Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in work behavior through work motivation and employee work stress during the pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative descriptive design by distributing questionnaires to employees in DKI Jakarta. The number of research samples is 100 people using snowball sampling technique. The problems in the study were tested by different tests with the paired sample t-test, MannWhitney (Wilcoxon), and Kruskall-Wallis. The results of this study are that the COVID-19 pandemic weakens work behaviors related to work stress even though work motivation does not. One of the causes of poor work behavior is because employees work from home. Currently, the main cause of increased work stress is because employees are facing increased unemployment since the spread of COVID-19; or female employees whose workloads are increasingly related to the dual roles of employees and teachers at home since school closures. On the other hand, there is no difference in work motivation before the outbreak of COVID-19, because employees have to earn daily income so they can support their families every day and avoid unemployment. As such, managers must comply with laws concerning employment regulations and disclose important information to employees. Managers need to evaluate layoff issues, evaluate and develop continuity plans according to government regulations to improve work and support employees and their families.

Abstract

The realization of effective management, accountable financial management, and genuine added value is the key to success for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) while competing in worldwide marketplaces. This is especially true in light of the period of globalization. Literacy in financial matters is absolutely required for actors in MSME businesses in order to manage their companies' finances. This study aims to inquire into and evaluate the effect that financial literacy has on the management of MSME's (small and medium-sized companies) finances in the Tanjungsari District. Both quantitative and descriptive methods were used to achieve the study's goals. The research showed that MSME in the Tanjungsari Sumedang District benefited from increased financial literacy, and that this benefit amounted to 18.2% better financial management overall.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Promotion, Service Quality, and E-Trust, on the E-Repurchase Intention and E-Satisfaction of Bukalapak Consumers. Data analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method using AMOS 22. The use of Structural Equation Modeling analysis examines in detail the influence between variables. This study uses a survey method, measuring variables by distributing google forms to 150 respondents. The results showed that digital marketing, e-service quality, and e-trust have a direct and significant effect on e-repurchase intention and e-satisfaction. In this study, the role of variables is very significant. The intervening variable, namely e-repurchase intention, successfully mediates. Digital marketing variables, e-service quality, and e-trust have a direct and significant effect on e-repurchase intention through e-satisfaction. The managerial implication of this research is the importance of Buka Lapak online stores in optimizing marketing. digital marketing, e-service quality, and e-trust that make consumers feel satisfied and more familiar with e-commerce. The higher the satisfaction that customers get, the more buying interest will appear. Buyers who feel satisfied will increase repurchase interest. Consumer trust can lead to a sense of satisfaction and interest in buying back through e-commerce.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang dasar-dasar penyusunan laporan keuangan bagi siswa SMK Al Falah Yayasan Pembangunan Masyarakat Sejahtera di Kedaung, Tangerang Selatan. Pemahaman tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan meskipun secara sederhana sangat dibutuhkan oleh siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, untuk mengaplikasikan teori yang diperoleh di bangku kuliah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan dari dosen kepada siswa SMK Al-Falah. Sejak saat diumumkannya oleh Presiden Joko Widodo tentang penduduk Indonesia yang tertular COVID – 19 pada bulan Maret 2020 sampai saat kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 Februari 2021, kondisi Indonesia masih dalam masa pandemi COVID-19, sehingga penyuluhan dilaksanakan melalui pertemuan zoom. Dari kegiatan penyuluhan ini terlihat bahwa siswa SMK Al-Falah memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh dosen terlihat dari antusiasme siswa pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan agar siswa dapat memahami cara pencatatan dan penyusunan laporan, agar saat terjun ke masyarakat, mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan baik.

Abstract

Performance is the main thing that an organization expects from the human resources it manages to bring the organization to its vision. In terms of employee performance, public service organizations have so far not yet succeeded in sufficing community expectations. This study aims to determine the effect of ethical leadership, creative work climate, and self-efficacy on employee performance and the role of knowledge sharing as a mediating variable. The research sample consisted of 100 employees at the Central Office of the Ministry of Industry with simple random sampling. The research approach is a quantitative method. The research instrument used the Individual work performance questionnaire (IWPQ), Ethical Leadership Scale, Creative Climate Questionnaire (CCQ), General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE), and knowledge sharing measurement based on a combination of social capital factors and theory of reasoned action, all of which were modified and adapted to the needs of this research. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and closed questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1 to 4 with data analysis techniques using Smart PLS 4. The research findings show that ethical leadership, creative work climate, and self-efficacy have a direct positive and significant effect at the moderate level on knowledge sharing, and shows that ethical leadership, creative work climate, and self-efficacy have a direct positive and significant effect at a strong level on employee performance. Unexpected results reveal that the mediating role of knowledge sharing between the influence of ethical leadership, creative work climate, and self-efficacy on employee performance is negatively significant at a low level.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how the profit sharing ratio and profit margin in murabaha can affect the return on assets of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, the data used is secondary data by taking data from Islamic bank financial reports for the period 2019 – 2021. The population of Islamic banks is 14 banks, then data is taken from 3 banks using a purposive sampling technique. In this study it was found that profit sharing ratios and profit margins in murabahah transactions are important in increasing the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. High profit sharing for Islamic banks will increase bank profits, but profitable profit sharing ratios for Islamic banks will make customers reluctant to deposit their funds in Islamic banks which will reduce profits. Thus the size of the profit sharing ratio between the customer and the bank must comply with the principles of fairness and equity. Likewise, high profit margins charged to customers will make customers look for other financing alternatives outside of Islamic banks

