Abstract

This study aims at finding a synergetic partnership model between vocational high schools (SMK) with stakeholders for the educational implementation of SMK in developing their graduate entrepreneurship. The study employed Research and Development as research method. The first-year results of the study are as follows: (1) a synergetic and sustainable partnership between SMK and stakeholders in developing the graduate entrepreneurship is very essential mainly in the aspects of curriculum development, implementation of learning strategies, utilization of human resources, evaluation, and distribution of graduates; (2) the existing partnership between SMK and stakeholders has not specifically developed graduate entrepreneurship, but more in the form of implementation of industrial working practices (prakerin) which includes learning activities, utilization of human resources, and evaluation of learning; (3) partnership between SMK and stakeholders is very necessary, starting from the planning and development of the curriculum.

Abstract

The classic factor determining the performance of a micro business from the financial side is the working capital management but some of these efforts often fail because of entrepreneurial commitment issues. The existence of such phenomena has pushed further to reveal the role of entrepreneurial commitment in increasing the role of working capital management on business performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of working capital management on student start-up performance that is moderated by entrepreneurial commitment. This research was a quantitative research. The sample in this study was 169 student start-up businesses throughout the Province of Central Java. Analysis of the data in this study used moderate regression analysis (MRA). Through the Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) the results of this study indicated that entrepreneurial commitment moderated the effect of working capital management on the sustainability of start-up, while working capital had no effect on business performance. The implication of this research was the development of risk and return theory by making entrepreneurial commitment as a reinforcement of the effect of working capital management on business performance.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menerapkan Iptek pada mitra industri kecil yang memproduksi terasi yang beralamat di Tambak Rejo, Kelurahan Tanjung Mas, Kota Semarang. Permasalahan mitra dapat dikelompokkan menjadi dua aspek, yaitu aspek produksi dan manajemen. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, dilakukan kegiatan dengan berbagai metode pelaksanaan, seperti ceramah, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan yang termasuk aspek produksi antara lain adalah: Satu unit mesin penggiling terasi daya 16 PK, kapasitas produksi 200 kg/jam; Rak penjemuran yang lebih higienis yang terbuat dari papan kayu ukuran pjg x lbr x tg = 100 x 50 x 10 cm sebanyak 40 buah; Alat cetakan dari bahan yang higienis dan produktivitasnya lebih tinggi; dan Tata letak mesin/peralatan pada mitra lebih baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Hasil kegiatan yang termasuk aspek manajemen antara lain: Pembukuan usaha/keuangan yang lebih baik; Adanya promosi produk lewat media cetak/leaflet, dan mengikuti pameran produk yang diselenggarakan dinas/instansi terkait; Desain kemasan terasi yang lebih menarik; dan mendapatkan izin P-IRT yang dapat dicantumkan dalam kemasan.

Abstract

IbM activities carried out in Sampangan Pasar Baru, Jalan Raya village Bendan Menoreh Duwur, District Gajahmungkur Semarang. The purpose of these service activities, namely: 1) train KSM Pasar Baru Sampangan process organic waste into organic fertilizer ready for sale. 2) help the government tackle the waste problem by creating a model of market-based processing of organic waste. 3) educate the traders of vegetables in order to dispose of waste in place and sort out organic and non-organic. There are two groups who are partners, namely: the first group of traders, especially traders vegetables every day produces organic and non-organic waste amounts to approximately 75 merchants. The second group of organic waste processing. IbM devotion steps that have been made are as follows: socialization and coordination of relevant parties, the manufacture of home composting, procurement of equipment and materials, training composting, educating the traders to dispose of waste in place, processing of organic waste regularly. Results obtained: 1) KSM Market Sampangan New’ve processing organic waste market becomes compost and is already on sale, 2) Produced SDM many as three people from KSM Market Sampangan New that can process organic waste market into compost, 3) Traders vegetables approximately 75% were taking out the trash in place, although not entirely sorted garbage sorting.

