Abstract

Nurses who care for patients with infectious diseases have a high risk of exposure to contagion which causes high levels of stress and tension in nurses. Management has made efforts to pay attention to the quality of life of nurses in infectious disease installations, but nurses are still found to experience Burnout Syndrome due to high workloads, less efficient organizational systems regarding schedules and teams in shifts, and an unsupportive work environment. This research aims to analyze the factors of individual, organizational, and work environment efforts toward Burnout Syndrome in infectious disease installations. Method: This research used a cross-section design with a sample of 1406 nurses at RSUD Dr. Soetomo. This research used a purposive sampling technique, namely infectious disease installation nurses with the criteria of being an executive nurse and not being on leave. Data collection using a questionnaire includes independent variables in the form of individual effort, organization and work environment as well as the dependent variable in the form of Burnout Syndrome with validity and reliability tests in the form of a person correlation value of <0.5 and a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.729 >0.6. Data were analyzed using logistic regression with a p-value ≤ 0.05. Results: The research results show that individual effort (0.018), organizational effort (0.032), and work environment effort (0.006) have a significant relationship with nurse burnout syndrome. Conclusion: Good individual, organizational, and environmental efforts have an impact on preventing burnout in nurses. This makes infectious disease nurses, even with a high workload and risk of exposure, have low Burnout Syndrome because they have good coping, a supportive organizational atmosphere, and a comfortable physical environment.

Abstract

Stroke is a disease of the blood vessels of the brain that can occur due to blockage or rupture of blood vessels in the brain, causing cell death. Stroke requires comprehensive care so that the family plays an important role in helping the patient recover after the acute phase has passed. Therefore, providing optimal discharge planning by health workers greatly helps patients and families in providing care at home. Objective to analyze the factors of knowledge, facilities and infrastructure and work stress on nurses' compliance in providing discharge planning. This study used a cross-section design with a sample of 80 nurses. Data collection using a questionnaire included independent variables in the form of knowledge, facilities and infrastructure and work stress and dependent variables in the form of nurse compliance. This questionnaire has been previously tested by researchers to 30 respondents. Data were analyzed using logistic regression with a p value ≤ 0.05. The results showed that there was an influence between knowledge (0.004), facilities and infrastructure (0.015), and work stress (0.017) on nurse compliance in implementing discharge planning in stroke patients. The factors of knowledge, facilities and infrastructure and work stress have a significant influence on nurse compliance in implementing discharge planning in stroke patients. Therefore, nursing managers should facilitate the provision of health education regarding discharge planning to nurses and routinely carry out nursing supervision to increase nurse compliance.

Abstract

Abstract : Activity Based Costing (ABC) is a cost model that identifies activities in an organization and provide the cost of each activity resource to all the activities and services according to the actual consumption by each: the determination of indirect costs (overhead) and direct costs. In this way the company can establish the true cost of the individual products and services for the purpose of identifying and eliminating activities that do not benefit from lower prices and unfavorable activity and lower the price of activities that are too expensive. In a company, Activity Based Costing (ABC) provides enterprise resource costs through activities during construction projects and services provided to customers. It is commonly used as a tool to understand the activity and customer cost and profitability. Thus, Activity Based Costing (ABC) has been used to support strategic decisions primarily on price, the identification and measurement of the activity improvement initiatives during the project development activities. Abstract

Abstract

The conceptual and operational problems in the Makki–Madani classification, which has often been used as a periodization label but has yet to function optimally as a tool for tafs?r analysis. The main issue lies in the overlapping criteria of time, place, and audience, as well as weak weighing procedures when narrations differ or verses are of mixed nature. This research employs qualitative library research with content analysis and internal-external criticism of classical Ulum al-Qur’an literature and contemporary studies, then formulates a reconstruction model based on hierarchical criteria and cross-examination of linguistic-thematic indicators and social context. The findings show that rearranging the hierarchy (with time as the axis, and place and audience as reinforcing elements) along with a verification mechanism makes the determination of Makki–Madani more transparent, replicable, and more relevant for reading the communicative purpose of revelation. These findings also strengthen the integration of Ulum al-Qur’an with hermeneutic approaches in contemporary tafs?r. Practically, this framework helps researchers interpret surah coherence, map the development of da'wah themes, and avoid hasty contextual generalizations in recent studies. In conclusion, the reconstruction of Makki–Madani enhances the accountability of interpretation without severing ties with classical tradition.