Abstract

The capacity of a business to get new clients and keep the ones they already have is directly correlated to its chances of surviving in the market. Compared to its rivals, a firm has a competitive advantage if it is in a stronger position to attract and retain consumers and defend itself against other businesses' aggressive activities. Therefore, the quality of the service will then become a strategic component that will offer an edge over the competition. The purpose of this essay is to investigate the connection between providing high-quality service and gaining a competitive advantage for major businesses operating in the market. This investigation combines a qualitative strategy with a descriptive research methodology. According to the findings of the study, providing superior customer service is the most effective method for businesses to differentiate themselves from their competitors and build up their competitive advantages. As a result, businesses need to transform themselves into learning and knowledge-creating organizations that enable the implementation of continuous improvement plans with incredible speed and efficiency, constantly striving to gain benefits and thus have a superior orientation to clients.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of funding decisions, investment decisions and working capital on company value with profitability as an intervening variable in oil and gas companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research was conducted on 12 companies using the purposive sampling method in selecting samples for the 2020-2022 period. The data analysis method used is the panel data regression method in the Stata 17 application software. The results of this research state that funding decisions (DER) have a positive effect on company value, investment decisions (PER) have a positive effect on company value (PBV), Working capital (NWC) does not have a positive effect on company value (PBV), Profitability (ROA) positive effect on firm value (PBV), Funding decisions (DER) have no positive effect on profitability (ROA), Investment decisions (PER) have a positive effect on profitability (ROA), Working capital (NWC) have no positive effect on profitability (ROA), Decision funding (DER) has no indirect positive effect on firm value (PBV) which is mediated by profitability (ROA), Investment decisions (PER) has an indirect positive effect on firm value (PBV) which is mediated by profitability (ROA), Working capital (NWC) does not have an indirect positive effect on firm value (PBV) which is mediated by profitability (ROA).

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to evaluate the impact of bureaucratic simplification, career development, and organizational culture on employee performance through satisfaction at the Directorate General of Food Crops. With a sample of 125 employees, quantitative methods were used with the Smart PLS 3 analysis approach. The results show that bureaucratic simplification and career development have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. However, the impact of organizational culture on job satisfaction is not significant. In addition, bureaucratic simplification, career development, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a negative and insignificant impact on employee performance. The study also identified that bureaucratic simplification and career development affect employee performance through job satisfaction as an intermediary. These findings provide strategic insights for the Directorate General of Food Crops to improve employee effectiveness and well-being through more positive bureaucratic, career, and organizational culture change initiatives. Keywords: Bureaucratic Simplification, Career Development, Organizational Culture, Satisfaction, Employee Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak penyederhanaan birokrasi, pengembangan karir, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan di Direktorat Jenderal Tanaman Pangan. Dengan sampel 125 pegawai, metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan analisis Smart PLS 3. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penyederhanaan birokrasi dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Namun, dampak budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja tidak signifikan. Selain itu, penyederhanaan birokrasi, pengembangan karir, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sementara itu, budaya organisasi memiliki dampak negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi bahwa penyederhanaan birokrasi dan pengembangan karir memengaruhi kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai perantara. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan strategis bagi Direktorat Jenderal Tanaman Pangan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kesejahteraan pegawai melalui inisiatif perubahan birokrasi, karir, dan budaya organisasi yang lebih positif. Abstract

ABSTRACT Recently, the term FoMO has often been used in marketing strategies. Consumers with FoMO want to follow what's viral on Social Media. As a result, consumer decisions in purchasing products are influenced by these feelings. Research was conducted to analyze the influence of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), price perceptions and social media promotions on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. Sampling was based on a purposive sampling technique of 105 respondents with the criteria of consumers who had visited and had purchased products at Karen's Diner Jakarta. The data in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0. The research results concluded that: FoMO has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction; Price perceptions and social media promotions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The influence of purchasing decisions as an intervening variable shows that FoMO has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions; Price perceptions and promotional media have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Fear of Missing Out, Price Perception, Social Media Promotions, Consumer Satisfaction and Purchase Decision ABSTRAK Istilah FoMO belakangan ini sering dimanfaatkan dalam strategi pemasaran. Konsumen dengan FoMO ingin mengikuti apa yang sedang viral di Media Sosial. Akibatnya keputusan konsumen dalam membeli produk dipengaruhi perasaan tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), persepsi harga dan promosi media sosial terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui keputusan pembelian. Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 105 responden dengan kriteria konsumen yang sudah pernah berkunjung dan pernah melakukan pembelian produk di Karen’s Diner Jakarta. Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa : FoMO berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen; persepsi harga dan promosi media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Pengaruh keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel intervening menunjukkan bahwa FoMO berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; persepsi harga dan promosi media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Fear of Missing Out, Persepsi Harga, Promosi Media Sosial, Kepuasan Konsumen, Keputusan Pembelian
