus dapat diakui dan dijamin perlindungannya.------------------------Human Rights, is aset of rights inherent in the nature and existence of every human beings which must be respected, and protected by the state, law, government, and every person, for the respect and protection of human dignity. Constitutional rights of citizens which include human rights and citizens rights are guaranteed by the1945 Constitution which bound to every citizen of Indonesia. These rights are recognized and guaranteed to every citizen for men and women. The empowerment and quarantee should have the same opportunity to determine the option by rejecting any inferior asumsption and  erasing differences based on gender is legalized by law. Therefore, women themselves recognize the importance of raising the issue of women rights as one of the types of human rights that must be recognized and guaranteed.

Abstract

Post the first amendment of Religious Courts Bill that provides wider authority toward Religious Courts in investigate and decide Islamic economics disputes has responses, whether support or pessimistic, especially among Religious Court judges themselves. This paper examines the Gorontalo Religious Courts judges response about their authority in resolve Shariah economy disputes. This paper is a qualitative descriptive research and the data was collected using observation, interviews and document reviews. The finding of this study revealed that the Gorontalo Religious Courts judges response well to trust laws in handling disputes Shariah economy. In other words, in principle, they are ready to handle disputes Islamic economics. Readiness, such as: the handling disputes Shariah economy is Religious Courts judges authorities and it is a professional responsibility as a judge; Religious Courts formed a special judge to handle falling out or cases of Shariah economy, and Religious Courts judges provides knowledge of Shariah economy without trainings or workshops. -----Pasca amandemen pertama undang-undang Peradilan Agama yang memberikan perluasan kewenangan penyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syari’ah telah memberikan berbagai tanggapan dari berbagai kalangan, khususnya hakim-hakim Pengadilan Agama. Tulisan ini mengkaji respon para hakim di Pengadilan Agama Gorontalo terhadap kewenangan tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hakim Pengadilan Agama Gorontalo merespon baik terhadap amanah undang-undang dalam menangani sengketa perekonomian syari’ah. Dengan kata lain pada prinsipnya mereka telah siap menangani sengketa ekonomi syariah. Kesiapan itu antara lain: penanganan sengketa ekonomi syariah adalah sebuah tanggung jawab profesi sebagai hakim; Pengadilan Agama membentuk majelis hakim khusus menangani sengketa atau perkara ekonomi syari’ah, dan hakim-hakim Pengadilan Agama dibekali dengan pengetahuan tentang perekonomian syari’ah melalui pelatihan-pelatihan.

Abstract

Abstract This study analyzes women's leadership in order to find out how women's leadership in the world of entrepreneurship. The results showed that women always prioritized interpersonal relations, communication, workers' motivation, task-oriented, and more oriented to comparison with men who were more concerned with aspects of strategic design and analysis. A leader today is not only from men, but women are also able to become leaders. In contrast to ancient times, now women are not just homemakers and no longer dominate under men. The concept of gender equality can be accepted by society: women and men as equals.

Abstract

Human Rights, is aset of rights inherent in the nature and existence of every human beings which must be respected, and protected by the state, law, government, and every person, for the respect and protection of human dignity. Constitutional rights of citizens which include human rights and citizens' rights are guaranteed by the1945 Constitution which bound to every citizen of Indonesia. These rights are recognized and guaranteed to every citizen for men and women. Abstract
