Abstract

ndonesia adalah negara yang bermasyarakat religius dan majemuk, sehingga agama menjadi salah satu faktor penunjang kehidupan terutama dalam kehidupan spiritual. Kementrian Agama RI mengeluarkan program “Moderasi Beragama” sebagai program prioritas yang diimplementasikan dalam program kerja di setiap Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan (PTK), sehingga dalam program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Nusantara pun mengangkat tema mengenai Moderasi Beragama. Penggunaan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan ABCD (Asset Based Comunnity Development) memberikan informasi akan potensi keberagaman yang ada di Desa Maen yang sebetulnya sudah mencerminkan kehidupan yang moderat dengan dilakukannya beberapa indikator moderasi beragama yaitu toleransi dan penghormatan terhadap tradisi. Pertama, dirayakannya setiap tahun adat Tulude bersama pemerintah desa dan seluruh masyarakat. Kedua, ketika waktu-waktu ibadah di masjid, indomaret yang berhadapan dengan masjid akan ditutup sebentar untuk menghormati mereka yang sedang beribadah dan akan dibuka kembali setelah selesai waktu ibadah. Walaupun demikian, pemahaman mengenai persoalan moderasi beragama belum terlalu dikenali oleh masyarakat luas, sehingga tim PKM melaksanakan Bincang Asik sebagai Forum Diskusi bertema Moderasi Beragama yang bertajuk “Kenapa Harus Moderat?”. Program tersebut sebagai upaya untuk memberikan pengetahuan baru kepada masyarakat dan terlebih masyarakat dapat mempelopori moderasi beragama dengan tujuan memperkokoh kehidupan beragama dalam bermasyarakat di Desa Maen. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran PAK, hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran PAK, dan upaya dalam menerapkan pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran PAK di SMA Negeri 7 Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta melalui literatur buku, jurnal, foto, dan lain-lain. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga langkah, yakni kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta kesimpulan dan verfikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Media pembelajaran digunakan oleh guru PAK sebagai alat bantu untuk menyampaikan materi ajar kepada siswa agar mereka dapat menerima dan memahami pesan dengan mudah dan jelas. Adapun media pembelajaran PAK yang digunakan di SMA Negeri 7 Manado, di antaranya meliputi: media pembelajaran cetak, seperti buku, koran, dan majalah; media pembelajaran visual, seperti gambar, foto, powerpoint; media pembelajaran audio visual, seperti laptop, proyektor LCD, speaker, dan alat pemutar film; serta media pembelajaran internet. 2) Hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi ketika memanfaatkan media pembelajaran PAK, yakni keterbatasan fasilitas seperti laptop, serta proyektor LCD dan alat pendukungnya (kabel dan speaker). Hal tersebut dikarenakan fasilitas (proyektor LCD) yang ada di sekolah masih kurang, dan juga untuk menggunakannya harus secara bergantian. Selain itu, pembelajaran juga terhambat karena pemadaman listrik yang sering terjadi di lingkungan sekolah yang membuat penyampaian bahan ajar melalui media dan teknologi seperti LCD menjadi terhambat; 3) Upaya dalam menerapkan media pembelajaran PAK dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas tergantung pada masing-masing guru yang melakukan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran. Selain itu guru juga membuat media pembelajaran yang menarik serta menggunakan media pembelajaran yang cocok dan sesuai untuk digunakan di dalam kelas agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain a clear and detailed description of: Planning and implementation of academic supervision by PAK supervisors for Christian Religion teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Ranoyapo. Associated with obtaining information and a clear and systematic picture in using a qualitative approach where as a researcher tries to photograph, describe and interpret every phenomenon of the object under study in accordance with the objective situation and conditions. The results showed that planning for academic supervision by PAK supervisors for Christian religious teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Ranoyapo was generally carried out because it had become the main task, function and responsibility of the supervisor; based on the program from the ministry of religion which is embodied in the supervisory program and follows the academic calendar of the education unit; Implementation of academic supervision by PAK supervisors on Christian Religious Education teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Ranoyapo, in its implementation there are differences between sites: a) Site 1, held twice every semester; b) Site 2, held in each semester only once; 3) Site 3, practically it is not done at school, but during MGMP.

Abstract

This paper analyzes hospitality-based ecotheology in the framework of soil theology in a Covid-19 pandemic situation.The goal is for Christians to realize through biblical texts that humans are the image of God (Imago Dei) which contains the responsibility to embody God's character in the process of hospitality to nature.This research uses descriptive method and argumentative comparison using literature study.In the end, the author proves that with hospitality Christians can treat nature as a friend by building a triangular relationship between humans and God, humans and fellow humans and humans and nature as a form of love, and is supported by the success of ecotheology so far. the Covid-19 pandemic. This action starts from oneself, the church, and society with a responsible attitude, protecting, caring for and living in harmony with nature.