Abstract

Product or service Wira New Business (WUB) generated the students have the advantage of science and technology. Independent entrepreneurs from universities that produce the products / services can be developed through the science and technology-based business consulting to experts, research and laboratories on campus. Readiness is integrated and holistic childbirth entrepreneurs from universities, superior, has a broader and more adaptative insight. Student Entrepreneurial Program (PMW) which provide more opportunities, where students who tried because of limited funds got very soft loan (without interest). Useful for students to practice managing capital / funding from outside to study the production, trade, repay, and so on.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi anggota merupakan unsur yang utama guna menunjang keberhasilan Koperasi dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan Sisa Hasil Usaha. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan berkualitas juga penting karena dapat menarik simpati pelanggan dan juga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan yang dalam hal ini adalah para anggotanya. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Koperasi Serba Usaha di Kecamatan Gringsing masih rendah atau belum baik, sehingga membuat para anggota atau nasabah berpikir dua kali untuk menanam modal di Koperasi tersebut, dengan kualitas pelayanan yang masih rendah partisipasi anggota yang sedikit maka mengakibatkan perolehan Sisa Hasil Usaha setiap tahunnya menurun. Populasi anggota dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 345 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan area propotional random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi anggota secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap perolehan Sisa Hasil Usaha. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap perolehan SHU (14,2%). Partisipasi Anggota berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Perolehan SHU (13,6%). Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap Perolehan SHU anggota (13,9%) melalui partisipasi anggota. Kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi anggota berpengaruh terhadap perolehan Sisa Hasil Usaha KSU di Kecamatan Gringsing Kabupaten Batang. Pengurus KSU diharapkan lebih banyak menanggapi saran-saran dari anggota di RAT untuk kemajuan KSU kedepannya. Pengurus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya kepada anggota terutama pada unit usaha simpan pinjam agar para anggota tidak pindah ke pesaing lain dengan cara mempercepat proses pencairan dana pinjaman anggota. Jika kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan baik oleh para pengurus maka akan berpengaruh juga terhadap partisipasi yang baik, sehingga akan meningkatkan perolehan Sisa Hasil Usaha. Service quality and members participation were a major element to support the success of cooperation and increase the growth of Business Outcome Rest. Good service quality and quality was also important because it could attract sympathy of customers and also could increase customers satisfaction which in this case was its members. The problems that would be discussed in the research was service quality that given by Multibusiness Cooperation in Gringsing District was low or unwell, so it made members or customers thought twice to invest in the cooperation, with service quality was still low and members participation was little, so it resulted in acquisition of annual business outcome rest was down. The members population of the study was 345 people. The sample in this study was 78 respondents. The method of data collection used questionnaires method. The technique of taking sample used area proportional random sampling. The method of data analysis used in this research was percentage descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that service quality and members participation were significantly influential towards the acquisition of Business Outcome Rest. Service quality was directly influential towards the acquisition of SHU (14.2%). Member participation was directly influential towards the acquisition of SHU (13.6%). Service Quality was indirectly influential towards the acquisition of members SHU (13, 9%) through members participation. Service quality and members participation were influential towards the acquisition of Business Outcome Rest KSU in Gringsing District Batang Regency. KSU administrator was expected more receiving the messages from members at RAT for the growth of future KSU. The administrator increased his/her service quality towards members especially for business unit of saving and loan so that members did no move to other competitor by accelerating the proses of fund disbursement of members loan. If service quality that given was good by administrators, so it was also influential towards good participation, so would increase the acquisition of Business Outcome Rest.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektifitas penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI berbantuan modul pembelajaran dibandingkan dengan metode ceramah bervariasi terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Bergas Kabupaten Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi eksperimental design postest only control group design. Fokus yang diteliti adalah hasil belajar dari segi proses (afektif dan psikomotor) maupun hasil berupa pemahaman siswa (kognitif). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dokumentasi, observasi dan tes sebagai dan dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif persentase, dan uji statistik. Keaftifan siswa kelas eksperimen secara keseluruhan lebih aktif (77,78%) di bandingkan kelas kontrol (70,14%). Pada aspek kemahiran kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen sama-sama naik 12,5%, namun dari aspek kesiapan kelas eksperimen naik lebih unggul (25%) dibanding kelas kontrol(12,5%). Rata-rata nilai hasil post test kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi (81) dibandingkan kelas kontrol (73). Penerapan metode TAI berbantuan modul lebih efektif dibandingkan metode ceramah bervariasi terlihat dari pencapain ketuntasan nilai KKM sebesar 78,79% siswa tuntas. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI berbantuan modul efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa baik dari segi proses maupun hasil dibandingkan dengan metode ceramah bervariasi (ceramah, tanya jawab dan penugasan). Guru disarankan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI berbantuan modul pembelajaran pada pokok bahasan penyusunan laporan keuangan perusahaan jasa karena telah terbukti efektif, siswa disarankan belajar mandiri menggunakan modul terlebih dahulu sebelum pembelajaran klasikal.  The aim of this study  are compare effectiveness between implementation TAI collaboration with learning module and implementation conventional learning method at economic lesson achievement of XI IPS, SMA Negeri 1 Bergas 2011/2012 period’s students. This research used Quasi experimental design pos test only control group design with documentation, observation and test collecting data technique. Based on the homogeneity, experimental class and control class was decided. Focus of this research are both, process (afektif and psychomotor) and test result (cognitive). Tabulation of data used descriptive percentage technique and statistic analysis by SPSS 16 version. Experimental class’s student more active (77,78%) than control class’s (70,14%). Mean post test results of experimental class are higher (81) than control class (73). There are dissimilarity of classes mean, has shown by independent t test (thitung=2,291>ttabel=1,994), TAI method more effective than conventional method seen from 78,79% experimental class student pass over minimum student achievement rate are higher than control class (71,05%). The conclusion are TAI method collaboration with learning module are more effective to increase student achievement than conventional learning method for financial report arrangement material. Economic-accounting teacher advised to use TAI method collaboration with learning module. Student advised to practice individual learning before classical lesson.

