<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen di restoran Joglo Ijo Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menjelaskan peran pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen di restoran Joglo Ijo, Kota Gorontalo dengan menggunakan lima aspek kualitas layanan: Berwujud, keandalan, responsif, jaminan dan empati. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti kepada konsumen Joglo Ijo Restaurant City of Gorontalo dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan yang diberikan oleh karyawan Joglo Ijo Restaurant secara keseluruhan baik. Dari jawaban informan dapat mengetahui kualitas layanan dengan dimensi kelima memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.]]>

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan berdasarkan kajian teoritis dari penulusuran jurnal-jurnal penelitian, buku, dan makalah lainnya. <![CDATA[The local government is the executive that is entrust with the management of regional finances, which financial management must be transparent, easy to understand by the community, can be accept by the community as executor or manager and must be undergone an audit. In the accordance of these issues, we need a supervision that is carry out both external and internal supervision. A supervisor should be an institution or person from an organizational unit other than the audited organizational unit, while internal supervision is carry out by an institution or a person within the audited organizational unit carries out external supervision. Supervision is an activity to obtain certainty whether the implementation of work or activities has been carry out in accordance with the original plan. Monitoring activities are comparing existing conditions with what should have happened. The supervision of the inspectorate of Gorontalo City has the function of reviewing the financial reports of local governments as well as to help agencies to carry out their duties better. In order for this supervision to run smoothly in accordance with the stated objectives, it is necessary to have the role of technical and functional institutions related to supervisory duties both in the region and at the central effectively. If irregularities or obstacles are found, it is hoped that they can be controlled immediately, and corrective action can be taken immediately. Through this corrective action, it is hoped that the implementation of the activities concerned can still achieve its objectives maximally to improve the work unit's performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is a factor that shows the economic condition of a region in a certain period, either on the basis of current prices or on the basis of constant prices. Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) at current prices shows the added value of goods and services calculated using prices per current year, while Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at constant prices shows the added value of goods and services calculated using prices valid for one year as the base year. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) on poverty levels in Bone Bolango Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The type of data used is secondary data originating from the publication of the Central Statistics Agency with time series data for the last 10 years, namely from 2010 - 2019. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. The data is processed using SPSS. The results of the study note that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) has no effect on the poverty level in Bone Bolango Regency]]>

This institution is an extension of the local government of Bolango Bone, this is the program for the welfare of society with the help of venture capital, either as fishermen, farmers as well as a small merchant, the results of this study found that the role of the village financial institutions can contribute to improve the welfare of society . <![CDATA[Abstact This study aims to assess the marketing strategy consisting of product quality and price factors on customer loyalty in the Boutique Clothing Annisa Gorontalo City, with a total sample of 100 respondents. This type of research used in this research is the kind of research with quantitative approach. The method used is the method of observation using a questionnaire. This study uses multiple regression analysis on primary data found that product quality factor positive effect on customer loyalty and positive berpengruh price to customer loyalty. The results of simultaneous hypothesis test (test F) of two independent variables with f count of 24.022 are located in the area reject H0. This means that at the same time a lot of quality products and price factor has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty boutique Anisa Gorontalo. The coefficient of determination of two independent variables obtained yield was 0.561. This means that the ability of a lot of quality products and price factors in explaining the loyalty of 56.1% remaining 43.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study]]>

<![CDATA[In this research, writer to use quantitative method that is research wish to explain influence relationship and difference between variable X1 (Zakat Earning), X2 (interest of entrepreneurship) and variable Y (People Income) at baznas in Gorontalo city. The population in this research is 250 benefic of productive zakat and the samples are 71 samples. Method of sampling by random sampling. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Zakat productive and entrepreneurial interests simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on increasing the income of poor people in Baznas KotaGorontalo. It is obtained from the test result f that is fcount of 17,597 with significant level 0.000 and ftabel = 3,13 with significant level 0,05, and also R Square value equal to 0,341 or 34,1%. In this case means that productive and entrepreneurial zakat affect the increase in income of the poor by 34.1%, while the rest of 65.9% influenced by other variables not examined in this study]]>

<![CDATA[Halal Value Chains (HVC) have grown quite rapidly over the last five years. This is shown from the number of Indonesian halal food exports to global food exports ranging from 15 to 18% from 2015 to 2020. Thus, the halal label plays an important role in encouraging the increase in the value and transactions of HVC. (Lembaga Pengkajian Pangan Obat-obatan dan Kosmetika) LPPOM MUI, currently has provided (Online Halal Certification Service System) CEROL-SS23000, to speed up and make it easierfor producers to register their products so they can get halal certificates. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The purpose of this study was to find out how the halal certification process carried out by LPPOM-MUI and the development of HVC survived the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the researcher's analysis, during the LPPOM MUI pandemic, three breakthroughs were made to simplify the halal certification process. First, making adjustments to the audit method known as Modified On Site Audit (MosA), secondly accelerating the halal certification audit process and thirdly extending the validity period of the halal certificate. Although the demand for halal certification has increased, HVC throughout 2020 decreased by a total of -1.72% but this is better than the national GDP level. The PRM (Muslim Friendly Tourism) sector and Muslim fashion were the worst sectors to experience contraction with a percentage decline of -12.53% and -9.87%, respectively. Meanwhile, halal food grew 1.58% and the halal agriculture sector grew 1.85%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the synergy between the government and the community in icreasing community economic empowerment through BUMDES in Talaga Jaya Distric, Gorontalo Regency. This study is a qualitative research. Result of this sudy found that: 1) Synergy between stakeholders has been established with the process of social interaction because of a sense of trust, ownership, effective communication, creativity and innovation so as to form collaboration by individuals, groups, or organizations at the level community and have a common interest so that there is a good relationship for improving the community’s economy, 2) Training and providing business capital are efforts made to improve community economic empowerment, 3) There are still obstacles in the management of BUMDES, namely institutional management which is still not going well such as the lack of managerial ability in managing business so that in carrying out the program it does not get results that can improve the walfare of the community government.]]>