Abstract

Distance learning at state Christian higher education institutions is something new. Therefore, this research aims to determine the appropriate strategy for implementing distance learning at Manado State Christian Institute. This research method uses a mixed method design, mixed method research that combines qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods in one study and is carried out from April to June 2023. The method used by the respondents was the purposive sampling method. Respondents were selected from internal and external stakeholders, consisting of information technology and database unit staff, lecturers and students, and experts in the field of implementing distance learning. The instruments are the researchers themselves, interview guidelines, and questionnaires. Data analysis in the study uses SWOT and QSPM analysis methods. The results showed that based on the results of the IE analysis, the Manado State Christian Institute's position is in Quadrant II Growth Strategy (concentration through horizontal integration) with coordinate values (2.84, 3.39), which means that Manado State Christian Institute can improve its performance with internal and external resources. While the results of the QSPM analysis show that the three priority strategies for implementing distance learning are 1) Conducting benchmarking studies for the distance learning team with accredited excellence universities that offer distance education, 2) Strengthening the authority and responsibilities of distance education managers, and 3) Enhancing digital/cyber-based governance. This strategy is a priority strategy that will be implemented.

Abstract

On July 5, 2024, Pandu Digital North Sulawesi and Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (IAKN) Manado held a digital literacy webinar on digital transformation in education. The event, which was attended by 250 participants both in person and online, became an important platform to explore the role of technology in improving the quality of education, especially at IAKN Manado. In addition, the topics of digital safety and digital media proficiency were also a major focus of discussion. The webinar emphasized that digital transformation in education involves not only the use of technology, but also the wise and safe utilization of technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of a specially designed Teaching Module for Sunday School Pre-Teen Class (Age 10 to 12) at the First Baptist Church in Mogoyunggung. Using a quantitative research methodology, a Pre-Test and Post-Test were performed to several Sunday School teachers as the primary users of the Teaching Module. The result of the Pre-Test that was conducted before the Teaching Module was given, showing an average score of 60,0 points. Then the Teaching Modules were given to the teachers, and the Post-Test was performed, and the average score round up to be 81,3 points. After collecting the data from the Pre-Test and Post-Test and calculating the average score, a T-Test using SPSS statistic software was conducted to statistically measure and evaluate the impact of the Teaching Module. The T-Test result indicated that a significant improvement in the teachers’ comprehension and knowledge, with a T-value of -8.000 and significance level of 0.008, which is below the 5% threshold (α = 0.05). These findings affirm that the Teaching Module significantly enhances the teachers’ pedagogical competencies and instructional effectiveness.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Christian leadership strategies and financial management on the effectiveness of church ministry in GMIM Tomohon Tiga Region. Utilizing a quantitative associative approach with a survey method, the study analyzed data from church leaders and members across multiple congregations. Findings revealed that Christian leadership strategy has a significant positive effect on ministry effectiveness (p < 0.05), as does financial management. Simultaneously, both factors strongly predict ministry effectiveness, with R² = 0.979, indicating that 97.9% of variations in ministry effectiveness are explained by these variables. These results suggest that strengthening spiritual leadership and implementing professional financial management practices are crucial for enhancing the quality and impact of church ministry. Keywords: Christian leadership strategy, financial management, ministry effectiveness.

Abstract

Holistic healing is a healing method that takes into account different aspects such as spiritual, social, in addition to medical and psychological aspects. Pastoral counseling helps the healing process holistically, more specifically the spiritual aspect of the human being. Liun Kendage Tahuna Regional Hospital has not realized how important holistic healing is for patients with pastoral counseling strategies. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative that seeks to describe a social phenomenon, where the data collected is first described, then analyzed and formulated. The purpose of this study is to show how important the role of pastoral counseling for patients is in realizing holistic healing from the perspective of GMIST.

Abstract

The management of lecturers’ research at the State Christian Institute of Manado (IAKN Manado) was previously conducted manually, resulting in administrative delays and difficulties in monitoring. Furthermore, the existing system lacked integration and did not support real-time collaboration among lecturers, administrators, and reviewers. This study aims to develop a Lecturer Research Management Information System application designed to simplify, accelerate, and improve the accuracy of research management, while integrating the values of High Touch and High Tech in its implementation. The development method employed was Extreme Programming (XP), comprising the stages of planning, design, coding, and testing. The resulting application features proposal uploads, document validation, automated notifications, progress monitoring, and real-time report generation. The integration of High Touch and High Tech values ensures that the system is not only technologically functional but also promotes relationships, academic ethics, and Christian values. Testing results indicate that the application meets user requirements and is ready for implementation at IAKN Manado. Future development recommendations include integration with national publication databases (SINTA and Garuda), mobile application development, enhanced data security through layered encryption and two-factor authentication, as well as user training to maximize system utilization.