Abstract

SMK merupakan pendidikan menengah kejuruan yang bertujuan mempersiapkan peserta didik yang handal dan profesional untuk bekerja dalam bidang tertentu. Lulusan SMK N 1 Salatiga tahun 2012/2013 sebanyak 68 (64,76%) melanjutkan ke Perguruan Tinggi. Hal ini bisa jadi dikarenakan siswa belum memiliki kesiapan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh praktik kerja industri (prakerin), penguasaan mata diklat produktif akuntansi dan minat kerja siswa terhadap kesiapan menghadapi dunia kerja siswa SMK program keahlian akuntansi di SMK N 1 Salatiga tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Populasi penelitian ini 109 siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian akuntansi. Sampel 86 siswa yang diambil dengan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan sampel tiap kelas menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara simultan (41,40%). Secara parsial praktik kerja industri berpengaruh (4,88%), penguasaan mata diklat produktif akuntansi berpengaruh (8,70) dan minat kerja siswa berpengaruh (14,82%) terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa.  SMK is a vocational education school which aimed to prepare reliable and professional students to work in a particular field. There were 68 students (64,76%) who graduated in the academic year 2012/2013 went to the college. It could be affected by their work readiness. This study is aimed to determine the effect of internship, mastery of productive accounting training and students’ work interest toward students’ work readiness in facing corporate world of accounting program students of SMK N 1 Salatiga in the academic year of 2013/2014. The population of the study 109 was grade XII Accounting students. By applying the proporsional random sampling, the samples og 86 students were taken by using Slovin’s formula. The methods used in data collection were documentation and questionnaire. The descriptive analysis technique and multiple linier regressions used as the data analysis method. The result of this study showed the simultaneous effect of (41.40%). Partially, (4.88%) of internship, (8.70%) of productive accounting training mastery, and (14.82%) of students work interest affected the students work readiness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh kondisi kesehatan, motivasi belajar, perhatian dalam belajar, kesiapan belajar, peran orang tua, kondisi ekonomi keluarga, metode mengajar guru, cara belajar siswa, dan teman bergaul terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 2 Semarang tahun ajaran 2013/2014 secara parsial serta untuk mengetahui faktor yang memiliki pengaruh paling tinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 2 Semarang tahun ajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 107 siswa, yang semuanya dijadikan unit analisis. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis faktor konfirmatori dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan seluruh faktor dalam penelitian berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa, sedangkan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa adalah motivasi belajar (10,89%), dan cara belajar siswa (10,95%).This research aims to determine influence of healthiness, learning motivation, learning concern, readiness in learning, role of parent, family economic, teacher’s learning methods, student’s learning style, and associate friends on accounting learning outcome among Students Grade XI Accounting Skills Competence of SMK Negeri 2 Semarang School year 2013/2014 partially and to figure out the most influential factor. The population of this research is all students of class XI Accounting Skill Competence of SMK Negeri 2 Semarang school year 2013/2014 as many as 107 students, all of which are used as the unit of analysis. Data collection methods using documentation and questionnaires. Method of data analysis is descriptive percentile, confirmatory factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that all factors on this research have influence for students accounting learning outcomes, while the most influential factor on accounting learning outcome among Students was learning motivation (10,89%), and student’s learning style (10,95%).

Abstract

Dokumentasi yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa lulusan SMA N 7 yang masuk perguruan tinggi pendidikan ekonomi pada tahun 2012 hanya 1,48%, sedangkan tahun berikutnya hanya 1,64%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa minat siswa melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi jurusan pendidikan ekonomi masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh motivasi belajar, prestasi belajar, dan kondisi ekonomi keluarga terhadap minat siswa melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Ngaliyan, Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Ngaliyan, Semarang berjumlah 306 siswa, dengan rumus Slovin didapat sampel 174 siswa dan menggunakan Proportional Random Sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan regeresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ada pengaruh motivasi belajar (46,38%), kondisi ekonomi keluarga (3,42%), dan tidak ada pengaruh prestasi belajar terhadap minat siswa melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Ngaliyan, Semarang. Sedangkan secara simultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh (49,2%).Documentation obtained show that high school 7 graduates entering economic education college in 2012 only 1.48%, whereas only 1.64% next year. It shows that the interest of the students continue their education to college majoring in economics education remains low. This study aims to determine whether there is influence learning motivation, academic achievement, and family economic conditions of the interest of the students continue their education to college class XI IPS in SMA throughout Ngaliyan subdistrict, Semarang either simultaneously or partially. Population class XI IPS in SMA Ngaliyan District, Semarang totaling 306 students, with 174 samples obtained Slovin formula students and using proportional random sampling. Analysis of the data used is the percentage descriptive analysis and multiple linear regeresi. Existing research results influence learning motivation (46.38%), family economic conditions (3.42%), and there was no effect on learning achievement against interest of students continue their education to college class XI IPS in SMA Ngaliyan District, Semarang. While simultaneously all independent variables influence (49,2%).ÂÂ
